2. opening the picking and placing window 114, shifting the support net 14 to insert the cuttings of the camphor trees into the slots 17, and then closing the picking and placing window 114;
3. the first assembly 1 is connected to the upper end of the third assembly 3 by using a connecting assembly 4, it should be noted that the pipeline 33 is in sealed communication with the lower end of the fixed pipe 12 through a first sealing gasket 13, and the two fans 35 are located below the first vent hole 113;
4. another first assembly 1 is stacked on the first assembly 1 connected with the third assembly 3 by using the connecting assembly 4 and connected, it should be noted that the fixed pipes 12 in the two first assemblies 1 are in sealed communication through the first sealing gasket 13, and the first spline shaft 112 in the upper first assembly 1 is in spline fit with the spline groove 111 in the lower first assembly 1;
5. repeating the step 4, and sequentially stacking and connecting the first assemblies 1 with the number of X + 1;
6. the second assembly 2 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the uppermost first assembly 1 by using the connecting assembly 4, it should be noted that the top disc 21 is in sealed communication with the fixed pipe 12 through a second sealing gasket 26, and the second spline shaft 25 is in spline fit with the spline groove 111.
How the connecting components 4 are connected is separately described below, for convenience of description, the first component 1, the second component 2, or the third component 3, which are collectively referred to as components, are not emphasized, and the connecting components 4 are arranged between every two components, and when the components are specifically connected, the snap ring 41 and the positioning block 44 in the upper component are clamped in the clamping groove 42 and fixedly connected by using the fastening bolt 43.
It should be noted that: the clamping ring 41 and the clamping groove 42 are provided with thread grooves connected with the fastening bolts 43; after the fastening bolts 43 have been connected, the first gasket 13 and the second gasket 26 are each compressed to some extent to make a sealing connection.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the preservation box 11 needs to be humidified, the water pump 32 pumps the water in the water tank 31 into the fixed pipe 12 through the pipeline 33, and then the water enters the branch pipe 18 and is atomized and sprayed out through the atomizing heads 19 so as to humidify the camphor tree cuttings inserted into the slots 17;
in the above process, the motor 24 drives the rotating shaft 110 in each first component 1 to rotate through the spline-matched second spline shaft 25 and spline groove 111 and the spline groove 112 and spline groove 111, the rotating shaft 110 transmits the torque to the supporting net 14 and the moisture absorption ring 16 through the insections and the gear ring 15, so that the camphor tree cutting slips rotate relative to the atomizing head 19, the humidification is more uniform, the camphor tree cutting slips can be conveniently taken out, and the moisture absorption ring 16 can absorb water which does not contact with the camphor tree cutting slips and flows down from the camphor tree cutting slips.
The preservation box 11 is always ventilated, the fan 35 pumps the outside air into the preservation box 11 through the first vent hole 113 positioned below through the corrugated pipe 36 and the air inlet pipe 37, then the outside air enters the preservation box 11 through the support net 15 and the moisture absorption ring 16, then the outside air flows out through the first vent hole 113 positioned above, flows out through the second vent hole 23 and flows out along the shielding cover 22;
it should be noted that the moisture absorption ring 16 is a hollow structure, and the evaporation of water is facilitated when the air flows through the moisture absorption ring 16, and the evaporation of water can absorb the heat in the storage box 11, so as to facilitate the maintenance of the internal temperature of the storage box 11, and facilitate the storage of the cuttings of camphor trees.
In addition, the fan 35 can generate slight vibration in the working process, the spring 310 provides a vibration environment for the fan 35, and the fan 35 drives the cleaning brush 311 to move relative to the blocking net 38 through the vertical pipe 39 in the vibration process, so that impurities are brushed away, and the influence on the air intake is avoided.
In the present invention, the push-pull rod 312 is in a vertical state in a normal state, and the push-pull rod 312 can be pulled downward, so that the cuttage personnel can push or pull the whole body through the push-pull rod 312.
