The smoke inlet wheel 21 is responsible for receiving and conveying smoke section materials output upstream and transmitting the smoke section materials to the smoke section dividing and cutting wheel 22, and the smoke section dividing and cutting wheel 22 is used for dividing multiple smoke sections into parallel smoke sections with the length of 2 times. The smoke generating segment cutting wheel 22 of this embodiment is provided with a cutting portion, and the cutting portion contacts with the smoke generating segment on the smoke generating segment cutting wheel 22, for example, cuts a 4-time length smoke generating segment into two segments of parallel materials with equal length. The slitting section includes a spacing rail (not shown) that fixes the 4-fold length of the object and a fuming section cutter 25, and cuts it into two equal length sections with the fuming section cutter 25. The filter segment feeding device 1 comprises a slitting assembly and a separating wheel 15. The cutting assembly is used for cutting the filter tip section into parallel 1-time long filter tip sections consisting of two sections. For example, multiple length filter segments are 2 times longer filter segments, with the 2 times longer filter segments being split into two parallel 1 times longer filter segments by a splitting assembly. The separating wheel is used for axially separating the parallel 1-time long filter tip sections, so that the two parallel 1-time long filter tip sections are axially separated and transmitted to the downstream. Further, the slitting assembly of this embodiment includes a primary slitting wheel 11 and a secondary slitting wheel 14, and the primary slitting wheel 11 and the secondary slitting wheel 14 may be respectively provided with a first cutter 111 and a second cutter 141. The filter segment feeding device 1 further comprises a filter segment staggering wheel 12 and a filter segment gathering wheel 13. The primary slitting wheel 11 is used for slitting the filter tip sections with the length of 4 times to obtain two sections of filter tip sections with the length of 2 times which are positioned in the same row, then the two sections of filter tip sections with the length of 2 times which are positioned in the same row are transmitted to the filter tip section gathering wheel 13, the parallel sections of the filter tip with the length of 2 times which are positioned in the same row are gathered into the same row through the filter tip section gathering wheel and transmitted to the secondary slitting wheel 14, and the secondary slitting wheel is used for secondary slitting the sections of the filter tip with the length of 2 times which are positioned in the same row, so that the sections of the filter tip with the length of 2 sections with the length of 1 times are split into 4 sections of filter tip sections with the length of 2 sections which are positioned in the same row, and the sections with the length of 1 time which are positioned in two rows are formed. The two rows of 1-time length filter segments are each transferred to a separating wheel 15 for separation, with the spacing between each row of 1-time length filter segments being used to accommodate the smoke segments. Thus, two juxtaposed and spaced 1-fold length filter segments are merged with 2-fold length smoke segments from the smoke segment supply 2.
The filter tip section supply device 1 divides the filter tip section with the length of 4 times into four sections and 1 time length of filter tip sections through the primary cutting wheel 11 and the secondary cutting wheel 14, and the filter tip section supply device can be matched with 2 time length cigarette emitting sections which are positioned in the same row after being cut in the smoke section supply device 2 in number.
Further, the above-mentioned filter segment feeding device 1 further comprises an acceleration wheel 16 connectable to the separating wheel 15 for receiving the separated filter segments from the separating wheel 15 and accelerating them downstream for synchronous merging with the downstream converging material.
The tipping paper supply device 3 includes a tipping paper supply assembly 31, a sizing assembly (not shown in the figures), and a cutting assembly 32. The tipping paper supply assembly 31 mounts tipping paper, tensions the tipping paper using a pull roller and a pinch roller (not shown) and conveys the tipping paper downstream with uniform tension. The gluing component glues the partial area of the tipping paper which is stretched and flattened. The cutting assembly 32 cuts the glue-applied tipping paper to form a fixed length and width tipping paper sheet, which is fed to a downstream splicing device.
