Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure more clear, the technical solutions of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present disclosure and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the present specification without any creative effort belong to the protection scope of the present specification.
With the development of internet technology, the online taxi appointment becomes a common travel mode gradually. The taxi reservation system comprises a taxi reservation system, a taxi reservation system and a mobile terminal, wherein the taxi reservation system comprises a network reservation system and a taxi reservation system, a passenger can make a taxi through Application software (APP) on the mobile terminal, namely after the travel requirement of the passenger is input on the APP, the APP generates the travel requirement into a travel order and releases the travel order, and a driver selects the travel order through the APP on the mobile terminal and sends the passenger to the taxi reservation system according to information in the travel order.
In order to ensure the safety of drivers and passengers during the journey, in the prior art, platforms providing network car booking services usually adopt a method of machine intervention during the journey. Specifically, the machine intervention in the journey is mainly to record sound and/or video in the journey process through a mobile terminal where a vehicle booking APP of a driver or a passenger is located, and report the sound and/or video to a vehicle booking platform (server) in real time. The network appointment platform converts the received recording in the journey into characters through a technical means of converting the voice into the characters, identifies whether the converted characters contain common dangerous scene words (sensitive words) or not, if the sensitive words exist, the safety risk of the current driver and passenger is indicated, so that measures are taken in time, and otherwise, the safety problem of the current driver and passenger is indicated. The above-mentioned safety of the driver and the passenger is mainly to prevent the driver or the passenger from putting the other party in danger. The common words of the dangerous scene are preset by the online appointment platform, namely the system is default, and are not set by the user.
However, because the semantics of the same vocabulary are different in different occasions, the accuracy of judging whether the current driver and passenger has the safety risk by identifying the sensitive vocabulary is generally low. For example, when a passenger gets on the vehicle and does not close the door, the passenger may speak to the driver: "move before, i close the door again. "for dangerous scenes, a lawbreaker will usually say" move "two words to the other party. The two scenes can identify the 'still' word, but the former is not a dangerous scene. In addition, emerging words are infinite nowadays, semantic change is frequent, and therefore the difficulty in recognizing sensitive words is improved, and the accuracy rate of judging whether safety risks exist in current drivers and conductors is reduced again.
In addition, the online appointment APP also provides a button similar to 'one-key help', and when the user is in a dangerous condition, the user can need help by clicking the 'one-key help' button. Specifically, the client responds to the click operation of the button of one-key help seeking by the user, and the network appointment platform can be connected with customer service or directly gives an alarm. However, seeking help in the way of alarming or accessing customer service requires a certain description for users, which is not suitable for many dangerous scenes.
In addition, the prior art provides a help seeking way for users, such as sending travel information to emergency contacts or relatives and friends. However, the above-mentioned help seeking methods all require the user to send a message to the outside by using the electronic device, and it is difficult for the user to perform an effective help seeking information sending operation, and therefore, these help seeking methods are not applicable to the actual service scenario of the present specification.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present description are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a safety warning system in this specification, which specifically includes the following steps:
s100: and the client responds to the execution of the travel order and acquires the ambient environment sound through the sound acquisition equipment as the recording of the travel order.
Firstly, the core thought of the driver and passenger safety early warning system provided by the specification is clarified: the user may pre-record a word or a phrase on the client as a safety precaution condition, i.e., a signal that help is sought when a dangerous scene is encountered. In actual operation, the client can collect the sound in the stroke in real time through the sound collection equipment of the mobile terminal where the client is located, namely record the sound, and upload the sound, when the user encounters danger, words and phrases which are pre-recorded by the user and serve as help seeking signals can be spoken, and the server determines that the recording content meets the safety early warning condition preset by the user, and then executes the safety early warning. It is to be noted that, in the embodiment of the present specification, the safety warning condition is not set on the server side but set by the user (driver and passenger) himself.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present specification, the operations of obtaining the words or words of the user as the safety precaution conditions and obtaining the sound recordings during the journey are authorized by the user, and are performed under the condition of complying with the data protection regulation policy corresponding to the country of the location and obtaining the authorization given by the owner of the corresponding device.
