Abstract
本发明涉及一种水性液状化妆料,该水性液状化妆料包含(A)颜料以及(B)分散剂,该水性液状化妆料在25℃下的粘度为1~50mPa·s,(A)成分包含(A1)选自铁蓝以及天然色素的色淀所组成的群组中的至少一种,水性液状化妆料包含(C1)选自氯化物、硫酸盐、硝酸盐、碳酸盐以及磷酸盐所组成的群组中的至少一种无机盐。

技术领域
本发明涉及水性液状化妆料以及笔型化妆品。
背景技术
作为水性液状化妆料的产品形态,从使用便利性的观点出发,人们使用自动笔式的涂抹工具。在该涂抹工具中,利用毛细管现象,使化妆料从填充有化妆料的贮藏部向笔尖跟随移动。从跟随性的观点出发,上述化妆料多为低粘度,并且随着时间的推移颜料容易发生沉降。颜料的沉降会导致化妆料的贮藏部、流路的堵塞以及描线的飞白等问题。为了抑制这样的问题,以往,通过配合聚天冬氨酸钠等阴离子型分散剂来提高水性液状化妆料的分散性和排出性(例如,参见日本特开2003-231614号公报以及日本特开2015-164912号公报)。
发明内容
近年,在液体眼线液、眉毛化妆料等中,除了黑色、褐色以外,显示蓝色、绿色、乳白色等各种各样的颜色的情况逐渐增加,除了以往的氧化铁黑、碳黑这样的黑色颜料之外,有时会混合氧化铁红、氧化铁黄、氧化钛、铁蓝等无机颜料,焦油色素等合成有机颜料,以及胭脂红等天然色素的色淀等。
然而,本发明的发明人们发现含有铁蓝、天然色素的色淀的水性液状化妆料容易在涂抹工具的笔尖上发生颜色分离。虽然这种在涂抹部处的颜色分离会导致描线的浓淡差(或色调差),作为产品并不优选,并且人们也发现即使配合阴离子型分散剂也无法充分进行抑制。
本发明是鉴于上述情况而完成的,其目的在于提供一种即使在以自动笔式的涂抹工具来使用的情况下,也具有充分的排出性,并且虽然含有铁蓝、天然色素的色淀但在涂抹部处不易发生颜色分离的水性液状化妆料以及含有该水性液状化妆料的笔型化妆品。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种水性液状化妆料,该水性液状化妆料包含(A)颜料以及(B)分散剂,该水性液状化妆料在25℃下的粘度为1~50mPa·s,(A)成分包含(A1)选自铁蓝以及天然色素的色淀所组成的群组中的至少一种,水性液状化妆料包含(C1)选自氯化物、硫酸盐、硝酸盐、碳酸盐以及磷酸盐所组成的群组中的至少一种无机盐。
根据本发明的水性液状化妆料,通过具有上述组成,即使在以自动笔式的涂抹工具来使用的情况下,也能够充分排出,并且能够抑制在涂抹部处的颜色分离。
从对在涂抹部处的颜色分离的抑制以及排出性的观点出发,上述水性液状化妆料也可以作为(C1)成分而包含氯化物,该氯化物的含量以化妆料总量为基准,可为0.05~1质量%。
从对在涂抹部处的颜色分离的抑制以及排出性的观点出发,上述水性液状化妆料也可以作为(C1)成分而包含聚磷酸盐,该聚磷酸盐的含量以化妆料总量为基准,可为0.005~0.1质量%。
进一步的,(B)成分也可以包含(B1)阴离子型分散剂。
从高水平地兼顾排出性和对在涂抹部处的颜色分离的抑制的观点出发,上述水性液状化妆料也可以作为(B1)成分而包含(B1-L)平均分子量(Mw)为1000~30000的阴离子型高分子,(C1)成分与(B1-L)成分的质量比[(C1)/(B1-L)]可为0.3/5~3/1。
从兼顾排出性和对在涂抹部处的颜色分离和描线的浓淡差的抑制的观点出发,上述水性液状化妆料也可以作为(B1)成分而包含(B1-L)平均分子量(Mw)为1000~30000的阴离子型高分子以及(B1-H)平均分子量(Mw)为50000~1000000的阴离子型高分子。
(A)成分也可以进一步包含(A2)选自氧化钛、氧化铁红、氧化铁黄、氧化铁黑以及钛黑所组成的群组中的至少一种金属氧化物。