The splicing device 4 comprises a converging wheel 41, a converging wheel 42 and a rubbing wheel 43. The converging wheel 41 may be connected to the acceleration wheel 16 in the filter segment supply 1 and the smoke segment converging wheel 24 in the smoke segment supply 2 in the smoke segment supply for receiving 1-fold length filter segments from the parallel spacing of the filter segment supplies 1 and 2-fold length smoke segments from the smoke segment supplies 2 such that 2-fold length smoke segments are located in the spacing. For example, two parallel 1-fold length filter segments and one 2-fold length smoke generating segment are joined on a converging wheel 41, initially forming three parallel pieces of material. The converging wheel 41 is provided with a plurality of rows of materials, the middle part of each row of materials is a smoke section, and two sides of each row of materials are provided with a section of filter tip sections. The converging wheel 41 transfers the three parallel sections to the converging wheel 42, the converging wheel 42 is used for converging the 1-time long filter tip sections at two ends and the 2-time long cigarette section in the middle, the three parallel sections are further and tightly converged, the cut tipping paper sheets from the tipping paper feeding device 3 are received, the tipping paper sheets are adhered with the three sections of the materials, and the tipping paper sheets are continuously transferred to the rubbing wheel 43. The pickup roller 43 uses tipping paper for splicing, picks up the three sections of material together to form a 2 times long cigarette, and continues downstream. The tipping paper is double length and is coated with glue. The length of the single-time length tipping paper is not less than the length of the smoke generating section.
The splicing device 4 in the above embodiment also comprises a transfer wheel 44 for receiving upstream material, for example in connection with the pinch wheel 43, receiving 2-times longer cigarettes from the pinch wheel 43 and conveying them downstream. Further, the splicing device 4 further comprises a cigarette cutting wheel 45 and a turning wheel 46, the cigarette cutting wheel 45 is used for cutting 2 times long cigarettes from the middle to form two parallel 1 times long cigarettes, and the cigarette cutting wheel 45 is correspondingly provided with a third cutter 451. The diverting pulley 46 is used to divert two parallel lengths of 1-fold length cigarettes into consistent side-by-side cigarettes and deliver them downstream. In other embodiments, a transfer wheel 44 may be further disposed between the cigarette cutter wheel 45 and the turn wheel 46 for transporting materials.
Further, the cigarette tipping machine of the above embodiment further includes a detection wheel 47 and a reject wheel 48. The detection wheel 47 receives a 1-time long cigarette from the header wheel 46 for detecting whether the 1-time long cigarette is acceptable. Criteria for eligibility are, for example, detection of whether a cigarette is leaking, or whether a loose-end cigarette is present, or whether a missing smoke segment or filter segment is present. If the cigarettes are qualified, the qualified cigarettes are transmitted to the downstream, and if the cigarettes are not qualified, the cigarettes can be rejected through a rejection wheel 48. The rejecting wheel 48 can reject cigarettes detected as unacceptable by the detecting wheel 47 by compressed air, for example. In addition, the cigarette tipping machine of the present embodiment further includes a sampling wheel 49 connected to the reject wheel and an output wheel 40 connected to the sampling wheel 49. The sampling wheel 49 allows for non-stop sampling by the tipping machine when cigarette sampling is desired. The output wheel 40 outputs the finished cigarettes to downstream facilities.
With the above-described cigarette tipping process and cigarette tipping machine, in one embodiment, the total length of the heated cigarette is 45mm and the diameter is 7.2mm. The length of the smoke generating section and the length of the filter tip section are respectively 15mm and 30mm, and the length of the tipping paper is 18mm. That is, the length of the smoke generating section (4 times length) is 60mm, the length of the filter tip section (4 times length) is 120mm, and the length of the tipping paper (2 times length) is 36mm.
In another embodiment, the total length of the heated cigarette is 46mm and the diameter is 7.8mm. The length of the smoke generating section and the filter tip section are 13mm and 33mm respectively, and the length of the tipping paper is 17mm. That is, the length of the smoke generating section (4 times length) is 52mm, the length of the filter tip section (4 times length) is 132mm, and the length of the tipping paper (2 times length) is 34mm.
