Claims (10)

1. A task management system based on flexible employment is characterized in that the task management system comprises a service platform and a user side;
the user side is used for:
selecting a required user role during login; the user roles comprise enterprise users and personal users, and different user roles correspond to different system functions and system pages;
when the user role is an enterprise user, issuing an enterprise task on a corresponding system page; the types of the enterprise tasks comprise a common task and an extremely-fast task, different task types correspond to respective task content and personal commission, and the common task further comprises a prepayment mode, a payment completion mode, a bargainable mode and a piece counting mode;
calling corresponding bid-winning modes according to different task types to obtain bid-winning information; the system comprises a bid-winning system, a bid-winning system and a bid-winning system, wherein the bid-winning information is associated with carrier information, and the bid-winning mode comprises manual entry bid-winning and automatic bid-winning;
receiving delivery results uploaded by individual users;
transmitting the enterprise task type, the bid winning information and the received delivery result to the service platform for auditing; during a common task, checking and accepting delivery results uploaded by individual users through system pages corresponding to the enterprise users;
the service platform is used for:
auditing is carried out based on the task content;
auditing is carried out based on the information of the receiver;
auditing is carried out based on the delivery result;
if the verification is passed, sending information to be confirmed to the individual user or triggering the enterprise user to directly perform enterprise acceptance; making a commission payment based on said acceptance action or generated settlement request;
when the user role is an individual user, task checking, registration, winning bid, uploading task delivery results and collection are carried out on a corresponding system page; wherein, when the task is at the top speed, the personal promissory book and the task information are required to be signed; the task confirmation information comprises checking the received information to be confirmed, and judging whether the user participates in the completion and whether the task is confirmed;
after the task is confirmed, the task is confirmed again based on the operation feedback, and if the confirmation is passed again, the settlement request is generated and the money is collected; wherein the reconfirming includes confirming whether the individual is authenticated, setting up an agreement, and setting up a collection method.
2. The flexible employment based task management system of claim 1 wherein the user role is enterprise user, further used for enterprise authentication, agreement signing and enterprise top-up.
3. The flexible employment based task management system of claim 1,
when the task is a common task, the corresponding bid-winning mode is manual entry and bid-winning, including self entry and enterprise invitation; if the self-registration is carried out, the bid winning is carried out only after the enterprise examination is passed; if the invitation is an enterprise invitation, the individual can automatically bid;
when the task is the extremely fast task, the corresponding bid-winning mode is automatic bid-winning.
4. The flexible workforce-based task management system of claim 3, wherein for a common task, an individual user manually uploads task delivery results;
when the task is an extremely fast task, the enterprise user needs to upload the information of the receiver of the task and the received task delivery results manually or in batches.
5. The flexible recruitment-based task management system according to claim 3, wherein the top-speed task further judges the balance in the enterprise user account before issuing the task, and if the balance is satisfied, the task is successfully issued and a payment is made;
when the common task is issued, balance judgment is not carried out, but before enterprise payment, the account needs to have enough balance.
6. A flexible employment based task management method, which is applied to the flexible employment based task management system of claim 1, and the method comprises:
selecting a required user role when a user side logs in; the user roles comprise enterprise users and personal users, and different user roles correspond to different system functions and system pages;
issuing an enterprise task on a corresponding system page by utilizing an enterprise user; the types of the enterprise tasks comprise common tasks and extremely fast tasks, wherein the common tasks further comprise a prepayment mode, a settlement completion mode, a bargainable mode and a piece counting mode;
calling corresponding bid-winning modes according to different task types to obtain bid-winning information; the bid-winning information is associated with carrier information, and the bid-winning mode comprises manual entry bid-winning and automatic bid-winning;
receiving delivery results uploaded by individual users;
transmitting the type of the enterprise task, the bid winning information and the received delivery result to a service platform for auditing; during a common task, checking and accepting delivery results uploaded by individual users through system pages corresponding to the enterprise users;
respectively auditing the task content, the receiver information and the delivery result through the service platform;
if the audits are passed and the tasks are common tasks, triggering enterprise users to directly perform enterprise acceptance;
if the audits are passed and the task is the top-speed task, sending information to be confirmed to the personal user;
and making commission payment according to said acceptance operation or generated settlement request;
then, the individual user is utilized to check, register, bid and upload task delivery results and collection in the corresponding system page; when the task is carried out at the highest speed, the personal commitment book and the task information are required to be signed; the task confirmation information comprises checking the received information to be confirmed, and judging whether the user participates in the completion and whether the task is confirmed;
after the task is confirmed, the task is confirmed again based on the operation feedback, and if the confirmation is passed again, the settlement request is generated and the money is collected; wherein the reconfirming includes confirming whether the individual is authenticated, setting up an agreement, and setting up a collection method.
