(1) when the inner-layer paper raw material is taken as a base, the inner-layer paper raw material is unfolded, and then a plurality of glue lines are coated on the outer surface of the inner-layer paper raw material at equal intervals; a blank part is arranged between adjacent glue lines; the width of one glue line plus the width of one blank part is equal to the width of the single-disk cigarette paper; when the glue line is coated, reserved cutting parts are reserved on two sides of the inner-layer paper raw material, the width of each reserved cutting part is smaller than that of the single-disk cigarette paper, and the glue line is coated at the center line of each reserved cutting part; aligning the outer layer paper raw material with the inner layer paper raw material, and bonding the outer layer paper raw material with the inner layer paper raw material through glue lines and glue lines on the inner layer paper raw material to obtain a cigarette paper raw material; then cutting the cigarette paper raw material into a plurality of parts along the same side edge of each glue line, and cutting off a reserved cutting part during cutting to obtain a single-disk cigarette paper for rolling cigarettes;
(2) when the outer layer paper raw material is taken as a base, the outer layer paper raw material is unfolded, and then a plurality of glue lines are coated on the inner surface of the outer layer paper raw material at equal intervals; a blank part is arranged between adjacent glue lines; the width of one glue line plus the width of one blank part is equal to the width of the single-disk cigarette paper; when the glue line is coated, reserved cutting parts are reserved on two sides of the outer-layer paper raw material, the width of each reserved cutting part is smaller than that of the single-disk cigarette paper, and the glue line is coated at the center line of each reserved cutting part; aligning the inner-layer paper raw material with the outer-layer paper raw material, and bonding the inner-layer paper raw material and the outer-layer paper raw material through glue lines and glue lines on the outer-layer paper raw material to obtain a cigarette paper raw material; then cutting the cigarette paper raw material into a plurality of parts along the same side edge of each glue line, and cutting off a reserved cutting part during cutting to obtain a single-disk cigarette paper for rolling cigarettes;
the distance between the cutting line and the edge of the glue line is 0.5-3mm when the cigarette paper raw material is cut.

(1) when the inner-layer paper raw material which is continuously wound into a roll is taken as a basis, the inner-layer paper raw material is unfolded, and then a plurality of groups of glue line groups are coated on the outer surface of the inner-layer paper raw material at equal intervals, wherein each glue line group comprises two glue lines which are overlapped in parallel; a blank part is arranged between the adjacent glue line groups; the width of one glue line group plus the width of one blank part is equal to the width of the single-disk cigarette paper; when the glue line group is coated, reserved cutting parts are reserved on two sides of the inner-layer paper raw material, and the width of each reserved cutting part is smaller than that of the single-disk cigarette paper; aligning the outer layer paper raw material with the inner layer paper raw material, and bonding the outer layer paper raw material with the inner layer paper raw material through the glue line group on the inner layer paper raw material to obtain a cigarette paper raw material; then cutting the cigarette paper raw material into a plurality of parts along the central line of each glue line group, and cutting off a reserved cutting part during cutting to obtain a single-disk cigarette paper for rolling cigarettes;
(2) when the outer layer paper raw material is taken as a basis, the outer layer paper raw material is unfolded, then a plurality of groups of glue line groups are coated on the inner surface of the outer layer paper raw material at equal intervals, and each glue line group comprises two glue lines which are overlapped in parallel; a blank part is arranged between the adjacent glue line groups; the width of one glue line group plus the width of one blank part is equal to the width of the single-disk cigarette paper; when the glue line group is coated, reserved cutting parts are reserved on two sides of the outer-layer paper raw material, and the width of each reserved cutting part is smaller than that of the single-disk cigarette paper; aligning the outer layer paper raw material with the inner layer paper raw material, and bonding the outer layer paper raw material and the inner layer paper raw material through the glue line group on the outer layer paper raw material to obtain a cigarette paper raw material; then cutting the cigarette paper raw material into a plurality of parts along the central line of each glue line group, and cutting off the reserved cutting part during cutting to obtain the single-disk cigarette paper for rolling the cigarettes.
4. The double-layered compounded rolling paper according to claim 3, characterized in that: the width of the glue line is 0.5-3 mm.

the distance between the cutting line and the edge of the glue line is 0.5-3mm when the cigarette paper raw material is cut.

(2) when the outer layer paper raw material is taken as a basis, the outer layer paper raw material is unfolded, then a plurality of groups of glue line groups are coated on the inner surface of the outer layer paper raw material at equal intervals, and each glue line group comprises two glue lines which are overlapped in parallel; a blank part is arranged between the adjacent glue line groups; the width of one glue line group plus the width of one blank part is equal to the width of the single-disk cigarette paper; when the glue line group is coated, reserved cutting parts are reserved on two sides of the outer-layer paper raw material, and the width of each reserved cutting part is smaller than that of the single-disk cigarette paper; aligning the outer layer paper raw material with the inner layer paper raw material, and bonding the outer layer paper raw material and the inner layer paper raw material through the glue line group on the outer layer paper raw material to obtain a cigarette paper raw material; then cutting the cigarette paper raw material into a plurality of parts along the central line of each glue line group, and cutting off the reserved cutting part during cutting to obtain the single-disk cigarette paper for rolling the cigarettes.
