And S9, conveying the tray filled with the cartons to an AGV trolley box taking opening through a third chain conveyor, and conveying the tray to a storage area by the AGV trolley.

An automatic packing system for expanded tobacco cartons is characterized by comprising a tobacco box conveying system, a material conveying system, an electronic belt scale system with a C-shaped metering pipe, a packing station, a box sealing machine, an automatic bar code printing and labeling machine, a binding machine, a clamping and holding type stacking machine system, a tray unstacker system and an AGV trolley conveying system;
one end of the cigarette box conveying system is connected with the carton inlet, and the other end of the cigarette box conveying system is connected with a boxing station;
one end of the material conveying system is connected with the expanded cut tobacco storage cabinet, the other end of the material conveying system is connected with the electronic belt scale system with the C-shaped metering pipe, and the electronic belt scale system with the C-shaped metering pipe is connected with the boxing station;
the boxing station is connected with the box sealing machine through a material evening roller way conveying system;
the box sealing machine, the automatic bar code printing and labeling machine, the strapping machine and the clamping and stacking machine are sequentially connected;
the tray unstacker system is connected with the clamping and holding stacker system, and the AGV trolley conveying system is respectively connected with the tray unstacker system and the clamping and holding stacker system.

The automatic carton filling system for expanded tobacco cartons according to claim 1, wherein the tobacco carton conveying system comprises a first roller conveyor, a second roller conveyor, a third roller conveyor, a fourth roller conveyor, a first pneumatic carton pushing mechanism and a second pneumatic carton pushing mechanism;
the boxing station comprises a first boxing station and a second boxing station;
one end of the first roller conveyor is connected with the carton inlet, the other end of the first roller conveyor is connected with the first pneumatic carton pushing mechanism, and the second roller conveyor is respectively connected with the first pneumatic carton pushing mechanism and the second pneumatic carton pushing mechanism;
the third roller conveyor is respectively connected with the first pneumatic box pushing mechanism and the first boxing station, and the fourth roller conveyor is respectively connected with the second pneumatic box pushing mechanism and the second boxing station.
3. The automated carton filling system according to claim 2, wherein the first filling station is a first vibrating roller conveyor and the second filling station is a second vibrating roller conveyor.

The automatic carton packing system for expanded tobacco cartons according to claim 2, wherein the material conveying system further comprises a second material conveying belt and a bidirectional material conveying belt, the second material conveying belt is respectively connected with the electronic belt scale system with the C-shaped metering pipe and the bidirectional material conveying belt, and the bidirectional material conveying belt is respectively connected with the first carton packing station and the second carton packing station.

The automatic carton filling system for expanded tobacco cartons according to claim 2, wherein the refining roller conveyor system comprises a first refining roller conveyor, a second refining roller conveyor, a third pneumatic box pushing mechanism, a fourth pneumatic box pushing mechanism, a fifth roller conveyor, a sixth roller conveyor and a third vibrating roller conveyor;
the first material refining roller conveyor is respectively connected with a first boxing station and a third pneumatic box pushing mechanism, the second material refining roller conveyor is respectively connected with a second boxing station and a fourth pneumatic box pushing mechanism, the fifth roller conveyor is respectively connected with a third pneumatic box pushing mechanism and a third vibrating roller conveyor, the sixth roller conveyor is respectively connected with a fourth pneumatic box pushing mechanism and a third vibrating roller conveyor, and the third vibrating roller conveyor is connected with a box sealing machine.
6. The automated expanded tobacco carton boxing system according to claim 1, wherein a rotary roller conveyor is arranged between the strapping machine and the clamping and stacking machine system.
7. The automated expanded tobacco carton boxing system according to claim 1, wherein the clamp-and-hold stacker system comprises a clamp-and-hold stacker and a first lifting chain machine in cooperation.

The automated expanded tobacco carton boxing system according to claim 1, wherein the tray unstacker system comprises a first chain conveyor, a tray unstacker, a second lifting chain conveyor and a second chain conveyor, the tray unstacker is respectively connected with the first chain conveyor and the second lifting chain conveyor, and the second chain conveyor is respectively connected with the second lifting chain conveyor and an empty tray station.
9. A method of automatically packing expanded tobacco cartons, using the system of any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1, in the folding and bagging area of the cartons, operators fold and bag the cartons with bags, and sequentially place the cartons with bags on a cigarette box conveying system;
s2, conveying the cartons to a boxing station by a carton conveying system to wait for boxing;
s3, conveying the expanded cut tobacco from the expanded cut tobacco storage cabinet to an electronic belt scale system of the C-shaped metering pipe through the material conveying system, and then conveying the expanded cut tobacco to a second material conveying belt to be conveyed to the bidirectional material conveying belt;
s4, feeding the expanded cut tobacco on the bidirectional material conveying belt into a carton of a boxing station;
s5, feeding the carton filled with the expanded cut tobacco into a carton sealing machine through a refining roller way conveying system for sealing;
s6, feeding the carton subjected to carton sealing into an automatic bar code printing and labeling machine for labeling, feeding the carton subjected to bundling into a bundling machine, and feeding the carton subjected to bundling into a rotary roller way conveyor;
s7, conveying the empty tray stack to an interface conveyor by an AGV trolley, splitting the empty trays one by one through a tray unstacker system, and conveying the empty tray stack to an empty tray station;
s8, conveying the bundled cartons to empty trays of empty tray stations through a clamping and holding stacker crane system;
s9, conveying the tray filled with the cartons to an AGV trolley box taking opening through a chain conveyor, and conveying the tray to a storage area by the AGV trolley.
