Background
In recent years, new types of tobacco have been developed rapidly, and heated cigarettes are gradually entering the global market with a low-risk characteristic. In the tobacco industry, heated non-combustible cigarettes have been collectively referred to as heated cigarettes. The heating cigarette adopts a low-temperature heating baking mode, and the smoking section of the conventional internal heating cigarette is shorter, generally 12-20 mm. Influenced by the cutting principle of the cutter head of the existing cigarette making machine, the shortest cutting length of the cigarette rod made by the common cigarette making machine is about 50 mm. At present, the feeding mechanism for the quadruple-length smoking section of the cigarette is heated, the quadruple-length smoking section produced by the cigarette making machine can be cut into the single-length smoking section to enter the assembler, the single-length smoking section and the double-length filter tip are converged to form a combination of the single-length smoking section, the double-length filter tip section and the single-length smoking section, and finally, the complete cigarette is formed by cutting and turning. With this tipping method the following disadvantages may arise:
1. in the twisting and connecting process of the connecting and installing machine, the roundness of the cigarettes is poor due to the fact that the smoking section is too short and is positioned on two sides of the whole body;
2. the smoking section is usually shorter, the filter tip section is relatively longer, when the cigarette is wrapped by tipping paper, the whole filter tip section and part of the smoking section need to be covered, the proportion of the tipping paper in the whole cigarette length is greatly increased compared with that of the traditional cigarette, and the consumption of tipping materials is increased;
3. some heating cigarettes adopt laser to punch, and the position of punching is generally in the filter tip section, if adopt present tipping form, the laser need punch tipping paper and filter plug wrapping paper simultaneously at least, and it is higher to laser-beam drilling machine consumption requirement, and tipping speed also can correspondingly receive the influence.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail below.
Figure 1 shows a schematic diagram of a conventional tipping process. Can cut into the main part of doubly long with the filter tip section among the tipping process of traditional cigarette, will smoke the section through receiving, cut, it is parallel, cut again, the separation forms inside and outside biserial doubly long section of fuming and inserts the plug-in machine, constitute "doubly long section of fuming + doubly long filter tip section + doubly long section of fuming" with doubly long filter tip section, the filter tip section is in the centre promptly, the section of fuming is at the axial both ends of filter tip section, will "doubly long section of fuming + doubly long filter tip section + doubly long section of fuming" parcel through tipping paper and form wholly, the parcel becomes doubly long cigarette, divide into two above-mentioned combination from the centre into two again, form two complete cigarette props up. As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, in the tipping process of a conventional cigarette, the central filter segment is cut, so that the filter segment is fully wrapped with tipping paper, while the smoking segment is only partially wrapped. Interior heating cigarette often the filter tip section is longer, and the section of fuming is shorter, consequently compares traditional tipping mode and can consume more tipping paper, and the section of fuming leaks the silk easily at the tip that the tipping in-process is outwards.
Referring to fig. 3, the invention provides a cigarette tipping process, comprising the following steps: cutting raw materials: cutting the multiple length filter segments into 1 multiple length filter segments, and cutting the multiple length smoking segments into 2 multiple length smoking segments; splicing: centering the 2-time long smoking section, respectively placing two 1-time long filter tip sections at two axial ends of the 2-time long smoking section for splicing, and wrapping and twisting the filter tip sections into 2-time long cigarettes by using tipping paper; cutting cigarettes: and cutting the 2 times long cigarette from the middle along the axial direction to form the 1 times long cigarette.
The multi-length filter segment may be, for example, a 4-time long filter segment or a 6-time long filter segment, and two or more 1-time long filter segments may be formed after the multi-length filter segment is cut. The multiple-length smoking segment can be, for example, a 4-length smoking segment, and two 2-length smoking segments with the same length can be obtained after slitting. The multiple length here means a length corresponding to a length of a cigarette which is finally formed by itself. For example, a 4 times longer filter segment may have a length that is 4 times the length of the filter segment forming the tobacco column interior and a 2 times longer smoking segment may have a length that is 2 times the length of the smoking segment forming the tobacco column interior.
