Example 1
A first embodiment of the present application provides a wiper blade 100, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, in which the wiper blade 100 is used in a cleaning device, the cleaning device further includes a cleaning cap 200, and the wiper blade 100 is disposed in the cleaning cap 200, and is characterized in that the wiper blade 100 includes:
a connection part 110 for connection with the cleaning cap 200;
a wiper part 120 connected to one side of the connection part 110 and disposed vertically to the ground, at least one side of the bottom of the wiper part 120 being elastically deformable, and one side of the bottom being provided with a wiper edge 121;
when the cleaning device cleans the floor, the bottom side of the wiper 120 contacts the floor and is deformed by the floor being pressed backward, so that the wiper edge 121 always contacts the floor to wipe the floor.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, illustratively, the cleaning apparatus may further include a cleaning roller 300, and the cleaning roller 300 may be horizontally disposed within the cleaning housing 200 and rotatably disposed to contact the floor surface to clean the floor surface. After the cleaning roller 300 cleans the ground, cleaning wastewater is formed on the ground. If the cleaning wastewater is not treated, the floor is liable to slip or dust collection. The wiper blade 100 may be disposed at one side of the cleaning roller 300; in more detail, the wiper blade 100 is disposed at a rear side of the cleaning roller 300 in a moving direction during cleaning, and serves to wipe the cleaning wastewater of the floor so as to gather it, thereby facilitating further cleaning thereof, such as sucking it away by a water sucking mechanism.
The bottom side of the cleaning cap 200 may be provided with an opening so that the cleaning roller 300 and the wiper 120 protrude and contact the floor. The cleaning cap 200 may be fixedly provided to facilitate installation of the cleaning roller 300 and the wiper blade 100. When the cleaning device performs a cleaning operation on the floor, the bottom side of the cleaning cover 200 may be kept at a certain interval from the floor to reduce sliding friction resistance when moving.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the wiper blade 100 may include a connection portion 110 and a wiper portion 120, wherein the connection portion 110 is connected with the cleaning cap 200, and the wiper portion 120 may be disposed at one side of the wiper portion 120 and perpendicular to the ground. When the floor is level, the wiper 120 is vertically disposed; and when the ground has a certain inclination angle, the wiper portion 120 is inclined accordingly. The wiper edge 121 is provided on the bottom side of the wiper 120, which may extend in a direction parallel to the axis of the cleaning roller 300.
In this embodiment, the wiper portion 120 and the connecting portion 110 may be integrally formed, and may be made of a material having elastic deformation properties, such as rubber, silica gel, or plastic, so as to ensure that at least one side of the bottom portion is elastically deformed. The wiper portion 120 may also have a certain wear resistance to secure its service life and durability.
In some embodiments, the wiper portion 120 may be rigidly disposed on both the middle and top sides, for example, the middle and top sides of the wiper blade 100 are made of an aluminum alloy material; whereas only one side of the bottom is elastically provided, for example, the bottom side of the wiper blade 100 is made of rubber and is fixedly connected to the middle thereof.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, it can be understood that when the cleaning device cleans the floor, the cleaning device moves on the floor, and at this time, one side of the bottom of the wiper portion 120 contacts the floor, and the floor can press the wiper portion 120 by sliding friction resistance with the wiper portion 120, so that one side of the bottom thereof is deformed backward in the moving direction; at the same time, the bottom side of the wiper 120 can always be pressed down against the ground by its spring force, so that the wiper edge 121 of the bottom side of the wiper 120 can always be in contact with the ground.
To sum up, this application is through setting up the bottom one side elasticity of the portion of scraping 120 to through setting up the wiper edge 121 in the bottom one side of the portion of scraping 120, can make ground with the bottom one side backward extrusion phase transition of the portion of scraping 120, and make one side of the portion of scraping 120 push down on ground all the time under the effect of elasticity, and then can order about the wiper edge 121 contact with ground all the time, in order to improve the wiper ability of wiper 100, and effectively avoid washing waste water to remain on the ground.
