As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a medicine cabinet 100, which includes a cabinet body 20 and at least one medicine clamping mechanism 10, wherein the medicine clamping mechanism 10 is disposed in the cabinet body 20, and can limit medicines in the cabinet body 20.
When the plurality of medicine holding mechanisms 10 are provided in the cabinet 20, the plurality of medicine holding mechanisms 10 are arranged in the cabinet 20 side by side along the height direction of the cabinet 20 or in the cabinet 20 side by side along the height direction perpendicular to the cabinet 20. It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 4, a partition (not shown) may be disposed between two drug holding mechanisms 10 side by side to separate the two drug holding mechanisms 10.
As shown in fig. 2, the medicine clamping mechanism 10 in the present application includes a clamping assembly 1 and a limiting assembly 2, wherein the clamping assembly 1 has an inlet 11 to enable medicine to move in from the inlet 11; the limiting assembly 2 is arranged above the inlet 11, and when the medicine moves in a first direction from the inlet 11, the limiting assembly 2 limits the medicine to move in a second direction.
Above-mentioned medicine clamping mechanism 10, medical personnel can only need follow first direction with the medicine from entry 11 and move in, and spacing subassembly 2 can restrict the medicine and follow the reverse removal of second afterwards to make the medicine put neatly, to sum up, medicine clamping mechanism 10 in this application can save medical personnel's benefit to the medicine time, improves benefit to the medicine efficiency. As shown in fig. 2, the first direction is the X direction, and the second direction is the Y direction.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2-3 and 7-8, the limiting component 2 includes a hanging rod 21 and a plurality of limiting pieces 22, two ends of the hanging rod 21 are connected with the clamping component 1, the plurality of limiting pieces 22 are rotatably arranged on the hanging rod 21, when the medicine moves in a first direction from the inlet 11, part of the limiting pieces 22 rotate along with the medicine, and the non-rotating limiting pieces 22 limit the medicine to move in a second direction; when the medicine is removed from the inlet 11 in the third direction, part of the stopper 22 follows the rotation of the medicine. So configured, when the medicine is moved in the first direction, the non-rotating stopper 22 can stop the medicine; when the medicine is moved out in the third direction, part of the stopper 22 can rotate to return along with the medicine, so that when another medicine is moved in the first direction, the stopper 22 can stop the medicine which is moved in again. It should be noted that the plurality of limiting members 22 are located above the inlet 11; the third direction is opposite to the first direction.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4-6, since there are a plurality of limiting members 22, and each limiting member 22 can rotate relative to the suspension rod 21, when medicines with different thicknesses move along the first direction, medicines with different thicknesses can drive different numbers of limiting members 22 to rotate along with the medicines, and non-rotating limiting members 22 can limit the medicines, so that in the embodiment, the limiting members 22 can limit the medicines with different thicknesses.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the limiting member 22 may include at least one first limiting member 223 and at least two second limiting members 224, the first limiting member 223 being disposed between the second limiting members 224. Specifically, at least one of the two second stoppers 224 is fixed to the hanger bar 21 to limit the first stopper 223.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, each stopper 22 includes a rotating portion 221 and a catching portion 222 connected to the rotating portion 221, each rotating portion 221 is rotatably connected to the cantilever bar 21, and when a medicine is moved in from the inlet 11 in the first direction or the medicine is moved out from the inlet 11 in the third direction, the catching portion 222 of a part of the stopper 22 contacts the medicine and follows the rotation of the medicine through the rotating portion 221. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the rotation portion 221 is provided with a through hole 211, and the hanger bar 21 passes through the through hole 211 so that the rotation portion 221 can rotate relative to the hanger bar 21. Further, the hanger bar 21 may be a circular bar body, and the through hole 211 is a circular through hole 211 so that the rotation part 221 rotates with respect to the hanger bar 21.
In some embodiments, the surface of the suspension rod 21 has a wear layer to increase the useful life of the rod body.
In other embodiments, a filling layer is further included, and the filling layer is filled between the suspension rod 21 and the through hole 211 of the rotation portion 221 of each stopper 22. This arrangement can reduce the rotation resistance.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, both sides of the rotation part 221 include rotation protrusions 2211, and each rotation part 221 is rotatably connected end to end in sequence by the corresponding rotation protrusion 2211. In this embodiment, each holding portion 222 has a gap with an adjacent holding portion 222, and each rotating portion 221 has contact with an adjacent rotating portion 221, so that the rotation resistance of the holding portion 222 and the rotating portion 221 during rotation can be reduced, and in this arrangement, the probability of the holding portion 222 rotating when the medicine is pushed in along the first direction can be reduced; and meanwhile, the probability that the clamping part 222 cannot return after the medicine is moved out along the third direction can be reduced.
In another embodiment, a rotation protrusion 2211 may be provided at one side of the rotation part 221 so that the rotation resistance between the adjacent rotation part 221 and the adjacent catching part 222 may be adjusted.
Specifically, the cross-sectional area S of the rotation boss 2211 and the length L of the catching portion 222 of the corresponding stopper 22 satisfy a preset condition S/l=k, where K is a preset damping coefficient. The size of K is adjusted according to the application scenario and the application requirement, for example, when the length of the holding portion 222 is long, or the cross-sectional area of the rotating protrusion 2211 is too small, the damping coefficient is too small, so that after the medicine is moved to the preset position along the first direction, the holding portion 222 returns due to the too small damping coefficient, and pushes the medicine to move along the third direction, so that the medicine is pushed out, and the medicine cannot be limited.