In the tipping process of the embodiment, the 1-time filter tip is arranged at two ends of the smoking section to form a combination of the 1-time filter tip section + 2-time smoking section + 1-time filter tip section, which is arranged in parallel, and the tipping paper is wrapped and then cut from the middle, that is, the smoking section in the middle is cut, so that the obtained 1-time cigarette is as shown in fig. 4. The twisting and splicing process of the tipping paper applies the tipping paper to the middle part of the 2-time long cigarette, so that the final smoking section in the 1-time long cigarette can be completely wrapped by the tipping paper.
In the invention, the study objects are arranged in parallel, namely in the same column, which means that the axial directions of the study objects are in the same straight line, and the study objects are arranged in parallel, namely in the same row, which means that the radial directions of the study objects are in the same straight line.
Specifically, with reference to figure 3, in the above-described stock splitting step, the multiple length smoking segment is located at position a and is split into parallel 2 length smoking segments, i.e., 2 length smoking segments at position B, which are arranged in the y-direction of figure 3. Thereafter, the 2 times longer smoking segments are gathered together in the same row and delivered downstream. For example, the 4 times long smoking segment is cut into two side-by-side 2 times long smoking segments, i.e., two 2 times long smoking segments are arranged in two rows, each serving as a raw material for a 2 times long cigarette. The 2-time long smoking sections are gathered into a same row, for example, two parallel 2-time long smoking sections which are just cut can be staggered, namely, the parallel materials are arranged in a staggered mode, so that the axial directions of the two sections are not on the same straight line, specifically, for example, the two 2-time long smoking sections at the position B are respectively arranged in the front and back mode to form two 2-time long smoking sections shown at the position C, one section of the two 2-time long smoking sections is arranged at the position with the other section of the two 2-time long smoking sections at the position D in the same row mode, namely, the two 2-time long smoking sections at the position D are arranged along the x direction to form two 2-time long smoking sections which are arranged side by side, and then the two 2-time long smoking sections are sequentially conveyed to the downstream.
Further, in the raw material cutting step, after the multiple length filter tip section is cut, a parallel 1-time length filter tip section consisting of two sections is formed, and the parallel 1-time length filter tip section is axially separated, so that a gap is formed between the two parallel 1-time length filter tip sections along the axial direction and is transmitted to the downstream. Thus, the 2 times long smoking segment is delivered downstream and placed in the gap, after which the filter segment-smoking segment-filter segment is gathered and spliced.
Specifically, above-mentioned many times long filter segments are 4 times long filter segments, in the raw materials segmentation step, still include and cut 4 times long filter segments once, obtain 2 times long filter segments, cut 2 times long filter segments and fold into the secondary after the same row with 2 times long filter segments again, form two and 1 times long filter segments. The same row is formed by, for example, first arranging two 2-time long filter segments which are still in parallel after being cut in a staggered manner, so that the two filter segments are staggered from one another, then placing one segment in the same row as the other segment, and sequentially transmitting the segments to the downstream. Correspondingly, the multiple-length smoking section is a 4-time-length smoking section, the 4-time-length smoking section is cut to form a 2-time-length smoking section, and the 2-time-length smoking section is just matched with the two separated filter tip sections to form a 2-time-length cigarette. In other embodiments, the multi-length filter segment is a 6-length filter segment, and the 6-length filter segment can be cut once by using parallel double cutters to obtain three parallel 2-length filter segments, and then the three 2-length filter segments are gathered into a same row and cut twice to form three rows of 1-length filter segments, wherein each row comprises two 1-length filter segments. Correspondingly, the multiple-length smoking section can be divided into two sections which are matched with the number of the cut filter tip sections and matched with the two separated 1-time-length filter tip sections to form a 2-time-length cigarette.
