Description of the embodiments
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a video playing method, which is executed in a terminal device, including:
step 101, acquiring first extended display identification data EDID of a signal processing device, wherein the first EDID comprises a first resolution;
102, sending a video playing control instruction to a first display device based on the first resolution, wherein the video playing control instruction is used for instructing the first display device to play video at a second resolution, and the second resolution is different from the first resolution;
Step 103, under the condition that the first display device plays video with a second resolution, acquiring a second EDID of the signal processing device, wherein the second EDID comprises a third resolution;
step 104, determining a connection state of the first display device and the signal processing device based on the second resolution and the third resolution;
and step 105, based on the connection state, indicating the first display device to play a first video.
In this embodiment, the video playing method described above may be applied to any terminal device having a communication function, for example: a mobile phone, a tablet (Tablet Personal Computer), a Laptop (Laptop Computer), a personal digital assistant (personal digital assistant, PDA for short), a mobile internet Device (Mobile Internet Device, MID) or a Wearable Device (wearmable Device), etc.
It should be appreciated that the signal processing device may be a television box, a set-top box, etc., and the first display device may be understood as a television, and the television includes a projection module supporting a standard protocol such as digital living network alliance (Digital Living Network Alliance, DLNA). In the case of a television box connected to a television (e.g., via a high definition multimedia interface (High Definition Multimedia Interface, HDMI)), the resolution of the television box is the resolution of the television to which the television box is connected.
It should be appreciated that the extended display identification data (Extended Display Identification Data, EDID) is a standard established by the video electronics standards association (Video Electronics Standards Association, VESA) for display identification data when the display data channel (Display Data Channel, DDC) communication protocol is being established. In the embodiment of the invention, the EDID is stored in the DDC memory of the first display device, and the signal processing device reads the EDID stored in the DDC memory of the first display device through the DDC when the signal processing device is connected with the first display device.
The first resolution obtained in step 101 is the resolution of the EDID currently read by the signal processing device, that is, the EDID read by the signal processing device is the EDID of a display device currently connected to the signal processing device, where the first resolution is the resolution of a video played by the display device currently connected to the signal processing device; the second resolution obtained in step 103 is the resolution of the EDID read by the signal processing device when the first display device plays the video with the second resolution.
For example: taking the signal processing device as a device a, the first display device as a device B, and the device currently connected to the signal processing device as a device C as an example, acquiring a first EDID of the device a, that is, reading the EDID of the device C by the device a, that is, acquiring the first resolution as a resolution of the video currently displayed by the device C; in the case that the device B plays the video at the second resolution based on the video play control instruction, the second EDID of the device a is acquired, that is, the EDID of the device C is read by the device a, that is, the acquired third resolution is the resolution of the video displayed by the device C when the device B plays the video at the second resolution. It can be understood that the judgment of whether the signal processing device (device a) and the first display device (device B) are in a connected state is that whether the device C and the device B are the same device, and if the third resolution is consistent with the second resolution, it can be determined that the device B and the device C are the same device, that is, that the device B and the device a are in a connected state.
It should be understood that if the third resolution is identical to the second resolution, that is, if the current resolution of the first display device is changed from the first resolution to the second resolution after the step 102 is performed and the current resolution of the first display device is changed to the second resolution, the resolution of the signal processing device may be considered to be identical to the resolution of the first display device, and thus the first display device is connected to the signal processing device. If the third resolution is different from the second resolution, the resolution of the first display device is not related to the resolution of the signal processing device, and the first display device and the signal processing device may be considered as in a disconnected state.
It should be understood that there may be a plurality of signal processing devices, and when determining whether the signal processing device and the first display device are in a connected state, the plurality of signal processing devices may be determined separately or together.
