Abstract
本发明实施例公开一种婴幼儿湿巾添加液、制备工艺及婴幼儿湿巾。其中添加液包括以下重量百分比的物质:海藻糖0.3%‑1.0%;鸡蛋果提取物0.05%‑0.12%;保湿剂0.05%‑0.15%;防腐剂0.1%‑0.5%;PH值调节剂0.01%‑0.5%;余量为纯化水。本发明在确保湿巾具有较强护肤保湿功效的同时,避免使用时的黏腻感,减少婴幼儿使用时的抗拒反应;本发明还可保护皮肤免受室内外污染的不利影响,修复皮肤屏障,预防细胞基质的降解,防止紫外线的有害影响,全方位呵护婴幼儿的娇嫩肌肤,使家长更安心。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用商品领域,尤其涉及一种婴幼儿湿巾添加液及其制备方法及婴幼儿湿巾。
背景技术
婴幼儿湿巾是专为婴幼儿设计使用的湿巾,由于其使用对象婴幼儿的皮肤娇嫩,抵抗力较弱、敏感性更高,故相较于成人湿巾,婴幼儿湿巾需具有安全、清洁、杀菌、保湿、亲肤等多种效能。普通婴幼儿湿巾中为达到保湿护肤功效,一般会加入保湿润肤剂,这在实现润肤功效的同时,不免会带来使用的黏腻感,这也增加了婴幼儿的抗拒反应。
因此,如何改进现有技术,提供一种清爽不黏腻的婴幼儿湿巾是本领域目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种婴幼儿湿巾添加液及其制作工艺和婴幼儿湿巾,以解决上述现有技术的不足。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明的技术方案如下:
第一方面,提供了一种婴幼儿湿巾添加液,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的物质制成:
海藻糖0.3%-1.0%;
鸡蛋果提取物0.05%-0.12%;
保湿剂0.05%-0.15%;
防腐剂0.1%-0.5%;
PH值调节剂0.01%-0.5%;
余量为纯化水;
优选地,所述保湿剂为芦荟凝胶提取物、尿囊素、透明质酸等其中的一种或一种以上混合物;和/或所述PH值调节剂为葡萄糖酸内酯。
优选地,所述防腐剂为无味苯扎氯铵、苄索氯铵、西砒氯铵、葡萄糖酸氯己定、氯苯甘醚、乙基己基甘油、己二醇、辛甘醇等其中的两种或两种以上混合物。
优选地,所述防腐剂包括无味苯扎氯铵。
第二方面,本发明提供了一种所述婴幼儿湿巾添加液的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将所述海藻糖与所述鸡蛋果提取物溶于温水,以转速360-500rpm搅拌4-6分钟混合均匀后,加入配制容器中,加入纯化水至足量;
(2)将所述防腐剂热水溶解并以转速500-1000rpm搅拌8-10分钟,冷却至室温后加入上述配制容器中;
(3)常温下将所述保湿剂加入所述配制容器并以转速360-500rpm搅拌8-10分钟混合均匀;
(4)加入适量所述PH值调节剂调节乳液PH至4.8-5.0,以转速360-500rpm搅拌至少30分钟制成乳液状添加剂。
优选地,所述的婴幼儿湿巾添加液的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,将所述海藻糖与所述鸡蛋果提取物用35-40℃的温水溶解。
优选地,所述的婴幼儿湿巾添加液的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,将所述防腐剂各物料用55-65℃热水溶解。
第三方面,本发明提供了一种婴幼儿湿巾,包括无纺布基材和添加于无纺布基材中的湿巾添加液,其特征在于,所述湿巾添加液为前述添加液或由前述制作工艺制得。
进一步地,本发明提供了一种婴幼儿湿巾的制作工艺,其特征在于,将所述湿巾添加液通过浸泡或喷淋添加至所述无纺布基材上,所述湿巾添加液与所述无纺布基材的质量比为(2.5-4.5):1。
优选地,所述湿巾添加液与所述无纺布基材的质量比为3:1。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:
(1)小分子量海藻糖与保湿剂联合应用,在确保湿巾具有较强护肤保湿功效的同时,避免使用时的黏腻感,亲肤性更强,减少婴幼儿使用时的抗拒反应;
