Fig. 2 illustrates a schematic diagram of exemplary hardware and software components of an electronic device 200 that may implement the concepts of the present application, according to some embodiments of the present application. For example, the processor 202 may be used on the electronic device 200 and to perform the functions herein.
The electronic device 200 may be a general-purpose computer or a special-purpose computer, both of which may be used to implement the information sharing method of the present application. Although only a single computer is shown, for convenience, the functions described herein may be implemented in a distributed fashion across multiple similar platforms to balance processing loads.
For example, the electronic device 200 may include a network port 201 connected to a network, one or more processors 202 for executing program instructions, a communication bus 203, and different forms of storage media 204, such as a disk, ROM, or RAM, or any combination thereof. Illustratively, the computer platform may also include program instructions stored in ROM, RAM, or other types of non-transitory storage media, or any combination thereof. The method of the present application may be implemented in accordance with these program instructions. The electronic device 200 also includes an Input/Output (I/O) interface 205 between the computer and other Input/Output devices (e.g., keyboard, display screen).
For ease of illustration, only one processor is depicted in the electronic device 200. However, it should be noted that the electronic device 200 in the present application may also comprise a plurality of processors, and thus the steps performed by one processor described in the present application may also be performed by a plurality of processors in combination or individually. For example, if the processor of the electronic device 200 executes steps a and B, it should be understood that steps a and B may also be executed by two different processors together or separately in one processor. For example, a first processor performs step a and a second processor performs step B, or the first processor and the second processor perform steps a and B together.
In combination with the above description of the service system and the electronic devices in the service system, the following detailed description is provided for the information sharing method provided by the present application in combination with specific embodiments.
Example one
As shown in fig. 3, which is a flowchart of an information sharing method provided in an embodiment of the present application, an execution subject of the information sharing method may be the server, and the method specifically includes the following steps:
s301, after receiving a help seeking instruction sent by a user side, obtaining current position information of the user side.
Here, first, an application scenario of the information sharing method provided in the embodiment of the present application is briefly described. When a passenger needs to taxi, corresponding taxi taking information (such as trip starting point information, trip end point information, trip time and the like) can be input into the network taxi appointment service platform, and a corresponding service order can be generated according to the taxi taking information. In the case of service order generation, the itinerary for the service order can only then be started. Therefore, after receiving the help seeking instruction sent by the user side such as the service request side or the service providing side, the server can obtain the current position information of the user side, so that the corresponding information sharing side can be found according to the current position information, and the information of the user side is sent to the found information sharing side.
The current Location information of the user terminal may be determined by using a Location Based Services (LBS) technology, where the LBS is a service provided by combining a mobile communication network and a satellite positioning system, and the Location information (such as longitude and latitude coordinate data) of the user terminal is obtained by using the Location technology, and is provided to the server.
In addition, the help seeking instruction can be triggered based on a key arranged on the user terminal, can be triggered by one key, and can also be triggered by multi-step operation of the user. In order to avoid the influence caused by misoperation of a user, the embodiment of the application can trigger help seeking by firstly entering the early warning mode and then determining whether to issue the help seeking operation and the like.
It is worth explaining, the user side in the embodiment of the application can be a service request side or a service providing side, that is, the embodiment of the application is not only suitable for seeking help through an information sharing mode when a passenger is in danger, but also suitable for seeking help through an information sharing mode when a driver is in danger, so as to meet the requirements of different application scenes of the network car booking service platform. The information sharing end in the embodiment of the present application may be not only other service request ends in the journey, but also other service providing ends in the journey, and no specific limitation is made herein.
S302, searching an information sharing end matched with the current position information of the user end.
Here, after the server receives the help seeking instruction sent by the user side, the information sharing end in the trip meeting the requirement can be searched according to the current position information of the user side, and the number of the searched information sharing ends can be one or multiple.
In the embodiment of the present application, in order to improve the response efficiency of the information sharing terminal, the peripheral information sharing terminal closer to the current location information of the user terminal is preferentially searched. Therefore, the information of the user side is sent to the surrounding information sharing side as much as possible, so that the response efficiency of seeking help to the user side is improved, and the probability of abnormal events (such as criminal events) is reduced. Meanwhile, the response cost of the information sharing end is reduced, and the service quality of the network car booking service platform is further ensured.
