2. Preparation method

The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) soaking radix Paeoniae alba, radix Angelicae sinensis, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, radix astragali, cortex Cinnamomi, Ginseng radix, Atractylodis rhizoma, Glycyrrhrizae radix, radix rehmanniae Preparata, fructus Schisandrae chinensis, Poria, cortex et radix Polygalae, rhizoma Zingiberis recens and fructus Jujubae in water for 15 min, adding 1.3L water, decocting under normal pressure for 30 min, and keeping the decoction about 1L; (2) soaking black tea in 1.1L hot water at 95 deg.C for 3 min, filtering to remove tea leaves, and retaining about 1L tea soup; (3) and (3) taking 1L of the decoction obtained in the step (1) and 1L of the tea soup obtained in the step (2), and adding 0.5L of whole milk to uniformly mix to obtain 2.5L of the ginseng beautifying health milk tea.

Comparative example 11: the raw material formula comprises 9g of white paeony root, 3g of Chinese angelica, 3g of tangerine peel, 3g of astragalus root, 3g of cinnamon, 3g of ginseng, 3g of largehead atractylodes rhizome, 3g of liquorice, 2g of prepared rehmannia root, 2g of Chinese magnoliavine fruit, 2g of tuckahoe, 1.5g of thinleaf milkwort root-bark, 0.3g of ginger, 0.3g of Chinese date, 18g of black tea and 0.5L of whole milk. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) soaking radix Paeoniae alba, radix Angelicae sinensis, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, radix astragali, cortex Cinnamomi, Ginseng radix, Atractylodis rhizoma, Glycyrrhrizae radix, radix rehmanniae Preparata, fructus Schisandrae chinensis, Poria, cortex et radix Polygalae, rhizoma Zingiberis recens and fructus Jujubae in water for 15 min, adding 1.3L water, decocting under normal pressure for 30 min, and keeping the decoction about 1L; (2) soaking black tea in 1.1L hot water at 95 deg.C for 3 min, filtering to remove tea leaves, and retaining about 1L tea soup; (3) and (3) taking 1L of the decoction obtained in the step (1) and 1L of the tea soup obtained in the step (2), and adding 0.5L of whole milk to uniformly mix to obtain 2.5L of the ginseng beautifying health-care milk tea.

2. Method for sensory evaluation

30 nurses in the hospital, internists and internists were invited to perform sensory evaluation on the milk tea prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 11, and blind tests were performed during evaluation. Sensory evaluation criteria are shown in table 1. After evaluation, the average score of each item is taken. The sensory evaluation results are shown in table 2.

Experimental results show that the ginseng beautifying milk tea provided by the invention has the advantages that under the specific raw material formula and preparation method (examples 1-3), the prepared milk tea is excellent in taste, has a certain acceptable traditional Chinese medicine taste, has no great difference from common milk tea in color and luster, has a light traditional Chinese medicine taste in smell, is uniform in shape and has good public acceptance. The milk tea prepared by the raw material formula and the preparation method in the embodiment 1 is optimal. The milk tea prepared by the method except the raw material proportion and the preparation method has the advantages of influenced taste, color, smell and tissue form, poor comprehensive sensory evaluation and poor public acceptance.

Experimental example 2 health care efficacy of ginseng beautifying health milk tea

1. Experimental methods

(1) Subject: listed according to the main symptoms of the ginseng tonic soup: the face is whitish, palpitations and forgetfulness, qi deficiency and spontaneous perspiration, poor appetite and no odor, hair loss, scanty and brownish urine and 6 symptoms, 40 nurses in the unit who call for complaints of 2 or more symptoms are randomly divided into A, B, C, D groups, and 4 groups have female gender, no obvious age difference and no major diseases.

(2) The test method comprises the following steps: the subjects were first asked to fill out the following symptom rating sheet (table 3). Milk tea was prepared according to the 4 groups (examples 1, 2, 3 and comparative example 1) with the highest scores among the sensory evaluation results, and group A was drunk 2 times a day with 300ml of the formula milk tea of example 1; group B is drunk with 300ml of the milk tea prepared in the formula of the embodiment 2 times a day; group C is drunk with 300ml of the milk tea prepared in the formula of the example 3 2 times a day; group D is drunk with 300ml of formula milk tea of comparative example 1 2 times a day; total 5 days, 6 am fill out table 3 again, and collect symptom score table and count results.

(3) Effect judgment standard: the scoring table is divided into 6 grades from 0 point to 5 point for each relevant symptom, each subject is only selected to score 2 symptoms before the most uncomfortable feeling, and the 2 symptoms are compared before and after the experiment to obtain the total score.

2. Results of the experiment

The questionnaire of 40 subjects was statistically analyzed to obtain the difference between the total score of the symptom scores before and after drinking in A, B, C, D4 groups, and the results are shown in Table 4, wherein the difference between the total score of the symptom scores in A, B, C, D4 groups is 25, 15, 9 and 15. The larger the difference is, the more the symptom improvement degree is, the better the effect is. The difference of the component A is the largest, which shows that the milk tea in the example 1 has the best health-care effect, and the component C has the worst health-care effect. In the experimental process, the testees have no adverse reaction.

