Abstract

4. The pigment for aqueous ink according to claim 3, wherein the other auxiliary agents include: the defoaming agent and the wetting agent are acetylene glycol, the dispersing agent is phosphate, and the thickening agent is ethoxylated alcohol.
5. The process for producing a pigment for aqueous ink according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by comprising the steps of:
1) adding polyacrylic resin into a dispersion machine for dispersion, and controlling the particle diameter to be less than 5 micrometers by a mechanical method;
2) adding the pigment into a stirrer, stirring at a rotation speed of 20-30 r/min for 20-30 min, and keeping the temperature at 50-70 deg.C for 15-30 min;
3) adding the antioxidant, ethanol, deionized water and other auxiliary agents into a stirrer, and stirring for 30-40 minutes, wherein the rotating speed of the stirrer is controlled at 30-40 revolutions per minute;
4) and (3) adding the mixture prepared in the first step, the second step and the third step into a dispersion machine for dispersion, and adjusting the fineness of the mixture to be below 8 microns by a roller press.
6. The method for preparing an aqueous fluorescent pigment for aqueous ink according to claim 5, wherein: the polyacrylic resin is used as carrier resin.