For another example, if the cross-sectional area of the rotation protrusion 2211 is too large or the length of the catching portion 222 is short, the damping coefficient is too large; when medical staff removes the medicine along the third direction, the clamping part 222 can not return due to the overlarge damping coefficient, so that the medicine with different specifications which is put in again is difficult to limit.
To sum up, the preset size of K needs to be satisfied, when medical personnel moves in the medicine along first direction, the clamping portion 222 can last to the medicine spacing, and medical personnel moves out the medicine along the third direction after, the clamping portion 222 can return to it is spacing to other medicines of putting into again.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the medicine retaining mechanism 10 further includes a plurality of stoppers 3, wherein two stoppers 3 are disposed at both ends of the cantilever 21, and a plurality of stoppers 22 are limited between the two stoppers 3.
In another embodiment of the present application, the drug retaining mechanism 10 may not include the corresponding stopper 3, since a specific range of damping magnitude of rotation of the stopper 22 around the cantilever 21 may be provided by presetting the corresponding damping coefficient K; in addition, the plurality of stoppers 22 are rotatably connected by the rotation protrusions 2211, and the stoppers 22 and the hanger 21 have damping to move along the direction of the hanger 21, so that the more the stoppers 22 are not rotated, the greater the damping to move along the direction of the hanger 21 is provided, and therefore, when only a small amount of medicine is held, it is unnecessary to provide the stoppers 3 at both ends of the hanger 21.
In another embodiment, the end of the catch 222 of the stop 22 is provided with a guide cam which can abut the drug as it moves in the first direction from the inlet 11 or in the third direction. By the arrangement, the medicine can be prevented from being blocked when moving in the first direction or moving out in the third direction; in addition, the holding portion 222 can be prevented from scratching the medicine.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the end of the retaining portion 222 of the stopper 22 has an arc-shaped end surface 2221, and the arc-shaped end surface 2221 can abut against the medicine when the medicine is moved in the first direction or moved out in the third direction from the inlet 11. By the arrangement, the medicine can be prevented from being blocked when moving in the first direction or moving out in the third direction; in addition, the holding portion 222 can be prevented from scratching the medicine.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the size of the end of the holding portion 222 is smaller than that of the end of the holding portion near the rotating portion 221, so that when the medicine moves to the preset position along the first direction, the part of the limiting member 22 follows the medicine to rotate, and the end of the part of the limiting member 22 acts on the medicine better, so that the medicine is prevented from moving along the first direction, and the part of the limiting member 22 can limit the medicine.
As shown in fig. 10, the holding assembly 1 includes a base plate 12 and a plurality of upright posts 13, at least two upright posts 13 extending vertically from the base plate 12 toward a stopper 22, and a hanger bar 21 disposed between the two upright posts 13.
Specifically, the upright 13 includes an upright plate 131 and a plurality of supporting teeth 132, the plurality of supporting teeth 132 are arranged at intervals along the height direction of the upright plate 131, and the supporting teeth 132 on the two upright plates 131 are in one-to-one correspondence and are oppositely arranged, and two ends of the suspension rod 21 are respectively detachably mounted on two corresponding supporting teeth 132 at any height.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 10, two ends of the cantilever 21 are detachably mounted on two corresponding supporting teeth 132 at any height, so that when medicines at different heights move along the first direction, the height of the cantilever 21 can be adjusted according to the height of the medicines, so that the limiting member 22 can better limit the medicines.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 and 10, the supporting teeth 132 are provided with mounting grooves 133, and both ends of the cantilever 21 are respectively accommodated in the mounting grooves 133 of the two corresponding supporting teeth 132. So arranged, when the height needs to be adjusted, the two ends of the suspension bar 21 can be accommodated in the accommodating grooves of the two supporting teeth 132 with different heights.

In this embodiment, the width of the opening 1321 is smaller than the maximum width of the arcuate slot bottom 1331. This arrangement prevents the hanger bar 21 from slipping out of the mounting groove 133 when the medicine is moved in the first direction and the hanger bar 21 receives the force of the medicine.
In another embodiment, the medicine clamping mechanism 10 may include a plurality of pulleys, wherein two pulleys are connected to two ends of the suspension rod 21, the upright posts 13 are provided with a plurality of sliding grooves, the sliding grooves are arranged at intervals along the height direction of the upright posts 13, the sliding grooves on the two upright posts 13 are in one-to-one correspondence and are oppositely arranged, and the pulleys can be arranged in any one of the two corresponding sliding grooves. Thus, the mounting of the suspension rod 21 can be facilitated.
Specifically, still include a plurality of spacing grooves, a plurality of spacing grooves and spout one-to-one set up, and spacing groove and spout intercommunication, the both ends of cantilever 21 pass through the pulley and slide into the spout in proper order, and the holding is in the spacing groove. Wherein the diameter of the limit groove is adapted to the diameter of the pulley so that the pulley slides into the limit groove. The spacing groove can be spacing to the cantilever beam 21 to avoid the cantilever beam 21 to install unstably, thereby avoid the locating part 22 to receive the influence to the spacing of medicine.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
