Embodiments of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the drawings and examples, so that how to implement technical means to solve technical problems and achieve technical effects of the present application can be fully understood and implemented.
As shown in fig. 1 to 12, the dryer for pulp manufacturing provided in this embodiment includes a transmission mechanism 1 and a drying combination box 3 fixedly disposed on the transmission mechanism 1, a plurality of pulp loading mechanisms 2 are disposed on the transmission mechanism 1, the pulp loading mechanisms 2 are used for transporting pulp, the pulp loading mechanisms 2 penetrate through the drying combination box 3, the drying combination box 3 includes a preheating box 301, a heating box 302, a first drying box 303, a second drying box 304, and a cooling box 305, a heating mechanism 9 is fixedly disposed inside the heating box 302, and the heating mechanism 9 is used for heating the heating box 302;
the side of going up of stoving combination case 3 is fixed and is provided with drying system 4, and drying system 4 is used for drying the inside paper pulp of stoving combination case 3, and drying system 4 includes air pump 7 and a plurality of drive structure 5 that is linked together with air pump 7, and a plurality of drive structure 5 sets up respectively in the inside of first stoving case 303 and second stoving case 304.
According to the invention, paper pulp can be conveyed to the inside of the drying combination box 3 through the pulp loading mechanism 2 to be heated and dried, the inside of the preheating box 301 is preheated, two side surfaces of the paper pulp are heated in the heating box 302, meanwhile, the paper pulp can be dried in the first drying box 303 and the second drying box 304, the quality and the humidity of the paper pulp are transmitted to the master control box 22 through the electronic scale 15 and the humidity sensor 16 on the pulp loading mechanism 2, the heating time and the heat quantity are regulated and controlled according to the change of the quality and the humidity, and the drying efficiency and the drying quality are improved.
As shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5, the driving structure 5 includes a driving motor 501 and a driving rod 502, the driving rod 502 is fixedly disposed on the upper side of the drying combination box 3, a driving wheel 503 is disposed on an output end of the driving motor 501, the driving wheel 503 is engaged with the driving rod 502, and the driving wheel 503 is used for vertically pushing the driving rod 502, so as to raise the temperature of the upper surface of the pulp and improve the drying efficiency;
a fixed limiting plate 504 is fixedly arranged between the driving rod 502 and the drying combined box 3, the driving rod 502 is slidably arranged inside the fixed limiting plate 504, a limiting connecting rod 506 is arranged at the upper end of the driving rod 502, the limiting connecting rod 506 is used for limiting the driving rod 502, and the limiting connecting rod 506 can prevent the driving rod 502 from sliding into the drying combined box 3 to play a certain limiting role;
the bottom of the driving rod 502 is connected with a drying ball assembly 6 through a drying ball connecting rod 505, the drying ball assembly 6 comprises a spherical drying cover 601, a drying cover driving motor 602 and heating rings 603, the bottom of the drying ball connecting rod 505 is fixedly connected with the drying cover driving motor 602, the output end of the drying cover driving motor 602 is connected with the spherical drying cover 601, the drying cover driving motor 602 is used for rotating the spherical drying cover 601, the upper part of the spherical drying cover 601 is rotatably connected with the drying ball connecting rod 505 through a bearing 507, a radial airflow hole 509 is formed in the peripheral side surface of the drying ball connecting rod 505, a plurality of heating rings 603 are uniformly distributed around the drying ball connecting rod 505 and correspond to the radial airflow hole 509, a plurality of uniformly distributed drying cover airflow holes 604 are formed in the spherical drying cover 601, and the drying cover airflow holes 604 are communicated with the inside of the drying ball assembly 6;
in the first drying box 303 and the second drying box 304, the driving wheel 503 on the driving motor 501 can push the driving rod 502 downwards, so as to push the drying ball assembly 6 downwards, meanwhile, the air current can be transmitted to the inside of the drying ball assembly 6 through the driving rod 502, the bottom of the drying ball connecting rod 505 can drive the spherical drying cover 601 to rotate through the drying cover driving motor 602, and the drying cover airflow hole 604 on the spherical drying cover 601 is added, so that the air current can be transmitted to the inside of the first drying box 303 or the second drying box 304 through the drying cover airflow hole 604, and the pulp on the pulp carrying mechanism 2 is dried;
simultaneously, the heating ring 603 on the stoving ball connecting rod 505 can heat the air current, and the inside temperature of further promotion first stoving case 303 or second stoving case 304 can be dried the paper pulp on carrying thick liquid mechanism 2 through the height that reduces stoving ball subassembly 6 on the one hand, and on the other hand can also heat the air current through heating ring 603, heats the air through the pivoted sphere is dried the cover 601 is even once more, promotes the drying efficiency to paper pulp greatly.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, an air channel 508 is disposed inside the drying ball connecting rod 505, and the air channel 508 penetrates through the limiting connecting rod 506 and is connected to an air hose 703;
the input end of the air pump 7 is connected with a heat-pumping piece 705, the heat-pumping piece 705 is arranged inside the heating box 302, the output end of the air pump 7 is connected with a plurality of three-way valves 702 through an air flow pipeline 701, an air flow hose 703 is communicated with the three-way valves 702, and one end, far away from the air pump 7, of the air flow pipeline 701 is connected with a cooling mechanism 8 through a condensation pipe 704.
The air pump 7 absorbs the heat inside the heating box 302 through the heat pumping part 705, and transmits the heat to the inside of the first drying box 303 and the second drying box 304 through the air flow pipeline 701, the comprehensive utilization of resources can be realized, the utilization rate of resources is greatly improved, meanwhile, the heat can be dissipated to the hot air flow through the condensation pipe 704, the purpose of cooling the hot air flow is achieved, the heat of the inside of the heating box 302 and the inside of the first drying box 303 or the second drying box 304 which is introduced again can be dissipated to the paper pulp in the cooling box 305 through the air pump 7, the structure is simple, and the use efficiency is greatly improved.