For example: in the case where there are two signal processing apparatuses of the apparatus D and the apparatus E, the above-mentioned plural signal apparatuses are respectively judged as examples: the connection states of the device D and the device E and the first display device may be determined by using the steps 101 to 104, so as to obtain a result of whether the device D is connected to the first display device and a result of whether the device E is connected to the first display device, and the determination processes of the device D and the device E may be performed simultaneously or sequentially; taking the case of determining the plurality of signal devices together as an example, in the step 101, the resolution of the device D and the resolution of the device E may be obtained, respectively, and in the step 102, it may be understood that the second resolution is different from the resolution of the device D and the resolution of the device E, so that, when determining the connection states of the device D and the device E with the first display device, it may be possible to determine whether the resolution of the device D and the resolution of the device E change with the resolution of the first display device, that is, simultaneously obtain the connection states of the device D and the device E with the first display device, respectively.
It should be understood that whether the first display device plays the video at the second resolution may be determined by the feedback result sent by the first display device in response to the video play control command, or may default that the first display device plays the video at the second resolution after a preset time (e.g., 3 seconds, 10 seconds, etc.) for sending the video play control command to the first display device. In this way, the second EDID of the signal processing device may be obtained in step 103, which may be performed after receiving the response sent by the first display device to play the video according to the second resolution, or may be performed after executing the preset time in step 102, or may be performed after executing step 102 to actively obtain the current resolution of the first display device at preset time intervals.
It should be understood that, after determining the connection state of the first display device and the signal processing device, if the first display device is connected to the signal processing device, no matter the first video is cast to the first display device or cast to the signal processing device, the first video can be played through the first display device, so that in the case that the cast playing needs to switch the episode, the resolution is switched, the playing video is subject to the copyright limitation, the cast playing of the first video can be realized by switching between the first display device and the signal processing device. The first video may be a next episode of the current playing video of the first display device, a video with a different resolution of the current playing video, or other video of the user's screen.
The video playing method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the steps of firstly, acquiring first extended display identification data EDID of signal processing equipment, wherein the first EDID comprises a first resolution. And secondly, sending a video playing control instruction to a first display device based on the first resolution, wherein the video playing control instruction is used for instructing the first display device to play video at a second resolution, and the second resolution is different from the first resolution. Then, in a case where the first display device plays video at a second resolution, a second EDID of the signal processing device is acquired, the second EDID including a third resolution. Further, a connection state of the first display device and the signal processing device is determined based on the second resolution and the third resolution. And finally, based on the connection state, indicating the first display device to play a first video. In the above method, the EDID of the signal processing device is obtained before and after the video playing control instruction is sent to the first display device, and based on the comparison between the second resolution and the third resolution, it is determined whether the current resolution of the signal processing device is consistent with the first display device, that is, it is determined whether the resolution of the signal processing device changes along with the change of the resolution of the first display device, and the connection state of the first display device and the signal processing device is determined as a judging basis of whether the signal processing device is connected to the first display device, and when the situation that the screen-drop playing meets the limitation of copyright in the situations of switching episodes, switching the resolution or playing video, the playing of the first video can be realized based on the connection state of the first display device and the signal processing device.
In addition, in the method, a connection state of the first display device and the signal processing device is determined based on whether the resolution of the signal processing device changes with the resolution of the first display device. The resolution of the first display device can be controlled to change for a plurality of times through the video playing control instruction, and the resolution of the signal processing device after each change is compared with the resolution of the signal processing device, so that whether the resolution of the signal processing device changes dynamically along with the change of the resolution of the first display device or not can be verified for a plurality of times, and the accuracy of determining the connection state is improved.
Optionally, the video playing control instruction includes:
a second screen shot instruction, the second screen shot instruction comprising the second resolution and second video data, the second screen shot instruction being for instructing the first display device to play a second video at the second resolution; or alternatively, the first and second heat exchangers may be,
and the resolution switching instruction comprises the second resolution, and the resolution switching instruction is used for instructing the first display device to switch the resolution of video playing into the second resolution.
It should be understood that the second video data may be an identifier (Identity Document, ID) of the second video, or request a uniform resource locator (Uniform Resource Locator, URL), or may be playing data of the second video, and after the first display device receives the second screen-throwing instruction, the second video data may be used to identify a video to be thrown, and enable the first display device to play the second video.
In this embodiment, the second screen-projection instruction is configured to instruct the first display device to play the second video with the second resolution, and the resolution switching instruction is configured to instruct the first display device to switch the resolution of video playing to the second resolution. That is, when the first display device receives the second screen-throwing instruction or the resolution switching instruction, video can be played according to the second resolution, so that if the signal processing device is in a connection state with the first display device, judgment can be performed based on whether the resolution of the signal processing device is changed.
Optionally, in step 105, based on the connection state, instructing the display device to play the first video includes:
acquiring first copyright information of the first display device and second copyright information of the signal processing device under the condition that the first display device is connected with the signal processing device;
and based on the first copyright information and the second copyright information, sending a first screen-throwing instruction to the first display device or the signal processing device, wherein the first screen-throwing instruction comprises first video data, and the first screen-throwing instruction is used for instructing the first display device to throw a screen to play the first video or instructing the signal processing device to throw a screen to play the first video on the first display device.
It should be understood that, for the video without copyright, the first display device cannot play, where the video without copyright includes a situation that the video is not played with copyright, that some episodes in the video are not copyrighted, or that some resolutions in the video are not copyrighted, so that when the first display device plays the video, there may be a situation that the video is difficult to play due to the non-copyright reminding, and if at this moment, the devices such as a television box and a set top box connected to the first display device have corresponding copyright, the video may be played by the copyrighted devices such as the television box and the set top box connected to the first display device.
The first copyright information of the first display device may be all video information of which the first display device has a copyright, or may pertinently obtain copyright information related to a video to be projected, for example: when the first display device copyrights to the video a, the video B and the video C and the video to be screen-cast is the video D, the information of the video a, the video B and the video C may be obtained, or only the information of the video D may be obtained in the embodiment of the present invention. In this way, in the case of sending a screen-throwing instruction to the first display device, whether the first display device has the copyright of the video D can be determined by the acquired information of the video a, the video B, and the video C, or the acquired information of the video D. Likewise, the second copyright information of the signal processing device may be all video information having copyright of the first display device, or may be the copyright information related to the video to be projected in a targeted manner, and the specific acquisition mode may refer to the acquisition mode of the first display device, which is not described herein in detail.
It should be understood that the terminal device may send a copyright query request to the first display device to obtain which videos the first display device has, or obtain whether the first display device has the copyright of the first video. Of course, the terminal device may also send a copyright inquiry request to the signal processing device to acquire which video the signal processing device has the copyright of, or acquire whether the signal processing device has the copyright of the first video.
The first video data may be an ID or URL of the first video, or may be playing data of the first video, where the first video data may be used to identify a video to be screened, and enable the first display device to play the first video.
And when the first display device is connected with the signal processing device, if at least one of the first copyright information and the second copyright information has the copyright of the first video, the playing of the first video on the first display device can be realized. It should be understood that, when a first screen-throwing instruction is sent to the first display device or the signal processing device based on the first copyright information and the second copyright information, the first display device and a device having the first video copyright in the signal processing device may be selected to send the first screen-throwing instruction, and if the first display device and the signal processing device both have the first video copyright, one of the devices may be selected to send the first screen-throwing instruction at random or with a preset priority, for example, the screen-throwing instruction may be preferentially sent to the first display device.
In addition, the determination of whether the first video copyright is provided may be performed based on various factors such as the copyright of the first video resource, the copyright of a specific episode or all episodes to be played, and the resolution to be played, for example: for a certain video D to be screened, the first display device and the signal processing device have the copyright of the video D, but the copyright information in the first display device only includes the copyright of the video D at 480P (Progressive) and 720P, the copyright information in the signal processing device includes the copyright of the video D at 480P, 720P and 1080P, and in the case that the first display device supports the video playing with 1080P resolution, the signal processing device may select to send a screening instruction to play the same video with higher resolution.
