Abstract
本发明涉及一种天然草本止痒防蜱喷雾，配方的有效成份为金缕梅提取液、蔓生百部提取物、茯苓提取物、紫苏叶提取物、艾草提取物、蓝桉干细胞萃取物、复合溶菌酵素酶、天然柠檬酸等，经特殊工艺提取、复配而成。本发明的目的就是提供一种提取自纯天然草本，不添加任何化学成分的天然草本植物止痒防蜱喷雾，特别加入蓝桉干细胞萃取物、复合溶菌酵素酶等天然除蜱消毒成分，并且利用天然柠檬酸作为酸碱调节剂，将溶液的pH值调节为适合皮肤的弱酸性，具有高效的出游涉足野外止痒防蜱功效，杀菌消毒，保护肌肤、安全无毒、无刺激、绿色环保的特点。
Description
技术领域本发明涉及一种天然草本止痒防蜱喷雾，配方的有效成份为金缕梅提取液、蔓生百部提取物、茯苓提取物、紫苏叶提取物、艾草提取物、蓝桉干细胞萃取物、复合溶菌酵素酶、天然柠檬酸等，经特殊工艺提取、复配而成。本发明的目的就是提供一种提取自纯天然草本，不添加任何化学成分的天然草本植物止痒防蜱喷雾，特别加入蓝桉干细胞萃取物、复合溶菌酵素酶等天然除蜱消毒成分，并且利用天然柠檬酸作为酸碱调节剂，将溶液的pH值调节为适合皮肤的弱酸性，具有高效的出游涉足野外止痒防蜱功效，杀菌消毒，保护肌肤、安全无毒、无刺激、绿色环保的特点。
背景技术夏季旅游旺季，很多人都会出游涉足野外，春夏潮热季节确是蜱虫多见的季节，蜱虫主要带有病毒，人体被虰咬后感染可引起脑神经反应和出血症状，严重者可致命，危险性较高，预防蜱虫的叮咬显得至关重要。人被受感染的蜱虫叮咬之后，很有可能遭遇以下疾病：莱姆病、斑疹热、Q热、森林脑炎、出血热、巴贝斯虫病、泰勒虫病、落基山斑疹热等81种病毒性、31种细菌性和32种原虫性疾病。即便蜱虫没有携带致病性微生物，被它叮咬后的局部组织受到破损，留有微小的伤口，也有可能发生炎症、糜烂、溃疡，或继续感染。此外，某些蜱虫在吸血过程中涎液分泌的神经毒素可导致被咬者的运动性纤维发生传导阻滞，引起肌肉麻痹，严重的还导致呼吸衰竭而死亡，这种称为“蜱瘫痪”。现在市面上对于防蜱的个人预防产品，以驱蚊液为主，都是定位在以人工合成化学品避蚊胺为主要原料的产品上，避蚊胺简称DEET，是一种广泛使用的杀虫剂，化学名称为二乙基甲苯酸胺，作为一种广谱昆虫驱避剂有效成分，将其喷洒在皮肤或衣服上，起到避免虫蚊叮咬的作用，其化学成分属于农药类化学试剂，其中的化学成分对人体具有一定的毒副作用，尤其对儿童及老年人的危害性不容小视。针对以上问题，本发明采用了金缕梅提取液作为溶剂，所有的抗菌、除蜱成分均来自天然草本生物提取物，水溶性、易挥发、免洗，将清洗，除菌和护理的作用三合一。在达到清洁和除蜱目的的同时，最大程度滴降低其成分对皮肤的刺激和对生理环境的破坏，同时添加保湿成分，对皮肤起到营养护理作用。并具有抗菌消毒效率高、稳定性好、对环境无污染、有效止痒防蜱、安全性能高等特点。
发明内容 本发明的要点在于选择合适的组分，使用多种天然草本精华，配合人参干细胞和复合溶菌酵素酶的协同作用，使每种有效成分的作用都达到最强，最终配伍而成一种天然草本止痒防蜱喷雾。
