本发明创造性地提出了一种功能型人体医用清洁湿巾液,包含水、表面活性剂、保湿剂、防腐剂、蛋黄油和醋酸生育酚。

在上述的一种功能型人体医用清洁湿巾液中,包含聚山梨醇0.1wt%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1wt%、谷氨酸钠2.0wt%、二甲基硅油3wt%、丙三醇2wt%、单硬酯酸甘油酯和泛醇共0.5wt%、苯氧乙醇0.7wt%、芦荟提取物和洋甘菊提取物共0.2wt%、马齿苋提取物0.1wt%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05wt%、苯扎氯胺0.1wt%、蛋黄油0.5wt%和醋酸生育酚0.05wt%,余量为水。
与现有技术相比,本申请的优点在于:
1)本发明在消炎、抗菌的同时起到对烫伤的治疗和护理。其中,在人体医用身体清洁湿巾中添加蛋黄油,具有丰富的维生素A、D和卵磷脂,起到治疗轻度烫伤和粘伤的作用,添加醋酸生育酚,能够促进湿巾中的蛋黄油在擦拭过程中快速被人体肌肤吸收,并且富含维生素E,能够延缓皮肤衰老、增进新陈代谢。
2)本发明通过中草药提取物在湿巾成分中协同配合蛋黄油,能够在治疗的同时起到舒缓皮肤、抗过敏和清除自由基,进一步加速修复损伤肌肤。辅助以杀菌剂能够对伤口进行消毒。
3)本发明能够使用小剂量的蛋黄油,该成分适用于湿巾中,既保证了湿巾的肤感和较长的存储性,又能够起到对损伤肌肤进行治疗和护理。

一种功能型人体医用清洁湿巾液,包含聚山梨醇酯0.1wt%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1wt%、谷氨酸钠2.0wt%、二甲基硅油3wt%、丙三醇2wt%、单硬酯酸甘油酯0.2wt%、泛醇0.3wt%、苯氧乙醇0.7wt%、芦荟提取物0.1wt%、洋甘菊提取物0.1wt%、马齿苋提取物0.1wt%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05wt%、苯扎氯胺0.1wt%、蛋黄油0.5wt%和醋酸生育酚0.05wt%,余量为水。
实施例2
一种功能型人体医用清洁湿巾液,包含聚山梨醇酯0.1wt%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1wt%、癸基葡糖苷0.1wt%、二甲基硅油3wt%、丙三醇2wt%、矿物油1wt%、单硬酯酸甘油酯0.1wt%、泛醇0.4wt%、苯氧乙醇0.7wt%、洋甘菊提取物0.2wt%、马齿苋提取物0.1wt%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05wt%、苯扎氯胺0.1wt%、蛋黄油0.4wt%和醋酸生育酚0.03wt%,余量为水。
实施例3
一种功能型人体医用清洁湿巾液,包含聚山梨醇酯0.1wt%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1wt%、谷氨酸钠2.0wt%、二甲基硅油3wt%、丙三醇2wt%、单硬酯酸甘油酯0.5wt%、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯0.01wt%、苯氧乙醇0.7wt%、芦荟提取物0.2wt%、马齿苋提取物0.1wt%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05wt%、苯扎氯胺0.1wt%、蛋黄油0.4wt%和醋酸生育酚0.03wt%,余量为水。
实施例4
一种功能型人体医用清洁湿巾液,包含聚山梨醇酯0.1wt%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1wt%、谷氨酸钠2.0wt%、二甲基硅油3wt%、丙三醇2wt%、单硬酯酸甘油酯0.5wt%、苯氧乙醇0.7wt%、芦荟提取物0.2wt%、洋甘菊提取物0.1wt%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05wt%、蛋黄油0.4wt%和醋酸生育酚0.03wt%,余量为水。