本发明还提供一种具备自动笔式的涂抹工具以及填充于该涂抹工具的上述水性液状化妆料的笔型化妆品。
根据本发明,能够提供一种即使在以自动笔式的涂抹工具来使用的情况下,也具有充分的排出性,并且虽然包含铁蓝、天然色素的色淀但在涂抹部处不易发生颜色分离的水性液状化妆料以及包含该水性液状化妆料的笔型化妆品。

具体实施方式
本实施方式的水性液状化妆料包含(A)颜料(以下,有时也称为(A)成分)、(B)分散剂(以下,有时也称为(B)成分)以及(C1)选自氯化物、硫酸盐、硝酸盐、碳酸盐和磷酸盐所组成的群组中的至少一种无机盐(以下,有时也称为(C1)成分)。
应予说明,本说明书中的水性是指至少含有水。在水性化妆料中,除了水之外,也可以进一步包含乙醇等碳数1~5的低级醇。
本实施方式的水性液状化妆料中的水的含量以化妆料总量为基准,可以为30~85质量%,可以为40~80质量%,也可以为50~70质量%。
此外,在本说明书中,液状是指在25℃下显示出流动性的物质。本实施方式的水性液状化妆料在25℃下的粘度可以为1~50mPa·s以下。
从改善在自动笔式中的排出性的观点出发,本实施方式的水性液状化妆料在25℃下的粘度优选为40mPa·s以下,更优选为35mPa·s以下,进一步优选为30mPa·s以下,更进一步优选为25mPa·s以下。此外,从使用性的观点出发,本实施方式的水性液状化妆料在25℃下的粘度优选为4mPa·s以上,更优选为6mPa·s以上。
应予说明,上述粘度表示使用布氏粘度计(BM型)在下述条件下对25℃的试样进行测定的值。

[(A)颜料]
对于颜料,只要是在普通化妆品中使用的颜料,则可以无特别限定地使用。例如,可列举氧化铁红、氧化铁黄、氧化铁黑、氧化钴、氧化铬、群青、铁蓝、氧化钛、微粒氧化钛、氧化锌、钛黑(钛/氧化钛烧结物)、碳黑、硫酸钡、珠光颜料(云母钛、氧化铁包覆云母钛、微粒氧化钛包覆云母钛、硫酸钡包覆云母钛、鱼鳞箔、氯氧化铋、片状铝粉等)等无机颜料,红色201号、红色202号、红色205号、红色226号、红色228号、橙色203号、橙色204号、蓝色404号、黄色401号、红色3号、红色104号、红色106号、橙色205号、黄色4号、黄色5号、绿色3号、蓝色1号等锆、钡或铝色淀等合成色素的有机颜料,对胭脂红酸、紫胶色酸、红花素、巴西木素、藏花素等天然色素进行色淀化而得到的物质(以下,也称为“天然色素的色淀”)等。为了提高使用性及分散性等,也可以对上述颜料进行表面处理。作为表面处理,可列举金属皂、硅酮化合物(Silicone Compound)、氟化物、表面活性剂、氨基酸化合物等。
对于(A)成分,可以单独使用一种或者组合两种以上而使用。
从显示各种颜色的观点出发,在本实施方式的水性液状化妆料中,作为(A)成分可以包含(A1)选自铁蓝以及天然色素的色淀所组成的群组中的至少一种(以下,有时也称为(A1)成分)。
从排出性以及描线的显色性的观点出发,(A1)成分的含量以(A)成分总量为基准,可以为1~99质量%,可以为5~95质量%,可以为10~90质量%,也可以为20~85质量%。
从显示各种颜色的观点出发,在本实施方式的水性液状化妆料中,作为(A)成分,可以进一步包含选自氧化钛、氧化铁红、氧化铁黄、氧化铁黑以及钛黑(钛/氧化钛烧结物)所组成的群组中的至少一种金属氧化物(以下,有时也称为(A2)成分)。
本实施方式的水性液状化妆料即使在包含(A1)成分以及(A2)成分的情况下,也可以抑制在涂抹部处的颜色分离。在如配合氧化钛作为(A2)成分的情况等水性液状化妆料包含白色颜料的情况下,虽然在涂抹部处的颜色分离所导致的色差倾向于容易变得更明显,但根据本实施方式的水性液状化妆料,能够充分抑制在涂抹部处的颜色分离。
