Taxi or network reservation car have become one of the vehicles that people often choose to go out, and the rapidity and flexibility thereof bring very big facility for the trip of passenger, but, the security of taking a bus of taxi and network reservation car also need to be improved simultaneously, at present when passenger or driver meet dangerous scene, generally through the warning of telephone or trigger the warning through with car Application program (Application), but at the time of crisis, probably too late to report to the police through the warning key on the warning of telephone warning or trigger car APP, or meet dangerous party when reporting to the police through the warning key on the warning of telephone warning or trigger car APP, be easily perceived and receive the hindrance, to this end, this Application provides a convenient alarm method, comes to further improve the security of environment of taking a bus.
The embodiment of the present application provides an alarm method, as shown in fig. 3, the method may be applied to a terminal device, and may also be applied to a server, and when applied to the terminal device, the terminal device may store or obtain target voice content for triggering an alarm from a database. When the method is applied to the server, the server can store or acquire target voice content for triggering alarm from the database, and the server can also acquire voice information of a user acquired by the terminal device, and after matching is successful and alarm voice is acquired, the alarm voice is sent to the terminal device for playing, and the specific description is as follows:
s301, voice information of the user in the vehicle is detected.
Here, the voice information of the user in the vehicle may be detected by the service request side or the service providing side, and in the travel field, the voice information of the user in the vehicle may be detected by the passenger side or the driver side, and here, the voice information may be a mobile device at the passenger side or the driver side, a tablet computer, a laptop computer, or a built-in device in a motor vehicle, or the like, or any combination thereof.
Specifically, the voice information for detecting the in-vehicle user may be a specific Application (APP) provided at a passenger end or a driver end or an APP of an installed travel platform, and the voice information sent by the in-vehicle user, such as a driver or a passenger, may be detected in real time.
For example, the voice message for detecting the user in the car is the APP set on the passenger side, such as a specific application APP on the mobile phone of the passenger or the APP on the trip platform, and when the specific application APP or the APP on the trip platform is opened, the voice message sent by the passenger can be detected in real time.
Or, the voice information for detecting the in-vehicle user may specifically be set at the driver end, such as a specific application APP on the driver's mobile phone or an APP of the travel platform, and when the specific application APP or the APP of the travel platform is opened, the voice information sent by the driver may be detected in real time.
Or, the voice information for detecting the in-vehicle user may specifically be a device in the vehicle, such as a vehicle-mounted terminal, in which an APP of a specific application or an APP of a travel platform is installed, and when the vehicle-mounted terminal starts to operate, the voice information sent by a driver or a passenger in the vehicle may be detected in real time.
S302, when the matching of the voice information and the target voice content is detected, the alarm voice is obtained.
The voice information of the user in the vehicle is detected through step S301, for example, when it is detected that the voice information of the passenger or the driver in the vehicle matches the preset target voice content, some emergency situations of the user in the vehicle can be determined through the set target voice content, and then the alarm voice is obtained.
Specifically, when it is detected that the voice information matches the target voice content, acquiring an alarm voice, including:
acquiring prestored alarm voice; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
generating an alarm voice according to the current order information of the user; the voice content of the alarm voice contains the service provider information and/or the user information in the current order information.
The target voice content can be some security-related sensitive words set in advance, such as "life saving", "alarm" or "police life saving" and the like.
And if the voice information sent by the user in the vehicle is detected to be matched with the preset target voice contents, namely the voice information sent by the user in the vehicle is detected to comprise the sensitive words, the alarm voice is obtained.
The alarm voice may be a pre-stored alarm voice, and the decibel of the alarm voice may also be preset, for example, the pre-stored alarm voice is "please stop criminal behavior, the police immediately catches up with the police", or other preset alarm voices, which is not limited herein.
Or the alarm voice is generated according to the current order information of the user, that is, the alarm voice related to the user is generated, and the alarm voice may include the information of the service provider in the current order information, such as a license plate number of a driver end, or a telephone number of a driver, or related information of a passenger end, or include both the information of the driver end and the information of the passenger end.
Specifically, the alarm voice may include information of a driver or passenger name, a contact address, an identification number, and the like. Therefore, the information of the party who implements the crime is broadcasted, so that the effect of frightening criminals is achieved, and the safety of the riding environment is ensured.
For example, when it is detected that the voice message sent by the passenger in the vehicle includes the sensitive word "police rescue", and according to the current order information of the user, the license plate number of the vehicle taken by the passenger can be determined to be "XX 10011", and the name "zhang san" of the corresponding driver, the telephone "135 XXXX 1010" and other information can be determined, the generated alarm voice may be "zhang san with telephone 135XXXX1010, and your vehicle XX10011 is monitored, and please stop the criminal behavior immediately.
S303, playing the alarm voice at the terminal equipment.