一种功能型人体医用清洁湿巾液,包含聚山梨醇酯0.1wt%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1wt%、谷氨酸钠2.0wt%、二甲基硅油3wt%、丙三醇2wt%、单硬酯酸甘油酯0.2wt%、泛醇0.3wt%、苯氧乙醇0.7wt%、薄荷提取物0.3wt%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05wt%、苯扎氯胺0.1wt%、蛋黄油0.5wt%和醋酸生育酚0.05wt%,余量为水。
对比例1
一种功能型人体医用清洁湿巾液,包含聚山梨醇酯0.1wt%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1wt%、谷氨酸钠2.0wt%、二甲基硅油3wt%、丙三醇2wt%、单硬酯酸甘油酯0.2wt%、泛醇0.3wt%、苯氧乙醇0.7wt%、芦荟提取物0.1wt%、洋甘菊提取物0.1wt%、马齿苋提取物0.1wt%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05wt%、苯扎氯胺0.1wt%和醋酸生育酚0.05wt%,余量为水。
对比例2
一种功能型人体医用清洁湿巾液,包含聚山梨醇酯0.1wt%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1wt%、谷氨酸钠2.0wt%、二甲基硅油3wt%、丙三醇2wt%、单硬酯酸甘油酯0.2wt%、泛醇0.3wt%、苯氧乙醇0.7wt%、芦荟提取物0.1wt%、洋甘菊提取物0.1wt%、马齿苋提取物0.1wt%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05wt%、苯扎氯胺0.1wt%和蛋黄油0.5wt%,余量为水。
制作9组小鼠皮肤烫伤创面模型,模型制作方法为:将小鼠背部剃毛后腹腔麻醉,使用95~100℃水在小鼠背部剃毛处烫出直径1cm的圆形烫伤区,接触时间分别为10s。
取等量的实施例1-6、对比例1和对比例2成分分别作为湿巾液浸润无纺布制作成湿巾。
组1-9小鼠皮肤烫伤创面模型同时分别做以下处理:
组1小鼠皮肤烫伤创面模型作为空白对照组;
组2小鼠皮肤烫伤创面模型的烫伤区用实施例1制作的湿巾湿敷30s;
组3小鼠皮肤烫伤创面模型的烫伤区用实施例2制作的湿巾湿敷30s;
组4小鼠皮肤烫伤创面模型的烫伤区用实施例3制作的湿巾湿敷30s;
组5小鼠皮肤烫伤创面模型的烫伤区用实施例4制作的湿巾湿敷30s;
组6小鼠皮肤烫伤创面模型的烫伤区用实施例5制作的湿巾湿敷30s;
组7小鼠皮肤烫伤创面模型的烫伤区用实施例6制作的湿巾湿敷30s;
组8小鼠皮肤烫伤创面模型的烫伤区用对比例1制作的湿巾湿敷30s;
组9小鼠皮肤烫伤创面模型的烫伤区用对比例2制作的湿巾湿敷30s;
在上述处理后6、12、24、36、48、60、72h后对各烫伤组的烫伤区组织进行观察,结果如下:
组1小鼠皮肤烫伤创面模型的烫伤区组织局部明显红肿,伴有白细胞渗出,直至48h后部分皮肤及皮下组织干枯坏死;
组2小鼠皮肤烫伤创面模型的烫伤区组织在6h后红肿开始减退,12h后红肿有明显减退,48h后红肿基本消失;
组3小鼠皮肤烫伤创面模型的烫伤区组织在6h后红肿开始减退,24h后红肿有明显减退,48h后红肿基本消失;
组4小鼠皮肤烫伤创面模型的烫伤区组织在6h后红肿开始减退,24h后红肿有明显减退,48h后红肿基本消失;
组5小鼠皮肤烫伤创面模型的烫伤区组织在6h后红肿开始减退,12h后红肿有明显减退,48h后红肿基本消失;
组6小鼠皮肤烫伤创面模型的烫伤区组织在6h后红肿开始减退,24h后红肿轻微减退,48h后红肿基本消失;
组7小鼠皮肤烫伤创面模型的烫伤区组织在6h后红肿开始减退,36h后肿胀有明显减退,48h后肿胀基本消失,烫伤区呈暗红色;
组8小鼠皮肤烫伤创面模型的烫伤区组织在24h后红肿开始减退,48h后肿胀有明显减退,72h后肿胀基本消失,烫伤区呈暗红色;
组9小鼠皮肤烫伤创面模型的烫伤区组织在12h后红肿开始减退,48h后红肿有明显减退,72h后红肿基本消失。
结果表明,通过蛋黄油与醋酸生育酚成分的复配,能够在较短的时间达到烫伤肌肤的治疗,消除红肿,通过中草药提取物的作用能够进一步辅助修复烫伤组织。

Claims (5)
1.一种功能型人体医用清洁湿巾液,包含表面活性剂1~1.5wt%、保湿剂6~7wt%、防腐剂0.5~0.6wt%、中草药提取物0.2~0.4wt%、螯合剂0.01~0.05wt%、杀菌剂0.01~0.1wt%、蛋黄油0.4~0.6wt%和醋酸生育酚0.01~0.06wt%,余量为水,所述中草药提取物包含芦荟提取物、洋甘菊提取物和马齿苋提取物中的一种或多种。
2.如权利要求1所述的功能型人体医用清洁湿巾液,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂包含聚山梨醇酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和谷氨酸钠的一种或多种。
3.如权利要求1所述的功能型人体医用清洁湿巾液,其特征在于:所述保湿剂包含二甲基硅油、丙三醇、矿物油、单硬脂酸甘油酯和泛醇中的一种或多种。
4.如权利要求1所述的功能型人体医用清洁湿巾液,其特征在于:所述防腐剂包含苯氧乙醇。
5.如权利要求1所述的功能型人体医用清洁湿巾液,其特征在于:包含聚山梨醇酯0.1wt%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1wt%、谷氨酸钠2.0wt%、二甲基硅油3wt%、丙三醇2wt%、单硬酯酸甘油酯和泛醇共0.5wt%、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和苯氧乙醇0.7wt%、芦荟提取物和洋甘菊提取物共0.2wt%、马齿苋提取物0.1wt%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05wt%、苯扎氯胺0.1wt%、蛋黄油0.5wt%和醋酸生育酚0.05wt%,余量为水。
