Description

Intelligent continuous printing equipment for microporous layers of multi-specification fuel cells and printing process thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of fuel cells, in particular to intelligent continuous printing equipment for microporous layers of multi-specification fuel cells and a printing process thereof.
Background
A pem fuel cell is a power generation device that directly converts chemical energy existing in fuel and oxidant into electric energy, and has the advantages of small system volume, high energy density, cleanness, no pollution, no need of complicated air supply and humidification system, etc., and is gaining attention in the industry. The membrane electrode is a core component and consists of a proton exchange membrane, a catalyst layer and a gas diffusion layer, wherein the gas diffusion layer is an important component of a membrane electrode three-in-one component and is an important channel for transmitting reaction gas and transferring generated water. The gas diffusion layer is mainly prepared by uniformly coating conductive carbon black slurry on the surface of the hydrophobic microporous layer and sintering and curing at high temperature; the coating modes comprise screen printing, electrostatic spinning, spray printing and brush coating and coating film forming, wherein the screen printing mode has the advantages of strong adhesive force, soft surface, small impression, strong ink layer covering power and the like, so the application is the most extensive.
However, when the microporous layer made of non-flexible paper is prepared by screen printing, each microporous layer needs to be positioned in the printing process by means of auxiliary equipment such as a pressing plate, and the screen size of the screen printing is limited, and only a single microporous layer can be printed, so that manual or manual replacement is needed in the printing process, a continuous production process cannot be achieved, production efficiency is affected, and further the screen printing process cannot be applied to commercialization of a gas diffusion layer, for example, the preparation method of the gas diffusion layer for the proton exchange membrane fuel cell disclosed in patent 201710318918.4, and the screen printing directly adopted realizes the printing and coating process of the single microporous layer.
In order to solve the above problems, a continuous printing process is also added to screen printing in the market at present, such as an apparatus and a method for continuously preparing a gas diffusion layer of a fuel cell disclosed in patent 201911367629.9, wherein the apparatus comprises a feeding end conveyor belt for continuously conveying raw carbon paper from a raw carbon paper support by a first motor; the screen printing machine is used for coating to obtain microporous layer carbon paper; the blanking end conveyor belt runs under the drive of a second motor and continuously conveys microporous carbon paper to sequentially pass through a vacuum oven and a high-temperature atmosphere oven to obtain a gas diffusion layer and then is wound; the feeding end conveyor belt is connected with a first vacuum pump, and the discharging end conveyor belt is connected with a second vacuum pump; the synchronous controller controls the first motor and the second motor to start and stop synchronously. According to the invention, the feeding end conveyor belt and the discharging end conveyor belt are respectively connected with the first vacuum pump and the second vacuum pump to provide vacuum adsorption, so that the stable and continuous conveying of the raw material carbon paper is ensured; the synchronous start and stop of the first motor and the second motor are beneficial to accelerating the production beat and realizing the continuous coating of the raw material carbon paper.
Although the above patent can realize batch transportation of the microporous layer to the screen printing machine to realize printing, for gas diffusion layers with different specifications, different requirements are required for the loading amount of slurry on the surface of the microporous layer, the above method can only realize one-time printing and often cannot meet the requirement for the loading amount.