In the process of searching the peripheral information sharing end, the user end can be used as a circle center, the set threshold value is used as a radius to determine a candidate information sharing end in the whole search area range, and then the information sharing end matched with the user end is determined from the candidate information sharing ends. When the search area range is determined, the search area range is not easy to be too large or too small, the too large search area range may have too many searched information sharing ends to cause the waste of the network appointment service platform resources, and the too small search area range may have too few searched information sharing ends to cause the searching of the corresponding information sharing ends, so that the user end can not respond to the help seeking, and the use experience of the user is influenced. Therefore, the search area range corresponding to the user terminal can be defined by comprehensively considering the information such as the surrounding environment (such as traffic conditions and the like) of the user terminal and the distribution condition of each information sharing terminal, for example, a search area range with the user terminal as the center of a circle and with the radius of 5km around can be selected, and the search area range can be dynamically changed in the process of the journey to adapt to the complexity of the network taxi appointment application environment.
In addition, according to the embodiment of the application, the information sharing end can be searched based on the principle of distance priority matching, and the information sharing end can be searched by combining the principle of consistent matching of the travel route of the user end and the travel route of the information sharing end, so that the response efficiency is further improved, and the response cost is reduced. The consistency of the travel routes may refer to consistency of traveling directions of the user terminal and the information sharing terminals, and if the current travel route of the user terminal is from south to north, two information sharing terminals exist at a position 3km away from the user terminal, and the current travel routes of the two information sharing terminals are from south to north and from north to south, in this case, the embodiment of the present application may select the information sharing terminal whose current travel route is from south to north as the information sharing terminal matched with the user terminal.
And S303, sending the information of the user side to the searched information sharing side.
Here, after the information sharing end is found, the information of the user end can be sent to the information sharing end. Next, the service request end and the service providing end are respectively used as the user end to specifically describe.
When the user side is the service request side, the corresponding information may be the identification information (such as name) and contact information (such as telephone) of the service request side, so that the information sharing side can call the service request side through the telephone to respond to the help of the service request side. The method and the device for processing the abnormal events can further obtain service provider information corresponding to the service request end, the service provider information can include identity information, contact information, vehicle information (such as license plate numbers) and the like of a service provider, the obtained service provider information is simultaneously sent to the information sharing end while the service request end information is sent, and therefore the information sharing end can also call the service provider to timely deter the service provider when the abnormal events occur, and the abnormal event occurrence rate is reduced.
Similarly, when the user side is the service provider, the corresponding information may be the identity information, the contact information, the vehicle information, and the like of the service provider, so that the information sharing side can call the service provider through the contact information to respond to the help seeking of the service provider. The method and the device for processing the abnormal events can further obtain service request end information corresponding to the service provider, the service request end information can include information such as identity identification information and contact information of a service requester, the obtained service request end information is sent to the information sharing end at the same time when the information of the service provider is sent, and therefore the information sharing end can also call the service requester to timely deter the service requester when the abnormal events occur, and the abnormal event occurrence rate is reduced.
In the specific application implementation of the information sharing method provided by the embodiment of the application, considering that the accommodation degrees of the information sharing end to the network car-booking service platform in each process are different, the information of the user end can be sent to the information sharing end based on the help seeking information confirmation instruction returned by the information sharing end, and the process information of the current service order of the user end can be sent to the information sharing end based on the process tracking confirmation instruction returned by the information sharing end. The following embodiments are used to specifically describe the information sharing process.
Example two
As shown in fig. 4, the process of sharing information based on the help-seeking information confirmation instruction returned by the information sharing terminal is specifically realized by the following steps:
s401, generating corresponding help seeking information according to the help seeking instruction;
s402, sending the generated help seeking information to the searched information sharing end;
and S403, after receiving a help seeking information confirmation instruction returned by the information sharing terminal, sending the information of the user terminal to the searched information sharing terminal.
Here, after receiving a help seeking instruction sent by a user, the server may generate corresponding help seeking information and send the help seeking information to the information sharing terminal, and the information sharing terminal may freely select whether to determine the help seeking information, and after receiving a help seeking information confirmation instruction returned by the information sharing terminal for the help seeking information, the server sends the information of the user to the information sharing terminal. The following description is given with reference to a specific example.