(2)海藻糖保持鸡蛋果提取物中活性成分的稳定,两者协同配合,修复皮肤屏障、预防细胞基质的降解,降低紫外线的有害影响,保护婴幼儿皮肤免受室内外污染的不利影响,全方位呵护婴幼儿的娇嫩肌肤,使家长更安心。
进一步地,本发明中的防腐剂使用低气味原料,口感无苦味,在通过防腐功效测试且满足婴幼儿湿巾安全无刺激性要求的前提下,改善一般婴幼儿湿巾的气味和苦味,从而使得婴幼儿不会抗拒使用。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例提供的一种婴幼儿湿巾添加液,包括以下组成及其重量百分比:海藻糖0.3%-1.0%;鸡蛋果提取物0.05%-0.12%;保湿剂0.05%-0.15%;防腐剂0.1%-0.5%;PH值调节剂0.01%-0.5%;余量为纯化水。
进一步地,保湿剂可为芦荟凝胶提取物、尿囊素、透明质酸等其中的一种或一种以上混合物;和/或PH值调节剂为葡萄糖酸内酯。
其中,海藻糖是一种天然的糖类,不仅以游离糖形式存在,还作为各种糖酯的组成部分。海藻糖具有优异的保水性、吸湿性,其分子量小,易于被皮肤吸收,进入细胞内发挥其独特的水替代应激因子作用和保护细胞膜的功能,提高细胞的抗干燥、抗冷冻能力,从而提高皮肤适应环境的能力。海藻糖能清除α、β射线所产生的OH·自由基,使细胞DNA不易发生突变,是皮肤细胞DNA的保护因子、修复因子,可有效保护皮肤DNA免受由放射线引起的损伤。此外,海藻糖可以保持活性成分的稳定,从而减少产品出现问题的可能性。
其中,鸡蛋果又名百香果,有良好的营养保健价值,尤其是在抗氧化性和抗黑色素方面。百香果富含多酚等生物活性物质,是天然功能性化妆品的良好来源,多酚类物质可以与维生素及胡萝卜素在体内协同作用,清除自由基并发挥抗氧化作用,从而表现出优异的抗氧化效应。鸡蛋果提取物内的活性成分,主要包括强力抗氧化物白皮杉醇及多种类黄酮成分,白皮杉醇是白藜芦醇的羟基化类似物,其含有四个酚羟基,且具有优越的生物活性如细胞修复、抗氧化、抗炎、抑制黑色素等。
具体地,本发明提供的实施例中,海藻糖与保湿剂联合应用、互补增效,兼具生物保鲜和智能保湿作用。进一步地,由于海藻糖的分子量小,易于被皮肤吸收,在保证较强保湿护肤功效的同时,具有良好的清爽感,避免使用过程中的黏腻感,在清洁的同时也能提供舒适的使用体验,减少婴幼儿使用时的抗拒反应。
具体地,本发明提供的实施例中,海藻糖与鸡蛋果提取物协同配合、成效倍增。海藻糖可以保持活性成分的稳定,对鸡蛋提取物内所富含的多酚类物质有稳定作用,进一步地,海藻糖可以稳定鸡蛋提取物内活性成分,使其保持抗氧化、抗黑色素及抗炎修复活性。更进一步地,海藻糖能清除α、β射线所产生的OH·自由基,保护皮肤免受射线伤害,是皮肤细胞DNA的保护因子,两者联合应用,可以有效预防细胞基质的降解、修复皮肤屏障功能,防止紫外线有害影响,可有效保护婴幼儿娇嫩肌肤免受室内外污染的不利影响。
进一步地,防腐剂可为无味苯扎氯铵、苄索氯铵、西砒氯铵、葡萄糖酸氯己定、氯苯甘醚、乙基己基甘油、己二醇、辛甘醇等其中的两种或两种以上混合物。
进一步地,本发明的防腐剂选用无味苯扎氯铵。
具体地,目前市面上的普通湿巾会添加强效化学品以保证配方的保质期长达数年。例如,国际常用防腐添加剂甲基异噻唑啉酮,它对肌肤与粘膜具有一定刺激性,会引起过敏反应,不适合添加于婴幼儿长时间接触的产品中;再如,具有卓越杀菌防腐功效的羟苯酯类防腐剂,其表现出类雌激素的作用,有可能诱发和增加乳癌的风险,长期使用或使女童青春期提前,并表现有降低男性精子质量的风险;还有,会引起湿疹患者过敏性接触皮炎发病的丙二醇,这些化学成分都容易伤害婴幼儿娇嫩的肌肤。
此外,市面上大部分湿巾的防腐剂中通常会加入具有特殊味道的化学成分,例如,有刺激性气味的苯扎氯铵、有苦涩味的聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐,因此往往会引起婴幼儿的抗拒反应。而且,为了遮蔽现有婴幼儿湿巾的特殊气味,通常会添加如人工合成香精等气味遮蔽剂至湿巾内,人工合成香精这类的气味遮蔽剂在人体体内表现出荷尔蒙激素的作用,干扰正常内分泌程序,长期接触有可能导致孩子性早熟,这也增加了婴幼儿湿巾的不安全性。
本发明所选用的防腐剂混合物,性质温和,在通过防腐功效测试的前提下,满足婴幼儿湿巾安全无刺激性要求。同时,选用诸如无味苯扎氯铵等低气味原料作为防腐剂,口感无苦味,从而改善市面上某些婴幼儿湿巾的气味和苦味,从而减少婴幼儿的抗拒反应。