本实施方式的水性液状化妆料中的(A)成分的含量以化妆料总量为基准,可以为0.1~30质量%,可以为1~25质量%,也可以为2~20质量%。
[(B)分散剂]
作为(B)成分,只要是普通化妆品中使用的成分,则没有特别限定,可使用阴离子型分散剂(以下,有时也称为(B1)成分)、非离子型分散剂以及除此之外的水溶性聚合物等。此外,(B)成分可以使用水溶性的物质。
作为(B1)成分,可列举聚天冬氨酸盐、聚丙烯酸盐或聚甲基丙烯酸盐等聚羧酸盐等阴离子型高分子。此外,(B1)成分可以使用水溶性的物质。对于(B1)成分,可以单独使用一种或者组合两种以上而使用。
聚天冬氨酸盐是指在结构单元中包含天冬氨酸的聚合物。聚羧酸盐是指包含来源于丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、马来酸、衣康酸等烯属不饱和羧酸(ethylene unsaturatedcarboxylic acid)的结构单元的均聚物或共聚物。聚丙烯酸盐是指在结构单元中包含丙烯酸的均聚物,聚甲基丙烯酸盐是指在结构单元中包含甲基丙烯酸的均聚物。
作为上述聚合物的盐,可使用钠盐、钾盐等碱金属盐,二乙醇胺盐、三乙醇胺盐等有机胺盐,或碱性氨基酸盐,其中,优选钠盐或钾盐。
从兼顾排出性和对在涂抹部处的颜色分离及描线的浓淡差的抑制的观点出发,阴离子型高分子的平均分子量(Mw)可以为1000~30000,可以为1000~15000,也可以为2000~10000。水溶性聚合物的平均分子量(Mw)可以通过将分子量已知的聚氧乙烯作为标准物质,使用凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)来测定。
对于(B1)成分,可使用市售品。作为聚天冬氨酸盐,可列举アクアデュウSPA-30(味の素公司生产,平均分子量(Mw)4000)、Baypure DS100(ランクセス公司生产,平均分子量(Mw)2500)。作为聚丙烯酸盐,可列举アロンT-50(东亚合成公司生产,平均分子量(Mw)6000)、アロンA-30SL(东亚合成公司生产,平均分子量(Mw)6000)。作为聚羧酸盐,可列举アロンA-6330(东亚合成公司生产,平均分子量(Mw)10000)、アロンA-6001(东亚合成公司生产,平均分子量(Mw)8000)。
从高水平地兼顾排出性和对在涂抹部处的颜色分离的抑制的观点出发,(B1)成分的含量以化妆料总量为基准,可以为0.05~5质量%,可以为0.1~3质量%,可以为0.12~1质量%,也可以为0.15~0.5质量%。
从兼顾排出性和对在涂抹部处的颜色分离及描线的浓淡差的抑制的观点出发,在本实施方式的水性液状化妆料中,作为(B1)成分,可以包含平均分子量(Mw)为1000~30000的阴离子型高分子(B1-L)以及平均分子量(Mw)为50000~1000000的阴离子型高分子(B1-H),它们的质量比(B1-L)/(B1-H)可以为0.1/1~5/1,可以为1/5~3/1,也可以为1/3~5/3。
作为非离子型分散剂,可列举聚氧化烯烷基醚、甘油烷基醚、脂肪酸甘油酯、聚甘油脂肪酸酯、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯以及它们的亚烷基二醇(Alkylene Glycol)加成物、聚亚烷基二醇脂肪酸酯、聚甘油改性硅酮、聚醚改性硅酮等。
作为上述分散剂以外的水溶性聚合物,可列举聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、乙烯基吡咯烷酮/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(VP/VA共聚物)等。