Based on the core idea of the scheme, specifically, after the passenger determines to get on the bus and/or after the driver determines to get on the bus, the passenger or the driver can execute the operation of determining the start of the journey on the client used by the passenger or the driver, and in the actual operation, the operation of determining the start of the journey is usually executed by the driver. And then, the client responds to the starting operation executed by the user on the travel order, and can send an authority acquisition request to the electronic equipment such as the mobile phone where the client is located, wherein the authority acquisition request is used for acquiring the calling authority of the sound acquisition equipment on the electronic equipment. And responding to the permission acquisition request passing message returned to the client by the electronic equipment, wherein the client can call sound acquisition equipment on the electronic equipment to acquire ambient environment sound as the recording of the travel order.
Wherein, the recording of the travel order records the sound in the vehicle from the time when the passenger gets on the vehicle until the passenger reaches the destination, and the sound of the driver and the passenger is mainly recorded.
S102: and uploading the recording of the travel order to the server in real time.
If the sound in the process of the journey is recorded firstly and then is uploaded to the server after the journey is finished, the safety of a driver and passengers cannot be effectively guaranteed. Therefore, when the client collects the sound in the journey in real time through the sound collection equipment, the collected sound can be uploaded in real time.
S104: and the server receives the record of the travel order uploaded by the client, and determines the user identification contained in the travel order according to the travel order.
S106: and inquiring a safety early warning condition preset by the user corresponding to the user identification according to the user identification.
Based on the core idea of the solution described in step S100, in order to ensure the safety of the user, the user includes both the passenger and the driver. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, after the user starts the client, the home page of the client includes a "security pre-warning" button, and the user can perform a click operation on the "security pre-warning" button to record the audio. The user can record a segment of audio information as a safety warning condition, where the content included in the audio information may be a segment of speech or words spoken by the user, or may be other content, and this specification does not limit this. The client can use a user account number of the login client as a user identifier, bind with the received audio information used as the safety early warning condition, and upload the audio information to the server. And the server responds to the received audio information which is uploaded by the client and bound with the user identification, and determines and stores the audio information as a safety early warning condition corresponding to the user identification.
The server responds to the received travel order uploaded by the client and determines user identifications contained in the travel order, and then the server can determine safety early warning conditions corresponding to the user identifications in the stored safety early warning conditions corresponding to the user identifications according to the user identifications.
S108: and judging whether the recording of the travel order meets the safety early warning condition or not, and executing safety early warning according to the obtained judgment result.
Because the travel corresponding to the travel order currently carried out by the user is corresponding to the travel order, the safety early warning condition corresponding to the user identifier determined by the server is equivalent to the safety early warning condition corresponding to the travel order. The server may compare the recording of the travel order with the safety warning condition determined in step S106, and determine whether the recording of the travel order satisfies the safety warning condition corresponding to the travel order.
The following method can be adopted to judge whether the recording of the travel order meets the safety early warning condition corresponding to the travel order: specifically, the server may match the recording of the travel order with audio information as a safety precaution condition. When the sound with the similarity of the audio information serving as the safety early warning is larger than the specified threshold exists in the recording of the travel order, the sound indicates that the user speaks the content serving as the safety early warning condition in the current travel process, the safety early warning is triggered, the server can determine that the recording of the travel order meets the safety early warning condition, the current user is considered to be in danger, the safety early warning measure is taken, and otherwise, the current user is determined to have no safety risk.
Furthermore, in order to avoid the occurrence of misjudgment, the user can preset the frequency of the audio information serving as the safety early warning as the specified frequency for triggering the safety early warning. When the server determines a recording segment matched with the audio information used as the safety early warning from the recording of the travel order, and the frequency of the recording segment matched with the audio information appearing in the recording of the travel order is not less than the preset specified frequency, the safety early warning is determined to be triggered, namely the recording of the travel order meets the early warning condition. The preset designated times for triggering the safety pre-warning can be more than or equal to one time.