本发明实施例提供一种婴幼儿湿巾添加液的制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
第一步:将海藻糖与鸡蛋果提取物溶于温水,以转速360-500rpm搅拌4-6分钟混合均匀后,加入配制容器中,加入纯化水至足量;
第二步:将防腐剂热水溶解并以转速500-1000rpm搅拌8-10分钟,冷却至室温后加入上述配制容器中;
第三步:常温下将保湿剂加入上述配制容器并以转速360-500rpm搅拌8-10分钟混合均匀;
第四步:加入适量PH值调节剂调节乳液PH至4.8-5.0,以转速360-500rpm搅拌至少30分钟制成乳液状添加剂。
优选地,在步骤S1中,将海藻糖与鸡蛋果提取物用35-40℃的温水溶解。
优选地,在步骤S2中,将防腐剂各物料用55-65℃热水溶解。
本发明实施例还提供一种婴幼儿湿巾,包括无纺布基材和添加于无纺布基材中的湿巾添加液。其中,婴幼儿湿巾添加液可选自上述添加液所有配方中的任何一种并可通过上述任一制作工艺制得。优选地,无纺布基材采用纯棉无纺布,纯棉无纺布气味更低、舒适度更高,但本发明实施例的婴幼儿湿巾中无纺布基材选用材料不限于上述材料,只要其实现该湿巾的功能即可。
进一步地,本发明实施例还提供一种婴幼儿湿巾的制作工艺,将湿巾添加液通过浸泡或喷淋添加至基材上,湿巾添加液与基材的质量比为(2.5-4.5):1。
优选地,湿巾添加液与基材的质量比为3:1。
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明婴幼儿湿巾及其制作工艺及婴幼儿湿巾作进一步说明。
在实际测试中,本发明提供了3种不同组分及重量百分比的婴幼儿湿巾添加液,分别为实施例1-实施例3,具体组分及重量百分比如下:

第一步:将1.0%重量百分比的海藻糖与0.05%重量百分比的鸡蛋果提取物用35-40℃的温水溶解,以转速360-500rpm搅拌4-6分钟混合均匀后,加入配制容器中,加入纯化水至足量;
第二步:将0.1%重量百分比的无味苯扎氯铵、0.06%重量百分比的西砒氯铵、0.1%重量百分比的葡萄糖酸氯己定、0.2%重量百分比的辛甘醇用55-65℃热水溶解,并以转速500-1000rpm搅拌8-10分钟,冷却至室温后加入上述配制容器中;
第三步:常温下将0.05%重量百分比的尿囊素、0.06%重量百分比的透明质酸加入上述配制容器并以转速360-500rpm搅拌8-10分钟混合均匀;
第四步:加入0.06%重量百分比的葡萄糖酸内酯调节乳液PH至4.8-5.0,以转速360-500rpm搅拌至少30分钟制成乳液状添加剂。
上述的所有重量百分比均是相应成分占添加液总重量的重量百分比,除了上述添加的物质外,其余为纯化水。
进一步地,对实施例1进行防腐效能测试:
由上表可见:本发明具有良好防腐杀菌效能,通过防腐功效测试,保证婴幼儿使用的安全性。
实施例2:
第一步:将0.5%重量百分比的海藻糖与0.1%重量百分比的鸡蛋果提取物用35-40℃的温水溶解,以转速360-500rpm搅拌4-6分钟混合均匀后,加入配制容器中,加入纯化水至足量;
第二步:将0.08%重量百分比的无味苯扎氯铵、0.05%重量百分比的苄索氯铵、0.03%重量百分比的西砒氯铵、0.05%重量百分比的氯苯甘醚、0.08%重量百分比的乙基己基甘油用55-65℃热水溶解,并以转速500-1000rpm搅拌8-10分钟,冷却至室温后加入上述配制容器中;
第三步:常温下将0.12%重量百分比的尿囊素加入上述配制容器并以转速360-500rpm搅拌8-10分钟混合均匀;
第四步:加入0.06%重量百分比的葡萄糖酸内酯调节乳液PH至4.8-5.0,以转速360-500rpm搅拌至少30分钟制成乳液状添加剂。
上述的所有重量百分比均是相应成分占添加液总重量的重量百分比,除了上述添加的物质外,其余为纯化水。
婴幼儿湿巾作为婴幼儿护理用品,不仅要具有清洁作用,还要有保湿功效,但保湿的同时不能有过多的粘腻感。保湿功效评价一般采用皮肤含水量和水份散失量两个指标来表征,皮肤含水量数值越大,说明即时保湿效果越好。据此,引入以下两个对比例以进一步说明本发明保湿效果及皮肤体验感。
对比例1:
