When the floor mopping mechanism 2 is lifted, the lifting piece 33 compresses the elastic piece 5, and when the floor mopping mechanism 2 needs to be lowered, the compressed elastic piece 5 applies downward elastic force to the floor mopping mechanism 2 to ensure that the floor mopping mechanism 2 is smoothly lowered, so that the convenience of the use of the whole floor mopping mechanism 2 is ensured; when the lifting piece 33 can not be smoothly lowered due to friction between the lifting piece and the circular boss 12, the elastic force of the elastic piece 5 is used as an auxiliary to push the lifting piece 33 to be smoothly lowered, and the mop module 22 can be kept in contact with the ground to the maximum extent when the mop module 22 wipes the ground, thereby ensuring the effectiveness of the floor wiping operation. In the embodiment of the present invention, the elastic member 5 is taken as an example of a spring.
In addition, referring to fig. 4 and 5, in order to ensure the safety of the lifting of the mopping mechanism 2, the lifting mechanism 3 is further provided with a lifting detection structure, a protrusion 334 is provided on the outer surface of the lifting member 33, and the housing 1 is provided with a detection sensor 35 for sensing the position of the protrusion 334. When the bump 334 is completely separated from the range of the detection sensor 35, the lifting drive 31 stops moving, and the mop module 22 stops lifting, so that the detection sensor 35 and the bump 334 are arranged, the lifting drive 31 can be ensured to stop working in time, the floor mopping mechanism 2 is ensured to lift within a preset range, and the phenomena that the lifting drive 31 is damaged by overload, and the sliding block pushing piece 32 damages the lifting piece 33 and damages the ground supporting drive are avoided. The load detection may be performed on the elevating driver 31, and the operation may be automatically stopped when the elevating driver is overloaded.
Referring to fig. 1, in another embodiment of the present invention, a floor sweeping machine is further provided, which includes a floor sweeping mechanism 6, a traveling mechanism 7, and the floor mopping device with the slider lifting mechanism 3. The sweeping mechanism 6, the traveling mechanism 7, the lifting mechanism 3 and the mopping mechanism 2 are all installed in the housing 1, and can be connected in a fixed manner or in a detachable manner, which is not limited herein. Therefore, the sweeper avoids increasing or even reducing the height of the sweeper due to optimizing the structure of the lifting mopping device, enlarges the usable range and can sweep the ground covered by devices with lower chassis.
The technical means disclosed in the invention scheme are not limited to the technical means disclosed in the above embodiments, but also include the technical scheme formed by any combination of the above technical features. It should be noted that those skilled in the art can make various improvements and modifications without departing from the principle of the present invention, and such improvements and modifications are also considered to be within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A slider lifting mopping device is characterized by comprising:
a housing;
the mopping mechanism is arranged on the shell and comprises a mop module and a mopping drive for driving the mop module to rotationally mop the floor; and
the lifting mechanism is installed in the shell and comprises a lifting drive, a sliding block pushing piece and a lifting piece, the lifting piece is movably connected with the mop module, the sliding block pushing piece is driven to transversely move by the lifting drive, the sliding block pushing piece pushes the lifting piece to longitudinally move, and the lifting piece drives the mop module to realize lifting motion.
2. The slider lifting floor mopping device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first smooth inclined surface and a first supporting plane connected with the first smooth inclined surface are arranged at one end of the slider pushing member connected with the lifting member, and a second smooth inclined surface matched with the first smooth inclined surface and a second supporting plane connected with the second smooth inclined surface are arranged on the lifting member, so that when the lifting driving drives the slider pushing member to move transversely, the first smooth inclined surface is matched with the second smooth inclined surface or the first supporting plane is connected with the second supporting plane, so as to realize the descending or ascending of the lifting member.

The slider lifting floor mopping device according to claim 2, wherein the housing is provided with a floor mopping hole for connecting the floor mopping drive and the mop cloth module, a circular boss is arranged inside the floor mopping hole, the lifting member is movably sleeved on the circular boss, and a limiting block for limiting the lifting member to descend is arranged inside the lifting member.
4. The slider lifting mopping device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the junction of the second smooth slope and the second supporting plane coincides with a tangent plane of a center line of the circular boss.

The slider lifting mopping device as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein the second smooth inclined plane and the second supporting plane extend to both sides of the lifting member to form a symmetrical arrangement, and a notch matching with the lifting member is provided at one end of the slider pushing member connected with the lifting member so that the slider pushing member is connected with the lifting member at both sides.

The slider-lifting mopping device according to claim 5, wherein the mop module comprises a mop base, a top surface of the mop base is provided with a coupling groove, a magnetic member is coupled in the coupling groove, and the magnetic member is coupled to the stopper to maintain the magnetic coupling of the lifting member with the mop base.

The slipper lifting floor mopping device of claim 6, wherein the mopping driving device is provided with a gear shaft having a regular polygon shape, and the top surface of the mop base is further provided with a gear groove matching the shape of the gear shaft, so that the gear shaft moves in the gear groove when the mop base moves along with the lifting member.
8. The slider lifting mopping device as claimed in claim 1 or 7, wherein the mopping drive is a speed reduction motor.
9. The slider lifting mopping device of claim 8, further comprising a resilient member for applying a lowering force to the lifting member, the resilient member being connected between the lifting member and the mopping drive.
10. A sweeper is characterized by comprising:
a sweeping mechanism;
a traveling mechanism; and
the slide block lifting floor mopping device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the sweeping mechanism and the traveling mechanism are both mounted in a housing of the slide block lifting floor mopping device.
