Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of dressing materials, and particularly relates to a sterilization and rapid hemostasis dressing and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The novel healing liquid is suitable for wound surfaces of trauma, ulcer, fistula and the like, can directly soak gauze to cover the skin wound, and can be used after debridement if the wound surface is large. Yunnan Baiyao is suitable for stopping bleeding and relieving swelling of knife wound, gunshot wound and traumatic injury, and can be directly applied to affected parts. The hemostatic dressings in various forms have the problems of long hemostatic time, easy infection and bacterial inflammation, overlong soaking time of wound tissue fluid, swelling, difficult absorption of hemostatic dressing materials, large scars after wound healing and the like.
The radix Clausenae Lansii is root of Clausena lansium of Rutaceae, and has effects of relieving swelling, relieving pain, promoting urination, treating jaundice, malaria, and preventing influenza. The edgeworthia chrysantha is a plant and shrub of edgeworthia of the daphneceae family, is a special famous flower in China, can be used for flower or leaf observation cultivation, is an important economic tree species, has higher economic value for flowers, barks, branches and roots, has higher medicinal value, can be used as a medicine for the whole plant, has the effects of resisting bacteria, inhibiting bacteria, diminishing inflammation and the like, has the effect of dispelling wind and improving eyesight, and can be used for treating rheumatic arthralgia, lumbago, traumatic injury and the like for the roots and the leaves. At present, no report of preparing the hemostatic dressing by compounding the clausena lansium root and the edgeworthia chrysantha exists.

(2) heating and foaming the raw material mixture prepared in the step (1) for 1-3h under the vacuum condition at the temperature of 80-150 ℃;
(3) cooling the material prepared in the step (2) at room temperature to obtain hemostatic cotton sheets;
(4) and (4) cleaning the hemostatic cotton sheet prepared in the step (3) with distilled water, processing into a required shape, drying and sterilizing to obtain the hemostatic cotton sheet.
The stirring speed in the step (1) is 400-1000rpm, and the stirring time is 10-30 min.
And (3) heating for 1.5 hours at the foaming treatment of step (2) under the vacuum of 100 ℃.
The sterilization is high-temperature instantaneous sterilization at 121 ℃ for 15 s.
The sterilization is to uniformly irradiate for 36-72h under gamma rays.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the hemostatic dressing prepared by the invention has good antibacterial performance, can effectively avoid wound swelling and infection after hemostasis, and leaves little scar after healing; the combined use of the clausena lansium root extract and the edgeworthia chrysantha extract improves the hemostasis time, and the combined use has synergistic effect.

(1) according to the weight parts, 80 parts of hydroxyethyl chitin, 60 parts of ossein and 16 parts of clausena lansium extract are taken and mixed evenly under the stirring condition; the stirring speed is 800rpm, and the stirring time is 20 min;
(2) heating and foaming the raw material mixture prepared in the step (1) for 1.5h under a vacuum condition at a controlled temperature of 100 ℃;
(3) cooling the material prepared in the step (2) at room temperature to obtain hemostatic cotton sheets;
(4) cleaning the hemostatic cotton sheet prepared in the step (3) with distilled water, processing into a required shape, drying and sterilizing to obtain the hemostatic cotton sheet; the sterilization is carried out by uniformly irradiating for 48h under gamma rays.
Example 2
The bactericidal rapid hemostatic dressing comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 80 parts of hydroxyethyl chitin, 60 parts of ossein and 16 parts of edgeworthia chrysantha extract.
The preparation method of the edgeworthia chrysantha extract comprises the following steps:
(1) oven drying root of lignum Aquilariae Resinatum, and grinding into powder;
(2) adding 4 times of 60% ethanol water solution by weight, reflux extracting for 3 times, mixing filtrates, and evaporating to dryness.
The preparation method of the absorbable hemostatic dressing comprises the following steps:

(4) cleaning the hemostatic cotton sheet prepared in the step (3) with distilled water, processing into a required shape, drying and sterilizing to obtain the hemostatic cotton sheet; the sterilization is carried out by uniformly irradiating for 48h under gamma rays.
Experimental example:
150 Belgian rabbits with the weight of 6.0-6.3kg are selected and randomly divided into 5 groups, 8 rabbits in each group are marked as examples 1-5 groups respectively, each rabbit cuts two thirds of the veins of the left ear margin and the arteries of the right ear margin, free bleeding is carried out for 5s, and after 5s, different hemostatic dressings are respectively used for compressing wounds. The hemostatic dressings used in the experiments are all cut into cuboid blocks with the length of being multiplied by the width of being multiplied by the height of being multiplied by 5cm multiplied by 2cm, the left ear marginal vein hemostatic time(s) and the right ear marginal artery hemostatic time(s) are recorded, and the experimental results are shown in table 1:
