Specifically, the scraper receiving portion 723 is disposed at one end of the fixing plate 72 in the width direction, and the lifting portion 724 is disposed at the other end of the fixing plate in the width direction and extends outwards, so that the lifting portion 724 is convenient for a user to place or take the fixing plate 72 when the fixing plate 72 is connected to the housing assembly 10 of the floor washing machine. The length of the pulling portion 724 may be set as needed, and may be, for example, the same as the length of the fixing plate 72; the length of the fixing plate 72 may be smaller than that of the pulling portion 724, and the pulling portion 724 may be integrally formed at one end middle portion of the fixing plate 72 in the width direction.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, the present embodiment further provides a floor scrubber including the roller assembly 70 and the housing assembly 10. The housing assembly 10 includes an upper housing 11 and a lower housing 12, the upper housing 11 and the lower housing 12 being detachably coupled, and a fixing plate 72 being coupled to an outer surface of the lower housing 12.
Further, referring to fig. 5 and 7, at least one lower housing connecting hole 121 is formed in the lower housing 12, at least one fixing plate connecting hole 725 is formed in the fixing plate 72 in a penetrating manner, and screws sequentially penetrate through the fixing plate connecting hole 725 and the lower housing connecting hole 121, so that the fixing of the fixing plate 72 is achieved. It should be understood that, in the present embodiment, the lower housing connecting hole 121 formed in the lower housing 12 is a countersunk hole, so that water during cleaning can be prevented from entering the housing assembly 10 through the lower housing connecting hole 121.
The number of the fixing plate coupling holes 725 may be set as needed, for example, 1, 2, 3, 4 or more, and the number of the lower case coupling holes 121 is adapted to the number of the fixing plate coupling holes 725. In the present embodiment, the number of the fixing plate connection holes 725 is 4, which are provided along the length direction of the fixing plate 72; correspondingly, the number of the lower case coupling holes 121 is also 4, which corresponds to the positions of the fixing plate coupling holes 725.
Further, referring to fig. 7, in order to better fix the fixing plate 72, the lower case 12 is provided with a relief groove 112 at a position corresponding to the scraper receiving part 723 of the fixing plate 72, and the scraper receiving part 723 is provided in the relief groove 112 when the fixing plate 72 is coupled to the lower case 12. The size of the escape groove 112 may be set as required, and may be, for example, equal to or longer than the length of the blade housing 723.
Further, referring to fig. 7, a lifting portion accommodating groove 113 is provided on the lower housing 12 at a position corresponding to the lifting portion 724 of the fixing plate, and when the fixing plate 72 is connected to the lower housing 12, the lifting portion 724 is disposed in the lifting portion accommodating groove 113. The accommodating groove 113 of the lifting part can not only accommodate the lifting part 724, but also facilitate the user to take the lifting part 724.
By adopting the roller assembly 70, the roller assembly 70 effectively reduces the contact area between the roller 710 and the ground by arranging the annular groove 713 on the surface of the roller 710 along the circumferential direction of the roller assembly 70, so that the foreign matters such as hair and animal hair on the ground can not be wound on the surface of the roller 710 or the roller shaft 712, the problems that the roller 710 is difficult to clean and is easy to fail due to hair winding are avoided, the service life of the floor washing machine is prolonged, the cleaning effect of the floor washing machine is improved, and the user experience is further improved.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 6, the floor scrubber further includes a roller brush assembly 30, one end of the lower housing 12 extends outwards to form a roller brush connecting portion 114, the roller brush assembly 30 is disposed on a side of the lower housing 12 where the roller brush connecting portion 114 is disposed, and one end of the roller brush assembly 30 is accommodated in the roller brush connecting portion 114. Correspondingly, an upper connecting part 111 is arranged on the upper shell 11 at a position corresponding to the rolling brush connecting part 114, and the upper connecting part 111 is buckled and connected with the rolling brush connecting part 114, so that one end of the rolling brush assembly 30 is sealed and fixed.
The scraper unit 73 of the roller assembly 70 is disposed between the roller brush assembly 30 and the roller unit 71 of the roller assembly 70, and the scraper 731 of the scraper unit 73 scrapes the foreign matters on the ground during the cleaning process, and the foreign matters can be cleaned by the roller brush assembly 30 during the movement of the floor cleaning machine, so as to be prevented from being adsorbed by the roller 710 and being wound on the roller 710.
Further, referring to fig. 6, in order to protect the rolling brush assembly 30, the housing assembly 10 further includes a rolling brush cover 13, and the rolling brush cover 13 is disposed on an upper portion of the rolling brush assembly 30 and detachably connected to the upper housing 11. In this embodiment, the rolling brush cover 13 is provided with a sliding buckle 131, and the sliding buckle 131 is detachably connected with the upper housing 11, so that the rolling brush cover is simple in structure and convenient to operate.
It should be understood that the floor washer also includes other components, which are not fully listed here. Referring to fig. 6, for example, the floor cleaning machine further includes a large roller assembly 40, the large roller assembly 40 includes two large rollers 41, and the two large rollers 41 are respectively disposed on two sides of one end of the lower housing 12 away from the rolling brush assembly 30, so as to play a role in pushing the floor cleaning machine during cleaning. It will be appreciated that the size of large roller 41 is greater than the size of roller 710 in roller assembly 70. In order to better connect the large roller 41, the lower housing 12 is extended backward to form a large roller connection portion, and the large roller 41 is connected with the large roller connection portion of the lower housing 12. In order to facilitate the taking out of the rolling brush assembly 30, the floor washing machine further comprises an ejecting mechanism 50, a connecting groove is formed in the other end portion of the rolling brush assembly 30, and the ejecting mechanism 50 is connected with the connecting groove in a matched mode. To drive the roller brush assembly 30 in rotation during cleaning, the floor scrubber further includes a roller brush drive mechanism 60, the roller brush drive mechanism 60 being coupled to the roller brush assembly 30.
The floor scrubber provided in this embodiment has at least the advantage of the water leakage groove 80 provided on the bottom surface of the lower housing of the floor scrubber. The water tank installed on the floor washer handrail is shortest in the position distance between the large roller 41 and the roller unit 71 of the water leakage groove 80, so that the water tank and the water conveying pipeline of the floor washer and water stains generated in the working process of the floor washer can be quickly discharged, the damage of the water stains to electronic components in the floor washer is avoided, and the safety of the floor washer is greatly improved. Further, be provided with link plate assembly on this scrubber, link plate assembly can be with the water stain on the scrubber round brush and reject, and the water stain on the effectual round brush of avoiding enters into the scrubber inside. Further, since the scraper unit 73 is provided on the housing assembly of the floor scrubber. The scraping plate 731 in the scraping plate unit 73 can scrape residual sewage and other dirt on the ground, enhancing the cleaning effect of the floor scrubber.

