1) according to the one-time coating waterproof ecological facing mortar, the water repellent, the defoaming agent, the metakaolin, the silane coupling agent, the wood fiber, the starch ether and the redispersible latex powder are matched with other components with the optimal types and the optimal dosage proportion in the system, so that the mortar has the functions of water resistance, leveling and facing, various construction modes such as batch scraping, roll coating and brush coating can be realized, and the strength of the product is greatly improved;
2) the waterproof ecological facing mortar coated once is convenient to use, and can be constructed by simply mixing powder and water;
3) the addition of the nitrogen-doped modified nano titanium dioxide enables the product to have the aldehyde-removing and antibacterial effects;
4) the preparation method of the waterproof ecological facing mortar coated once is simple in steps and convenient to operate.

The white cement is 32.5 type white cement.
The double-flying powder is 280-320 meshes.
The sand is 80-160 mesh river sand.
The toner is instant toner.
The preparation method of the one-time coating waterproof ecological facing mortar mainly comprises the following steps: and uniformly mixing the white cement, the calcium carbonate, the sand, the redispersible latex powder, the cellulose ether, the wood fiber, the defoaming agent, the water repellent, the metakaolin, the starch ether, the toner and the silane coupling agent to obtain the powder.

The detection method comprises the following steps:
standard state bond strength, wet bond strength, water resistance, initial dry crack resistance, water impermeability: detecting according to JG/T298-2010N;
formaldehyde purification efficiency (class I): and (4) detecting according to JC/T1074-2008.

As can be seen from table 1, the one-pass coating waterproof ecological facing mortar of the present embodiment has good properties of bonding strength, water resistance, initial dry cracking resistance, water impermeability, and the like, and has high formaldehyde purification efficiency, i.e., it has the functions of waterproofing, leveling, and facing, and has good coating strength and formaldehyde purification function.
As can be seen from fig. 3-5, the surface of the comparative sample 1 with the normal N-type waterproof putty batched has a bubbling phenomenon, the surface of the comparative sample 1 with the normal Y-type waterproof putty batched has a cracking phenomenon, and the one-pass painted waterproof ecological facing mortar of the embodiment 1 has a smooth surface without cracking.
The one-time coating waterproof ecological facing mortar and the preparation method thereof are not limited to the above embodiments, and any modification or replacement according to the principles of the present invention should be within the protection scope of the present invention.
