The working principle of the invention is as follows: the method comprises the steps that spherical sugar falls into a sugar hole through a sugar sorting disc, and when the spherical sugar is conveyed to the position below a sugar feeder, a packaging paper cutting module conveys cut packaging paper between the spherical sugar and a clamping jaw unit; the ejector rod drives the spherical sugar and the upper wrapping paper to enter a claw unit at a sugar feeding station together and to be clamped, and the wrapping paper at the right side of the bottom end is folded through the paper making knife; the folding of the packaging paper at the left side of the bottom end is completed through the arc-shaped guide plate in the process of rotating to the folding packaging station; then, the upper flanges and the lower flanges on the front side and the rear side of the spherical sugar are folded through the upper vertical folding claw and the lower vertical folding claw, and then the left flanges and the right flanges on the front side and the rear side of the spherical sugar are folded through the horizontal folding claw; finally outputting spherical sugar into the conveying groove through the sugar block guide groove, and kneading and conveying the spherical sugar by matching the spherical sugar with the conveying groove through the conveying belt; the packaging structure adopts a mechanized circulating rotary packaging mode to realize automatic folding packaging of the spherical sugar, simplifies the structure, improves the packaging efficiency, reduces the cost and reduces the complexity of worker operation in the packaging process.

the packaging module is arranged on the frame; the packaging module comprises a rotary chuck, a claw unit, a packaging paper folding module and a sugar block output module; the rotary chuck is arranged on the frame, four stations are uniformly distributed on the rotary chuck in an annular array, and sequentially comprise a sugar feeding station, a folding packaging station, a sugar discharging station and a waiting station from the bottom end clockwise;

the jaw unit at the sugar feeding station of the rotary chuck is downward in opening, packaging paper conveyed to the sugar feeding station is arranged below the jaw unit, and the sugar blocks and the packaging paper are jacked up by the ejector rod to enter the jaw unit at the sugar feeding station; the right side of the jaw unit at the sugar feeding station is provided with a paper operating knife, and the paper operating knife can swing in a vertical plane to realize that the wrapping paper on the right side of the sugar block covered with the wrapping paper in the jaw unit at the sugar feeding station is attached below the sugar block;
an arc-shaped guide plate is arranged between a sugar feeding station of the rotary chuck and a folding packaging station of the rotary chuck, and the left side packaging paper of the sugar block covered with the packaging paper in the jaw unit at the sugar feeding station is attached below the sugar block through the guide of the arc-shaped guide plate by the rotation of the rotary chuck;
the packaging paper folding module is arranged at a folding packaging station of the rotary chuck and is connected to the frame; the packaging paper folding module comprises an upper vertical folding claw, a lower vertical folding claw and a horizontal folding claw; the upper vertical folding claw and the lower vertical folding claw are respectively provided with a pair of symmetrically arranged vertical folding claw units, and the pair of vertical folding claw units are respectively positioned at the front side and the rear side of the upper claw unit of the folding packaging station; the upper vertical folding claw rotates in the vertical direction to downwards press and attach the upper flange wrapping paper on the front side and the rear side of the sugar block on the surface of the sugar block; the lower vertical folding claw rotates in the vertical direction to lift and attach lower flange wrapping paper on the front side and the rear side of the sugar block on the surface of the sugar block; the horizontal folding claw comprises a pair of symmetrically arranged water folding claw units, and the pair of horizontal folding claw units are respectively positioned at the front side and the rear side of the claw units on the folding packaging station; the horizontal folding claw unit swings in a vertical plane, and bends and attaches left flanges and right flanges on the front side and the rear side of the sugar block to the surface of the sugar block, so that the sugar block is integrally packaged;
