In this embodiment, the payment information of the corporation may be implemented in various manners, for example, the payment information corresponding to the corporation is used to pay the fee of the train ticket booking request, in some examples, the payment information corresponding to the corporation may be obtained, after the fee is paid, the fee is recorded in the credit payment account, and then the corporation may be required to pay according to the settlement period. Since the invoice is a tax payment voucher, a user may take a train ticket in the process of sitting on a train, and the user may lose the train ticket and not submit the train ticket to a financial department in time, so that financial loss may occur. In a train ticket travel scene, the paper train ticket has ticket attribute, is one of the certificates of the train sitting by the user, and along with the development of terminal technology, internet and other technologies, more and more train stations and trains support identity card ticket checking, and the user can directly pass through the ticket checking machine by virtue of resident identity card originals. The paper train ticket also has special invoice attributes and can be used as a fee evidence for paying tax. If the user takes out the train ticket, tax loss may be caused by the loss of the train ticket.
Based on this, in this embodiment, the recommended information that the recommended user uses the identification card to sit on the train and does not exchange the train ticket can be displayed, so that the user is prompted to exchange the train ticket as little as possible, and the identification card can be used to sit on the train through the ticket checking machine, so that the behavior of the user to get the train ticket can be reduced, the user is prevented from losing the train ticket, and financial loss caused by non-submitting the train ticket after the user gets the train ticket is prevented.

By means of the method, the processing scheme of the travel train ticket can be used for searching the enterprise organization information of the user according to the train ticket booking request of the user, and then paying for the train ticket by using the payment information corresponding to the enterprise organization, so that the user is not required to prepay, paste invoices and apply for reimbursement, and the processing flow of the travel train ticket is remarkably reduced.
Next, the process of the ticket issuing process will be described. As shown in fig. 1E, there is a flowchart of another method for processing a travel ticket according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, including:
in step 122, an invoicing request of the travel train ticket is sent to the service server, where the invoicing request carries enterprise organization information of the target enterprise.
In step 124, a unified invoice fed back by the service server is received.
As an example, a financial staff of an enterprise may issue an invoicing request of a travel train ticket through a client and send the invoicing request to a service server, where the requirement of issuing a unified invoice may be for all users of the enterprise or some users within a certain period of time. Based on this, in this embodiment, a selection interface of the designated user may be further provided, and the designated user information may be obtained through the selection interface, so that the service server may generate the unified invoice for the designated user of the target enterprise.
For the service side, as shown in fig. 1F, there is a flowchart of another method for processing a travel ticket according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method may be applied to the service side, and includes:
in step 132, a request to issue an invoice for a travel railway ticket is received, the request to issue an invoice carrying business agency information for a target business.
After determining the payment information of the target corporation according to the corporation organization information, the total fare of the railway tickets paid by the target corporation for the users belonging to the corporation is counted in step 134.
In step 136, after sending a ticket taking status request to the train ticket booking system, a ticket taking status of the train ticket fed back by the train ticket booking system is received, wherein the ticket taking status indicates whether the train ticket is collected by the user.
In step 138, a unified invoice is generated for the target enterprise according to the ticket taking state and the total cost of the train ticket and the set billing strategy.
As an example, a user subscribes to a train ticket at a service server, which makes a unified payment using the payment information of the corporation, and accordingly generates payment data, so that the total cost of the train ticket paid by the target corporation for the user attributed to the corporation can be counted. In other examples, the train ticket order data is generated accordingly, and the train ticket order data includes personal information (name, identification card number or contact information, etc.) of the user and information related to the train ticket (such as train number information, seat information, fare information or time information, etc.), so that the total amount of the train ticket purchased by the enterprise user can be counted.
Alternatively, the invoice may be generated at a default time period of the contract, such as ranging from the last invoice to the current time, or the last week, or one month from the last invoice, etc. In other examples, the ticket issuing request may also be specified by the user, so that the ticket issuing request further carries a target time period, and the counting of the total fare paid by the target enterprise for the users attributed to the enterprise includes: and counting the total fare of the train ticket in the target time period.
In this embodiment, the status of the invoice taken by the user in the enterprise may be determined, where the status indicates whether the invoice is received by the user. In some examples, the ticket status may be submitted actively by the user, e.g., the user may send the ticket status to the service server via the client, which may be a yes or no message in particular. In other examples, the user may send a train ticket image through the client, and the service server may receive the train ticket image, obtain train ticket information of the train ticket image, and determine the ticket taking state after matching the train ticket information with the train ticket order data of the user.
