Therefore, when the mopping mechanism 2 ascends, the lifting piece 33 compresses the elastic piece 5, and when the mopping mechanism 2 needs to descend, the elastic piece 5 in a compressed state applies downward elastic force to the mopping mechanism 2 so as to ensure that the mopping mechanism 2 descends smoothly, thereby ensuring the convenience of the whole mopping mechanism 2; when the lifting member 33 cannot smoothly descend due to friction with the annular boss 12, the elastic force of the elastic member 5 serves as an aid to push the lifting member 33 to smoothly descend, and contact between the mop module 22 and the ground can be maintained to the greatest extent when the mop module 22 wipes the ground, so that effectiveness of floor wiping operation is ensured. In the embodiment of the present invention, the elastic member 5 is taken as an example of a spring.
In addition, referring to fig. 4 and 5, in order to ensure the lifting safety of the floor mopping mechanism 2, the lifting mechanism 3 is further provided with a lifting detection structure, the outer surface of the lifting member 33 is provided with a bump 334, and the housing 1 is provided with a detection sensor 35 for sensing the position of the bump 334. When the protruding block 334 is completely separated from the range of the detection sensor 35, the lifting drive 31 stops moving, and the mop module 22 stops ascending, so that the lifting drive 31 can stop working in time by arranging the detection sensor 35 and the protruding block 334, the lifting mechanism 2 is ascended in a preset range, and overload damage of the lifting drive 31 and damage of the sliding block pushing piece 32 to the lifting piece 33 and damage of the lifting piece 33 to the ground supporting drive are avoided. The lifting drive 31 may also be load-detected and automatically stopped when it is overloaded.
Referring to fig. 1, in other embodiments, the present invention further provides a floor sweeping machine, which includes a floor sweeping mechanism 6, a traveling mechanism 7, and the above-mentioned device for mopping the floor by using the slider lifting mechanism 3. The sweeping mechanism 6, the travelling mechanism 7, the lifting mechanism 3 and the mopping mechanism 2 are all installed in the casing 1, and may be connected in a fixed manner or in a detachable manner, which is not limited herein. Therefore, the height of the sweeper is prevented from being increased or even reduced due to the optimized structure of the lifting and mopping device, the usable range is enlarged, and the floor covered by devices with lower chassis can be cleaned.
The technical means disclosed by the scheme of the invention is not limited to the technical means disclosed by the embodiment, and also comprises the technical scheme formed by any combination of the technical features. It should be noted that modifications and adaptations to the invention may occur to one skilled in the art without departing from the principles of the present invention and are intended to be within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. A slider lift mopping device, comprising:
a housing;
the mopping mechanism is arranged on the shell and comprises a mop module and a mopping drive for driving the mop module to rotationally mopping; and
The lifting mechanism is arranged in the shell and comprises a lifting drive, a sliding block pushing piece and a lifting piece, the lifting piece is movably connected with the mop module, the lifting drive drives the sliding block pushing piece to transversely move, the sliding block pushing piece pushes the lifting piece to longitudinally move, the lifting piece drives the mop module to realize lifting movement, a first smooth inclined surface and a first supporting plane connected with the first smooth inclined surface are arranged at one end, connected with the lifting piece, of the sliding block pushing piece, and a second smooth inclined surface matched with the first smooth inclined surface and a second supporting plane connected with the second smooth inclined surface are arranged on the lifting piece, so that when the lifting drive drives the sliding block pushing piece to transversely move, the first smooth inclined surface is matched with the second smooth inclined surface or the first supporting plane is connected with the second supporting plane, and the lifting piece is lowered or lifted; the outer surface of the lifting piece is provided with a lug, and the shell is provided with a detection sensor for sensing the position of the lug.

The sliding block lifting floor mopping device according to claim 1, wherein a floor mopping hole for connecting the floor mopping drive with the mop module is formed in the shell, a circular boss is arranged on the inner side of the floor mopping hole, the lifting piece is movably sleeved on the circular boss, and a limiting block for limiting the lifting piece to descend is arranged on the inner side of the lifting piece.
3. The device of claim 2, wherein the junction of the second sliding inclined surface and the second supporting surface coincides with a center line tangent plane of the circular boss.

A lifting floor mopping device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the second sliding inclined plane and the second supporting plane extend to two sides of the lifting member to form a symmetrical arrangement, and a notch matching with the lifting member is arranged at one end of the sliding block pushing member connected with the lifting member, so that the sliding block pushing member is connected with the lifting member at two sides.

The sliding block lifting floor mopping device according to claim 4, wherein the mop module comprises a mop base, a connecting groove is formed in the top surface of the mop base, a magnetic piece is connected in the connecting groove, and the magnetic piece is connected with the limiting block to maintain magnetic connection between the lifting piece and the mop base.

The device according to claim 5, wherein the mop drive is provided with a regular polygon gear shaft, and the top surface of the mop base is further provided with a gear groove matching the shape of the gear shaft, so that the gear shaft moves in the gear groove when the mop base moves along with the lifting member.
7. The slide elevating floor cleaning apparatus according to claim 1 or 6, wherein the floor cleaning drive is a gear motor.
8. The slider lift mopping device of claim 7, further comprising an elastic member for applying a lowering force to said lift member, said elastic member being connected between said lift member and said mopping drive.
9. A sweeper, comprising:
A sweeping mechanism;
a travel mechanism; and
A slider lift mopping device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the sweeping mechanism and the travelling mechanism are both mounted within a housing of the slider lift mopping device.