本实施方式的水性液状化妆料中的(B)成分的含量以化妆料总量为基准,可以为0.1~5质量%,可以为0.2~4质量%,也可以为0.3~3质量%。
[(C1)成分]
(C1)成分为选自氯化物、硫酸盐、硝酸盐、碳酸盐以及磷酸盐所组成的群组中的至少一种无机盐。作为(C1)成分,例如,可列举氯化钠、氯化钾、氯化镁、氯化钙、氯化铝、氯化锌以及氯化铵等氯化物,硫酸钠、硫酸钾、硫酸镁、硫酸铝、硫酸锌以及硫酸铵等硫酸盐,硝酸钠、硝酸钾、硝酸镁、硝酸钙、硝酸铝、硝酸锌以及硝酸铵等硝酸盐,碳酸钠、碳酸钾、碳酸镁以及碳酸钙等碳酸盐,磷酸钠、磷酸钾、以及偏磷酸钠和偏磷酸钾等聚磷酸盐等磷酸盐。从对在涂抹部处的颜色分离的抑制的观点出发,在上述成分中,可以使用氯化钠、氯化镁。
从高水平地兼顾排出性和对涂抹部处的颜色分离的抑制的观点出发,本实施方式的水性液状化妆料中的(C1)成分的含量以化妆料总量为基准,可以为0.005~1质量%,可以为0.01~0.8质量%,可以为0.05~1质量%,可以为0.06~0.8质量%,可以为0.02~0.5质量%,也可以为0.07~0.5质量%。
在本实施方式的水性液状化妆料包含氯化物作为(C1)成分的情况下,从对在涂抹部处的颜色分离的抑制的观点出发,氯化物的含量可以为0.05质量%以上,也可以为0.1质量%以上,从排出性的观点出发,可以为1质量%以下,也可以为0.5质量%以下,从对在涂抹部处的颜色分离的抑制以及排出性的观点出发,可以为0.05~1质量%,或者也可以为0.1~0.5质量%。
在本实施方式的水性液状化妆料包含聚磷酸盐作为(C1)成分的情况下,从对在涂抹部处的颜色分离的抑制的观点出发,聚磷酸盐的含量可以为0.005质量%以上,也可以为0.01质量%以上,从排出性的观点出发,可以为0.1质量%以下,也可以为0.05质量%以下,从对在涂抹部处的颜色分离的抑制以及排出性的观点出发,可以为0.005~0.1质量%,或者也可以为0.01~0.05质量%。
此外,从对在涂抹部处的颜色分离的抑制的观点出发,(C1)成分与(A1)成分的质量比[(C1)/(A1)]可以为1/2000~1/4,可以为1/200~1/4,可以为1/1000~1/5,可以为1/150~1/5,可以为1/900~1/6,可以为1/100~1/6,可以为1/800~1/7,也可以为1/70~1/7。
在本实施方式的水性液状化妆料含有氯化物作为(C1)成分的情况下,从对在涂抹部处的颜色分离的抑制的观点出发,氯化物与(A1)成分的质量比[(氯化物)/(A1)]可以为1/1000以上,也可以为1/200以上,从排出性的观点出发,可以为1/4以下,也可以为1/10以下,从对在涂抹部处的颜色分离的抑制以及排出性的观点出发,可以为1/1000~1/4,或者也可以为1/200~1/10。
在本实施方式的水性液状化妆料含有聚磷酸盐作为(C1)成分的情况下,从对在涂抹部处的颜色分离的抑制的观点出发,聚磷酸盐与(A1)成分的质量比[(聚磷酸盐)/(A1)]可以为1/2000以上,也可以为1/1000以上,从排出性的观点出发,可以为1/50以下,也可以为1/150以下,从对在涂抹部处的颜色分离的抑制以及排出性的观点出发,可以为1/2000~1/50,或者也可以为1/1000~1/150。
从高水平地兼顾排出性和对在涂抹部处的颜色分离的抑制的观点出发,本实施方式的水性液状化妆料包含(C1)成分以及上述(B1-L)成分,它们的质量比[(C1)/(B1-L)]可以为0.3/5~3/1,可以为0.4/5~2/1,也可以为0.1/1~1/1。
