In other examples, a fund account may be opened by the enterprise organization and a certain fund is predicted, so that the embodiment may obtain the pre-stored fund account information corresponding to the enterprise organization, and deduct the cost from the pre-stored fund of the pre-stored fund account information. In other examples, the business entity submits bank account information in advance, and the business service end may obtain the bank account information corresponding to the business entity and pay the cost of the train ticket booking request by using the bank account information.
Because the invoice is a tax payment certificate, the user may take away the train ticket in the process of sitting on the train, and the situation that the user takes away the train ticket may be lost and not submitted to a financial department in time, and the like, so that the situation of financial loss may occur. In a train ticket traveling scene, the paper train ticket has the ticket attribute and is one of the certificates of a user sitting on a train, more and more train stations and trains support identity certificate ticket checking along with the development of terminal technology, internet and other technologies, and the user can directly pass through a ticket checking machine according to a resident identity card original. The paper railway ticket also has special invoice attribute and can be used as a tax payment voucher. If the user takes the train ticket away, the tax loss may be caused by the loss of the train ticket.
Based on this, in this embodiment, can also demonstrate and recommend the user to adopt the ID card to sit the train, do not trade the recommendation message of getting the train ticket to the suggestion user does not trade the train ticket as far as possible, can adopt the ID card to sit the train through ticket checking machine, thereby can reduce the action that the user got the train ticket, prevent that the user from losing the train ticket, prevent that the user from taking away not submitting the financial loss that causes after the train ticket.

Through the mode, the processing scheme of the travel train ticket can be used for paying the train ticket cost by utilizing the payment information corresponding to the enterprise organization after searching the information of the enterprise organization to which the user belongs according to the train ticket booking request of the user, so that the prepayment, invoice pasting and reimbursement application of the user are not needed, and the processing flow of the travel train ticket is remarkably reduced.
Next, the process of the billing process will be explained. Fig. 1E is a flowchart illustrating another method for processing a travel train ticket according to an exemplary embodiment, where the method includes:
in step 122, an invoicing request of the travel train ticket is sent to the service end, and the invoicing request carries enterprise institution information of the target enterprise.
In step 124, receiving a unified invoice fed back by the service end.
As an example, a financial staff of an enterprise may send an invoicing request of a travel train ticket through a client and send the request to a business server, where the request for issuing a uniform invoice may be for all users of the enterprise within a certain time period or part of the users. Based on this, in this embodiment, a designated user selection interface may also be provided, and designated user information is acquired through the selection interface, so that the business server generates the unified invoice for the designated user of the target enterprise.
For the business server side, as shown in fig. 1F, it is a flowchart of another method for processing train tickets for travel according to an exemplary embodiment shown in this specification, and the method is applicable to the business server side, and includes:
in step 132, an invoicing request for a travel train ticket is received, where the invoicing request carries enterprise agency information of a target enterprise.
In step 134, after determining the payment information of the target enterprise according to the enterprise agency information, the total cost of the train tickets paid by the target enterprise for the users belonging to the enterprise is counted.
In step 136, after the ticket-taking status request is sent to the train ticket booking system, the ticket-taking status of the train ticket by the user fed back by the train ticket booking system is received, and the ticket-taking status indicates whether the train ticket is taken by the user.
In step 138, a unified invoice is generated for the target enterprise according to the invoice taking state and the total train ticket cost and according to a set invoicing strategy.
By way of example, a user subscribes to a train ticket at a business server, the business server performs unified payment by using payment information of a company organization, accordingly, payment data is generated, and therefore the total cost of the train ticket paid by a target company for the user belonging to the company can be counted. In other examples, train ticket order data is generated accordingly, and the train ticket order data includes personal information (name, identification number or contact information, etc.) of the user and related information (such as train number information, seat information, ticket price information or time information, etc.) of the train ticket, so that the total amount of the train ticket purchased by the enterprise user can be counted.
Optionally, when generating the invoice, invoicing may be performed according to an agreed default time period, for example, a range from the last invoicing to the current time, or the last week, or a month after the last invoicing, and the like. In other examples, the billing request may also be specified by a user, so that the billing request further carries a target time period, and the counting the total cost of the train tickets paid by the target enterprise for the user belonging to the enterprise includes: and counting the total cost of the train tickets in the target time period.
In this embodiment, the invoice capture state of the user on the invoice in the enterprise may be determined, where the invoice capture state indicates whether the invoice is collected by the user. In some examples, the user may actively submit the ticket taking status, for example, the user may send the ticket taking status to the service server through the client, and the ticket taking status may specifically be a "yes or no" message. In other examples, the user may also send a train ticket image through the client, and the service server may receive the train ticket image, obtain train ticket information of the train ticket image, and determine a ticket picking state after matching the train ticket information with train ticket order data of the user.