Compared with the traditional mode, the cigarette tipping process or the cigarette tipping machine using the cigarette tipping machine of the invention has the following advantages:
(1) The smoke generating section is positioned in the middle after being rubbed and cut off in the final stage, so that the rubbing roundness of the cigarettes can be improved, and the end part yarn falling in the process is reduced;
(2) Because the internal heating cigarette smoke section is much shorter than the filter tip section, the consumption of tipping paper can be reduced by wrapping tipping paper on the smoke section;
(3) For the heated cigarettes needing to be subjected to laser drilling on the filter tip section, the cigarettes manufactured by the tipping technology only need to be perforated with the forming paper, so that the energy consumption of laser drilling can be effectively reduced, and the overall production efficiency of the cigarettes is improved;
(4) Because the cigarette paper and the tipping paper are wrapped outside the smoke generating section, the appearance of the smoke generating section is more upright and is not easy to deform, and meanwhile, substances in the smoke generating section are prevented from penetrating out of the cigarette paper to influence the attractiveness of the cigarette paper.

Claims (6)

1. A cigarette tipping technology is characterized in that cigarettes are tipping by a cigarette tipping machine, the cigarette tipping machine comprises a filter tip section feeding device, a smoke section feeding device, a tipping paper feeding device and a splicing device,
the cigarette tipping process comprises the following steps:
cutting raw materials: dividing a multiple length filter tip section into 1-time length filter tip sections through the filter tip section supply device, wherein the filter tip section supply device comprises a cutting assembly, a filter tip section gathering wheel and a separating wheel, the cutting assembly comprises a primary cutting wheel and a secondary cutting wheel, the multiple length filter tip sections are 4-time length or 6-time length filter tip sections, the 4-time length or 6-time length filter tip sections are subjected to primary cutting through the primary cutting wheel to obtain two sections or three sections of 2-time length filter tip sections, the 2-time length filter tip sections are gathered into the same row through the filter tip section gathering wheel and then subjected to secondary cutting through the secondary cutting wheel, two rows or three rows of 1-time length filter tip sections are formed, the separating wheel axially separates the parallel 1-time length filter tip sections, an accelerating wheel is arranged between the two parallel 1-time length filter tip sections along the axial direction, the filter tip section supply device further comprises the accelerating wheel, the accelerating wheel is connected with the separating wheel, and the separating wheel and the filter tip sections are gathered downstream synchronously;
dividing the multiple long smoke generating section into 2 times long smoke generating sections through the smoke generating section supply device, wherein the smoke generating section supply device comprises a smoke generating section dividing wheel and a smoke generating section gathering wheel, the smoke generating section dividing wheel divides the multiple long smoke generating sections into 2 times long smoke generating sections which are parallel, and the smoke generating section gathering wheel gathers the 2 times long smoke generating sections into the same row and transmits the same to the downstream;
the splicing device comprises a converging wheel connected with the accelerating wheel in the filter segment supply device and the smoke segment converging wheel in the smoke segment supply device, receiving the 1-time long filter segments from the parallel interval of the filter segment supply device and the 2-time long smoke emitting segments from the smoke segment supply device, so that the 2-time long smoke emitting segments are positioned in the interval;
splicing: the tipping paper feeding device is used for providing tipping paper for splicing, the splicing device is used for centering the 2-time long cigarette emitting section, two sections of the 1-time long filter tip sections are respectively arranged at two axial ends of the 2-time long cigarette emitting section for splicing, the tipping paper wrapping and rubbing of the tipping paper feeding device is used for wrapping and rubbing the tipping paper into 2-time long cigarettes, and the tipping paper rubbing and rubbing process is used for applying tipping paper to the middle part of the 2-time long cigarettes;
cutting cigarettes: the method comprises the steps that 2 times long cigarettes are cut from the middle along the axial direction to form 1 times long cigarettes, the smoke generating sections in the 1 times long cigarettes are wrapped by the tipping paper, the filter tip sections in the 1 times long cigarettes are wrapped by the tipping paper, the splicing device comprises a detection wheel and a rejection wheel, the 1 times long cigarettes are detected by the detection wheel to be qualified or not, the rejection wheel rejects the 1 times long cigarettes when the cigarettes are unqualified, and the cigarettes are transmitted to downstream for output when the cigarettes are qualified.
2. The cigarette tipping process of claim 1, wherein in the step of splicing, the 2-fold length of the cigarette segments are placed in the space, and the 1-fold length of the filter segments at the two ends and the 2-fold length of the cigarette segments in the middle are gathered and spliced.