The terminal device comprises a mobile terminal and/or a vehicle-mounted terminal (vehicle dispatching monitoring terminal), namely when the matching of the voice information and the target voice content is detected, the acquired alarm voice is played through a pronunciation component of the terminal device.
The alarm voice can be played through the mobile terminal of the user, and can also be played according to the preset decibel through the pronunciation component in the vehicle-mounted terminal.
Specifically, the alarm voice can be played through the mobile terminal of the passenger, the alarm voice can also be played through the mobile terminal of the driver, the alarm voice can also be played through the vehicle-mounted terminal, or the alarm voice can be played through the mobile terminal of the passenger, the mobile terminal of the driver and the vehicle-mounted terminal at the same time.
Considering that the passenger's mobile terminal and the driver's mobile terminal may be in a low volume if in an in-vehicle environment, it is preferable to play the warning voice through the warning part of the in-vehicle terminal.
In order to ensure the safety of the riding environment, each component of the vehicle-mounted terminal is required to be in a normal working state in real time, for example, before a travel order is distributed to an driver end, whether each component of the vehicle-mounted terminal corresponding to the driver end is in normal working is detected in real time, and the method mainly has the functions of detecting whether the vehicle-mounted terminal can collect voice information of a user in a vehicle, whether an alarm component of the vehicle-mounted terminal can work normally, and whether the vehicle-mounted terminal is in communication connection with a vehicle platform server, and if not, the travel order is not distributed to the driver end.
Further, after the driver side is assigned with the travel order, each component of the vehicle-mounted terminal can be detected to be in a normal working state in real time, and if it is detected that the main component in the vehicle-mounted terminal cannot work normally, for example, the function of collecting voice information of a user in the vehicle cannot be acquired, the alarm component of the vehicle-mounted terminal cannot work normally, or the vehicle-mounted terminal cannot be in communication connection with the vehicle platform server, the alarm voice can be triggered to start to be played.
In order to ensure that the alarm voice can attract attention in a wider range, the method for playing the alarm voice at the terminal equipment comprises the following steps:
and playing the alarm voice according to the maximum volume set by the terminal equipment.
When the terminal equipment plays the voice, the volume of the terminal equipment can be adjusted, and in order to improve the deterrence to dangerous molecules which are performing criminal behaviors, the terminal equipment is controlled to play the alarm voice according to the set maximum volume.
Except that the alarm voice is played according to the maximum volume set by the terminal equipment, in order to further enhance the effect of frightening dangerous molecules, specifically, the alarm voice is played at the terminal equipment, which comprises:
and playing the alarm voice periodically until the ending voice of the user is obtained.
That is, when the alarm voice is played, the alarm voice may be played at set time intervals, for example, at 30 seconds, until the end voice of the user is obtained, where the user who utters the end voice should be the same as the user who utters the target voice, that is, if the voice information that causes the alarm voice is uttered by the user a, the obtained end voice should also be the end voice uttered by the user a.
The target voice content for alarming and the ending voice for ending playing of the alarming voice can be set in advance by a user and then input in advance by the user, for example, for a service request end, the voice which can be input in advance by a service request party through the service request end, for a service provider end, and the voice which can be input in advance by the service provider end.
Specifically, in the travel field, for example, for the passenger side, the voice that can be entered in advance by the passenger through the passenger's mobile terminal, and for the driver side, the voice that can be entered in advance by the driver through the driver's mobile terminal.
Therefore, the service request end or the service providing end obtains the target voice content for alarming preset by the user and the ending voice for ending the playing of the alarming voice, and stores the target voice content and the ending voice.
Specifically, the voice input here can specifically input a specific Application (APP) at a passenger end or a driver end or an APP of an installed travel platform, and then the specific Application (APP) at the passenger end or the driver end or the APP of the installed travel platform is sent to the vehicle platform server, and then the vehicle platform server can distribute a travel order to the driver end, according to passenger end information and driver end information in the travel order, target voice content and ending voice corresponding to the passenger end are sent to the vehicle-mounted terminal corresponding to the driver end, and the vehicle-mounted terminal can recognize voice information of a user in the vehicle according to the target voice content and the ending voice.
In one embodiment, when it is detected that the voice information matches the target voice content, the alarm method further includes:
and generating alarm information and sending the alarm information to at least one target receiving object.
The alarm information includes current trip order information and current geographical position information of the user.
The trip order information may include information of a service request end, information of a service provider end, departure place information, and destination information, and the current geographic position information may be located in the above-mentioned locating manner, for example, based on a global positioning system, a global navigation satellite system, a compass navigation system, and other locating technologies, which are not described herein again.