In conclusion, the invention provides the ginseng beautifying milk tea, which is prepared by taking the traditional Chinese medicines in the ginseng nourishing soup of the traditional Chinese medicine classic formula as raw materials, combining the milk and the tea, and has good taste and health-care efficacy. The health milk tea has balanced tea flavor, milk flavor and Chinese medicinal flavor, retains the unique taste of Chinese medicinal preparation, has appropriate sweet taste, no foreign flavor, good comprehensive taste, and high consumer acceptance; meanwhile, the milk tea is safe, free of toxic and side effects and good in health-care effect, has the health-care effects of tonifying qi and enriching blood, nourishing heart and soothing nerves, and is suitable for long-term drinking to achieve the health-care effect. The health milk tea provided by the invention is simple in preparation process, easy in raw material obtaining, and suitable for expanded production.

Claims (10)

1. A composition characterized by: it comprises the following components:

component 1: extracting the medicinal materials; the medicinal materials include radix Paeoniae alba, radix Angelicae sinensis, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, radix astragali, cortex Cinnamomi, Ginseng radix, Atractylodis rhizoma, Glycyrrhrizae radix, radix rehmanniae Preparata, fructus Schisandrae, Poria, cortex et radix Polygalae, rhizoma Zingiberis recens and fructus Jujubae;

and (2) component: tea leaf extract;

and (3) component: milk;

wherein the volume ratio of the component 1, the component 2 and the component 3 is (1-4): (2-4): (2-4).

2. The composition of claim 1, wherein: the volume ratio of the component 1 to the component 2 to the component 3 is 1: 1: (1-2);

preferably, the volume ratio of the component 1, the component 2 and the component 3 is 1: 1: 1.

3. the composition according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: in the component 1, the medicinal materials comprise radix paeoniae alba, angelica sinensis, pericarpium citri reticulatae, radix astragali, cinnamon, ginseng, rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae, liquorice, prepared rehmannia root, schisandra chinensis, poria cocos, polygala tenuifolia, ginger and Chinese date;

and/or, in the component 2, the tea leaves are black tea.

The composition of claim 3, wherein: the weight ratio of the medicinal materials to the tea is as follows: 1-90 parts of white paeony root, 1-30 parts of angelica, 1-30 parts of dried orange peel, 1-30 parts of astragalus, 1-30 parts of cinnamon, 1-30 parts of ginseng, 1-30 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 1-30 parts of liquorice, 1-20 parts of prepared rehmannia root, 1-20 parts of schisandra chinensis, 1-20 parts of poria cocos, 1-15 parts of polygala tenuifolia, 0.3-3 parts of ginger, 0.3-3 parts of Chinese date and 3-18 parts of tea;

preferably, the weight ratio of the medicinal materials to the tea leaves is as follows: 1-9 parts of white paeony root, 3 parts of angelica, 1-3 parts of dried orange peel, 3-20 parts of astragalus, 3 parts of cinnamon, 3-5 parts of ginseng, 3 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 3-6 parts of liquorice, 2-6 parts of prepared rehmannia root, 1-2 parts of schisandra chinensis, 2-9 parts of poria cocos, 1-3 parts of polygala tenuifolia, 0.3 part of ginger, 0.3 part of Chinese date and 18 parts of tea;

more preferably, the weight ratio of the medicinal materials to the tea leaves is as follows: 9 parts of white paeony root, 3 parts of angelica, 3 parts of tangerine peel, 3 parts of astragalus root, 3 parts of cinnamon, 3 parts of ginseng, 3 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 3 parts of liquorice, 2 parts of prepared rehmannia root, 2 parts of Chinese magnoliavine fruit, 2 parts of tuckahoe, 1.5 parts of polygala root, 0.3 part of ginger, 0.3 part of Chinese date and 18 parts of tea.

5. The composition according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the medicinal material extracting solution is water extracting solution of medicinal materials;

and/or the tea extract is a water extract of tea;

and/or the milk is liquid milk.

6. The composition of claim 5, wherein: the preparation method of the water extract of the medicinal materials comprises the following steps: soaking the medicinal materials in water, decocting in water, and keeping the decoction to obtain medicinal material extractive solution;

and/or the preparation method of the water extract of the tea comprises the following steps: soaking tea in water, and keeping the liquid to obtain tea extractive solution;

and/or the milk is milk;

preferably, the milk is whole milk.

7. The composition of claim 6, wherein: in the preparation method of the water extract of the medicinal materials, the soaking time is 10-30 minutes; during decoction, the mass-volume ratio of the medicinal materials to water is 15-60 g: 1L, decocting for 10-50 minutes;

and/or in the preparation method of the water extract of the tea leaves, the mass volume ratio of the tea leaves to the water is 10-30 g: 1L; the soaking time is 2-10 minutes, and the soaking temperature is 80-100 ℃;

preferably, the first and second electrodes are formed of a metal,

in the preparation method of the water extract of the medicinal materials, the soaking time is 15 minutes; during decoction, the mass-volume ratio of the medicinal materials to water is 38-60 g: 1L, decocting for 30 minutes;

and/or in the preparation method of the water extract of the tea leaves, the mass volume ratio of the tea leaves to the water is 16-28 g: 1L; the soaking time was 5 minutes and the soaking temperature was 95 ℃.

8. The composition of claim 7, wherein:

in the preparation method of the water extract of the medicinal materials, the mass volume ratio of the medicinal materials to water is 38-39 g: 1L;

and/or in the preparation method of the water extract of the tea leaves, the mass volume ratio of the tea leaves to the water is 21-22 g: 1L of the compound.

9. Use of the composition of any one of claims 1 to 8 for the preparation of food, health food;

preferably, the health care product is health care milk tea with the effects of tonifying qi, enriching blood, nourishing heart and soothing nerves.

10. The milk tea is characterized in that: the composition is obtained by mixing the component 1, the component 2 and the component 3 in the composition as defined in any one of claims 1 to 8.