Optionally, it may happen that the user uploads a train ticket subscribed by other non-enterprises, and so on, so the service server of the embodiment may further determine, after receiving the train ticket image, whether the train ticket image is the same as the stored train ticket image of the target enterprise. Optionally, all train ticket images of the enterprise staff can be stored, after the train ticket images are newly uploaded by the user, the new uploaded train ticket images of the user are compared with the stored train ticket images of the target enterprise by utilizing technologies such as image recognition and the like, so that the problems of repeated uploading or uploading errors and the like of the user can be prevented.
In an alternative implementation, the business process server may check whether the invoice image submitted by the user is accurate. As an example, acquiring the train ticket information of the train ticket image, a two-dimensional code in the train ticket image may be identified to acquire the train ticket information of the train ticket image; or OCR (Optical Character Recognition ) is performed on the train ticket image to obtain train ticket information on the train ticket image. Further, as the format of the train ticket is relatively fixed, the positions of various train ticket information on the train ticket are relatively fixed, before information identification, a target area can be selected on the train ticket image, and then the train ticket information is identified in the target area, so that the data quantity required to be processed is reduced, and the information identification efficiency is improved.
In other examples, the service server may record information about whether the user is collecting a train ticket, and the train ticket server may obtain the ticket taking status from the train ticket booking system through personal information of the user. Optionally, the service server may send a unified ticket taking request to the train ticket booking system, where the ticket taking request carries user information of multiple users, so as to obtain train ticket images of the multiple users fed back by the train ticket booking system according to the user information of the multiple users, thereby implementing unified receipt of the invoice, and receiving the invoice without user intervention, so that the invoice can be effectively recovered, and the invoice processing efficiency is improved.
Based on the ticket status and the total amount, the invoice processing server can generate a unified invoice for the enterprise according to a set billing strategy. In some examples, the unified invoice may be generated according to the total amount, for example, in a case that the amount of the train ticket charged by the user is small, in order to complete the invoice processing timely, the unified invoice may be directly generated according to the total amount. In other examples, the total amount may be deducted from the amount of the train ticket collected by the user to generate a unified invoice, for example, if the amount of the train ticket that may be collected by the user is higher than a threshold value, the total amount may be deducted to generate a unified invoice, so as to reduce financial loss. In other examples, the train ticket image may be used as a fee voucher for tax payment, so if the train ticket is taken away by the user, the user may be required to submit the train ticket image, and the service server may generate a unified invoice after receiving the train ticket image submitted by the user. Of course, the setting billing policy may be flexibly configured according to the needs in practical application, for example, may be configured by combining the characteristics of users, for example, some users collect train tickets and do not submit the train tickets for a certain period of time, and directly generate a unified invoice according to the total amount, which is not limited in this embodiment.
For the situation that the user may take the invoice and not submit, in this embodiment, the record of the non-submitted train ticket after the user collects the train ticket may be counted, and whether to limit the train ticket booking operation of the user may be determined. For example, counting the number of times the user has not submitted the train ticket after collecting the train ticket may not limit the reservation operation for the train ticket if the number of times is greater than a set threshold value, and may limit the reservation operation for the train ticket by the user if the number of times is greater than a set threshold value, for example, limit the reservation operation for the train ticket by the user. Based on the embodiment, the train ticket can be effectively recycled, the train ticket processing efficiency is improved, and the tax loss is reduced.
According to the embodiment, the total cost of the train ticket paid by the enterprise for the user can be counted after the payment information of the target enterprise is determined according to the enterprise organization information, the ticket taking state of the train ticket fed back by the user of the train ticket booking system is received after the ticket taking state request is sent to the train ticket booking system, and a unified invoice is generated for the target enterprise according to a set billing strategy based on the ticket taking state and the total cost of the train ticket, so that the work of collecting and checking the invoice by financial staff can be reduced, and the invoice processing efficiency is improved.
Next, taking a train ticket scene as an example to describe an invoice processing scheme and a business processing scheme provided by the specification, as shown in fig. 2A, taking the train ticket scene as an example, a business service side provides a train ticket booking service and an invoice processing service for an enterprise side simultaneously, the business service side is provided with a client side for staff to use, the client side can provide a train ticket booking function, the staff can use the client side to initiate a train ticket booking request, and the client side receives a user request to trigger a business processing flow of train ticket booking. The train ticket booking request carries user information, travel information and enterprise mechanism information of the target user; the business server can determine the payment information corresponding to the enterprise organization according to the enterprise organization information; and sending a train ticket booking request of the target user to a train ticket booking system, and paying the expense of the train ticket booking request by using payment information corresponding to the enterprise mechanism.
Optionally, whether the journey can pass through the ticket checking machine according to the train number information reserved by the staff can be determined, and optionally, the client can also generate and display information such as travel prompts and the like according to order data so as to be referred by the staff.