As shown in fig. 5(a), the help seeking instruction may be triggered based on a button set on the user side, in this embodiment of the application, the user may first operate an "early warning mode" option on the user side, and then may enter a "issue help seeking information immediately" page (as shown in fig. 5 (b)), where the page may not only have a corresponding text prompt, but also provide surrounding real-time vehicle information, so that the user may issue the help seeking information outwards on the premise of knowing the surrounding information sharing end, thereby alleviating adverse emotional impact on the user when an abnormal situation occurs, and improving the user experience. At this moment, the server sends the generated help-seeking information to the information sharing terminal, the help-seeking information may be popped up in a current display page of the information sharing terminal in a top-up manner (as shown in fig. 6 (a)), and in addition, the help-seeking information may be pushed to the information sharing terminal in other manners. Taking the top push shown in fig. 6(a) as an example, after the top push on the information sharing end is triggered, a help-seeking information confirmation instruction is returned to the server, and at this time, the server can send the information of the user end to the searched information sharing end. As shown in fig. 6(b), the current display page of the information sharing terminal includes not only the information of the service provider but also the information of the service requester, that is, regardless of whether the service requester is used as the user side or the service provider is used as the user side, the embodiment of the present application can send the information of the service requester and the information of the service provider to the information sharing terminal, where the user is a passenger (i.e., the service requester) when the service requester is used as the user side, and the user is a vehicle owner (i.e., the service provider) when the service provider is used as the user side. In addition, the embodiment of the application can also determine whether the passenger is used as a help seeker or a car owner is used as a help seeker by utilizing the marking information, and can directly contact the car owner and/or the passenger through the established telephone channel, so that the information sharing end can timely supervise and intervene the car using safety of the user.
In order to improve the response willingness of the information sharing terminal, the embodiment of the application can also provide corresponding travel tracking compensation. After the server determines the trip tracking compensation information of the current service order of the user side, the server can send the trip tracking compensation information to the information sharing side while sending the information of the user side to the information sharing side. As shown in fig. 6(b), the trip tracking compensation information may be information such as service fee compensation 5-element, road fee compensation 20-element, etc. to enhance the response willingness of the information sharing end.
It should be noted that the travel tracking compensation information may be determined by comprehensively considering the distance between the information sharing end and the user end, the traffic information on the possible travel route during the travel tracking to the user end is determined by the information sharing end, and the like. In addition, the trip tracking compensation information can be updated according to the triggering times of the help seeking information confirmation instructions historically returned by the information sharing terminals and the triggering times of the trip tracking confirmation instructions historically returned by the information sharing terminals, that is, the trip tracking compensation can be dynamically adjusted according to different information sharing terminals so as to improve the response willingness of the information sharing terminals to the maximum extent, for example, the corresponding trip tracking compensation is greatly improved for the information sharing terminals willing to receive the help seeking information and to perform the trip tracking.
As shown in fig. 6(b), after the "track trip to help" button on the information sharing end is triggered, a trip tracking confirmation instruction is returned to the server, and at this time, the server may share the trip information of the current service order of the user end to the searched information sharing end.
As shown in fig. 7, the process of sharing information based on the trip tracking confirmation instruction returned by the information sharing terminal is specifically implemented by the following steps:
s701, receiving a travel tracking confirmation instruction returned by the information sharing end according to the information of the user end and/or the travel tracking compensation information;
s702, acquiring the travel information of the current service order of the user side according to the travel tracking confirmation instruction;
and S703, sharing the acquired travel information to the information sharing end.
Here, the information sharing end may determine whether to perform the trip tracking according to the information of the user end, may also determine whether to perform the trip tracking according to the trip tracking compensation information, and may also determine whether to perform the trip tracking based on the two kinds of information. After the information sharing end is confirmed to perform travel tracking, the server can share the acquired travel information of the current service order of the user end to the information sharing end, so that the information sharing end supervises and intervenes the vehicle safety of the user according to the travel information of the user end.
The travel information may include the taxi taking information input by the user on the taxi appointment service platform during taxi taking, such as a trip starting position and a trip end position, and may also be other taxi taking information generated in the process of the travel of the service order, such as the current position of the taxi (which can be determined by using a positioning technology), the distance from the current position of the taxi to the trip end, the time expected to reach the trip end, the license plate information of the taxi, and the like. In addition, the information sharing method provided by the embodiment of the application also provides various sharing modes for sharing the travel information, such as a picture mode, a character mode, a website link mode, a graphic code mode, a voice mode and the like.
In the specific application implementation of the information sharing method, the information sharing end matched with the user end can be determined only according to the relative distance information between the current position information of the user end and the current position information of each candidate information sharing end, and the information sharing end matched with the user end can be determined by integrating the relative distance information and the consistency information of the travel route. Next, the following third embodiment is used to specifically describe the searching process of the information sharing end.