本发明选择的配方如下（组分及其重量百分比％）：蓝桉干细胞萃取物5.0-6.0；蔓生百部提取物1.0-2.0；茯苓提取物3.0-4.0；紫苏叶提取物5.0-7.0；艾草提取物2.0-3.0；复合溶菌酵素酶0.5-2.0；天然柠檬酸 将pH调至6.8，金缕梅提取液加至100。
金缕梅提取物可作抗氧化剂；能够活化细胞芳香化酶和组织蛋白酶以提高皮层局部雌激素水平，增强皮肤细胞新陈代谢，有抗衰作用，可维持皮肤弹性和抗皱；具有抗炎，防敏舒缓和收敛的作用；同时还有良好的持水能力。
蔓生百部提取物蔓生百部提取物有超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）样作用，对超氧自由基有较好的消除作用，它可用作化妆品的自由基捕获剂；百部提取物有极强的抗菌性和杀灭螨虫作用，可用于相关的洗涤类制品。
茯苓提取物对整合素等有促进增殖作用，整合素可体现纤维芽细胞的增殖情况以及细胞间、纤维蛋白间的粘连情况，整合素的增殖可使纤维芽细胞包裹的胶原蛋白的直径和体积缩小，从而有收缩效果，可用于紧肤和细纹化妆品；具有抗菌性，对多种细菌和真菌有良好的抑制作用；另外还具有抗炎性和保湿性。
紫苏叶提取物的抑菌、防腐能力明显优于尼泊金乙酯和苯甲酸，而且具有用量小、安全性高、不受pH值制约等优点，并兼具防腐和香味的双重效果，可用作广谱、高效、天然的食品、化妆品以及药品的防腐剂。对透明质酸酶的生成有很强的促进作用，具有很好的保湿效果；能促进胶原蛋白的生成，消除自由基，具有抗衰、防皱的作用。
艾草提取物有广谱的抗菌性，可以用作化妆品和口腔卫生用品的防腐剂和抗菌剂；艾叶提取物对核因子受体活化的抑制，说明可用作化妆品抗炎剂；提取物尚可用作抗氧化剂、抗皱剂、抑制过敏剂、生发剂和保湿剂。艾蒿挥发油对皮肤有轻度刺激性，可引起发热、潮红等。
蓝桉是桃金娘科桉属植物,常以叶和果实入药,具有疏风解热、抑菌消炎、防腐止痒等功效。近年来从其果实、叶和茎皮中发现大量的生物活性成分,如间苯三酚衍生物、黄酮类、三萜类等。现代药理学研究表明,蓝桉中的化学成分具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗氧化和降血糖等多种生物活性。蓝桉干细胞精华可以有效防螨防蜱。
复合溶菌酵素酶是体内免疫系统的一部分，可有效杀灭革兰氏阳性菌。复合溶菌酵素酶结合到细菌表面，减少负电荷并协助对细菌的吞噬作用。复合溶菌酵素酶进攻细菌细胞壁的组分-肽聚糖，水解连接N-乙酰胞壁酸和N-乙酰葡糖胺第四位碳原子的糖苷键。复合溶菌酵素酶通过其两个结构域之间的“沟”结合到肽聚糖分子上；随后其底物在酶中形成过渡态的构象。根据Phillips机制，复合溶菌酵素酶与葡聚六糖结合。然后复合溶菌酵素酶将葡聚六糖上的第四个糖扭曲为半椅形构象。在这种扭曲状态（能量较高）中，糖苷键很容易就发生断裂。从而达到杀菌效果。
天然柠檬酸提取自于柠檬、柑橘、菠萝等果实中，属于果酸的一种，主要作用是加快角质更新。常用于乳液、乳霜、洗发精、美白用品、抗老化用品、青春痘用品等。在此代替化学强酸作为醒肤水的pH调节剂，可以起到很好的角质更新作用，有助于皮肤的中黑色素的剥落、毛孔的收细、黑头的溶解等。
本发明产品的制备方法是：
（1）制备油相组分：分别将蔓生百部提取物、茯苓提取物、紫苏叶提取物、艾草提取物按比例配制，混合均匀；
