本发明提供的一种复合抗衰老冷配护肤霜采用5种抗衰老肽类物质组合(二肽二氨基丁酰苄基酰胺二乙酸盐、乙酰基六肽-8、肌肽、三肽-1铜、棕榈酰四肽-7)复配玻尿酸、玻色因和有效植物水飞蓟(SILYBUM MARIANUM)果提取物等制作,其在抗衰老祛皱方面效果大于任何单一品种使用效果,同时釆用低温(常温)冷配乳化技术,以防止配方中有效成分在制造过程中受热分解,提高了产品功效使用性和稳定性。
所述复合抗衰老冷配护肤霜中包括以下质量百分比的组分:2%-3%蛇毒肽(二肽二氨基丁酰苄基胺二乙酸盐)、3%-5%乙酰基六肽-8、2%-3%三肽-1铜、0.8%-1%肌肽、2%棕榈酰四肽-7、3%-6%玻色因、0.02%玻尿酸、1-2%飞水蓟果提取物。

进一步的,所述复合抗衰老冷配护肤霜包括以下质量百分比的组分:3%二肽二氨基丁酰苄基胺二乙酸盐、5%乙酰基六肽-8、3%三肽-1铜、0.9%肌肽、2%棕榈酰四肽-7、6%玻色因、0.02%玻尿酸、2%飞水蓟果提取物。
进一步的,所述复合抗衰老冷配护肤霜包括以下质量百分比的组分:2.5%二肽二氨基丁酰苄基胺二乙酸盐、4%乙酰基六肽-8、2.5%三肽-1铜、0.8%肌肽、2%棕榈酰四肽-7、3%玻色因、0.02%玻尿酸、1%飞水蓟果提取物。
本发明中,蛇毒肽和乙酰基六肽-8,能抑制肌肤收缩,阻断面部神经递质的传递,从而达到平抚表情纹的作用;三肽-1铜能恢复肌肤自身修复能力,增加皮肤细胞间粘液质产生,紧实肌肤并减轻皱纹;肌肽具有高效抗氧化和抗皮肤蛋白质糖化作用,减缓皮肤衰老;棕榈酰四肽-7能降低皮肤炎症因子白介素的水平,减少外在环境因素对皮肤造成的损伤性衰老。
本发明中玻色因能对抗皮肤松弛和衰老;玻尿酸能保湿盈润皮肤;水飞蓟果提取物能增加皮肤细致紧致。
所述复合抗衰老冷配护肤霜还包括以下质量百分比的组分:50-60%水、8%丙二醇、4-6%角鲨烷、1-3%棕榈酸异丙酯、1-3%丙烯酸钠/丙基酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、1.6-2%异十六烷、1%维生素E、1-2%胶原提取物、0.5%聚山梨醇酯、0.3%山梨坦油酸酯、0.2-0.3%苯氧乙醇。
本发明还提供了一种复合抗衰老冷配护肤霜的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:按照比例将所述水、丙二醇、角鲨烷、棕榈酸异丙酯、丙烯酸钠/丙基酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、异十六烷、维生素E、胶原提取物、苯氧乙醇混合均匀,再加入聚山梨醇酯和山梨坦油酸酯,不需要加热只需在常温状态下搅拌均质,完成后再加入5种多肽组分和玻色因、玻尿酸以及水飞蓟(SILYBUM MARIANUM)果提取物,再混合搅拌均匀。