Specifically, at least one right-angle portion 122 is disposed on one side of the bottom of the wiper portion 120, and the wiper edge 121 is a right-angle edge of the right-angle portion 122.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, it is exemplarily illustrated that the right-angle portion 122 is provided at least at a side of the wiper portion 120 near the cleaning roller 300 in the thickness direction thereof, and the right-angle portion 122 may be constituted by a side wall of the wiper portion 120 near the cleaning roller 300 in the thickness direction thereof and a side wall of the wiper portion 120 at the bottom side thereof; the wiper edge 121 is the edge at the junction of the two sidewalls. When the wiper blade 100 wipes the ground, the bottom side of the wiper portion 120 is pressed to be deformed backward to tilt the right angle portion 122, so that the wiper edge 121 is always in contact with the ground.
It should be noted that, the side of the wiping part 120 away from the cleaning roller 300 in the thickness direction thereof may also be provided as a right-angle part 122, and an edge is provided on the right-angle part 122, which is not normally used for wiping away from the ground. Thus, in some embodiments, the side of the wiper 120 remote from the wash bowl 300 in the thickness direction thereof may also be disposed at an acute or obtuse angle.
It can be appreciated that, in this embodiment, by disposing the wiper edge 121 on the right-angle portion 122, the bottom side of the wiper 120 is more uniformly stressed when being pressed on the basis of being relatively easy to deform, so that the wiper edge 121 is more easy to keep straight when the bottom side of the wiper 120 is deformed, thereby ensuring the wiper capability of the wiper 100,
more specifically, the wiper portion 120 is provided as a plate-like mechanism, and is equally thick everywhere in the vertical direction.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, it is exemplarily illustrated that the wiper portion 120 may be provided as a rectangular plate and have an equal thickness throughout in the vertical direction. When the wiper portion 120 is not subjected to sliding frictional resistance of the ground, the wiper portion 120 remains vertical. Since the bottom side of the wiper portion 120 is a flat surface, the wiper portion 120 is in surface-to-surface contact with the ground. When the wiper portion 120 receives a sliding frictional resistance of the ground, the sliding frictional resistance is transferred upward along the bottom side of the wiper portion 120, and during the transfer, the bottom side of the wiper portion 120 is more easily deformed with respect to the top side of the middle thereof.
It can be appreciated that by arranging the wiper portion 120 in a plate-like structure having a uniform thickness along the vertical direction, the middle and top sides of the wiper portion 120 can form a more effective support for the bottom side thereof on the premise of reducing the material consumption of the wiper portion 120, so that the bottom side of the wiper portion 120 is relatively easy to deform.
Specifically, the connection part 110 and the wiper part 120 are perpendicular to each other, and the connection part 110 and the cleaning cap 200 are in surface-to-surface contact.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, it is exemplarily illustrated that the connection portion 110 may be provided in a rectangular plate-like structure. Since the wiper portion 120 is disposed vertically to the floor, the connection portion 110 should be disposed in parallel, i.e., the connection portion 110 is horizontally connected to the cleaning cover 200; while at the same time the connection 110 is also in face-to-face contact with the cleaning cap 200.
It can be appreciated that, in this embodiment, the connecting portion 110 disposed parallel to the ground contacts the cleaning cover 200 in a surface-to-surface manner, so that the stability of the connecting portion 110 when connected to the cleaning cover 200 can be improved, so as to ensure the overall structural stability of the wiper blade 100, and further facilitate the ground to deform the bottom side of the wiper portion 120 backwards.
The implementation principle of the wiper blade 100 according to the first embodiment of the present application is as follows:
when the cleaning device cleans the floor, the cleaning device moves on the floor, at this time, one side of the bottom of the wiper 120 contacts the floor, and the floor can squeeze the wiper 120 through sliding friction resistance between the wiper 120, so that one side of the bottom of the wiper is deformed backwards along the moving direction; at the same time, the bottom side of the wiper 120 can always be pressed down against the ground by its spring force, so that the wiper edge 121 of the bottom side of the wiper 120 can always be in contact with the ground.
This application is through setting up the bottom one side elasticity of the portion of scraping 120 to through setting up the wiper edge 121 in the bottom one side of the portion of scraping 120, can make ground with the bottom one side backward extrusion phase transition of the portion of scraping 120, and make one side of the portion of scraping 120 push down subaerial all the time under the effect of elasticity, and then can order about the wiper edge 121 contact with ground all the time, in order to improve wiper 100's the ability of scraping, and effectively avoid washing waste water to remain on the ground.
