Therefore, the user can quickly obtain the driving service after drinking or in a fatigue state, the operation is simple and convenient, and the safety of driving the vehicle is improved. The vehicle-mounted quick service server 13 may be a cloud server, etc., and the terminal device 12 may be a car machine, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, etc.
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a vehicle driving method, which may be applied to a terminal device as shown in fig. 1, and the method includes the following steps:
step S101: detecting whether the current state of a user is a preset target state or not, wherein the target state is a state that the user cannot normally drive a vehicle;
the terminal equipment can be set to automatically start the pilot express application or manually start the pilot express application by the user after sensing that the user enters the vehicle driving position, wherein the terminal equipment can obtain information of the user entering the vehicle driving position by receiving an instruction from the driving position gravity sensor. Then, the terminal device sets a user sitting in the driving position as a target, and invokes, for example, the alcohol detector and/or the camera to analyze whether the target state is a preset target state, wherein the preset target state is a state that the user cannot normally drive the vehicle, and specifically, the preset target state may be a post-drinking state and/or a fatigue state. The alcohol detector can judge that a user sitting in a driving position is in a drunk state and/or a fatigue state when detecting that the concentration of alcohol around a target exceeds a preset alcohol concentration value and/or when analyzing real-time images or videos of the user shot by the camera and analyzing that the blink frequency of the user is lower than the preset blink frequency value. Of course, in other embodiments, the user may also customize the state of other non-drivable vehicles to be the preset target state, so that the vehicle driving method provided in this embodiment is used by the driving-by-driving application.
Step S102: when the current state of the user is determined to be a preset target state, outputting a prompt message of whether to request driving or not; the prompt message comprises current destination information and current departure place information;
after determining that the user sitting in the driving position is in the drunk driving state and/or the fatigue state and other preset target states, the method outputs a prompt message for requesting driving, wherein the prompt message can be a prompt message displayed on a display screen of the terminal device and/or a voice broadcasting prompt message. The hint message includes current destination information and current departure point information. In addition, the prompt message may further include a driving route information to be confirmed, where the driving route information may be input by the user, or a default driving route may be set in the terminal device, or a third party application such as a map, navigation, etc. may be called by the terminal device to obtain a reverse route of the latest driving route as the driving route, etc.
The terminal device may acquire the current departure point information, that is, the current position information of the vehicle, and may acquire the position information positioned by a positioning device such as a navigator of the vehicle in which the terminal device is located. If the terminal equipment carries a positioning module such as a global positioning system module, the terminal equipment can acquire the current position information of the vehicle where the terminal equipment is located according to the positioning module. The current position information of the vehicle where the terminal equipment is located is used for representing the current position of the vehicle where the terminal equipment is located, so that a third person can roughly know the position of the vehicle according to the current position information of the vehicle. For example, an intersection of the a path and the B path, or the C path No. 12.
Step S103: after receiving a confirmation instruction for requesting for the pilot driving, sending a pilot driving request for requesting for the pilot driving service to a server; the driving generation request comprises current destination information, current departure place information and vehicle information.
After the user confirms the request for the pilot driving, the terminal equipment receives a confirmation instruction for requesting the pilot driving and sends the pilot driving request to the server. The driving request includes the determined driving route information such as the current destination information and the current departure information, and other vehicles may be stopped around the vehicle, for example, vehicles with the same brand and model, vehicles with the same color, vehicles with different systems with the same brand, and/or the like, so that a driving company cannot accurately know which vehicle is according to the current position information of the vehicle, and therefore, the vehicle information needs to be used for accurately identifying the vehicle. The vehicle information includes at least one of the following information: the vehicle information can also comprise specific marks such as photos of the vehicle or graffiti, decorations and the like on the vehicle body. The vehicle information may be stored in the terminal device in advance, for example, the terminal device receives and stores the vehicle information input by the user in advance. In addition, if the terminal device has bound the identifier of the terminal device with the information of the vehicle and then stores the bound information in a third party server, the terminal device may acquire the vehicle information bound with the identifier of the terminal device from the third party server according to the identifier of the terminal device. The driving request can also comprise driving information such as vehicle insurance, vehicle age and the like, and user information such as vehicle owner identification numbers, driving reasons, passengers and the like, so as to ensure that driving service is smoothly carried out. In other embodiments, after receiving the confirmation instruction of requesting for the driving of the driver, the terminal device may further send driving service information to an emergency contact preset by the user, so as to improve the riding safety of the user.
In an embodiment, the detecting whether the current state of the user is a preset target state includes: sensing the concentration of alcohol in the air of the target area; and when the concentration of the alcohol is equal to or greater than a preset concentration threshold value, determining that the current state of the user is a preset target state.