（2）制备水相组分：蓝桉干细胞萃取物按比例加入金缕梅提取液中，溶解搅拌；
（3）将水相组分加热至40℃，缓慢地加入油相组分，乳化均匀；
（4）将上述组分降温至25℃，缓慢加入复合溶菌酵素酶，搅拌均匀；
（5）用天然柠檬酸做酸碱调节剂，将溶液pH调至6.0，金缕梅提取液至100；
（6）随机抽检，检验合格后，分装入喷瓶，贴标、密封。
本发明具有以下优点：
（1）蓝桉干细胞萃取物与天然植物精华协同作用高效持久的止痒防蜱功效；
（2）抗菌消毒效果显著，对细菌、真菌、病毒都有杀灭抑制作用；
（3）安全无毒、无刺激、无腐蚀性，对皮肤无损伤、对环境无污染；
（4）使用浓度低、稳定性好；
（5）工艺简单，成本低，使用方便。
具体实施方式 下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明：
按照下表所列数据（重量百分比％）及其所述步骤进行配置：
配方一：
蓝桉干细胞萃取物5.0-6.0；蔓生百部提取物1.0-2.0；茯苓提取物3.0-4.0；紫苏叶提取物5.0-7.0；艾草提取物2.0-3.0；复合溶菌酵素酶0.5-2.0；天然柠檬酸 将pH调至6.8，金缕梅提取液加至100。
配方二：
蓝桉干细胞萃取物5.5-6.0；蔓生百部提取物1.5-2.0；茯苓提取物3.5-4.0；紫苏叶提取物6.0-7.0；艾草提取物2.2-3.0；复合溶菌酵素酶0.6-2.0；天然柠檬酸 将pH调至6.8，金缕梅提取液加至100。
配方三：
蓝桉干细胞萃取物5.2-5.8；蔓生百部提取物1.1-1.8；茯苓提取物3.2-3.5；紫苏叶提取物5.5-6.5；艾草提取物2.2-2.7；复合溶菌酵素酶0.6-1.5；天然柠檬酸 将pH调至6.8，金缕梅提取液加至100。
申请人声明，本发明通过上述实施例来说明本发明的工艺方法，但本发明并不局限于上述工艺步骤，即不意味着本发明必须依赖上述工艺步骤才能实施。所属技术领域的技术人员应该明了，对本发明的任何改进，对本发明所选用原料的等效替换及辅助成分的添加、具体方式的选择等，均落在本发明的保护范围和公开范围之内。
Claims (2)
1.一种天然草本止痒防蜱喷雾，其特征在于具有如下配方（组分及其重量百分比％）：
蓝桉干细胞萃取物5.0-6.0；蔓生百部提取物1.0-2.0；茯苓提取物3.0-4.0；紫苏叶提取物5.0-7.0；艾草提取物2.0-3.0；复合溶菌酵素酶0.5-2.0；天然柠檬酸 将pH调至6.8，金缕梅提取液加至100。
2.一种权利要求1所述一种天然草本止痒防蜱喷雾的制备方法，其特征在于具有如下的步骤：
（1）制备油相组分：分别将蔓生百部提取物、茯苓提取物、紫苏叶提取物、艾草提取物按比例配制，混合均匀；
（2）制备水相组分：蓝桉干细胞萃取物按比例加入金缕梅提取液中，溶解搅拌；
（3）将水相组分加热至40℃，缓慢地加入油相组分，乳化均匀；
（4）将上述组分降温至25℃，缓慢加入复合溶菌酵素酶，搅拌均匀；
（5）用天然柠檬酸做酸碱调节剂，将溶液pH调至6.0，金缕梅提取液至100；
（6）随机抽检，检验合格后，分装入喷瓶，贴标、密封。