Claims (7)

1. A hanger plate assembly, the hanger plate assembly comprising:
a mounting base;
the first hanging plate is fixedly arranged on the upper part of the mounting seat, the second hanging plate is fixedly arranged on the lower part of the mounting seat, and the first hanging plate and the second hanging plate are positioned on any side of the mounting seat;
the hanging plate assembly is arranged on the floor washing machine, and the at least one hanging plate is contacted with the rolling brush on the rolling brush assembly of the floor washing machine at the same time so as to remove water stains and dirt on the rolling brush;
the mounting seat is provided with a water spray opening, and the water spray opening is arranged on one side of the mounting seat and is positioned between the first hanging plate and the second hanging plate;
the installation seat is provided with at least one water leakage opening, the water leakage opening is arranged on the installation seat in a penetrating mode, and the water leakage opening is used for sprinkling water stains remained on the rolling brush onto the ground.
2. A floor washer, comprising the hanger plate assembly of claim 1;
the floor scrubber further comprises a shell assembly, wherein the shell assembly comprises an upper shell and a lower shell, and the upper shell and the lower shell are detachably connected;
the bottom surface of the lower shell is provided with a water leakage groove, and the water leakage groove is positioned on the bottom surface of the lower shell.
3. The floor washer of claim 2, further comprising:
the scraper unit comprises a scraper and a scraper connecting part, the scraper is connected with the scraper connecting part, and the scraper is positioned at the front end of the water leakage groove;
the fixed plate is used for being connected with a shell component of the floor washing machine, the fixed plate is provided with a scraper blade accommodating part along the length direction of the fixed plate, and the scraper blade connecting part is arranged in the scraper blade accommodating part.

The floor scrubber according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the lower housing is provided with at least one lower housing connecting hole, the fixing plate is provided with at least one fixing plate connecting hole in a penetrating manner, and screws sequentially penetrate through the fixing plate connecting hole and the lower housing connecting hole to fix the fixing plate;
and/or, a avoiding groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the scraper blade accommodating part of the fixed plate, of the lower shell, and the scraper blade accommodating part is arranged in the avoiding groove;
and/or a lifting part accommodating groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the lifting part of the fixed plate, of the lower shell, and the lifting part is arranged in the lifting part accommodating groove.
5. A floor scrubber according to claim 2 or 3, further comprising a roller brush assembly, wherein one end of the lower housing extends outwards to form a roller brush connecting portion, the roller brush assembly is disposed on a side of the lower housing where the roller brush connecting portion is disposed, and one end of the roller brush assembly is accommodated in the roller brush connecting portion, and the roller brush assembly is disposed at a front end of the scraper.
6. The floor scrubber of claim 5, further comprising a roller assembly comprising a roller unit comprising at least one roller, the roller comprising a roller body and roller shafts disposed on opposite sides of the roller body, the roller body having at least one annular groove formed along a circumference thereof.
7. The floor scrubber of claim 2, further comprising a large roller assembly comprising two large rollers disposed on opposite sides of the end of the lower housing away from the roller brush assembly, the water leakage trough being on the lower housing between the two large rollers.