在本实施方式涉及的水性液状化妆料中,除上述各成分之外,可以根据需要,在不损害本发明的效果的范围内适当配合普通化妆品中使用的其他成分,例如,(A)成分以外的粉体、表面活性剂、成膜剂、保湿剂、粘度调节剂、防腐剂、pH调节剂、螯合剂、紫外线吸收剂、维生素类、美容成分、抗氧剂、香料等。
作为(A)成分以外的粉体,可列举滑石粉、白云母、金云母、红云母、黑云母、合成云母、绢云母(Sericite)、合成绢云母、高岭土、碳化硅、膨润土、蒙脱石、硅藻土、硅酸铝、硅酸铝镁、硅酸钙、硅酸钡、硅酸镁、碳酸钙、碳酸镁、羟基磷灰石、氮化硼等白色体质粉体,聚酰胺系树脂、聚乙烯系树脂、聚丙烯酸系树脂、聚酯系树脂、氟系树脂、纤维素系树脂、聚苯乙烯系树脂、苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚树脂等合成树脂粉体,聚丙烯系树脂、聚氨酯树脂等有机高分子树脂粉体,硬脂酸锌、N-酰基赖氨酸等有机低分子粉体,蚕丝粉、纤维素粉末等天然有机粉体等。
作为表面活性剂,可使用亲水性非离子型表面活性剂、阴离子型表面活性剂、阳离子型表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂等。
作为亲水性非离子型表面活性剂,例如,可列举聚氧化烯烷基醚、甘油烷基醚、脂肪酸甘油酯、聚甘油脂肪酸酯、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯以及它们的亚烷基二醇加成物、聚亚烷基二醇脂肪酸酯、聚甘油改性硅酮、聚醚改性硅酮等。作为阴离子型表面活性剂,例如,可列举烷基磷酸盐、聚氧化烯烷基醚磷酸盐、磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐等。作为阳离子型表面活性剂,可列举烷基胺盐、烷基三甲基铵盐等。作为两性表面活性剂,可列举卵磷脂、碳甜菜碱型(Carbobetaine Type)两性表面活性剂、硫代甜菜碱型两性表面活性剂、氨基酸型两性表面活性剂等。
作为成膜剂,可列举成膜性聚合物乳液、PVP、PVA、VP/VA共聚物等。
作为成膜性聚合物乳液中包含的聚合物,可列举包含(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯单体作为结构单元的不溶于水的聚合物或共聚物。作为共聚物的结构单元,可列举乙酸乙烯酯单体、苯乙烯单体等。在共聚物的情况下,可以为无规共聚物,可以为接枝共聚物,可以为嵌段共聚物,也可以为核壳型共聚物。
作为成膜性聚合物乳液的具体例子,可列举丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物乳液、丙烯酸烷基酯/苯乙烯共聚物乳液、丙烯酸烷基酯/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物乳液等。应予说明,在此所说的丙烯酸烷基酯中也包含甲基丙烯酸烷基酯。成膜性聚合物乳液可以使用以水作为溶剂且固体成分浓度为30~60质量%的物质。
成膜性聚合物乳液可使用市售品。作为丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物乳液,可列举ヨドゾールGH800F(アクゾノーベル公司生产,产品名,固体成分浓度45质量%)、ヨドゾールGH810F(アクゾノーベル公司生产,产品名,固体成分浓度46质量%)、ヨドゾールGH34F(アクゾノーベル公司生产,产品名,固体成分浓度42质量%)、ダイトゾール5000SJ(大东化成工业公司生产,产品名,固体成分浓度50质量%)等。作为丙烯酸烷基酯/苯乙烯共聚物乳液,可列举ヨドゾールGH41F(アクゾノーベル公司生产,产品名,固体成分浓度45质量%)、ダイトゾール5000STY(大东化成工业公司生产,产品名,固体成分浓度50质量%)、エマポリーCE-119N(日光ケミカルズ株式会社售,产品名)等。作为丙烯酸烷基酯/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物乳液,可列举ビニゾール2140L(大同化成工业公司生产,产品名,固体成分浓度45质量%)等。