Optionally, the situation that the user uploads a train ticket subscribed by other non-enterprises may occur, so that the service server of this embodiment may further determine, after receiving the train ticket image, whether the train ticket image is the same as the stored train ticket image of the target enterprise. Optionally, all the train ticket images of the enterprise employees can be stored, and after the user newly uploads the train ticket images, the newly uploaded train ticket images of the user are compared with the stored train ticket images of the target enterprise by using technologies such as image recognition and the like, so that the problems of repeated uploading or uploading errors and the like of the user can be prevented.
In an alternative implementation, the business process server may check whether the invoice image submitted by the user is accurate. As an example, train ticket information of the train ticket image is obtained, and a two-dimensional code in the train ticket image can be identified to obtain the train ticket information of the train ticket image; or performing OCR (optical character Recognition) on the train ticket image to acquire train ticket information on the train ticket image. Furthermore, because the format of the train ticket is relatively fixed, and the positions of various types of train ticket information on the train ticket are relatively fixed, before information identification, a target area can be selected on a train ticket image, and then the train ticket information is identified in the target area, so that the data volume needing to be processed is reduced, and the information identification efficiency is improved.
In other examples, the service server may record information whether the user collects a train ticket, and the train ticket server may obtain the ticket collecting status from the train ticket booking system through the personal information of the user. Optionally, the service server may send a uniform ticket fetching request to the train ticket booking system, where the ticket fetching request carries user information of multiple users to obtain train ticket images of the multiple users fed back by the train ticket booking system according to the user information of the multiple users, so as to implement uniform receipt of the invoices, and the invoices are received without user intervention, so that the invoices can be effectively recovered, and the invoice processing efficiency is improved.
Based on the invoice capture status and the total amount, the invoice processing server can generate a unified invoice for the enterprise according to a set invoicing strategy. In some examples, the unified invoice may be generated according to the total amount, for example, in the case that the amount of the train ticket charged by the user is small, the unified invoice may be generated directly according to the total amount in order to complete the invoice processing in time. In other examples, the total amount may be deducted from the amount of the train ticket charged by the user to generate a unified invoice, for example, if the amount of the train ticket that can be charged by the user is higher than a threshold value, the deduction of the total amount may be used to generate the unified invoice to reduce financial loss. In other examples, the image of the train ticket may be used as a fee certificate for paying taxes, so that if the train ticket is taken away by the user, the user may be further required to submit the image of the train ticket, and the service server may generate a unified invoice after receiving the image of the train ticket submitted by the user. Of course, in practical application, the set billing policy may be flexibly configured according to needs, for example, the policy may be configured by combining features of users, for example, some users receive train tickets and do not submit the train tickets within a certain time, a unified invoice is directly generated according to the total amount, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In the embodiment, the record that the user does not submit the train ticket after receiving the train ticket can be counted to determine whether to limit the train ticket booking operation of the user or not. For example, the number of times that the user submits no train ticket after receiving the train ticket is counted, if the number of times is greater than a set threshold, the operation of booking the train ticket may not be limited, and if the number of times is greater than the set threshold, the operation of booking the train ticket by the user may be limited, for example, the user is limited from booking the train ticket. Based on this embodiment, can make the train ticket obtain effective recovery, improve train ticket treatment effeciency, reduce the tax loss.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, in this embodiment, after the payment information of the target enterprise is determined according to the enterprise organization information, the total cost of the train tickets paid by the enterprise for the user is counted, after a request for a ticket picking state is sent to the train ticket booking system, the ticket picking state of the user on the train tickets fed back by the train ticket booking system is received, and a unified invoice is generated for the target enterprise according to a set billing strategy based on the ticket picking state and the total cost of the train tickets, so that the work of collecting and checking the invoice by financial staff can be reduced, and the invoice processing efficiency is improved.
Next, an invoice processing scheme and a business processing scheme provided in this specification are described by taking a train ticket scene as an example, as shown in fig. 2A, taking the train ticket scene as an example, a business service party provides a train ticket booking service and an invoice processing service for an enterprise party at the same time, the business service party provides a client for employees to use, the client can provide a train ticket booking function, the employees can initiate a train ticket booking request by using the client, and the client receives a user request to trigger a business processing flow of train ticket booking. The train ticket booking request carries user information and travel information of the target user and enterprise institution information to which the target user belongs; the business server can determine payment information corresponding to the enterprise organization according to the enterprise organization information; and sending the train ticket booking request of the target user to a train ticket booking system, and paying the cost of the train ticket booking request by using the payment information corresponding to the enterprise organization.
Optionally, whether the journey can pass through the ticket checking machine by the identity card can be determined according to the train number information subscribed by the staff, and optionally, the client can also generate and display information such as travel prompts and the like according to order data so as to be consulted by the staff.