Here, there are two internationally recognized restrictions on drunk driving, one is "drunk driving", and one is "drunk driving". According to the revised rule in 2003 in China, when the alcohol content in each milliliter of blood of a driver is more than or equal to 0.2mg, the driver is identified as drunk driving by traffic police; when the alcohol content of the driver per milliliter of blood is greater than or equal to 0.8mg, the driver is identified as drunk driving. Both of these belong to illegal driving, that is to say that traffic regulations are not calculated to be violated when driving the vehicle, without having to wait until the driver has drunk to the extent of confusion. When people drink, the alcohol is absorbed, but not digested, and a part of the alcohol volatilizes out and passes through alveoli to be exhaled outside the body again. The ratio of the alcohol concentration in the expired gas to the alcohol concentration in the blood was determined to be 1:2100, that is, the alcohol contained in every 2100ml of expired gas and the alcohol contained in 1ml of blood were equal in quantity. The alcohol detector utilizes the principle that the alcohol concentration and the alcohol concentration in blood can show a certain proportion relation, and the alcohol content in the blood of a tested person is calculated quickly by measuring the expiration of a driver. The conventional alcohol detection is to detect the alcohol concentration of the oral gas of the tested person, and in this embodiment, the alcohol concentration in a certain area around the user is checked, and the state after drinking is judged when the alcohol concentration reaches a preset alcohol concentration threshold, where the preset alcohol concentration threshold may be lower than 0.2mg/mL specified by the traffic law and may be set between 0.05mg/mL and 0.10mg/mL, so that the accuracy of judging the state after drinking of the user is improved.
In an embodiment, the detecting whether the current state of the user is a preset target state includes: acquiring head change information of a user within preset time; and when the head change information of the user meets the preset condition, determining the current state of the user as a preset target state.
The terminal equipment shoots a user in real time through the camera to acquire head change information of the user, judges whether the user is in a fatigue state according to the head change information, and if so, provides a control driving quick application to initiate a driving service request. Specifically, when the user is in a tired or drowsy state, the frequency of head movement is often reduced, frequent yawning or blink frequency is often reduced, so the head change information may be the frequency of head movement in a certain period of time, and/or the frequency and degree of opening and closing of the mouth in a certain period of time, and/or the blink frequency of the user in a certain period of time. And when the head movement frequency is lower than a preset value, and/or the mouth opening and closing frequency and the opening and closing degree are higher than the preset value, and/or the blink frequency is lower than a preset blink frequency value, judging that the user is in a fatigue state, and sending a prompt message about whether driving is needed to the user.
In an embodiment, before outputting the prompt message about whether to request the driving, the method further includes: and determining current destination information according to the historical destination information of the user.
Here, when the current state of the target user satisfies the preset state, a prompt message of whether to request the driver is output to the user, and the prompt message may include confirmation information of the driver route. Before the terminal equipment sends the prompt message of the driving request, the user can input the driving route by himself or herself, or the most probable current destination information of the user can be analyzed by acquiring the navigation application program which is recently used by the user, such as map software or navigation software, and the like, and the current destination information is confirmed by the user, so that the driving route is more convenient and quicker, and the user experience is improved.
In an embodiment, the outputting the prompting message of whether to request the driving, includes: starting a quick application; and outputting a prompt message of whether to request for driving or not through the quick application.
Here, the display interface of the terminal device is provided with a quick application icon, and the user does not need to download an application program alone, but uses the driving application program quickly through the quick application webpage. When the terminal equipment sends a prompt message of whether to request the driving of the driver or not to the user, the prompt message can be shot through the driving application program, and the confirmation information of the user is obtained, so that the operation is simple and clear.
In an embodiment, after sending the driving request for requesting the driving service to the server, the method further includes: and receiving and displaying a driving request response message returned by the server, wherein the driving request response message comprises driving personnel information.
Here, after the driver-by-driver request is issued, the driver-by-driver shop needs to wait for confirmation of the driver-by-driver order. After receiving the designated driving order returned by the server, the terminal equipment can comprise designated driving driver information, designated driving cost, contact phones and the like confirmed by a designated driving merchant so as to facilitate the smooth implementation of the designated driving service.
In an embodiment, further comprising: and prohibiting the vehicle from starting before detecting that the driving service is not started.
Here, after detecting that the state of the driver's seat user meets the preset target state of being unable to drive the vehicle, the terminal device will control the vehicle to prohibit starting, so as to avoid dangerous driving or legal violation situations caused by drunk or tired driving of the vehicle by the user. The control of prohibiting the start of the vehicle may set the detection frequency. If the vehicle is detected once every minute, if the state of the driver is changed or the original user is recovered to be normal, the control of prohibiting the starting of the vehicle can be released after the user state is detected to be not in the preset target state, and the vehicle is intelligent and efficient.
In summary, the vehicle driving method of the embodiment of the invention is applied to terminal equipment and comprises the following steps: detecting whether the current state of a user is a preset target state or not, wherein the target state is a state that the user cannot normally drive a vehicle; when the current state of the user is determined to be a preset target state, outputting a prompt message of whether to request driving or not; the prompt message comprises current destination information and current departure place information; after receiving a confirmation instruction for requesting for the pilot driving, sending a pilot driving request for requesting for the pilot driving service to a server; the driving generation request comprises current destination information, current departure place information and vehicle information. Therefore, when the terminal equipment detects that the user state is the target state that the user cannot normally drive the vehicle, convenient driving service is automatically provided for the user, and the safety and the use experience of the user are improved.