成膜性聚合物乳液可以单独使用一种或者组合两种以上而使用。
本实施方式的水性液状化妆料中的成膜剂的含量以化妆料总量为基准,换算为固体成分浓度可以为2~20质量%,可以为4~16质量%,可以为6~12质量%,也可以为7~10质量%。
本实施方式涉及的水性液状化妆料可通过以下的方法来制造:将上述(A)成分、(B)成分、(C1)成分以及水和根据需要的其他成分溶解或分散,并均匀地搅拌、混合。
本实施方式涉及的水性液状化妆料可用作眼线液、眉毛化妆料、眼影、睫毛液等彩妆化妆料。
本实施方式涉及的水性液状化妆料能够以化妆品所使用的公知的产品形态来使用。作为产品形态,例如,可列举笔式(笔型)、瓶式等。作为笔式,可列举机械式和自动笔式,其中机械式具备化妆料贮藏部和涂抹部,上述化妆料贮藏部为浸渗有化妆料的纤维束或填充有化妆料的填充部等,上述涂抹部由与该化妆料贮藏部接合的笔或毡构成,并且在上述机械式中,通过转盘(dial)或敲击(knock)等对贮藏部施力而强制性地排出化妆料;而在上述自动笔式中,通过液状化妆料的表面张力以及毛细管现象的作用而使化妆料排出。
从使用方法的简便性、携带性的观点出发,本实施方式涉及的水性液状化妆料优选以自动笔式来使用。自动笔式的容器可以使用公知的容器,例如,可列举日本特开2016-87094号公报中公开的液状化妆料容器。
本实施方式的笔型化妆品具备自动笔式的涂抹工具以及填充于该涂抹工具的、上述本实施方式涉及的水性液状化妆料。
图1为表示笔型化妆品的示意性剖视图。图1所示的笔型化妆品100的整体形状呈类似笔具的细长的圆棒状,该笔型化妆品100大致具备圆筒状的容器主体1、设置于容器主体1内并收容本实施方式涉及的水性液状化妆料L的收容部2、安装于容器主体1的前端并用于涂抹收容部2内的水性液状化妆料L的毛笔3、配置于容器主体1内并连接收容部2内部与毛笔3的轴状的中继芯4、绕中继芯4安装的大致圆筒状的蛇管部件5。应予说明,在此,有底圆筒状的把持筒6通过螺合而可装卸地安装于容器主体1,从而使使用者容易把持容器主体1进行涂抹。应予说明,容器主体1不限于圆筒状,也可以为矩形筒等。
在笔型化妆品100中,收容部2、毛笔3以及中继芯4构成自动笔式的涂抹工具,在收容部2中填充有本实施方式涉及的水性液状化妆料。
容器主体1由例如PP(Polypropylene,聚丙烯)等形成,构成为带有凸缘且尖端变细的圆筒状。被拧入于容器主体1的把持筒6的前端面与设于容器主体1的外周面的凸缘部的后端面抵接,安装于容器主体1的帽10的开放端面与凸缘部的前端面抵接。此外,通过插入安装有底圆筒状的尾栓7来封闭容器主体1的后端的开口。
蛇管部件5用于控制水性液状化妆料L的流量,并具有包含水性液状化妆料L的槽(蛇管),蛇管部件5的圆筒状的后端部通过嵌合于容器主体1的内周面的凹部而安装于上述容器主体1。而且,在容器主体1内的蛇管部件5的后端部与尾栓7之间形成有上述收容部2,在该收容部2内填充有水性液状化妆料L。
中继芯4由例如丙烯酸树脂等形成,并以穿过蛇管部件5的筒孔的方式在轴线方向上延伸,中继芯4通过使其前端侧与蛇管部件5的前端侧嵌合而安装于蛇管部件5。中继芯4通过使其后端侧的部分进入收容部2内,并使其前端侧的部分进入毛笔3来连接收容部2内部与毛笔3。而且,中继芯4可以通过毛细管现象吸取收容部2内的水性液状化妆料L并向毛笔3供给。