EXAMPLE III
In a first aspect: after determining an area range, in which the distance between the candidate information sharing end and the user end is smaller than a set threshold, for each candidate information sharing end in the area range, determining relative distance information between current position information of the candidate information sharing end and current position information of the user end, and judging whether the relative distance information is smaller than the preset distance threshold, if so, taking the candidate information sharing end as an information sharing end matched with the current position information of the user end, that is, selecting the information sharing end matched with the user end based on a distance priority principle.
In a second aspect: after determining an area range with a distance between the candidate information sharing end and the user end being smaller than a set threshold, determining whether a travel route of a current service order of the candidate information sharing end is consistent with a travel route of a current service order of the user end and determining whether relative distance information between current position information of the candidate information sharing end and current position information of the user end is smaller than a preset distance threshold for each candidate information sharing end in the area range; if the route is determined to be consistent and the relative distance information is determined to be smaller than the preset distance threshold, the candidate information sharing end is used as the information sharing end matched with the current position information of the user side, namely, the information sharing end can be searched by comprehensively considering the distance and the consistent route, so that the response efficiency is further improved, and the response cost is reduced.
Considering that in the current travel environment, although malignant events (such as a hit case, a robbery serious injury case, a rape case and the like) are low-probability events, once the events occur, the adverse effects on the online car appointment service platform and the society are brought. In order to capture the possible help seeking situation of the small-probability event in time, the information and the travel information of the user side can be sent to the alarm platform while the information and the travel information of the user side are published to the information sharing side, so that police officers can track the vehicle using situation of the user in real time, find abnormal driving behaviors in time, and determine a corresponding rescue scheme aiming at the abnormal driving behaviors.
In order to further reduce the occurrence rate of the malignant event, the information sharing method can also perform safety warning, when the service request end is used as the user end, the safety warning can be performed on the service providing end corresponding to the service request end, and when the service providing end is used as the user end, the safety warning can be performed on the service request end corresponding to the service providing end, so that the deterrence effect can be timely played, and the occurrence rate of the malignant event is reduced. Next, the implementation process of the above-mentioned security alarm is specifically described with the service request end as the user end.
Example four
As shown in fig. 8, the implementation process of the safety warning specifically includes the following steps:
s801, acquiring safety warning information;
s802, generating corresponding safety warning voice based on the acquired safety warning information;
and S803, sending a safety warning voice to the service provider, and displaying the safety warning information on a current display page of the service provider.
The method comprises the steps of firstly obtaining safety warning information, then generating corresponding safety warning voice based on the safety warning information, and finally sending the safety warning voice to a service provider and displaying the safety warning information.
The safety warning information may be related legal knowledge (as shown in fig. 9), warning information for prompting the occurrence of an abnormal condition, or other information capable of deterring a service provider, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application. Therefore, under the dual functions of voice broadcasting safety warning and safety warning display, the embodiment of the application can warn the service provider to the greatest extent, increase the psychological cost of service provider crimes and reduce the incidence rate of abnormal events.
Here, the related method for implementing the security alert by using the service provider as the user side is similar to the above description, and is not repeated herein.
Based on the first to fourth embodiments, the present application further provides an information sharing apparatus, and the following various apparatuses may be implemented by referring to the method, and repeated details are not repeated.

