Description

Ginseng beautifying milk tea and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of health-care milk tea, and particularly relates to ginseng beautifying milk tea and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The milk tea is a common special beverage in life, has fragrant and mellow taste and endless aftertaste. The traditional milk tea is prepared by boiling and fusing milk and tea and then adding substances such as sugar, coffee, fruits, nuts and the like according to personal taste, has the nutritional ingredients of the milk and the tea, and can be drunk in cold and hot states. However, most milk tea contains components such as sucrose and non-dairy creamer, and is easy to cause problems such as obesity and blood sugar increase after long-term drinking, thus being harmful to human health. Therefore, people attract attention to milk tea with health care efficacy.
The ginseng tonic soup is a classic prescription in Song Dynasty's institute of prescriptions, which was put into textbooks of modern institute of prescriptions, and the following Chinese herbs are included: radix Paeoniae alba, radix Angelicae sinensis, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, radix astragali, cortex Cinnamomi, Ginseng radix, Atractylodis rhizoma, Glycyrrhrizae radix, radix rehmanniae Preparata, fructus Schisandrae chinensis, Poria, cortex et radix Polygalae, rhizoma Zingiberis recens, and fructus Jujubae. The preparation has effects of invigorating qi, replenishing blood, nourishing heart, and tranquilizing mind. According to documents such as a new resource food management method published by Wei Jian Wei, a notice about further standard health food raw material management of the Ministry of health, 6 new bulletins about substances such as Chinese angelica and the like which are both food and traditional Chinese medicinal materials according to the tradition, a notice about performing material management pilot work on 9 substances such as codonopsis pilosula and the like which are both food and traditional Chinese medicinal materials, a list of articles which can be used for health food and the like, the ginseng Yangrong decoction prescription comprises white paeony root, Chinese angelica, dried orange peel (orange peel), astragalus, cinnamon, ginseng, largehead atractylodes rhizome, liquorice, prepared rehmannia root, schisandra chinensis, poria cocos, polygala tenuifolia, ginger and Chinese date which can be used as food.
However, the traditional Chinese medicine is often not accepted in taste and flavor when prepared into food, if a large amount of additives are used for improving the taste and flavor, the special traditional Chinese medicine flavor is lost, and the health care effect is lost due to too little traditional Chinese medicine content. How to prepare the traditional Chinese medicine food which has good health care effect and is easy to be accepted by consumers is a difficult point.
At present, the raw materials in the ginseng tonic soup are not used for preparing milk tea in the prior art, and how to prepare the health milk tea by using the raw materials in the ginseng tonic soup has good health care effect, so that the health milk tea which is easily accepted by consumers needs to be further researched.

The milk tea prepared by the raw material formula and the preparation method in the embodiment 1 is optimal. The milk tea prepared by the method except the raw material proportion and the preparation method has the advantages of influenced taste, color, smell and tissue form, poor comprehensive sensory evaluation and poor public acceptance.
Experimental example 2 health care efficacy of ginseng beautifying health milk tea
1. Experimental methods
(1) Subject: listed according to the main symptoms of the ginseng tonic soup: the face is whitish, palpitations and forgetfulness, qi deficiency and spontaneous perspiration, poor appetite and no odor, hair loss, scanty and brownish urine and 6 symptoms, 40 nurses in the unit who call for complaints of 2 or more symptoms are randomly divided into A, B, C, D groups, and 4 groups have female gender, no obvious age difference and no major diseases.
(2) The test method comprises the following steps: the subjects were first asked to fill out the following symptom rating sheet (table 3). Milk tea was prepared according to the 4 groups (examples 1, 2, 3 and comparative example 1) with the highest scores among the sensory evaluation results, and group A was drunk 2 times a day with 300ml of the formula milk tea of example 1; group B is drunk with 300ml of the milk tea prepared in the formula of the embodiment 2 times a day; group C is drunk with 300ml of the milk tea prepared in the formula of the example 3 2 times a day; group D is drunk with 300ml of formula milk tea of comparative example 1 2 times a day; total 5 days, 6 am fill out table 3 again, and collect symptom score table and count results.
TABLE 3 symptom Scale Table
Figure BDA0003698792230000081
(3) Effect judgment standard: the scoring table is divided into 6 grades from 0 point to 5 point for each relevant symptom, each subject is only selected to score 2 symptoms before the most uncomfortable feeling, and the 2 symptoms are compared before and after the experiment to obtain the total score.
2. Results of the experiment
The questionnaire of 40 subjects was statistically analyzed to obtain the difference between the total score of the symptom scores before and after drinking in A, B, C, D4 groups, and the results are shown in Table 4, wherein the difference between the total score of the symptom scores in A, B, C, D4 groups is 25, 15, 9 and 15. The larger the difference is, the more the symptom improvement degree is, the better the effect is. The difference of the component A is the largest, which shows that the milk tea in the example 1 has the best health-care effect, and the component C has the worst health-care effect. In the experimental process, the testees have no adverse reaction.