In addition, the alarm information can also comprise recorded voice information of the user, so that the target receiving object can further determine the dangerous condition of the user in the vehicle according to the voice information of the user, thereby being convenient for taking intervention measures corresponding to the dangerous condition of the user in the vehicle in time and maximally reducing possible further injury of the user.
For example, when it is detected that the voice information of the user in the vehicle matches the target voice content, recording the voice information of the user is started, and the recorded voice information of the user is sent to the at least one target receiving object.
The travel order information may provide a basis for the target receiving object to determine the travel of the user and the user information, for example, the target receiving object may determine a track that the user should normally travel according to the departure location information and the destination information in the travel order information, and then further determine whether the user is dangerous by comparing the current geographic location information with the track that the user should normally travel.
When the current geographical position information of the user included in the alarm information is determined that the user meets an emergency, the target receiving object can determine the position area where the user is located, and therefore the dangerous user can be rescued in time conveniently.
Specifically, here the at least one target receiving object includes at least one of:
a platform server; an alarm center; other terminal equipment within a set range of distance from the terminal equipment; and the terminal equipment of the emergency contact set by the user.
The platform server can be a vehicle platform server, after the vehicle platform server receives the alarm information, the current situation of a user in a vehicle can be determined through voice information included in the alarm information, the current situation of the user is further judged through travel order information and current geographical position information of the user, and therefore the vehicle platform server can conveniently take intervention measures corresponding to the current situation of the user, for example, the situation that the user is very critical is determined, the alarm is triggered quickly, and workers are sent to rescue.
The alarm center can be a public security department within a set range away from the current geographic position of the user, and specifically, the public security department closest to the current geographic position of the user can be selected, so that rescue can be taken in time.
And other terminal devices within a set range away from the terminal device, such as other terminal devices of the vehicle-using system for logging in at the same time, for example, the alarm information can be sent to other terminal devices within 5 kilometers away from the terminal device to request other terminal devices for rescue.
Of course, the alarm information may also be sent to a terminal device of an emergency contact set by the user, for example, to a preset mobile phone of a friend or a family, so as to ask for help.
In order to further improve the safety of the riding environment, a camera device may be disposed in a general vehicle, where the camera device may be in a standby state under general conditions, that is, not in a real-time working state, but in some specific conditions, for example, when it is detected that voice information of a user in the vehicle matches a target voice content, the camera device may be triggered to start working, and the camera device starts to collect vehicle-capable environment information after the camera device starts working, that is, in an embodiment, when it is detected that the voice information matches the target voice content, the alarm method further includes:
and starting the camera device to acquire the environment information in the vehicle and sending the environment information in the vehicle to at least one target receiving object.
Specifically, when it is detected that the voice information of the user matches the target voice content, for example, when it is detected that the voice information of the user includes the mentioned sensitive word, a camera device preset in the vehicle may be started to collect the environment information in the vehicle, and the environment information in the vehicle may be sent to the mentioned target receiving object, so that the target receiving object may more quickly determine the current dangerous situation of the user in the vehicle according to the environment information in the vehicle, the voice information of the user, the current travel order information of the user, and the current geographic location information at the same time.
In order to further improve the safety of the environment in the vehicle, in one embodiment, when it is detected that the voice information matches the target voice content, the alarm method further includes:
and the controller connected with the vehicle-mounted terminal controls the vehicle alarm indicator lamp to be turned on.
An alarm indicator lamp can be arranged on the vehicle in advance, for example, an LED indicator lamp arranged on a taxi can also be used as the vehicle alarm indicator lamp, and the controller connected with the vehicle-mounted terminal can control the LED indicator lamp to alarm according to a preset alarm signal.
For example, in general, an LED indicator installed on a taxi or a taxi appointment is normally displayed in green, and may display information such as advertisement, weather, time, etc., and when receiving control of the controller, may alarm in other preset colors, such as red, and may alarm in a preset language, such as "emergency" or "danger".
Or the vehicle alarm indicator lamp can be a steering lamp on the vehicle, and can simultaneously comprise a front steering lamp and a rear steering lamp, and then the controller connected with the vehicle-mounted terminal controls the steering lamp to turn on double flashing so as to attract nearby enthusiastic people or law enforcement personnel.
In order to further frighten dangerous molecules, in one embodiment, when the voice information is detected to be matched with the target voice content, the alarm method further comprises:
and controlling a vehicle horn to whistle through a controller connected with the vehicle-mounted terminal.
By controlling the horn of the vehicle to whistle, the attention of other vehicles or pedestrians around can be attracted, the effect of frightening is achieved, and the riding safety environment is improved.
The vehicle horn is controlled to whistle, the vehicle horn can be controlled to whistle continuously until the ending voice of the user is obtained, or the vehicle horn is controlled to whistle according to preset duration, for example, the preset duration is 30min, and the vehicle horn can be controlled to whistle for 30 min.