In addition to the above method, in this embodiment of the present disclosure, other methods may be used for determining, specifically, in advance, when the server receives audio information recorded by the user and serving as a safety warning condition, uploaded by the client, the server may convert the audio information into a text serving as a safety warning word. In this case, in order to avoid that the safety precaution words preset by the user are common words in daily communication, the user may preset the specified times of occurrence of the safety precaution words. In the process of the travel, the server can convert the received recording of the travel order into characters in real time, judge whether the characters obtained by converting the recording of the travel order contain safety early warning words or not, and the occurrence frequency of the safety early warning words reaches the preset specified frequency of a user, if so, identify that the user is currently in a dangerous environment, and the server can determine that the recording of the travel order meets safety early warning conditions and take safety early warning measures.
The safety early warning measure can be taken by marking the travel order as a high-risk order by the server and distributing the high-risk order to the staff (safety specialist). After the safety specialist takes over the high-risk order, the safety specialist can help the user to perform operations such as alarming.
It should be noted that the safety precaution system provided by the present specification is effective for the safety of both the passenger and the driver, and therefore, the above-mentioned users refer to the passenger and/or the driver. Both the client used by the passenger and the client used by the driver can perform the steps performed by the clients in the system described above.
Based on the safety early warning system shown in fig. 1, in the system, a user can set a safety early warning condition in a client by himself, rather than taking a word which is common in a dangerous scene set by the system as the safety early warning condition. Therefore, according to the safety early warning conditions set by the user, the safety of the driver and the passenger in the order journey is ensured, and the problem of misjudgment of the recording in the journey process can be avoided.
Notably, there are a number of scenarios for client execution in response to a travel order: firstly, the client can enable a driver corresponding to the travel order to reach an initial place corresponding to the travel order to be used as execution of the travel order; and secondly, when the driver corresponding to the travel order determines that the passenger corresponding to the travel order gets on the bus, starting operation is carried out on the travel order, and the client receives the starting operation carried out on the travel order by the user (the driver and/or the passenger) as the execution of the travel order. In addition, other operations than the above may be performed as a travel order, and the present specification does not limit this.
In addition, in actual operation, because the passenger and the driver play different roles in a business scenario of online car appointment, the passenger and the driver use different clients respectively, in this specification, the client used by the passenger is referred to as a first client, and the client used by the driver is referred to as a second client.
Specifically, the full net appointment journey is as follows: when a passenger has a taxi taking demand, the first client can be started, the first client can display a release journey interface for the passenger, the passenger can input the self journey demand in the release journey interface, then the release journey operation is executed by clicking a taxi taking button in a page, the first client responds to the release journey operation executed by the passenger, generates a journey order according to the journey demand input by the passenger, and uploads the journey order to the server. Wherein the travel order at least comprises: the user identifier, the starting location, the destination, and may further include information such as a departure time, which is not limited in this specification.
The server responds to the received travel orders sent by the first client and sends the travel orders to the second clients, the second clients can display the travel orders issued by the passengers to the driver in an order receiving page in response to the received travel orders sent by the server, the driver can select target travel orders in the travel orders, and the second clients respond to selection operations performed on the target travel orders by the driver and send the selected target travel orders to the server. The server receives a target travel order sent by the second client, distributes the target travel order to the second client, sends a selection success message to the second client, and deletes the target travel order from a display page for displaying all travel orders which are issued by passengers and are not distributed to drivers, so that the same travel order is prevented from being distributed to a plurality of drivers.
The second client displays the starting location of the target trip order to the driver in response to the server sending a selection success message to enable the driver to drive to the starting location to pick up the passenger. After the driver receives the passenger, the driver may perform a start operation on the target trip order through the second client. And the second client executes the steps executed by the client in the driving safety early warning system after responding to the starting operation executed by the driver on the target travel order.