Further, in the step of cutting the cigarettes, two parallel 1-time-long cigarettes are formed after the cigarettes are cut from the middle, then the two parallel 1-time-long cigarettes are adjusted to be parallel cigarettes with the same orientation, namely the two 1-time-long cigarettes are positioned in the same row and then are transmitted to the downstream.
In addition, the cigarette splitting step also comprises the steps of detecting whether the cigarettes with the length of 1 time are qualified or not, if not, rejecting the cigarettes, and if not, transmitting the cigarettes to the downstream for outputting. For example, it may be detected whether the cigarettes are air-leaking, loose cigarettes, or cigarettes with missing filter or smoking segments.
As shown in fig. 5, the invention also provides a cigarette tipping machine, which comprises a filter segment supply device 1, a smoking segment supply device 2, a tipping paper supply device 3 and a splicing device 4. Wherein the filter segment supplier 1 is used for cutting the multiple length filter segments into 1 multiple length filter segments; the smoking segment feeding device 2 is used for cutting the multiple-length smoking segments into 2-time-length smoking segments; connect dress paper feeding device 3 to be used for providing the dress paper that connects of concatenation usefulness, splicing apparatus 4 is used for centering 2 times long fuming section, places two sections 1 times long filter tip sections in 2 times long fuming section's both ends respectively and splices to use the dress paper parcel that connects from dress paper feeding device 3 to rub into 2 times long cigarette, cut 2 times long cigarette from the centre along the axial, form 1 times long cigarette.
As described above, the multiple length filter segment that the cigarette tipping machine of the present invention can use for slitting may be a 4 times length filter segment or a 6 times length filter segment, and the multiple length filter segment may be cut to form two or more 1 times length filter segments. The cigarette plug assembler of this embodiment sets up 1 doubly long filter at the both ends of the section of fuming, forms the combination of "1 doubly long filter section +2 doubly long section of fuming +1 doubly long filter section" and arranges side by side. Tipping paper feeding device 3 transmits the cut tipping paper to splicing device 4 through the roller, and rolls the '1-time long filter segment + 2-time long fuming segment + 1-time long filter segment' which are arranged in parallel in the rotating process of the roller.
Further, the smoking segment feeding device 2 includes a smoking segment slitting wheel 22 and a smoking segment gathering wheel 24. Specifically, the smoking segment feeding device 2 further comprises a smoking segment feeding wheel 21 and a smoking segment misalignment wheel 23. The smoke inlet wheel 21 is used for receiving and conveying smoke generation section materials output from the upstream and transmitting the smoke generation section materials to the smoke generation section cutting wheel 22, and the smoke generation section cutting wheel 22 is used for cutting the multiple-length smoke generation section into parallel 2-time-length smoke generation sections. The smoke generation section slitting wheel 22 of the embodiment is provided with a slitting part, and the slitting part is in contact with a smoke generation section on the smoke generation section slitting wheel 22, for example, a 4-time long smoke generation section is cut into two sections of materials with equal length and arranged in parallel. The cutting part comprises a limiting guide rail (not shown in the figure) and a fuming section cutter 25, the limiting guide rail fixes the position of the 4-time long material, and the fuming section cutter 25 is used for cutting the material into two sections with equal length. The smoking section slitting wheel 22 transmits the two parallel smoking sections after being cut to the smoking section dislocation wheel 23, and the smoking section dislocation wheel 23 conducts dislocation arrangement on two parallel material columns, so that the two parallel material columns can be staggered in the front and back direction and continuously conveyed to the downstream, namely, the two parallel material columns are conveyed to the smoking section gathering wheel 24. The smoking segment gathering wheel 24 is used to gather 2 times longer smoking segments into the same row for delivery downstream.
