The second step is that: float at the surface of water upper strata through slider 509 thereby make adsorption tube 508, well pipe 506, outlet pipe 507 and water pipe mechanism 6 absorb water from the surface of water to make the inside water of water tank 102 keep the relatively steady state, can not influenced by the water absorption operation of sewage mechanism 5, thereby the peaceful of the inside rivers of furthest assurance water tank 102 helps the sediment of sewage, thereby makes the water of leading out more clear.

And a sixth step: after the sleeve 303 is pulled out backwards, the sludge processed by the scraper 307 and the side plate 308 is moved into the crushing cylinder 402, and is connected with the filter cylinder 207 through the crushing cylinder 402, when the motor 501 is started again, the crushing cylinder 402 can rotate together with the filter cylinder 207, meanwhile, the crushing column 403 in the crushing cylinder can also rotate in a meshing way with the crushing cylinder 402, and the sludge is extruded and filtered when the crushing cylinder 402 rotates, so that the caking in the sludge is crushed, and is extruded through the hole formed in the side edge of the crushing cylinder 402, and finally is conducted out through the sludge pipe 401, and the crushing cylinder 402 can grind, crush and process the sludge, thereby being beneficial to subsequent operation and use of the sludge, and improving the operation quality of the device.
