All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the described embodiments of the invention, are within the scope of the invention.
In the prior art, dust, particles and the like on the surface of a screen can be cleaned by dry wiping, but the effect of dry wiping is poor for oil stain, fingerprint marks and the like on the surface of the screen, the oil stain and the like can be effectively cleaned by wiping through dust-free cloth soaked with alcohol, and how to automatically spray the alcohol on the dust-free cloth and wipe the surface of the screen by the dust-free cloth sprayed with the alcohol is urgent to solve.
Based on the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a wiping apparatus with an automatic alcohol spraying function, in which an alcohol spraying module 40 is disposed below a cleaning belt b to automatically wet the cleaning belt b, a head wiping module 20 is disposed adjacent to the alcohol spraying module 40, the cleaning belt b wipes the surface of a screen a through the action of the head wiping module 20 after being wetted with alcohol, and the cleaning belt b wetted with alcohol has a good cleaning effect on stubborn stains.
The screen a in the embodiment of the present invention includes screens of various products, such as: cell-phone screen, panel computer screen etc.. Of course, embodiments of the present invention are equally applicable to products having smooth surfaces, such as: glass, metal, etc.
First, a wiping apparatus with an automatic alcohol ejection according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a wiping apparatus with an automatic alcohol spraying function according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a supporting frame 10, a wiping head module 20, a transmission module 50, and an alcohol spraying module 40, wherein,
the wiping head module 20 is used for wiping the surface of the screen a by using a cleaning belt b; the transmission module 50 is arranged on the support frame 10, the cleaning belt is wound on the transmission module 50 and is conveyed along a direction under the action of the transmission module 50, and partial area of the cleaning belt is tightly attached to the surface of the wiping head module 20; the alcohol spraying module 40 is installed on the supporting frame 10 and is adjacent to the wiping head module 20, and the alcohol spraying module 40 is used for spraying alcohol onto the cleaning belt and performing wet wiping on the surface of the screen by using the cleaning belt soaked with the alcohol. The cleaning tape is preferably a dust-free cloth, although not limited thereto.
That is, the cleaning belt can be conveyed in one direction by the driving module 50, and a partial area of the cleaning belt is tightly attached to the surface of the wiping head module 20, so that when the screen is wiped, the wiping head module 20 wipes the surface of the screen by using the cleaning belt on the surface. In order to wipe off some stubborn stains, need utilize alcohol to spray module 40 and soak alcohol on dustless cloth, dustless cloth conveys a section distance and moves to the position that head module 20 corresponds under transmission module 50's effect to make head module 20 utilize the dustless cloth that soaks there is the alcohol to clean the screen surface, clean with comparatively stubborn greasy dirt, fingerprint etc. with the clean effect that improves the screen.
In the prior art, in the process of spraying alcohol onto the dust-free cloth by using the alcohol spraying module 40, the dust-free cloth is very easy to be over-wetted, and the over-wetted dust-free cloth has excessive alcohol left after wiping the screen, so that secondary pollution is caused to the screen.
Based on the above technical problem, the alcohol spraying module 40 provided in the embodiment of the present invention can make alcohol uniformly soak the dust-free cloth, so as to improve the wiping effect of the screen surface.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the alcohol spraying module 40 includes a nozzle assembly, a regulating valve assembly (not shown), and a first connecting pipe 420, one end of the first connecting pipe 420 is communicated with the nozzle assembly, and the other end is communicated with the regulating valve assembly, and the alcohol is sprayed from the nozzle assembly and soaked on the cleaning belt under the regulation of the regulating valve assembly.
