S3, simultaneously conveying the expanded cut tobacco from the expanded cut tobacco storage cabinet to the C-shaped metering tube and the electronic belt scale through the first material conveying belt, accurately metering the expanded cut tobacco, and conveying the expanded cut tobacco to the two-way material conveying belt through the second material conveying belt.
S4, the expanded tobacco shreds on the two-way material conveying belt are firstly conveyed to a first boxing station for boxing, after the cartons of the first boxing station are filled, the two-way material conveying belt is switched to a second boxing station for boxing, and after the cartons of the first boxing station are filled, the two boxing stations are switched in a rotating mode.

S8, the bundled tobacco boxes enter a rotary roller conveyor, the tobacco boxes are clamped by a clamping stacker and are sent to empty tray positions at the clamping stacker by a first lifting chain machine, and each empty tray stacks two full cartons.

one end of the cigarette box conveying system is connected with the inlet of the carton, and the other end of the cigarette box conveying system is connected with the boxing station;
one end of the material conveying system is connected with the expanded tobacco shred storage cabinet, the other end of the material conveying system is connected with the electronic belt scale system with the C-shaped metering tube, and the electronic belt scale system with the C-shaped metering tube is connected with the boxing station;
the boxing station is connected with the box sealing machine through a material homogenizing roller channel conveying system;
the case sealer, the automatic bar code printing labeling machine, the binding machine and the clamping stacking machine system are connected in sequence;
the tray unstacker system is connected with the clamping stacking machine system, and the AGV trolley conveying system is respectively connected with the tray unstacker system and the clamping stacking machine system;
the boxing station comprises a first boxing station and a second boxing station;
the material conveying system further comprises a second material conveying belt and a two-way material conveying belt, wherein the second material conveying belt is respectively connected with the electronic belt scale system with the C-shaped metering pipe and the two-way material conveying belt, and the two-way material conveying belt is respectively connected with the first boxing station and the second boxing station;
the homogenizing roller channel conveyor is provided with a plurality of polygonal rollers.

The automatic container loading system of expanded tobacco cartons according to claim 1, wherein the tobacco carton conveying system comprises a first roller conveyor, a second roller conveyor, a third roller conveyor, a fourth roller conveyor, a first pneumatic container pushing mechanism and a second pneumatic container pushing mechanism;
one end of the first roller conveyor is connected with the carton inlet, the other end of the first roller conveyor is connected with the first pneumatic carton pushing mechanism, and the second roller conveyor is respectively connected with the first pneumatic carton pushing mechanism and the second pneumatic carton pushing mechanism;
the third roller conveyor is respectively connected with the first pneumatic box pushing mechanism and the first box loading station, and the fourth roller conveyor is respectively connected with the second pneumatic box pushing mechanism and the second box loading station.
3. The automatic container system of expanded tobacco cartons according to claim 1 wherein the first container station is a first vibratory roller conveyor and the second container station is a second vibratory roller conveyor.

The automatic expanded tobacco carton packing system according to claim 1, wherein the material-homogenizing roller conveyor system comprises a first material-homogenizing roller conveyor, a second material-homogenizing roller conveyor, a third pneumatic carton pushing mechanism, a fourth pneumatic carton pushing mechanism, a fifth roller conveyor, a sixth roller conveyor and a third vibrating roller conveyor;
the first material-homogenizing roller conveyor is respectively connected with the first boxing station and the third pneumatic box pushing mechanism, the second material-homogenizing roller conveyor is respectively connected with the second boxing station and the fourth pneumatic box pushing mechanism, the fifth roller conveyor is respectively connected with the third pneumatic box pushing mechanism and the third vibration roller conveyor, the sixth roller conveyor is respectively connected with the fourth pneumatic box pushing mechanism and the third vibration roller conveyor, and the third vibration roller conveyor is connected with the box sealing machine.
5. The automatic container system for expanded tobacco cartons of claim 1 wherein a rotary roller conveyor is provided between the strapping machine and the clamping stacker system.
6. The automatic container system of expanded tobacco cartons according to claim 1 wherein the clamping and stacking system comprises a clamping and stacking machine and a cooperating first lift chain machine.
7. The automatic container system of expanded tobacco cartons according to claim 1 wherein the tray unstacker system comprises a first chain conveyor, a tray unstacker, a second lift chain conveyor and a second chain conveyor, the tray unstacker being connected to the first chain conveyor and the second lift chain conveyor, respectively, and the second chain conveyor being connected to the second lift chain conveyor and the empty tray station, respectively.
8. A method of automatic boxing of expanded tobacco cartons using an expanded tobacco carton automatic boxing system in accordance with any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
s1, in a folding bagging area of the cartons, an operator folds the cartons and bagging, and the cartons with the bags are sequentially placed on a smoke box conveying system;
s2, conveying the cartons to a boxing station by a smoke box conveying system, and waiting for boxing;
s3, conveying the expanded cut tobacco from the expanded cut tobacco storage cabinet to an electronic belt scale system of the C-shaped metering tube through a material conveying system, and conveying the expanded cut tobacco to a second material conveying belt to a bidirectional material conveying belt;
s4, conveying expanded cut tobacco on the two-way material conveying belt into a carton of a boxing station;
s5, the cartons filled with the expanded tobacco shreds enter a carton sealing machine through a material-homogenizing roller conveyor system to seal the cartons;
s6, the cartons subjected to carton sealing enter an automatic bar code printing labeling machine for labeling and then enter a bundling machine, and the bundled cartons enter a rotary roller conveyor;
s7, the empty tray stacks are sent to the interface conveyor by the AGV trolley, and the empty trays are separated one by one through the tray unstacker system and are conveyed to the empty tray stations;
s8, the bundled cartons are sent to an empty tray of an empty tray station through a clamping stacking machine system;
s9, conveying the tray filled with the cartons to an AGV trolley box taking opening through a chain conveyor, and conveying the tray to a storage area through the AGV trolley.