3. A cigarette tipping process according to claim 1 or 2, wherein in the cigarette tipping step, two parallel lengths of 1-fold length of cigarettes are formed after intermediate tipping, and then the two parallel lengths of 1-fold length of cigarettes are aligned to form a consistent side-by-side cigarette for delivery downstream.
4. A cigarette tipping machine is characterized in that the cigarette tipping machine comprises a filter tip section feeding device, a smoke generating section feeding device, a tipping paper feeding device and a splicing device,
the filter tip section supply device is used for cutting multiple-length filter tip sections into 1-time-length filter tip sections, the filter tip section supply device comprises a cutting assembly, a filter tip section gathering wheel and a separating wheel, the cutting assembly comprises a primary cutting wheel and a secondary cutting wheel, the multiple-length filter tip sections are 4-time or 6-time-length filter tip sections, the primary cutting wheel is used for cutting the 4-time or 6-time-length filter tip sections once to obtain two or three 2-time-length filter tip sections, the filter tip section gathering wheel is used for gathering the 2-time-length filter tip sections into the same row, the secondary cutting wheel is used for carrying out secondary cutting on the 2-time-length filter tip sections in the same row to form two or three rows of 1-time-length filter tip sections, the separating wheel is used for axially separating the parallel 1-time-length filter tip sections, a space is formed between the two-time-length filter tip sections along the axial direction, the filter tip section supply device also comprises an accelerating wheel, and the accelerating wheel is connected with the separating wheel and is used for gathering the filter tip sections from downstream after separation, and the material gathering wheel is used for synchronizing with the downstream separation;
the smoke generating section supply device is used for cutting a multi-time long smoke generating section into 2-time long smoke generating sections, the smoke generating section supply device comprises a smoke generating section cutting wheel and a smoke generating section gathering wheel, the smoke generating section cutting wheel is used for cutting the multi-time long smoke generating sections into parallel 2-time long smoke generating sections, and the smoke generating section gathering wheel is used for gathering the 2-time long smoke generating sections into the same row and transmitting the same to the downstream;
the splicing device comprises a converging wheel connected with the accelerating wheel in the filter segment supply device and the smoke segment converging wheel in the smoke segment supply device for receiving the 1-time long filter segments from the parallel interval of the filter segment supply device and the 2-time long smoke emitting segments from the smoke segment supply device so that the 2-time long smoke emitting segments are positioned in the interval;
the tipping paper feeding device is used for providing tipping paper for splicing, the splicing device is used for centering the 2-time long cigarette emitting sections, two sections of the 1-time long filter tip sections are respectively arranged at two ends of the 2-time long cigarette emitting sections for splicing, the tipping paper from the tipping paper feeding device is used for wrapping and rubbing the tipping paper into 2-time long cigarettes, the rubbing and jointing process of the tipping paper is used for applying tipping paper to the middle part of the 2-time long cigarettes, the 2-time long cigarettes are cut from the middle in the axial direction to form 1-time long cigarettes, the fuming sections in the 1-time long cigarettes are wrapped by the tipping paper completely, the filter tip sections in the 1-time long cigarettes are wrapped by the tipping paper partially, the splicing device further comprises a detection wheel and a rejection wheel, the detection wheel is used for detecting whether the 1-time long cigarettes are qualified or not, the rejection wheel is used for rejecting the 1-time long cigarettes when the 1-time long cigarettes are unqualified, and the rejection wheel is used for transmitting the 1-time long cigarettes to downstream output when the detection is qualified.
5. The cigarette tipping machine of claim 4, wherein said splicing means comprises a gathering wheel for gathering 1-fold length filter segments at both ends and 2-fold length cigarette segments in the middle, and a tipping wheel for splicing using said tipping paper.

The cigarette tipping machine of claim 4, wherein said splicing arrangement further comprises a cigarette splitting wheel for splitting said 2-fold length cigarettes therebetween to form two parallel segments of 1-fold length cigarettes, and a turning wheel for turning said two parallel segments of 1-fold length cigarettes into consistent side-by-side cigarettes and delivering them downstream.