It should be noted that the first client may also perform the steps performed by the client in the riding safety precaution system provided in this specification. However, in actual practice, the passenger usually exits the client after getting on the vehicle, so that the first client cannot perform the steps of sound collection and uploading the travel record in real time, and therefore, the steps are usually performed by the client (the second client) used by the driver.
Furthermore, in order to effectively take safety early warning measures, in the process of the journey, the client can determine the position of the current driver and passenger in real time through a positioning module of the electronic equipment where the client is located, and upload the position of the current driver and passenger to the server in real time.
In addition, after the driver order taking is determined, the contents contained in the travel order can be updated, and information such as the contact information of the driver taking the order, the license plate number of the driven automobile and the like is added into the travel order.
Specifically, the client can show an audio recording page to the user when responding to the account registration operation executed by the user, so as to obtain the audio information recorded by the user through the audio recording page. And responding to the acquired audio information recorded by the user, and binding the audio information recorded by the user with an account registered by the user so as to enable the audio information to be used as a safety early warning condition of the user. It should be noted that the audio information recorded by the user at this time can be used as a safety precaution condition corresponding to each of the next travel orders issued by the user.
In addition, in a time period between the time when the issued travel order is picked up and the driver of the picked-up travel order does not reach the starting place corresponding to the travel order, namely before the travel order is executed, the client can display the recorded audio page to the user, so that the audio information of the user can be obtained through the recorded audio page and uploaded to the server. And the server receives the audio information uploaded by the user and takes the audio information uploaded by the user as a safety early warning condition of the user corresponding to the travel order.
Further, when receiving the audio information uploaded by each user, the server may determine and store the voiceprint information of the user according to the audio information uploaded by the user. When the server determines that the recording of the travel order meets the safety early warning condition, the user triggering the safety early warning can be determined according to the recording fragment matched with the audio information used as the safety early warning and the voiceprint information of each user, and a preset wind control strategy is executed according to the user type of the user triggering the safety early warning. Specifically, when the user type of the user triggering the safety precaution is a passenger, it indicates that the driver performs a dangerous behavior on the passenger, and the server may make a corresponding penalty on the driver account corresponding to the travel order, for example, limit the driver to take the order, even seal the account of the driver, and accordingly may make some compensation on the passenger corresponding to the travel order. When the user type of the user triggering the safety early warning is a driver, the passenger is indicated to perform dangerous behaviors on the driver, and the server can perform corresponding punishment on the passenger corresponding to the travel order, for example, limit the number of times of taxi taking of the passenger, even perform number sealing processing on the account of the passenger, and simultaneously perform corresponding compensation on the driver.
Furthermore, in order to avoid the situation of misjudgment of the safety early warning condition, an audio information sequence can be set, and when the server determines that the occurrence frequency of the recording segment matched with the audio information is not less than the specified frequency and continuously occurs from the travel recording, the recording of the travel order can be determined to meet the safety early warning condition.

The present specification also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which stores a computer program, and the computer program can be used to execute the method corresponding to the safety precaution system provided in fig. 1.
This specification also provides a schematic block diagram of the electronic device shown in fig. 5. As shown in fig. 5, at the hardware level, the electronic device includes a processor, an internal bus, a network interface, a memory, and a non-volatile memory, but may also include hardware required for other services. The processor reads a corresponding computer program from the nonvolatile memory to the memory and then runs the computer program to implement the method corresponding to the security early warning system described in fig. 1. Of course, besides the software implementation, the present specification does not exclude other implementations, such as logic devices or a combination of software and hardware, and the like, that is, the execution subject of the following processing flow is not limited to each logic unit, and may be hardware or logic devices.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain a corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Hardware Description Language), traffic, pl (core universal Programming Language), HDCal (jhdware Description Language), lang, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardward Description Language (vhr Description Language), vhal (Hardware Description Language), and vhigh-Language, which are currently used in most common. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smartphone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