包括以下组成及其重量百分比:甘油0.5%;维生素E 0.03%;茶树根提取液0.06%;PEG-60氢化蓖麻油0.03%;苯氧乙醇0.2%;苯甲酸钠0.3%;柠檬酸0.05%。
对比例2:
包括以下组成及其重量百分比:丙二醇0.5%;仙人掌提取物0.05%;木糖醇0.03%;聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐0.1%;对羟基苯甲酸甲酯0.1%;苯扎氯铵0.5%;柠檬酸0.03%。
皮肤含水量测试结果(保湿评价)如下表所示:
由上表可见:随着时间的增加,皮肤含水量在逐渐降低,相比于对比例1和2,实施例2的皮肤含水量要更高,说明本婴幼儿湿巾更能减少皮肤水份的散失,增强皮肤的水屏障功能从而锁住水分,保湿效果更好。
皮肤体验感测试结果(肤感评价)如下表所示:

由上表可知:本发明可在保证湿巾保湿性能的基础上,大大降低粘腻感。在使用过程中具有更好的爽滑感、清爽感和湿润感,更低的黏腻感,更低的气味和苦味,可以带给宝宝更舒适的使用体验。
上述所有可选技术方案,可以采用任意结合形成本发明的可选实施例,在此不再一一赘述。

1.一种婴幼儿湿巾添加液,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的物质:
海藻糖0.3%-1.0%;
鸡蛋果提取物0.05%-0.12%;
保湿剂0.05%-0.15%;
防腐剂0.1%-0.5%;
PH值调节剂0.01%-0.5%;
余量为纯化水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的婴幼儿湿巾添加液,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为芦荟凝胶提取物、尿囊素、透明质酸中的至少一种;
和/或所述PH值调节剂为葡萄糖酸内酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的婴幼儿湿巾添加液,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为无味苯扎氯铵、苄索氯铵、西砒氯铵、葡萄糖酸氯己定、氯苯甘醚、乙基己基甘油、己二醇、辛甘醇中的至少两种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的婴幼儿湿巾添加液,其特征在于,所述防腐剂包括无味苯扎氯铵。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的婴幼儿湿巾添加液的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将所述海藻糖与所述鸡蛋果提取物溶于温水,以转速360-500rpm搅拌4-6分钟混合均匀后,加入配制容器中,加入所述纯化水至足量;
(2)将所述防腐剂用热水溶解并以转速500-1000rpm搅拌8-10分钟,冷却至室温后加入上述配制容器中;
(3)常温下将所述保湿剂加入所述配制容器并以转速360-500rpm搅拌8-10分钟混合均匀;
(4)加入适量所述PH值调节剂调节乳液PH至4.8-5.0,以转速360-500rpm搅拌至少30分钟制成乳液状添加剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的婴幼儿湿巾添加液的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,将所述海藻糖与所述鸡蛋果提取物用35-40℃的温水溶解。
7.根据权利要求5所述的婴幼儿湿巾添加液的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,将所述防腐剂用55-65℃热水溶解。
8.一种婴幼儿湿巾,包括无纺布基材和添加于所述无纺布基材中的湿巾添加液,其特征在于,所述湿巾添加液为权利要求1-4任一项所述的添加液或由权利要求5-7任一项所述的制作工艺制得。
9.根据权利要求8所述的婴幼儿湿巾,其特征在于,将所述湿巾添加液通过浸泡或喷淋添加至所述无纺布基材上,所述湿巾添加液与所述无纺布基材的质量比为(2.5-4.5):1。
10.根据权利要求9所述的婴幼儿湿巾,其特征在于,所述湿巾添加液与所述无纺布基材的质量比为3:1。