在图1所示的笔型化妆品100中,涂抹体被设为毛笔,但也可以变更为毛毡笔尖、氨基甲酸酯笔尖。
用于保护毛笔3等的有底圆筒状的帽10通过嵌合而装卸自如地安装于容器主体1的前端侧。
在笔型化妆品100中,能够在轴线方向上移动的搅拌子20以及能够在轴线方向上伸缩的螺旋弹簧21与水性液状化妆料L一起被收容于收容部2内。在此,作为特别优选的形态,搅拌子20被设为球体,但其也可以为多面体或锥体等。
螺旋弹簧21为将直径不同的多个弹簧部(在此,为直径不同的两个弹簧部)在轴线方向上一体连接而成的一体成形的弹簧,在此,通过例如SUS等成形。上述螺旋弹簧21在后半部具备与搅拌子20的直径相比直径更小的小径弹簧部,并且在小径弹簧部的前方的轴线方向上相邻处连接具备与搅拌子20的直径相比直径更大的大径弹簧部。
在此,由于搅拌子20被设为能够在构成螺旋弹簧21的大径弹簧部内沿轴线方向移动,因此,如果使用者振动笔型化妆品100,则搅拌子20沿轴线方向移动,并且通过该搅拌子20的移动来搅拌水性液状化妆料L。
在这样构成的笔型化妆品100中,收容部2内的水性液状化妆料L经由中继芯4向前端侧的毛笔3流出,供使用者使用毛笔3进行涂抹。应予说明,在本实施方式涉及的笔型化妆品100中,通过具备上述搅拌子20以及螺旋弹簧21,可以使水性液状化妆料L高效地向毛笔3流出,但也可以变更为不具备搅拌子20以及螺旋弹簧21的结构。
以上,作为本实施方式涉及的笔型化妆品,以具备具有所谓直液式结构的容器的化妆品为例进行了说明,但化妆品的容器不特别限定于具有这样的结构的容器,可以使用公知的容器。例如,也可以使用具有所谓棉芯式结构的容器,该容器省略了笔型化妆品100的蛇管部件5、搅拌子20以及螺旋弹簧21,在收容部2收容通过浸渗而填充有水性液状化妆料L的棉芯部件,并通过后端侧的部分进入了棉芯部件的内部的中继芯4来吸取水性液状化妆料L并向毛笔3供给。
[实施例]
下面,通过实施例来对本发明进行更具体的说明,但本发明不限于以下的实施例。
<水性液状化妆料的制造>
(实施例1~15、比较例1~3)
利用分散器(disper)对表1~4所示的各成分以同表中所示的比例(质量%)进行混合,从而分别得到水性液状化妆料。应予说明,在表中,聚合物乳液、阴离子型分散剂以及非离子型分散剂的值表示固体成分的配合量。
应予说明,表1~4所示的各成分使用下述物质。
聚天冬氨酸钠:聚天冬氨酸钠(味の素株式会社生产,产品名“アクアデュウSPA-30B”,平均分子量(Mw)4000)
聚丙烯酸钠:聚丙烯酸钠(东亚合成株式会社生产,产品名“アロンT-50”,平均分子量(Mw)6000)
聚羧酸钠:聚丙烯酸钠(东亚合成株式会社生产,产品名“アロンA-6330”,平均分子量(Mw)10000)
丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物:丙烯酸烷基酯共聚物(BASF公司生产,产品名“Luvimer100P”,平均分子量(Mw)70000)
非离子型分散剂-1:山嵛醇聚醚-30(山嵛醇聚氧乙烯醚(PolyoxyethyleneBehenyl Ethers),日光ケミカルズ株式会社生产,产品名“NIKKOL BB-30”)
成膜剂-1:丙烯酸(酯)类/丙烯酸乙基己酯共聚物(大东化成工业株式会社生产,产品名“ダイトゾール5000SJ”)
成膜剂-2:PVP K-90(聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,Ashland Specialty Ingredients生产,产品名“PVP K-90”)
<水性液状化妆料的粘度>
使用布氏粘度计(BM型)以及BL适配器在转速12rpm的条件下对25℃的试样的粘度进行测定。应予说明,测定时间设为1分钟。