the left pulp carrying plate 201 and the right pulp carrying plate 202 can be turned over through the double-output-shaft motor 10 and the fixing piece 11, so that the front and the back of the pulp can be heated and dried, the pulp can be sufficiently heated and dried, the uniformity of heating and drying and the drying quality are improved, in the turning process, the double-output-shaft motor 10 drives the fixing piece 11 to rotate, and then the left pulp carrying plate 201 or the right pulp carrying plate 202 can be driven to rotate, so that the front and the back of the pulp can be heated or dried;
a conveyor belt supporting rod 105 is arranged inside the conveyor belt 101, a plurality of telescopic rod driving grooves 106 are formed inside the conveyor belt supporting rod 105, a fourth telescopic rod 25 is fixedly arranged inside the telescopic rod driving groove 106, one side of the fourth telescopic rod 25 is provided with a second wireless transmitting module 24 which is electrically connected with the fourth telescopic rod, the output end of the fourth telescopic rod 25 penetrates through the conveyor belt 101 and abuts against the pulp carrying mechanism 2, and a rubber ring 207 corresponding to the fourth telescopic rod 25 is arranged on the bottom side surface of the pulp carrying mechanism 2;

The conveying mechanism 1 is connected with a conveying belt 101 through a supporting column 102, the bottom of the conveying mechanism 1 is fixedly provided with a progressive motor 17, the progressive motor 17 is connected with a driving wheel 18 through a belt, the driving wheel 18 is meshed with the conveying belt 101, the driving wheel 18 is used for rotating the conveying belt 101, the structure is simple, the conveying belt 101 can be driven to rotate through the progressive motor 17, and the drying efficiency is greatly reduced;
in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the heating mechanism 9 includes a supporting plate 901 and a second telescopic rod 902, the second telescopic rod 902 is fixedly disposed inside the heating box 302, the supporting plate 901 is disposed at an output end of the second telescopic rod 902, a plurality of uniformly distributed heating sheets 903 are disposed on a lower side surface of the supporting plate 901, and the second telescopic rod 902 is used for pushing the heating sheets 903 downward;
heating mechanism 9 heats paper pulp, and heating plate 903 can be adjusted according to actual conditions, promotes the scope of using, heats paper pulp earlier through heating mechanism 9, promotes the efficiency of paper pulp heating greatly.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, sealing plates 306 are fixedly disposed between the heating box 302 and the preheating box 301 and between the heating box 302 and the first drying box 303, a third telescopic rod 19 is disposed inside the sealing plate 306, an output end of the third telescopic rod 19 is connected to a heat insulation door 20, heat insulation cotton 26 is fixedly disposed on two side surfaces of the heat insulation door 20, and the heat insulation door 20 is used for sealing the heating box 302;

Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 12, a sub-control box 21 is fixedly disposed on one side of the driving structure 5, the sub-control box 21 is electrically connected to a main control box 22, a display 23 is disposed on the main control box 22, the driving motor 501, the drying cover driving motor 602, the heating ring 603 and the first telescopic rod 801 are electrically connected to the sub-control box 21 through wires, the second telescopic rod 902, the heating plate 903, the air pump 7, the step motor 17 and the third telescopic rod 19 are electrically connected to the main control box 22, the first wireless transmitting module 13, the second wireless transmitting module 24 and the main control box 22 are in communication connection in a wireless manner with the main control box 22, the whole device is monitored in real time through the display 23 on the main control box 22, the degree of automation is high, and the heating and drying efficiencies are greatly improved.
As shown in fig. 1 to 12, the drying method of the dryer for pulp manufacture according to the present embodiment includes the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: firstly, paper pulp is placed on a left pulp carrying plate 201 of a pulp carrying mechanism 2, then the pulp carrying mechanism 2 is placed on a supporting groove 103 of a conveyor belt 101, and a magnetic strip 208 at the bottom of the pulp carrying mechanism 2 is attracted with the supporting groove 103;
step two: starting the stepping motor 17 to move the pulp carrying mechanism 2 to the inside of the preheating box 301 for preheating, and then heating the pulp carried to the inside of the heating box 302;
the main control box 22 brakes the second telescopic rod 902 to adjust the height of the heating sheet 903, so that the heating sheet 903 on the bearing plate 901 surrounds the pulp loading mechanism 2, and the pulp on the left pulp loading plate 201 or the right pulp loading plate 202 is dried;
the display 23 controls the double-output-shaft motor 10 in the motor fixing connecting plate 203, and the left pulp carrying plate 201 or the right pulp carrying plate 202 is reversed under the action of the fourth telescopic rod 25 to dry the other side of the pulp;
observing the humidity of the paper pulp through a display 23, and finishing primary drying;
step three: after drying, the conveyor belt 101 transports the pulp carrying mechanism 2 to the inside of the first drying box 303, and looks at the readings displayed by the electronic scale 15 and the humidity sensor 16 through the display 23, if the readings are changed all the time, then:
starting a driving motor 501 to enable a driving rod 502 to descend and enable a drying ball assembly 6 to be close to the pulp;
then, the drying cover driving motor 602 in the drying ball assembly 6 is started to rotate the drying ball assembly 6, the heating ring 603 is started to heat, and meanwhile, the hot air introduced by the air pump 7 is used for drying the paper pulp in the first drying box 303 again;
step four: if the indication changes of the electronic scale 15 and the humidity sensor 16 are obvious, the drying ball assembly 6 is used for heating in the second drying box 304 again, and if the indication changes are not obvious, hot air is only introduced;
step five: when the indication on the display does not change, the drying is finished, and the cooling mechanism 8 in the lifting cooling box 305 performs heat dissipation treatment on the pulp.

the drying system (4) is fixedly arranged on the upper side face of the drying combined box (3), the drying system (4) is used for drying paper pulp in the drying combined box (3), the drying system (4) comprises an air pump (7) and a plurality of driving structures (5) communicated with the air pump (7), and the driving structures (5) are respectively arranged in the first drying box (303) and the second drying box (304).

4. A dryer for pulp manufacture according to claims 2 and 3, characterized in that: an air flow channel (508) is formed in the drying ball connecting rod (505), and the air flow channel (508) penetrates through the limiting connecting rod (506) and is connected with an air flow hose (703);
the input of air pump (7) is connected with heat pumping spare (705), heat pumping spare (705) set up the inside of heating cabinet (302), the output of air pump (7) is connected with a plurality of three-way valve (702) through air flow pipeline (701), air flow hose (703) with three-way valve (702) are linked together, air flow pipeline (701) are kept away from the one end of air pump (7) is connected with cooling body (8) through condenser pipe (704).

step four: if the readings of the electronic scale (15) and the humidity sensor (16) are obviously changed, the drying ball assembly (6) is used for heating in the second drying box (304) again, and if the readings are not obviously changed, only hot air is introduced;
step five: when the indication number on the display is not changed, the drying is finished, and the cooling mechanism (8) in the lifting cooling box (305) carries out heat dissipation treatment on the pulp.
