The invention mainly solves the technical problem of providing a detachable shovel bar structure and a cleaning appliance, wherein the detachable shovel bar structure can effectively avoid the phenomenon that a shovel is not clean after the shovel bar is damaged, and improve the replacement convenience.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a detachable shovel bar structure and a cleaning appliance, which comprise a shovel bar bracket, a shovel bar body fixed with the shovel bar bracket and a detachable fixing component for fixing the shovel bar bracket on a cleaning appliance shell.

When the detachable fixing component is required to be replaced and installed, the extrusion force between the shovel bar support and the shell is lost, so that the shovel bar support and the shell can be separated, when the detachable fixing component is required to be replaced, the limiting part on the first fixing part is placed in the clamping groove, when the second fixing part is extruded by the detachable fixing component, the first fixing part is extruded to the right side inwards through the connecting part, and the first fixing part is fixed under the action of the inclined matching with the shell, so that the shovel bar is fixed. Because the structure is simple and reliable, and the disassembly is also convenient.

As shown in fig. 1-4, the present invention provides an embodiment of a removable blade structure.
The detachable shovel bar structure comprises a shovel bar bracket 21, a shovel bar body 20 fixed with the shovel bar bracket 21 and a detachable fixing component 3 for fixing the shovel bar bracket 21 on the cleaning appliance shell 1.
Specifically, the shovel bar body comprises an elastic material, such as silica gel, and the shovel bar body 20 is coated on the surface of the shovel bar bracket 21. The detachable fixing assembly comprises a pressing plate 3 and a bolt 4 for adjusting the position of the pressing plate 3. The shovel bar bracket 21 is provided with a first fixing part 22 and a second fixing part 23 connected with the first fixing part 22 through a connecting part 210, wherein the first fixing part 22 is provided with a limiting part 212 matched with the clamping groove 11 of the shell 1, and one side of the limiting part 212 is provided with a limiting step 213 matched with the shell; the second fixing portion 23 is provided with a limiting notch 211, and the limiting notch 211 is matched and fixed with the pressing plate 3 on the detachable fixing assembly 3. The first fixing portion 23 is further provided with a fitting slope 214 contacting the housing 1. The mating ramp 214 is angled 30-60 degrees from horizontal. When the adjusting platen 3 presses the second fixing portion 23 of the shovel bar bracket 21 upward, the connecting portion 210 is inclined, so that a component force is formed in the first fixing portion 22 to the right and horizontally, the acting force between the mating inclined surface 214 and the housing 1 is increased, and stable mating can be formed when the horizontal acting force is larger than the acting force in the vertical direction. When the detachable fixing component is required to be replaced and installed, the extrusion force between the shovel bar support and the shell is lost, so that the shovel bar support and the shell can be separated, when the detachable fixing component is required to be replaced, the limiting part on the first fixing part is placed in the clamping groove, when the second fixing part is extruded by the detachable fixing component, the first fixing part is extruded to the right side inwards through the connecting part, and the first fixing part is fixed under the action of the inclined matching with the shell, so that the shovel bar is fixed. Because the structure is simple and reliable, and the disassembly is also convenient.
The second fixing portion 23 is further provided with an extension portion 215 as needed, so that the strength of the shovel bar body 20 can be enhanced.
The shovel bar body 20 is connected with the second fixing part 23 in a multi-plane manner, so that when the shovel bar body 20 is stressed, the acting force transmission is easier to realize in the horizontal direction, and the shovel bar is more fastened. According to the requirement, a gap 202 is provided between the connection portion 210 and the shovel bar body 20, and due to the existence of the gap 202, when the shovel bar body 20 is deformed under force, the deformation can be absorbed, so that the deformation of the surface of the shovel bar body 20 is avoided to influence the garbage transportation.
According to the need, the shovel bar body 20 is provided with a guiding part 201 extending outwards at the upper end of the matching inclined plane 214, and the guiding part 201 is matched with the shell, so that the phenomenon of depositing garbage between the shovel bar and the shell due to gaps when garbage is cleaned can be avoided.
As shown in FIG. 5, the present invention also provides another embodiment.
The bottom of the limit notch 211 is set to be an inward inclined plane 215, and the pressing plate 3 is provided with a structure matched with the inclined plane 215, so that when the pressing plate 3 presses the second fixing part 23, the shovel bar support 21 moves inwards, and the phenomenon that the shovel bar is loosened when being subjected to the outward acting force of water can be avoided.
The present invention also provides a cleaning implement embodiment as shown in figures 1-4. The cleaning appliance comprises a shovel bar structure comprising a shovel bar bracket 21, a shovel bar body 20 fixed with the shovel bar bracket 21, and a detachable fixing component 3 for fixing the shovel bar bracket 21 to the cleaning appliance shell 1.
Specifically, the shovel bar body comprises an elastic material, such as silica gel, and the shovel bar body 20 is coated on the surface of the shovel bar bracket 21. The first fixing portion 23 is further provided with a fitting slope 214 contacting the housing 1. The mating ramp 214 is angled 30-60 degrees from horizontal. When the adjusting platen 3 presses the second fixing portion 23 of the shovel bar bracket 21 upward, the connecting portion 210 is inclined, so that a component force is formed in the first fixing portion 22 to the right and horizontally, the acting force between the mating inclined surface 214 and the housing 1 is increased, and stable mating can be formed when the horizontal acting force is larger than the acting force in the vertical direction. When the detachable fixing component is required to be replaced and installed, the extrusion force between the shovel bar support and the shell is lost, so that the shovel bar support and the shell can be separated, when the detachable fixing component is required to be replaced, the limiting part on the first fixing part is placed in the clamping groove, when the second fixing part is extruded by the detachable fixing component, the first fixing part is extruded to the right side inwards through the connecting part, and the first fixing part is fixed under the action of the inclined matching with the shell, so that the shovel bar is fixed. Because the structure is simple and reliable, and the disassembly is also convenient.
The second fixing portion 23 is further provided with an extension portion 215 as needed, so that the strength of the shovel bar body 20 can be enhanced.
The shovel bar body 20 is connected with the second fixing part 23 in a multi-plane manner, so that when the shovel bar body 20 is stressed, the acting force transmission is easier to realize in the horizontal direction, and the shovel bar is more fastened. According to the requirement, a gap 202 is provided between the connection portion 210 and the shovel bar body 20, and due to the existence of the gap 202, when the shovel bar body 20 is deformed under force, the deformation can be absorbed, so that the deformation of the surface of the shovel bar body 20 is avoided to influence the garbage transportation.

The first fixing portion 22 is provided with a deformation groove 217, the deformation groove 217 is V-shaped, the shovel bar body 20 is formed by injection molding of plastic and other materials under normal conditions, and stress release can be performed after the shovel bar body 20 is fixed through the deformation groove 217, so that the phenomenon of easy breakage or damage caused by small deformation space is avoided.
According to the need, the shovel bar body 20 is provided with a guiding part 201 extending outwards at the upper end of the matching inclined plane 214, and the guiding part 201 is matched with the shell, so that the phenomenon of depositing garbage between the shovel bar and the shell due to gaps when garbage is cleaned can be avoided.
As shown in FIG. 5, the present invention also provides another embodiment.
The bottom of the limit notch 211 is set to be an inward inclined plane 217, and the pressing plate 3 is provided with a structure matched with the inclined plane 216, so that when the pressing plate 3 presses the second fixing part 23, the shovel bar support 21 moves inwards, and the phenomenon that the shovel bar is loosened when being subjected to the outward acting force of water can be avoided.