<水性液状化妆料的评价>
根据下述评价方法,对上述得到的水性液状化妆料的排出性、在涂抹部处的颜色分离以及描线的浓淡差进行评价。
(排出性)
将上述得到的水性液状化妆料填充于具有与图1所示的容器相同的结构的自动笔式液体眼线液容器(涂抹体:尼龙笔尖,中继芯:丙烯酸树脂)的收容部,来制造填充品。
使用容器填充品在手背上描画,肉眼确认当涂抹3条宽2mm、长4cm的线时的排出的优劣,并按照下述评价标准来评价排出性。
[评价标准]
A:以充足的液量排出,描线均匀。
B:以没有问题的液量排出,描线基本均匀。
C:排出的液量偏少,描线稍有不均。
D:排出的液量较少,描线出现飞白。
(在涂抹部处的颜色分离以及描线的浓淡差(色调差))
通过与上述方法相同的方法来准备容器充填品,将其横向固定并在室温下保存2周。肉眼确认保存后的涂抹体(涂抹部),并按下述评价标准对颜色分离进行了评价。
[评价标准:在涂抹部处的颜色分离]
A:从保存前起没有发生变化,涂抹部均匀,未观察到颜色分离。
B:从保存前起发生了少许变化,涂抹部基本均匀,几乎未观察到颜色分离。
C:从保存前起发生了变化,涂抹部有轻微颜色分离。
D:从保存前起发生了明显变化,涂抹部完全颜色分离。
通过与上述方法相同的方法来准备容器充填品,分别对笔尖(涂抹体)朝上的容器填充品和笔尖朝下的容器填充品在室温下保存2周。使用保存了2周的填充品在手背上描画,并按下述评价标准对描线的浓淡差(色调差)进行了评价。
[评价标准:描线的浓淡差(色调差)]
A:在朝上的保存品与朝下的保存品之间,完全没有观察到色调差。
B:在朝上的保存品与朝下的保存品之间,基本没有观察到色调差。
C:在朝上的保存品与朝下的保存品之间,观察到轻微色调差。
D:在朝上的保存品与朝下的保存品之间,观察到较大色调差。

Claims (8)
1.一种水性液状化妆料,其包含:
(A)颜料以及(B)分散剂,
所述水性液状化妆料在25℃下的粘度为1~50mPa·s,
所述(A)成分包含(A1)选自铁蓝以及天然色素的色淀所组成的群组中的至少一种,
所述水性液状化妆料包含(C1)选自氯化物、硫酸盐、硝酸盐、碳酸盐以及磷酸盐所组成的群组中的至少一种无机盐。
2.如权利要求1所述的水性液状化妆料,其中,
作为所述(C1)成分,包含氯化物,
所述氯化物的含量以化妆料总量为基准,为0.05~1质量%。
3.如权利要求1所述的水性液状化妆料,其中,
作为所述(C1)成分,包含聚磷酸盐,
所述聚磷酸盐的含量以化妆料总量为基准,为0.005~0.1质量%。
4.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的水性液状化妆料,其中,
所述(B)成分包含(B1)阴离子型分散剂。
5.如权利要求4所述的水性液状化妆料,其中,
作为所述(B1)成分,包含(B1-L)平均分子量(Mw)为1000~30000的阴离子型高分子,
所述(C1)成分与所述(B1-L)成分的质量比[(C1)/(B1-L)]为0.3/5~3/1。
6.如权利要求4所述的水性液状化妆料,其中,
作为所述(B1)成分,包含(B1-L)平均分子量(Mw)为1000~30000的阴离子型高分子以及(B1-H)平均分子量(Mw)为50000~1000000的阴离子型高分子。
7.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的水性液状化妆料,其中,
所述(A)成分进一步包含(A2)选自氧化钛、氧化铁红、氧化铁黄、氧化铁黑以及钛黑所组成的群组中的至少一种金属氧化物。
8.一种笔型化妆品,其具备:
自动笔式的涂抹工具以及填充于该涂抹工具的权利要求1~7中任一项所述的水性液状化妆料。