In this embodiment, in a case where the first display device is connected to the signal processing device, by acquiring first copyright information of the first display device and second copyright information of the signal processing device; and sending a first screen throwing instruction to the first display device or the signal processing device based on the first copyright information and the second copyright information so as to instruct the first display device to throw a screen to play a first video. And the first video can be played on the first display device by sending the first screen-throwing instruction to copyrighted equipment for screen throwing.
In addition, when the first display device is connected with the signal processing device, the first display device and the signal processing device can be used as the same device, so that prediction can be performed based on historical data of the first display device and the signal processing device in a video recommendation scene, and the effectiveness of video recommendation is improved.
Optionally, the determining, in step 104, the connection state of the first display device and the signal processing device based on the second resolution and the third resolution includes:
confirming that the first display device is connected with the signal processing device in a case where the second resolution is consistent with the third resolution;
and if the second resolution is not consistent with the third resolution, confirming that the first display device is not connected with the signal processing device.
It should be understood that, in the case where the second resolution is consistent with the third resolution, the resolution read by the signal processing device may be considered to be changed according to the change of the resolution of playing the video by the first display device, where the resolution read by the signal processing device is the resolution of playing the video by a display device currently connected to the signal processing device, that is, the display device currently connected to the signal processing device is the first display device.
Accordingly, in the case where the second resolution is inconsistent with the third resolution, it may be considered that the resolution read by the signal processing device is inconsistent with the resolution at which the first display device plays video, that is, the display device to which the signal processing device is currently connected is not the first display device, and the signal processing device is not connected to the first display device.
It should be understood that if the resolution read by the signal processing device is consistent with the resolution of the current video playing of the first display device, the signal processing device may be connected to the first display device. By instructing the first display device to play a video at a second resolution, which is different from the first resolution, and comparing the second resolution with a third resolution currently read by the signal processing device when the first display device plays a video at the second resolution, if the second resolution is identical to the third resolution, it is possible to exclude an accidental coincidence that the resolution of the signal processing device is identical to the resolution of the first display device, and confirm that the signal processing device is connected to the first display device.
Optionally, the sending, based on the first copyright information and the second copyright information, the first screen-projection instruction to the first display device or the signal processing device includes:
transmitting the first screen throwing instruction to the first display device under the condition that the first copyright information comprises the copyright of the first video;
and sending the first screen throwing instruction to the signal processing equipment under the condition that the first copyright information does not comprise the copyright of the first video and the second copyright information comprises the copyright of the first video.
It should be understood that, the first screen-throwing instruction is configured to instruct the first display device to broadcast the first video, where the first copyright information includes a copyright of the first video, may directly throw a screen onto the first display device, and where the first copyright information does not include a copyright of the first video and the second copyright information includes a copyright of the first video, send the first screen-throwing instruction to the signal processing device.
It should be understood that, in the case where the first display device is connected to the signal processing device, if the first display device displays no copyright during the playing process, the screen may be switched to the copyrighted signal processing device by switching the screen to the content of the first display device. That is, in the case where at least one of the first copyright information and the second copyright information includes the copyright of the first video, the first video may be played on the first display device.
In this embodiment, in a case where the first copyright information includes a copyright of the first video, the first screen projecting instruction is sent to the first display device; and sending the first screen throwing instruction to the signal processing equipment under the condition that the first copyright information does not comprise the copyright of the first video and the second copyright information comprises the copyright of the first video. The receiving end of the first screen throwing instruction can be determined according to copyrights respectively possessed by the first display device and the signal processing device, so that the first video can be played on the first display device when the copyrights of the first video exist in at least one of the first copyrights information and the second copyrights information.
Optionally, before the obtaining the first extended display identification data EDID of the signal processing device in step 101, the method further includes:
receiving a resolution detection instruction input by a user;
the resolution detection instruction is sent to the signal processing equipment, the resolution detection instruction is used for triggering the signal processing equipment to send the first EDID to the first display equipment, and the first EDID is used for acquiring the resolution of a second display equipment currently connected with the signal processing equipment.