Claims (26)

1. An information sharing method, the method comprising:
after a help seeking instruction sent by a user side is received, current position information of the user side is obtained;
searching an information sharing end matched with the current position information of the user end;
and sending the information of the user side to the searched information sharing side.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the searching for the information sharing peer matching the current location information of the user peer and before the sending the information of the user peer to the searched information sharing peer, further comprising:
generating corresponding help seeking information according to the help seeking instruction;
sending the generated help seeking information to the searched information sharing end;
the sending the information of the user side to the searched information sharing side includes:
and after receiving a help seeking information confirmation instruction returned by the information sharing end, sending the information of the user end to the searched information sharing end.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein before sending the information of the user side to the found information sharing side, the method further comprises:
determining travel tracking compensation information of the current service order of the user side;
the sending the information of the user side to the searched information sharing side includes:
and after receiving a help seeking information confirmation instruction returned by the information sharing end, sending the information of the user end and the determined travel tracking compensation information to the searched information sharing end.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
receiving a travel tracking confirmation instruction returned by the information sharing end according to the information of the user end and/or the travel tracking compensation information;
acquiring the travel information of the current service order of the user side according to the travel tracking confirmation instruction;
and sharing the acquired travel information to the information sharing end.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring the travel information of the current service order of the user side;
and sending the acquired information of the user side and the travel information to an alarm platform.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the searching for the information sharing peer matching the current location information of the user peer comprises:
determining an area range with a distance to the user side smaller than a set threshold value according to the current position information of the user side;
and determining relative distance information between the current position information of the candidate information sharing end and the current position information of the user end aiming at each candidate information sharing end in the determined area range, judging whether the relative distance information is smaller than a preset distance threshold value, and if so, taking the candidate information sharing end as an information sharing end matched with the current position information of the user end.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the searching for the information sharing peer matching the current location information of the user peer, further comprising:
acquiring the travel information of the current service order of each candidate information sharing terminal and the travel information of the current service order of the user terminal;
the searching for the information sharing end matched with the current position information of the user end comprises the following steps:
and searching an information sharing end matched with the current position information of the user end according to the current position information of the user end, the acquired travel information of the current service order of each candidate information sharing end and the acquired travel information of the current service order of the user end.

The method according to claim 7, wherein the searching for the information sharing peer matching the current location information of the user peer according to the current location information of the user peer, the obtained travel information of the current service order of each candidate information sharing peer, and the obtained travel information of the current service order of the user peer comprises:
for each candidate information sharing end, determining whether a travel route of a current service order of the candidate information sharing end is consistent with a travel route of a current service order of the user end, and determining whether relative distance information between current position information of the candidate information sharing end and the current position information of the user end is smaller than a preset distance threshold;
and if the routes are determined to be consistent and the relative distance information is determined to be smaller than a preset distance threshold, taking the candidate information sharing end as an information sharing end matched with the current position information of the user end.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the user terminal comprises a service request terminal; before sending the information of the user side to the found information sharing side, the method further includes:
acquiring service provider information corresponding to the service request end;
the sending the information of the user side to the searched information sharing side includes:
and sending the service request end information and the service providing end information to the searched information sharing end.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
acquiring safety warning information;
generating corresponding safety warning voice based on the acquired safety warning information;
and sending safety warning voice to the service provider, and displaying the safety warning information on a current display page of the service provider.
11. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the user terminal comprises a service provider terminal; before sending the information of the user side to the found information sharing side, the method further includes:
acquiring service request end information corresponding to the service providing end;
the sending the information of the user side to the searched information sharing side includes:
and sending the service providing end information and the service request end information to the searched information sharing end.
12. The method of claim 11, further comprising:
acquiring safety warning information;
generating corresponding safety warning voice based on the acquired safety warning information;
and sending safety warning voice to the service request terminal, and displaying the safety warning information on a current display page of the service request terminal.
13. An information sharing apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the position acquisition module is used for acquiring the current position information of the user side after receiving a help seeking instruction sent by the user side;
the sharing end searching module is used for searching an information sharing end matched with the current position information of the user end;
and the information sharing module is used for sending the information of the user side to the searched information sharing side.

the information determining module is used for determining the travel tracking compensation information of the current service order of the user side;
the information sharing module is specifically configured to send the information of the user side and the determined trip tracking compensation information to the found information sharing terminal after receiving a help seeking information confirmation instruction returned by the information sharing terminal.
16. The apparatus of claim 15, further comprising:
the journey sharing module is used for receiving a journey tracking confirmation instruction returned by the information sharing end according to the information of the user end and/or the journey tracking compensation information;
acquiring the travel information of the current service order of the user side according to the travel tracking confirmation instruction;
and sharing the acquired travel information to the information sharing end.
17. The apparatus of claim 13, further comprising:
the alarm module is used for acquiring the travel information of the current service order of the user side;
and sending the acquired information of the user side and the travel information to an alarm platform.

and determining relative distance information between the current position information of the candidate information sharing end and the current position information of the user end aiming at each candidate information sharing end in the determined area range, judging whether the relative distance information is smaller than a preset distance threshold value, and if so, taking the candidate information sharing end as an information sharing end matched with the current position information of the user end.

and if the routes are determined to be consistent and the relative distance information is determined to be smaller than a preset distance threshold, taking the candidate information sharing end as an information sharing end matched with the current position information of the user end.
