The color matching dye is used for matching with a color changing dye to adjust the color of the low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicating ink.
The low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicating ink composition comprises 1-20% of a control agent, wherein the control agent is an acid substance and comprises one or more of organic acid and inorganic acid. The organic acid is one or more of acrylic acid, adipic acid, formic acid, citric acid and tartaric acid, and the inorganic acid is one or more of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and boric acid. In one embodiment, the low temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicator ink includes 2% citric acid. In one embodiment, the low temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicator ink comprises 7% tartaric acid.
The low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicating ink composition comprises 1% -20% of consistency regulator, wherein the consistency regulator is one or more of distilled water, methanol, ethanol, n-propanol, isopropanol, n-butanol and thickener. The thickener is a thickener commonly used in ink, and includes but is not limited to pectin, gelatin, polyamide wax, polyvinylpyrrolidone, seaweed gel, dextrin, cellulose derivatives and the like. In one embodiment, the low temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicator ink includes 7.5% water, 1.3% thickener, and 6% isopropyl alcohol. In one embodiment, the low temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicator ink includes 10.6% water, 1.3% thickener, and 10% isopropyl alcohol.
The present invention does not require any particular source of the components, and if not specified, commercially available products known to those skilled in the art may be used.
The low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicating ink composition is an aqueous UV curing ink composition, can be dispersed to form stable and uniform components by adjusting the addition amount of the control agent, can meet the requirements of various sterilization parameters and reach the sterilization application standard of hospitals, and experimental results show that the low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicating ink composition has the advantages of good stability, long storage time, no ink dissolution, no instrument pollution, low VOC (volatile organic compound) gas emission and environmental protection after sterilization.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicating ink composition, which comprises the following steps: and mixing the color-changing dye, the toning dye and the consistency regulator, and then sequentially mixing the mixture with the water-based UV resin and the control agent to obtain the sterilization indicating ink composition.
The sterilization indicating ink composition is prepared by mixing a color-changing dye, a toning dye and a consistency regulator, regulating the color of the dye, then sequentially mixing the dye with a water-based UV resin and a control agent, and stirring for 3 hours at normal temperature.
The preparation method of the low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicating ink composition is simple, the components interact with each other, and the color of the ink composition changes after low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization, so that the indicating effect is achieved.
The invention also provides a low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicator, which comprises a substrate and a sterilization indicating ink layer compounded on the substrate, wherein the sterilization indicating ink layer is obtained by curing the low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicating ink composition in the technical scheme.
The low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicator is obtained by printing a low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicating ink composition on a substrate and curing the low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicating ink composition, wherein the substrate can be a label, an adhesive tape or a card, and the substrate is not limited herein. The low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicator can be a low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization chemical indicator label, a low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization chemical indicator tape or a low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization chemical indicator card. The low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicating ink composition is suitable for various printing scenes, can be printed and UV cured on the surfaces of a flexible plate, a gravure plate and a silk screen, realizes printing on various substrates, can be visually interpreted by an indicator obtained by printing, and reduces artificial subjective factors of medical workers.
The invention provides a low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicating ink composition which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60% -95% of water-based UV resin; 1% -3% of color-changing dye; 0.1 to 2 percent of toning dye; 1 to 20 percent of control agent; 1 to 20 percent of consistency regulator. The low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicating ink composition is an aqueous UV curing ink composition, and can meet the requirements of various sterilization parameters by adopting a color change principle of non-acid-base reaction, so that the standard of sterilization application in hospitals is met.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. 80% of aqueous 2-functional UV polyurethane acrylic resin with a solid content of 60%;
3% Congo red;
0.2% acid blue 1;
2% citric acid;
7.5% water, 1.3% polyamide wax and 6% isopropanol.
Dissolving Congo red, acid blue 1, water, polyamide wax and isopropanol, sequentially adding aqueous 2-functional UV polyurethane acrylic resin and citric acid, mixing, and stirring at normal temperature for 3 hours to obtain the low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicating ink.
And (3) screen-printing the obtained low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicating ink on laminating base paper, and then carrying out UV curing to obtain the low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization chemical indicating card.
And placing the obtained chemical indicator card for low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization into a low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilizer, and sterilizing at the temperature of 60 ℃, the formaldehyde solubility of 2% and the sterilization time of 15min, wherein the color of the indicator card is changed from purple red to green, and the ink in the indicator card is not dissolved. The unused low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization chemical indicator card is placed in a constant-temperature and constant-humidity box with the temperature of 60 ℃ and the humidity of 80%, the printing ink is not separated, and the sterilization effect can be normally monitored.