It should be understood that, the resolution detection instruction may trigger the signal processing device to send the first EDID to the first display device, and in this embodiment, the number of signal processing devices existing in a certain range may also be determined by the number of received first EDID.
The first EDID obtained in step 101 may be obtained based on a resolution detection instruction input by a user, that is, the first EDID is passively sent by the signal processing device in response to a user request. Alternatively, the first EDID may be actively sent by the signal processing device, for example: the above-described signal processing device may transmit the current EDID read by it to the nearby communication device at a certain period.
It should be understood that the second display device is a display device to which the signal processing device is currently connected, and the first resolution of the signal processing device is a resolution of a video currently played by the second display device. If the second display device and the first display device are the same device, the resolution of the signal processing device may be kept identical to the resolution of the first display device, and if the second resolution and the third resolution in the step are identical, it may be confirmed that the second display device and the first display device are the same device, the signal processing device is connected to the first display device, and if the second display device and the first display device are not the same device, the signal processing device and the first display device are not connected.
In this embodiment, the first EDID obtained in step 101 may send, when a resolution detection instruction input by a user is received, the resolution detection instruction to the signal processing device, so as to determine a connection state of the first display device and the signal processing device.
The various optional embodiments described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented in combination with each other without collision, or may be implemented separately, which is not limited to the embodiments of the present invention.
For better understanding, specific examples are as follows:
as shown in fig. 2, there are television B and television C in the user's home; the television B is respectively inserted with a box D and a box E; inserting a box F on the television C; the embodiment of the invention also provides a method for judging the same display equipment based on the dynamic change of the screen throwing resolution, which comprises the following steps:
before a user throws a screen through the mobile phone a, resolutions in EDID of the box D, the box E and the box F can be respectively obtained, current resolutions of the box D and the box E are recorded to be x1 x y1, current resolution x2 of the box F is recorded, then a television B is thrown a screen with m x n, then the current resolutions of the box D, the box E and the box F are respectively obtained through the EDID, if the resolutions of the box D and the box E at this moment are changed from x1 x y1 to x3 x y3 at once, if x3 = m x n, and the resolution of the box F is not changed, then the user can confirm that the box D and the box E are connected to the television B, but the box F is not connected.
Wherein, the television B and the television C each comprise a screen projection module supporting a standard protocol, for example, a screen projection module supporting DLNA. Box D, box E and box F are also fitted with EDID detection modules supporting the unified standard protocol.
Specifically, when a user initiates screen projection, the mobile phone A can be used for scanning screen-projecting equipment to obtain a screen-projecting equipment list of the television B, the television C, the box D, the box E and the box F; then, sending resolution detection commands to the box D, the box E and the box F, wherein the box can return the resolution of the box to the mobile phone A through the EDID detection module; further, the mobile phone A sends a screen throwing command or a resolution switching command to the television B, namely, a video command with resolution m x n is sent to a screen throwing module of the television B, and the screen throwing module of the television B plays the video with resolution m x n after receiving the command and sends a result to the mobile phone A; and the mobile phone A sends resolution detection commands to the box D, the box E and the box F again to obtain the current resolutions of the box D, the box E and the box F respectively, and compares the current resolutions with the resolution m, wherein x1 x y1 is different from m, and x2 x y2 is different from m. If x3 x y3=m x n, it can be confirmed that the television B is connected with the box D and the box E, that is, the video of the television B, the box D and the box E are all played on the television B. Therefore, when the video on the television B is subjected to the problems of switching episodes, switching resolution, limited copyright and the like, the content of the video on the television B can be switched to the box D or the box E, so that the smooth video on the television can be realized.
It should be understood that, for the connection determination of the television C and the box F, reference may be made to the above procedure, and the description thereof will not be repeated here.
