The invention discloses an integrated rubber crushing and packaging machine, which comprises a bracket; the support is provided with a conveying roller and a driving shaft; one end of the conveying roller is provided with a transmission gear; a worm is arranged on the driving shaft; the transmission gear is meshed with the worm; the upper end of the conveying roller is provided with a pressure roller; a cutting knife is also arranged on the driving shaft; any end of the driving shaft is connected with a driving motor through a transmission belt; and a material receiving box is arranged below the upper cutting knife of the bracket. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: simple structure adopts single motor drive, accomplishes the cutting breakage and the packing of rubber when guaranteeing that rubber constantly carries.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of rubber, in particular to an integrated rubber crushing and packaging machine.
Background
The rubber is divided into natural rubber and synthetic rubber, wherein the natural rubber is processed after colloid is extracted from plants; synthetic rubbers are prepared from various monomers by polymerization. The rubber product has the advantages of high elasticity, insulativity, impermeability to water and air, long service life and the like, and is widely applied to various aspects of industry, life and the like, such as the tire industry, the shoe making industry and the like.
However, the rubber product is subjected to a combination of internal and external factors during processing, storage or use, so that the physicochemical properties or mechanical properties of the rubber gradually deteriorate, and the use value, namely the aging of the rubber, is finally lost.
The first procedure of recovering waste rubber products is to crush the waste rubber products to prepare small rubber blocks or rubber powder, and then to perform rubber mixing by an internal mixer and recycle the rubber. Therefore, it is necessary to manufacture an integrated device according to actual production needs.

The invention provides an integrated rubber crushing and packaging machine which is characterized by being simple in structure, adopting a single motor for driving, and completing cutting, crushing and packaging of rubber while ensuring continuous conveying of the rubber.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the integrated rubber crushing and packing machine comprises a bracket; the support is provided with a conveying roller and a driving shaft; one end of the conveying roller is provided with a transmission gear; a worm is arranged on the driving shaft; the transmission gear is meshed with the worm; the upper end of the conveying roller is provided with a pressure roller; a cutting knife is also arranged on the driving shaft; any end of the driving shaft is connected with a driving motor through a transmission belt; and a material receiving box is arranged below the upper cutting knife of the bracket.
As optimization, the pressure feed roll is provided with a regulating device; the adjusting device comprises an adjusting slide rod arranged on the bracket; a sliding plate is slidably arranged on the adjusting slide rod; a mounting plate is arranged below the sliding plate; a pressure spring is arranged between the sliding plate and the mounting plate; the nip roller is arranged below the mounting plate.
As optimization, a material receiving port is arranged above the material receiving box; a discharge hole is formed in one end of the material receiving hole; the material receiving port is positioned below the cutting knife.
As optimization, a pull-type opening baffle is arranged on the discharge hole; the other end of the material receiving port is provided with a material pushing plate; the material pushing plate is attached to the inner wall of the material receiving box; and a pushing cylinder is arranged outside the material pushing plate.
Preferably, the four adjusting slide bars are distributed at four ends of the sliding plate, and limit nuts are arranged at the upper ends of the adjusting slide bars.
Preferably, a protective cover is arranged outside the cutting knife.
Preferably, the number of the compressed springs is at least 2, and the compressed springs are uniformly distributed between the sliding plate and the mounting plate.
Preferably, the cutter is a circular cutter, and the driving shaft is positioned at the geometric center of the cutter.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the waste rubber is cut and crushed simultaneously by one motor under the condition of ensuring the continuous conveying of the waste rubber, and the cut rubber particles are collected uniformly and finally packaged.