For the situation that the identity card can pass through the ticket checking machine, in order to reduce the reimbursement process of the employee, as an example, as shown in fig. 2B, the client may output a recommendation message that the user is recommended to sit on the train with the identity card and not to exchange for a train ticket, so as to encourage the employee not to take the ticket and to travel quickly. The client may output a ticket-taking status input interface, and the ticket-taking status input by the user is obtained through the input interface, for example, the user may select a selectable option of yes or no, and the user may click the option, so that the client determines whether the user has exchanged a train ticket through the user operation, and informs the invoice processing server.
Aiming at the condition that the user replaces the train ticket, the client can also output a prompt message for prompting the user to upload the image of the received train ticket so as to prompt the user to shoot the image of the train ticket or upload the image of the train ticket; for example, the client may be provided with an image shooting interface and/or an image uploading interface, so that a user can shoot a train ticket image or upload the train ticket image, and after the client can acquire the train ticket image, the client determines that the user replaces the train ticket, and can send the ticket fetching state of the train ticket and the train ticket image to the server. After receiving the train ticket image, the server side can identify the train ticket information in the image by using an OCR technology and further check the train ticket information in combination with the train ticket order data of the user to verify whether the train ticket image provided by the user is correct; and if the identification fails, entering a manual auditing process.
On the other hand, the service side can uniformly acquire the train tickets of a plurality of employees from the train ticket service side according to the personal information of the employees, and can also determine whether the employees receive the train tickets or not according to the acquisition result.
Optionally, the service side may also count records that the employee did not submit the train ticket after receiving the train ticket, and determine whether to restrict the operation of the employee in booking the train ticket, for example, when the employee does not submit the train ticket after receiving the train ticket for multiple times, a reminder may be output, or the employee may be directly restricted from not booking the train ticket until the employee uploads the train ticket image, so that tax loss may be reduced.
In this embodiment, a unified invoice may be generated for the target user set; above-mentioned process can accomplish and need not financial staff's intervention, can reduce the operation complexity that the invoice was handled, has improved invoice treatment effeciency.
Corresponding to the foregoing embodiments of the processing method for travel train tickets, the present specification further provides embodiments of a processing apparatus for travel train tickets and a server/electronic device applied thereto.
The embodiment of the invoice processing device in the specification can be applied to a server, and the embodiment of the business processing device can be applied to electronic equipment. The device embodiments may be implemented by software, or by hardware, or by a combination of hardware and software. Taking a software implementation as an example, as a device in a logical sense, the device is formed by reading corresponding computer program instructions in the nonvolatile memory into the memory for operation through the processor of the invoice processing/service processing where the device is located. From a hardware aspect, as shown in fig. 3, a hardware structure diagram of an electronic device where a server/service processing apparatus of an invoice processing apparatus is located in an embodiment of this specification is shown, except for the processor 310, the memory 330, the network interface 320, and the nonvolatile memory 340 shown in fig. 3, a server or an electronic device where the apparatus 331 is located in an embodiment may also include other hardware generally according to an actual function of the computer device, which is not described again.
As shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a block diagram of an apparatus for processing train tickets, according to an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus includes:
a receiving module 41, configured to: receiving a train ticket booking request of a target user sent by a client, wherein the train ticket booking request carries user information and travel information of the target user and enterprise institution information to which the target user belongs;
a determination module 42 configured to: determining payment information corresponding to the enterprise institution according to the enterprise institution information;

1. A processing method of a travel train ticket comprises the following steps:
receiving a train ticket booking request of a target user sent by a client, wherein the train ticket booking request carries user information and travel information of the target user and enterprise institution information to which the target user belongs;
determining payment information corresponding to the enterprise institution according to the enterprise institution information;
and sending the train ticket booking request of the target user to a train ticket booking system, and paying the cost of the train ticket booking request by using the payment information corresponding to the enterprise organization.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the paying the train ticket reservation request using the payment information corresponding to the business entity comprises one or more of the following:
acquiring credit payment account information corresponding to the enterprise institution, and recording the cost in the credit payment account after paying the cost;
acquiring pre-stored fund account information corresponding to the enterprise institution, and deducting the expense in pre-stored funds of the pre-stored fund account information;
and acquiring bank account information corresponding to the enterprise institution, and paying the cost of the train ticket booking request by using the bank account information.
3. The method of claim 1, prior to sending the target user's train ticket booking request to a train ticket booking system, further comprising:
searching the travel standard information of the target user in the enterprise institution, and checking whether the travel information is matched with the travel standard information.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and after determining that the user logs in the client, returning a booking page of the travel train ticket to the client.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising, prior to said returning a reservation page for a travel train ticket to the client:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining user information of a client login user, and judging whether the login user belongs to a user of an enterprise organization or not through the stored user information of the enterprise organization.