For the situation that the ticket checking machine can pass through the identification card, in order to reduce the reimbursement flow of staff, as an example, as shown in fig. 2B, the client can output a recommendation message for recommending that the user adopt the identification card to sit on a train without exchanging the train ticket, so as to encourage the staff to do not take the ticket and go out quickly. The client can output a ticket taking state input interface, acquire the ticket taking state input by the user through the input interface, for example, a selectable option of 'yes or no' can be selected, and the user can click on the option, so that the client can determine whether the user is exchanging the train ticket or not through the operation of the user and inform the invoice processing server.
Aiming at the condition that the user exchanges for the train ticket, the client can also output a prompt message for prompting the user to upload the image of the collected train ticket so as to remind the user to shoot the train ticket image or upload the train ticket image; for example, the client may be provided with an image capturing interface and/or an image uploading interface, so that the user may capture a train ticket image or upload the train ticket image, and after the client may obtain the train ticket image, it may be determined that the user has exchanged for the train ticket, and the ticket capturing state and the train ticket image of the train ticket may be sent to the server. After the service side receives the train ticket image, the OCR technology can be utilized to identify train ticket information in the image, and the train ticket information is further checked by combining with the train ticket order data of the user so as to check whether the train ticket image provided by the user is correct; if the identification fails, the manual auditing method can enter a manual auditing flow.
On the other hand, the service side can uniformly acquire train tickets of a plurality of employees from the train ticket service side according to personal information of the employees, and can also determine whether the employees collect the train tickets according to the acquired results.
Optionally, the service side may also count records of non-submitted train tickets after the employee collects the train tickets, determine whether to limit operation of the employee to subscribe to the train tickets, for example, the non-submitted train tickets after the employee is found to have multiple times of train ticket collection may output a reminder, or directly limit that the employee cannot subscribe to the train tickets until the employee uploads a train ticket image, thereby reducing tax loss.
In this embodiment, a unified invoice may be generated for the target user set; the above process can be achieved without intervention of financial staff, can reduce operation complexity of invoice processing, and improves invoice processing efficiency.
Corresponding to the embodiments of the processing method of the travel railway ticket, the present specification also provides embodiments of the processing device of the travel railway ticket and the server/electronic device to which the processing device is applied.
The embodiment of the invoice processing device can be applied to a server, and the embodiment of the business processing device can be applied to electronic equipment. The apparatus embodiments may be implemented by software, or may be implemented by hardware or a combination of hardware and software. Taking software implementation as an example, the device in a logic sense is formed by reading corresponding computer program instructions in a nonvolatile memory into a memory through a processor of invoice processing/business processing where the device is located. In terms of hardware, as shown in fig. 3, a hardware structure diagram of an electronic device where the invoice processing device is located in a server/service processing device according to the embodiment of the present disclosure is shown, except for the processor 310, the memory 330, the network interface 320, and the nonvolatile memory 340 shown in fig. 3, where the server or the electronic device where the device 331 is located in the embodiment generally includes other hardware according to the actual function of the computer device, which is not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a block diagram of a processing apparatus of a travel ticket, which is illustrated in the present specification according to an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus comprising:
a receiving module 41 for: receiving a train ticket booking request of a target user sent by a client, wherein the train ticket booking request carries user information, travel information and enterprise mechanism information of the target user;
a determining module 42 for: determining payment information corresponding to the enterprise organization according to the enterprise organization information;
a transmitting module 43 for: and sending a train ticket booking request of the target user to a train ticket booking system, and paying the expense of the train ticket booking request by using payment information corresponding to the enterprise mechanism.
As shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a block diagram of a processing apparatus of a travel ticket, which is illustrated in the present specification according to an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus comprising:
a receiving module 51 for: receiving an invoicing request of a travel train ticket, wherein the invoicing request carries enterprise organization information of a target enterprise;
a statistics module 52 for: after the payment information of the target enterprise is determined according to the enterprise organization information, counting the total cost of the train ticket paid by the target enterprise for the user belonging to the enterprise;

Correspondingly, the specification also provides a server which comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program to realize the processing method of the travel train ticket.

The implementation process of the functions and roles of each module in the processing device of the travel train ticket is specifically detailed in the implementation process of the corresponding steps in the method, and is not repeated here.