The filter segment supply device 1 comprises a slitting assembly and a separating wheel 15. The slitting component is used for slitting the filter segments into parallel filter segments which are 1 time long and composed of two segments. For example, the multi-length filter segment is a 2-length filter segment, and the 2-length filter segment is cut into two parallel 1-length filter segments by the cutting component. The separating wheel is used for axially separating the parallel 1-time long filter segments, so that the two parallel 1-time long filter segments are axially spaced and transmitted to the downstream. Further, the slitting assembly of the present embodiment includes a primary slitting wheel 11 and a secondary slitting wheel 14, and the primary slitting wheel 11 and the secondary slitting wheel 14 may be respectively provided with a first cutter 111 and a second cutter 141. The segment supplying device 1 further comprises a segment misalignment wheel 12 and a segment gathering wheel 13. Divide once to cut wheel 11 and be used for once cutting 4 doubly long filter segments, obtain two sections 2 doubly long filter segments that are located same row, later transmit and close up wheel 13 for filter segment, close up 2 doubly long filter segments that will parallel together into same row through filter segment close up wheel, transmit and divide and cut wheel 14 for the secondary, the secondary divides and cuts the wheel and will be located 2 doubly long filter segments of same row again and carry out the secondary and cut, thereby divide into 4 sections 1 doubly long filter segments altogether, wherein 2 sections 1 doubly long filter segments are constituteed and are listed as, two 1 doubly long filter segments have been formed. The two rows of the filter segments with the length of 1 time are respectively transferred to the separating wheel 15 for separation, and the interval between the filter segments with the length of 1 time in each row is used for containing the smoke generating segments. In this way, two juxtaposed and spaced 1 times longer filter segments are joined and spliced with a 2 times longer smoking segment from the smoking segment supply 2.
The filter segment supply device 1 cuts the 4-time long filter segments into four segments of 1-time long filter segments through the primary cutting wheel 11 and the secondary cutting wheel 14, and the number of the segments can be matched with the 2-time long smoking segments which are positioned in the same row after being cut from the smoking segment supply device 2.
Further, the segment supplying device 1 comprises an accelerating wheel 16, which can be connected to the separating wheel 15, for receiving the separated segments from the separating wheel 15 and accelerating them downstream, so as to be merged synchronously with the downstream converging material.

The tipping paper supply assembly 31 mounts tipping paper, tensions the tipping paper using a pull roller and a pinch roller (not shown in the drawings) and conveys the tipping paper downstream with uniform tension. The gluing component is used for gluing the tensioned and flattened part of the tipping paper. The cutting assembly 32 cuts the glued tipping paper to form tipping paper sheets with fixed length and width, and the tipping paper sheets are conveyed to a downstream splicing device.
The splicing device 4 comprises a converging wheel 41, a closing wheel 42 and a splicing wheel 43. The converging wheel 41 may be connected to the accelerating wheel 16 in the filter supply device 1 and the smoking segment converging wheel 24 in the smoking segment supply device 2 in the smoking segment supply device for receiving the juxtaposed spaced 1 times longer filter segments from the filter segment supply device 1 and the 2 times longer smoking segments from the smoking segment supply device 2 so that the 2 times longer smoking segments are located in the above mentioned spacing. For example, two parallel 1 times long filter segments and one 2 times long smoking segment are merged on the merging wheel 41 to initially form three parallel segments. The converging wheel 41 is provided with a plurality of rows of materials, the middle part of each row of materials is a fuming section, and two sections of filter sections are arranged on two sides of each row of materials. The converging wheel 41 transfers three sections of parallel materials to the converging wheel 42, the converging wheel 42 is used for converging the 1-time long filter sections at the two ends and the 2-time long smoking section in the middle, further tightly converging the three sections of parallel materials, receiving the cut tipping paper sheets from the tipping paper supply device 3, enabling the tipping paper sheets to be adhered with the three sections of materials, and continuously transferring the tipping paper sheets to the twisting wheel 43. The splicing wheel 43 is spliced by using tipping paper, and three sections of materials are spliced together by twisting to form a 2-time long cigarette and are continuously transmitted to the downstream. Tipping paper is double long and is coated with glue. The length of the single-time tipping paper is not less than that of the smoking section.