6. A processing method of a travel train ticket comprises the following steps:
receiving a train ticket booking request of a target user sent by a client, wherein the train ticket booking request at least carries user information and travel information of the target user;
determining enterprise institution information and corresponding payment information of the target user according to the train ticket booking request;
and sending the train ticket booking request of the target user to a train ticket booking system, and paying the cost of the train ticket booking request by using the payment information corresponding to the enterprise organization.
7. A processing method of a travel train ticket comprises the following steps:
receiving an invoicing request of a travel train ticket, wherein the invoicing request carries enterprise institution information of a target enterprise;
after the payment information of the target enterprise is determined according to the enterprise institution information, the total cost of the train tickets paid by the target enterprise for the users belonging to the enterprise is counted;
after a ticket taking state request is sent to a train ticket booking system, receiving a ticket taking state of a user on a train ticket fed back by the train ticket booking system, wherein the ticket taking state indicates whether the train ticket is collected by the user or not;
and generating a unified invoice for the target enterprise according to the invoice taking state and the total cost of the train tickets and a set invoicing strategy.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the billing request further carries a target time period, and wherein the counting the total cost of the train tickets paid by the target enterprise for the users belonging to the enterprise comprises:
and counting the total cost of the train tickets in the target time period.
9. The method of claim 7, the setting an invoicing policy, comprising:
generating a unified invoice according to the total amount; or the like, or, alternatively,
deducting the sum of the railway ticket collected by the user from the total sum to generate a unified invoice; or the like, or, alternatively,
and generating a unified invoice after receiving the image of the train ticket submitted by the user.
10. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
and sending a unified ticket fetching request to a train ticket booking system, wherein the ticket fetching request carries user information of a plurality of users so as to obtain train ticket images of the plurality of users fed back by the train ticket booking system according to the user information of the plurality of users.
11. The method of claim 7, the ticketing status is further obtained by:
receiving user information and a train ticket image sent by a client, and acquiring train ticket information of the train ticket image;
and searching corresponding train ticket order data by using the user information, and determining the ticket taking state after matching the train ticket information with the train ticket data of the user.
12. The method of claim 10, further comprising, after receiving the train ticket image:
determining whether the train ticket image is the same as a stored train ticket image of the target business.
13. The method of claim 11, the obtaining train ticket information for the train ticket image comprising:
identifying the two-dimensional code in the train ticket image to acquire the train ticket information; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

14. The method of claim 11, further comprising: and counting the records of the images of the uncommitted train tickets after the user collects the train tickets, and determining whether to limit the train ticket booking operation of the user.

and acquiring a ticket taking state of the train ticket, and sending the ticket taking state to the business server, wherein the ticket taking state indicates whether the invoice is received by the user, so that the business server generates a unified invoice for a target enterprise to which the target user belongs according to the ticket taking state and the counted total cost of the train ticket and a set billing strategy.
18. The method of claim 17, wherein obtaining a ticket pick-up status of a train ticket comprises:

26. A system for processing travel railway tickets, comprising: a client and a business server;
a client sends a train ticket booking request of a target user to a business server, wherein the train ticket booking request at least carries user information and travel information of the target user;
the business server side determines enterprise mechanism information and corresponding payment information of the target user according to the train ticket booking request;
and the business server sends the train ticket booking request of the target user to a train ticket booking system, and pays the cost of the train ticket booking request by using the payment information corresponding to the enterprise mechanism.
27. A system for processing travel railway tickets, comprising: a client and a business server;
a client sends a train ticket booking request of a target user to a business server, wherein the train ticket booking request carries user information and travel information of the target user and enterprise institution information to which the target user belongs;
the business server side determines payment information corresponding to the enterprise mechanism according to the enterprise mechanism information;
and the business server sends the train ticket booking request of the target user to a train ticket booking system, and pays the cost of the train ticket booking request by using the payment information corresponding to the enterprise mechanism.
28. A processing apparatus for a travel ticket, comprising:
a receiving module to: receiving a train ticket booking request of a target user sent by a client, wherein the train ticket booking request carries user information and travel information of the target user and enterprise institution information to which the target user belongs;
a determination module to: determining payment information corresponding to the enterprise institution according to the enterprise institution information;
a sending module configured to: and sending the train ticket booking request of the target user to a train ticket booking system, and paying the cost of the train ticket booking request by using the payment information corresponding to the enterprise organization.
29. A processing apparatus for a travel ticket, comprising:

a sending module configured to: after a ticket taking state request is sent to a train ticket booking system, receiving a ticket taking state of a user on a train ticket fed back by the train ticket booking system, wherein the ticket taking state indicates whether the train ticket is collected by the user or not;
an invoicing module for: and generating a unified invoice for the target enterprise according to the invoice taking state and the total cost of the train tickets and a set invoicing strategy.