Comparative example 1:
a low temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization chemical indicator card was prepared according to the method of example 1, wherein 80% of the aqueous 2 functional UV polyurethane acrylic resin was replaced with an equal amount of a polyvinyl alcohol solution of the same consistency.
And (2) placing the obtained low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization chemical indicator card into a formaldehyde sterilizer, sterilizing at the temperature of 60 ℃, the formaldehyde solubility of 2% and the sterilization time of 15min, wherein the color of the indicator card is changed from purple red to green, but part of ink of the indicator card is dissolved to pollute the surface of an instrument, and in a constant-temperature and constant-humidity box with the temperature of 60 ℃ and the humidity of 80%, the ink is partially separated, so that the sterilization effect cannot be normally monitored.
Example 2:
the low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicating ink comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
70% of a waterborne 6 functional UV polyurethane resin with a solid content of 60%;
2% sudan red 197;
0.1% coomassie brilliant blue G250;
7% tartaric acid;
10.6% water, 1.3% polyamide wax and 10% isopropanol.
Dissolving Sudan red 197, Coomassie brilliant blue G250, water, polyamide wax and isopropanol, sequentially adding aqueous 6-functional UV polyurethane resin and tartaric acid, mixing, and stirring at normal temperature for 3 hours to obtain the low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicating ink.
And printing the obtained low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicating ink to obtain the low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization chemical indicating label and the adhesive tape.
Placing the prepared chemical indication label and adhesive tape for low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization into a low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilizer, sterilizing at the temperature of 60 ℃, the formaldehyde solubility of 2% and the sterilization time of 15min, wherein the color of the indication label and the adhesive tape is changed from purple red to green, and the indication label and the adhesive tape are dissolved without printing ink. The unused chemical indication label and the adhesive tape are placed in a constant temperature and humidity box with the temperature of 60 ℃ and the humidity of 80 percent, the ink is not separated, and the sterilization effect can be normally monitored.
Comparative example 2:
a low temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization chemical indicating label and tape were prepared according to the method of example 2, wherein 70% aqueous 6 functional UV polyurethane resin was replaced with an equal amount of polyvinyl alcohol solution of the same consistency.
And (3) placing the obtained low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization chemical indication label and the adhesive tape into a formaldehyde sterilizer, sterilizing under the conditions that the temperature is 60 ℃, the formaldehyde solubility is 2% and the sterilization time is 15min, wherein the colors of the indication label and the adhesive tape are changed from purple red to green, but part of ink is dissolved in the indication label and the adhesive tape, so that the surfaces of instruments are polluted, and in a constant-temperature and constant-humidity box with the temperature of 60 ℃ and the humidity of 80%, the ink is partially separated, so that the sterilization effect cannot be normally monitored.

1 to 20 percent of consistency regulator.
2. The low temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicating ink composition of claim 1, wherein the aqueous UV resin comprises one or more of an aqueous UV polyurethane resin, an aqueous UV polyurethane acrylic acid, a polyester acrylate, an amino acrylate, and an epoxy acrylate.
3. The low temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicator ink composition of claim 1, wherein the color changing dye is an azo-based dye.
4. The low temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicating ink composition of claim 3, wherein the azo-based dye comprises one or more of Congo Red, direct Red, Sudan Red III, Sudan Red B, Sudan Red G, Sudan I, Sudan IV, Sudan Red 197, and disperse Red.
5. The low temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicating ink composition of claim 1, wherein the hueing dye is an aqueous blue dye.
6. The low temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicator ink composition of claim 1, wherein the control agent is one or more of an organic acid and an inorganic acid.
7. The low temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicator ink composition of claim 6, wherein the organic acid is one or more of acrylic acid, adipic acid, formic acid, citric acid, and tartaric acid, and the inorganic acid is one or more of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, and boric acid.
8. The low temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicating ink composition of claim 1, wherein the consistency agent is one or more of distilled water, methanol, ethanol, n-propanol, isopropanol, n-butanol, and a thickener.
9. A method of making a low temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicating ink composition, comprising: and mixing the color-changing dye, the toning dye and the consistency regulator, and then sequentially mixing the mixture with the water-based UV resin and the control agent to obtain the sterilization indicating ink composition.
10. A low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicator, which is characterized by comprising a substrate and a sterilization indicating ink layer compounded on the substrate, wherein the sterilization indicating ink layer is obtained by curing the low-temperature steam formaldehyde sterilization indicating ink composition according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