The splicing device 4 in the above embodiment also comprises a transfer wheel 44 for receiving upstream material, for example connected to the splicing wheel 43, receiving 2 times longer cigarettes from the splicing wheel 43 and conveying them downstream. Further, the splicing device 4 further comprises a cigarette dividing and cutting wheel 45 and a turning wheel 46, the cigarette dividing and cutting wheel 45 is used for dividing 2 times long cigarettes from the middle to form two parallel 1 times long cigarettes, and correspondingly, the cigarette dividing and cutting wheel 45 is provided with a third cutter 451. The turning wheel 46 is used for turning the two parallel sections of 1 times long cigarettes into side-by-side cigarettes with consistent orientation, and transmitting the cigarettes to the downstream. In other embodiments, a transfer wheel 44 may be provided between the cigarette slitting wheel 45 and the turning wheel 46 for conveying the material.
Further, the cigarette assembler of the above embodiment further includes a detection wheel 47 and a rejection wheel 48. The detection wheel 47 receives the 1-time long cigarettes from the cigarette adjusting wheel 46 and is used for detecting whether the 1-time long cigarettes are qualified or not. The qualified standard is, for example, whether the cigarette is air-leakage or not, whether loose cigarettes exist or whether cigarettes with missing smoking sections or filter sections exist. If the cigarette is qualified, the qualified cigarette is conveyed to the downstream, and if the cigarette is not qualified, the cigarette can be removed through the removing wheel 48. The rejection wheel 48 may, for example, reject cigarettes detected as being rejected by the detection wheel 47 by means of compressed air. In addition, the cigarette assembler of the embodiment further comprises a sampling wheel 49 connected with the removing wheel and an output wheel 40 connected with the sampling wheel 49. When the cigarette sampling is needed, the sampling wheel 49 can realize the sampling without stopping the machine. The output wheel 40 outputs the finished cigarettes to downstream facilities.
By adopting the cigarette tipping process and the cigarette tipping machine, in one embodiment, the total length of the heated cigarette is 45mm, and the diameter of the heated cigarette is 7.2 mm. The lengths of the smoking section and the filter tip section are respectively 15mm and 30mm, and the length of the tipping paper is 18 mm. Namely, the original length (4 times of length) of the smoking section is 60mm, the original length (4 times of length) of the filter tip section is 120mm, and the original length (2 times of length) of the tipping paper is 36 mm.
In another embodiment, the heated cigarette rod is 46mm in overall length and 7.8mm in diameter. The lengths of the smoking section and the filter tip section are respectively 13mm and 33mm, and the length of the tipping paper is 17 mm. That is, the original length (4 times length) of the smoking section is 52mm, the original length (4 times length) of the filter tip section is 132mm, and the original length (2 times length) of the tipping paper is 34 mm.
Compared with the traditional mode, the cigarette receiving machine adopting the cigarette receiving process or using the cigarette receiving machine has the following advantages that:
(1) the smoke generating section is positioned in the middle after being twisted and connected and is cut off at the last stage, so that the twisting and connecting roundness of the cigarettes can be improved, and the end thread drop in the process is reduced;
(2) because the smoking section of the internally heated cigarette is much shorter than the filter section, the tipping paper is wrapped on the smoking section, so that the consumption of the tipping paper can be reduced;
(3) for the heated cigarettes needing to be subjected to laser drilling at the filter tip section, the cigarettes manufactured by the tipping process only need to be punched by the shaping paper, so that the energy consumption of laser drilling can be effectively reduced, and the overall production efficiency of the cigarettes is improved;
(4) because the cigarette paper and the tipping paper are wrapped outside the smoking section, the smoking section is more tall and straight in appearance and not easy to deform, and simultaneously, the phenomenon that substances in the smoking section permeate out of the cigarette paper to affect the attractiveness of the cigarette paper is avoided.