Above alcohol sprays module 40, alcohol make the alcohol through first connecting pipe 420 get into the shower nozzle subassembly and spray to dustless cloth at the effect of governing valve subassembly, make the speed of the alcohol of following the shower nozzle subassembly spun near zero through the regulation of governing valve subassembly and the structure of shower nozzle subassembly, can improve the homogeneity that alcohol soaks dustless cloth when the speed of the alcohol of following the shower nozzle subassembly spun is close zero. It should be understood that: the alcohol is emitted from the position, close to the dust-free cloth, of the spray head assembly, and the preset time is continued, so that the emitted alcohol is soaked on the dust-free cloth, the utilization rate of the alcohol is improved, and meanwhile, the uniformity of soaking the dust-free cloth with the alcohol is also improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the nozzle assembly includes an injection cavity, alcohol enters the injection cavity through the first connection pipe 420, an injection portion is disposed on the injection cavity, and the cleaning tape is covered on the injection portion. That is, the spraying part is located at the highest position of the head assembly, and the cleaning tape is closely attached to the highest position of the head assembly, as shown in fig. 1. It should be understood that: when alcohol is sprayed from the spraying part at a speed close to zero, the alcohol is absorbed slowly by the dust-free cloth to be soaked, and if the alcohol is sprayed from the spraying part at a certain speed, the alcohol is soaked on the dust-free cloth in a dispersing way, so that the alcohol is sprayed from the spraying part at a speed close to zero to improve the uniformity of soaking the dust-free cloth by the alcohol, and further improve the cleaning effect of the surface of the screen.
When most of the alcohol is soaked on the dust-free cloth after the alcohol is sprayed from the spraying part, and a small part of the alcohol flows back, the alcohol recovery assembly is fixedly connected with the spraying cavity to recover the back-flowing alcohol. The alcohol recovery assembly includes a recovery chamber 431 and a second connection pipe 440, the second connection pipe 440 is communicated with the bottom of the recovery chamber 431, a backflow hole 4311 is provided at the end of the recovery chamber 431 near the upper surface of the spray chamber, and the backflow alcohol flows into the recovery chamber 431 from the backflow hole 4311. That is, the alcohol ejected from the ejection portion and not absorbed by the dust-free cloth falls on the upper surface of the ejection chamber, and the alcohol flowing back on the upper surface of the ejection chamber flows into the recovery chamber 431 through the return hole 4311. The alcohol recovery assembly can keep the cleanness of the devices in the device and the safety of electronic components.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the injection cavity includes a first injection cavity 411, an upper surface of the first injection cavity 411 is a circular arc structure, the injection part includes a plurality of first injection holes 4111 uniformly arranged, and the plurality of first injection holes 4111 are located at a top of the circular arc structure. The upper surface of the first injection cavity 411 is of a circular arc structure, so that the upper surface of the first injection cavity 411 is prevented from being scratched when being contacted with dust-free cloth, and the cleaning efficiency of the device is improved. However, the circular arc structure is not beneficial to the backflow of the non-soaked alcohol which is sprayed out, and the alcohol remained on the upper surface of the spraying cavity not only reduces the uniformity of the alcohol soaking of the dust-free cloth, but also reduces the safety of electronic components in the device.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the injection chamber includes a second injection chamber 412, an upper surface of the second injection chamber 412 includes two symmetrical first inclined surfaces 4122, the injection part includes a plurality of second injection holes 4121 uniformly arranged, and the plurality of second injection holes 4121 are located at the intersection of the two first inclined surfaces 4122.
That is, the circular arc structure in the above embodiment is replaced with two first inclined surfaces 4122, which are more advantageous to the backflow of alcohol than the circular arc. As shown in fig. 5, the joint of the two first inclined surfaces 4122 has a certain radian, which can prevent dust-free cloth from being scratched, and meanwhile, the two first inclined surfaces 4122 improve the backflow efficiency of alcohol on the upper surface of the second injection cavity 412.
The number of the first injection holes 4111 and the second injection holes 4121 and the distance between adjacent holes in the embodiment of the present invention are set according to the size of the dust cloth, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
In another alternative embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, the spray chamber includes a third spray chamber 413, the upper surface of the third spray chamber 413 includes two symmetrical second inclined surfaces 4132, the spray portion includes a spray groove 4131, and the junction of the two second inclined surfaces 4132 forms a linear spray groove 4131.
Compared with the two embodiments, the embodiment of the invention is different in that the injection hole is replaced by the injection groove 4131, and the difficulty of controlling the alcohol sprayed from the injection groove 4131 by the adjusting valve assembly is higher than that of spraying the alcohol from the injection hole. The injection efficiency of the injection groove 4131 in the embodiment of the present invention is greater than the alcohol efficiency of the injection hole injection.
After the screen surface is wet-wiped by the cleaning belt soaked with alcohol, water stains may exist on the screen surface, and the first wiping head assembly 210 and the second wiping head assembly 220 provided by the embodiment of the invention are respectively used for wet-wiping and dry-wiping the screen, so that the cleaning effect on the screen is improved.