本发明复合多途径抗衰老祛皱组分,能同时抑制淡化表情纹和生理静态纹,同时能抵抗皮肤生理性衰老,让皮肤变得紧致平滑,可有效保存多肽物质生物活性和植物提取物有效成分,不会因制造时受温度影响造成的活性下降。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例制备一种复合抗衰老冷配护肤霜,所述护肤霜由以下组分构成:2.5%蛇毒肽(二肽二氨基丁酰苄基胺二乙酸盐)、4%乙酰基六肽-8、2.5%三肽-1铜、0.8%肌肽、2%棕榈酰四肽-7、3%玻色因、0.02%玻尿酸、1%飞水蓟果提取物、55%水、8%丙二醇、5%角鲨烷、2%棕榈酸异丙酯、2%丙烯酸钠/丙基酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、2%异十六烷、1%维生素E、1.5%胶原提取物、0.5%聚山梨醇酯、0.3%山梨坦油酸酯、0.2%苯氧乙醇。
述护肤霜的制备方法为:将按照比例将所述丙二醇、角鲨烷、棕榈酸异丙酯、丙烯酸钠/丙基酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、异十六烷、维生素E、胶原提取物、苯氧乙醇混入水中,加入聚山梨醇酯和山梨坦油酸酯,不需要加热只需在常温状态下搅拌均质,完成后再加入5种多肽组分和玻色因、玻尿酸以及水飞蓟(SILYBUM MARIANUM)果提取物,再混合搅拌均匀。
实施例2
本实施例试验实施例1制备的护肤霜的抗衰老、提高皮肤弹性和淡化皱纹的效果。
1、志愿者的选择及分组:
选取面部松弛、有皱纹、干粗、老化的健康志愿者360人,其中男性105名,女性255名,年龄在30-60岁之间,平均年龄为45.6岁,均无严重的系统疾病、免疫缺陷或自身免疫疾病,对化妆品无过敏、面部无急性炎症、未使用激素类药物或免疫抑制剂、未参加其他临床试验,未涂抹外用制剂。将此360人随机分成6组,每组60人。
2、使用方法:
将样品均匀涂布于面部处,每次2g,连续使用8周后评价其使用的感受及皮肤弹性和皱纹情况。
评价标准:使用感受来源于志愿者自述的感觉,皱纹通过肉眼观察,皮肤弹性通过仪器测试。
A:有效,皱纹变浅,弹性变好,皮肤盈润;
B:一般,皮肤变紧致光滑,皮肤弹性提高不明显;
C:皮肤状态使用前后无变化。
3、实验结果
统计结果如下:
A:255例
B:72例
C:33例
由上述实验结果可知,本发明提供的产品能够抵抗皮肤衰老,改善皮肤干粗、淡化皱纹,提高皮肤弹性指标,同时保湿滋润皮肤变得紧致光滑。

1.一种复合抗衰老冷配护肤霜,其特征在于,所述复合抗衰老冷配护肤霜包括以下质量百分比的组分:2%-3%蛇毒肽(二肽二氨基丁酰苄基胺二乙酸盐)、3%-5%乙酰基六肽-8、2%-3%三肽-1铜、0.8%-1%肌肽、2%棕榈酰四肽-7、3%-6%玻色因、0.02%玻尿酸、1-2%飞水蓟果提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合抗衰老冷配护肤霜,其特征在于,所述复合抗衰老冷配护肤霜包括以下质量百分比的组分:2%二肽二氨基丁酰苄基胺二乙酸盐、3.5%乙酰基六肽-8、2%三肽-1铜、1%肌肽、2%棕榈酰四肽-7、5%玻色因、0.02%玻尿酸、1.8%飞水蓟果提取物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合抗衰老冷配护肤霜,其特征在于,所述复合抗衰老冷配护肤霜包括以下质量百分比的组分:3%二肽二氨基丁酰苄基胺二乙酸盐、5%乙酰基六肽-8、3%三肽-1铜、0.9%肌肽、2%棕榈酰四肽-7、6%玻色因、0.02%玻尿酸、2%飞水蓟果提取物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合抗衰老冷配护肤霜,其特征在于,所述复合抗衰老冷配护肤霜包括以下质量百分比的组分:2.5%二肽二氨基丁酰苄基胺二乙酸盐、4%乙酰基六肽-8、2.5%三肽-1铜、0.8%肌肽、2%棕榈酰四肽-7、3%玻色因、0.02%玻尿酸、1%飞水蓟果提取物。
5.如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的复合抗衰老冷配护肤霜,其特征在于,所述复合抗衰老冷配护肤霜还包括以下质量百分比的组分:50-60%水、8%丙二醇、4-6%角鲨烷、1-3%棕榈酸异丙酯、1-3%丙烯酸钠/丙基酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、1.6-2%异十六烷、1%维生素E、1-2%胶原提取物、0.5%聚山梨醇酯、0.3%山梨坦油酸酯、0.2-0.3%苯氧乙醇。
6.一种制备权利要求5所述复合抗衰老冷配护肤霜的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:按照比例将所述水、丙二醇、角鲨烷、棕榈酸异丙酯、丙烯酸钠/丙基酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、异十六烷、维生素E、胶原提取物、苯氧乙醇混合均匀,再加入聚山梨醇酯和山梨坦油酸酯,不需要加热只需在常温状态下搅拌均质,完成后再加入5种多肽组分和玻色因、玻尿酸以及水飞蓟(SILYBUM MARIANUM)果提取物,再混合搅拌均匀。