Claims (14)

1. A method of processing a travel ticket, comprising:
receiving an invoicing request of a travel train ticket, wherein the invoicing request carries enterprise organization information of a target enterprise;
after the payment information of the target enterprise is determined according to the enterprise organization information, counting the total cost of the train ticket paid by the target enterprise for the user belonging to the enterprise according to a preset time period or a target time period carried in the billing request;
after a ticket taking state request is sent to a train ticket booking system, receiving a ticket taking state of a train ticket fed back by a user of the train ticket booking system, wherein the ticket taking state indicates whether the train ticket is collected by the user or not;
generating a unified invoice for the target enterprise according to the ticket taking state and the train ticket total cost and a set billing strategy;
and sending a unified ticket taking request to a train ticket booking system, wherein the ticket taking request carries user information of a plurality of users so as to acquire train ticket images of the plurality of users fed back by the train ticket booking system according to the user information of the plurality of users.
2. The method of claim 1, the setting billing policy comprising:
generating a unified invoice according to the total cost of the train ticket; or alternatively, the first and second heat exchangers may be,
deducting the total cost of the train ticket from the amount of the train ticket collected by the user to generate a unified invoice; or alternatively, the first and second heat exchangers may be,
and generating a unified invoice after receiving the train ticket image submitted by the user.
3. The method of claim 1, the ticket status is further obtained by:
receiving user information and a train ticket image sent by a client, and acquiring train ticket information of the train ticket image;
and searching corresponding train ticket order data by using the user information, and determining the ticket taking state after matching the train ticket information with the train ticket data of the user.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising, after receiving the train ticket image:
it is determined whether the train ticket image is the same as a stored train ticket image of the target business.
5. The method of claim 4, the acquiring train ticket information of the train ticket image comprising:
identifying a two-dimensional code in the train ticket image to acquire the train ticket information; or,
and performing OCR (optical character recognition) on the train ticket image to acquire the train ticket information.
6. A method according to claim 3, further comprising: and counting records of the non-submitted train ticket images after the train ticket is collected by the user, and determining whether to limit the train ticket booking operation of the user.
7. A method according to claim 3, further comprising: for a user who collects a train ticket and does not submit a train ticket image, ticket pick-up data of the user is generated.
8. The method of claim 1, the billing request further carrying specified user information;
the generating a unified invoice for the target enterprise includes:
and generating the unified invoice for the appointed user of the target enterprise according to the appointed user information.
9. A method of processing a travel ticket, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that user information of a login user is sent to a service server side, so that the service server side can carry out identity verification on whether the login user belongs to an enterprise user or not, a booking page of a travel train ticket is provided after the identity verification is passed, train ticket booking information of the login user is received through the booking page, a train ticket booking request of the login user is sent to the service server side, and the train ticket booking request at least carries user information, travel information and enterprise mechanism information of the login user;
Providing an input interface aiming at a ticket taking state, acquiring the ticket taking state input by the login user through the input interface, and sending the ticket taking state to the service server, wherein the ticket taking state indicates whether the train ticket is collected by the login user or not, so that the service server can generate a unified invoice for a target enterprise to which the login user belongs according to the ticket taking state and the counted train ticket total cost and a set billing strategy; the input interface includes: selecting options, an image shooting interface and/or an image uploading interface;
and displaying a prompt message for prompting the user to upload the image of the collected train ticket, and displaying a recommendation message for recommending that the user sit on the train by adopting the identity card and not exchange the train ticket.
10. A method of processing a travel ticket, comprising:
an invoicing request of a travel train ticket is sent to a business server, wherein the invoicing request carries enterprise organization information of a target enterprise;
receiving a unified invoice fed back by the business server; the business server side is used for: after the payment information of the target enterprise is determined according to the enterprise organization information, counting the total cost of the train ticket paid by the target enterprise for the user belonging to the enterprise according to a preset time period or a target time period carried in the billing request; after a ticket taking state request is sent to a train ticket booking system, receiving a ticket taking state of a train ticket fed back by a user of the train ticket booking system, wherein the ticket taking state indicates whether the train ticket is collected by the user or not; generating a unified invoice for the target enterprise according to the ticket taking state and the train ticket total cost and a set billing strategy; and sending a unified ticket taking request to a train ticket booking system, wherein the ticket taking request carries user information of a plurality of users so as to acquire train ticket images of the plurality of users fed back by the train ticket booking system according to the user information of the plurality of users.
11. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
providing a designated user selection interface, and acquiring designated user information through the selection interface so that the business server side can generate the unified invoice for the designated user of the target enterprise.
12. A processing device for travel railway tickets, comprising:
a receiving module for: receiving an invoicing request of a travel train ticket, wherein the invoicing request carries enterprise organization information of a target enterprise;
a statistics module for: after the payment information of the target enterprise is determined according to the enterprise organization information, counting the total cost of the train ticket paid by the target enterprise for the user belonging to the enterprise according to a preset time period or a target time period carried in the billing request;
