Abstract
本发明提供了一种多功能助剂及其制备方法及在制备含氯聚合物复合材料中的应用,该多功能助剂,由以下质量分数的原料制成:甲基丙烯酸甲酯35%~90%、甲基丙烯酸锌29.9%~60%、引发剂0.05%~3%、链转移剂0.005%~1%、溶剂0~40%;所述多功能助剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸锌、引发剂、链转移剂、溶剂混合均匀,反应完成后脱除溶剂,即得到多功能助剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及聚合物改性技术领域,尤其是涉及一种多功能助剂及其制备方法和在制备含氯聚合物材料中的应用。
背景技术
对于含氯聚合物,例如:聚氯乙烯(PVC)、氯化聚乙烯(CPE)、氯丁橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯、氯化聚丙烯等等,大多不能单独使用,需混炼和改性。由于氯化物的特殊分子结构,需要添加稳定剂、耐热剂等,由于多种助剂及填料的加入,使体系熔体粘度增加,不利于加工,需要加入流动改性剂。而流动改性剂的加入,又大大降低了,材料的耐热性。市场急需一种同时满足耐热、稳定和改善加工性的助剂,以替代目前使用的多组份、难以兼顾性能、含有重金属的普通助剂。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明提供了一种多种功能、性价比高、易于操作和实施,易于工业化大规模生产的多功能助剂及其制备方法和在制备含氯聚合物材料中的应用,
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种多功能助剂,包括如下质量分数的原料:甲基丙烯酸甲酯35%~90%、甲基丙烯酸锌29.9%~60%、引发剂0.05%~3%、链转移剂0.005%~1%、减粘剂0~40%。
多功能助剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸锌、引发剂、链转移剂、减粘剂混合均匀,反应温度为130~180℃,反应压力为0.01~0.8MPa,反应时间为45~80min,反应完成后脱除减粘剂,即得到多功能助剂。
多功能助剂,可作为含氯聚合物改性配方中的流动改性剂、外观改性剂或热稳定剂,在制备含氯聚合物材料中的应用。
本发明的有益效果主要表现在:对于含氯聚合物料如:聚氯乙烯、氯化聚乙烯、氯化聚氯乙烯等,该助剂实现了含氯聚合物材料改性过程一种助剂多种功能的目的,降低了多种助剂加入导致的材料性能降低和成本增加问题,易于操作和实施,易于工业化大规模生产,具备广阔的应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步描述。
一种多功能助剂,包括如下质量分数的原料:甲基丙烯酸甲酯35%~90%、甲基丙烯酸锌29.9%~60%、引发剂0.05%~3%、链转移剂0.005%~1%、减粘剂0~40%。
多功能助剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸锌、引发剂、链转移剂、减粘剂混合均匀,反应温度为130~180℃,反应压力为0.01~0.8MPa,反应时间为45~80min,反应完成后脱除减粘剂,即得到多功能助剂。其中,引发剂可以是过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化二叔丁基中的一种或多种的组合;链转移剂可以是叔十二碳硫醇、正十二碳硫醇、萜烯类化合物中的一种或多种;减粘剂可以是甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯、石蜡油中的一种或多种。
实例1
在一装有行星搅拌器、温度计、压力表和回流冷凝管的反应釜中,加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯350g、甲基丙烯酸锌650g、过氧化二叔丁基45g、叔十二碳硫醇7g、石蜡油50g。开动搅拌器,反应体系用油浴加热。通入氮气,待缓慢升温至反应温度140℃时,保持压力0.3MPa。反应时间70min,当反应结束后,撤去油浴降温,将产物用己烷洗涤数次,在60℃真空烘箱中干燥10小时,即得到多功能助剂。
将10Kg氯化聚乙烯(CPE)、多功能助剂800g、抗氧剂10g,置于高速混合机中,混合3min。将混合后的物料加入到双螺杆挤出机中,螺杆的各段温度为155~185℃,螺杆转速为150rpm。物料经挤出、切粒得氯化聚乙烯(CPE)粒料。
实例2
在一装有行星搅拌器、温度计、压力表和回流冷凝管的反应釜中,加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯650g、甲基丙烯酸锌350g、过氧化二异丙苯25g、叔十二碳硫醇4g、二甲苯250g。开动搅拌器,反应体系用油浴加热。通入氮气,待缓慢升温至反应温度140℃时,保持压力0.3-0.4MPa。反应时间65min,当反应结束后,撤去油浴降温,将产物用乙醇沉析,并洗涤数次,在60℃真空烘箱中干燥10小时,即得到多功能助剂。
将10Kg氯化聚乙烯(CPE)、多功能助剂剂1000g、碳酸钙100g,置于低速混合机中,混合3min。将混合后的物料加入到单螺杆挤出机中,螺杆的各段温度为155~175℃,螺杆转速为100rpm。物料经挤出、切粒得氯化聚乙烯(CPE)粒料。
实例3
在一装有行星搅拌器、温度计、压力表和回流冷凝管的反应釜中,加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯550g、甲基丙烯酸锌450g、过氧化二异丙苯35g、叔十二碳硫醇8g、二甲苯450g。开动搅拌器,反应体系用油浴加热。通入氮气,待缓慢升温至反应温度140℃时,保持压力0.3-0.4MPa。反应时间70min,当反应结束后,撤去油浴降温,将产物用乙醇沉析,并洗涤数次,在60℃真空烘箱中干燥10小时,即得到多功能助剂。
将8Kg聚氯乙烯(PVC)、2Kg氯化聚乙烯(CPE)、多功能助剂1000g、碳酸钙100g,置于低速混合机中,混合3min。将混合后的物料加入到单螺杆挤出机中,螺杆的各段温度为155~175℃,螺杆转速为100rpm。物料经挤出、切粒得共混粒料。
本发明可作为流动改性剂、外观改性剂或热稳定剂,用于含氯聚合物材料中,如:聚氯乙烯、氯化聚乙烯、氯化聚氯乙烯等。本助剂具有环保、不引起材料性能劣化、性价比优异等特点。
Claims (4)
1.一种多功能助剂,其特征在于,包括如下质量分数的原料:甲基丙烯酸甲酯35%~90%、甲基丙烯酸锌29.9%~60%、引发剂0.05%~3%、链转移剂0.005%~1%、减粘剂0~40%。
2.如权利要求1所述的多功能助剂,其特征在于,所述引发剂是过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化二叔丁基中的一种或多种的组合;所述链转移剂是叔十二碳硫醇、正十二碳硫醇、萜烯类化合物中的一种或多种;减粘剂是甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯、石蜡油中的一种或多种。
3.如权利要求1所述的多功能助剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸锌、引发剂、链转移剂、减粘剂混合均匀,反应温度为130~180℃,反应压力为0.01~0.8MPa,反应时间为45~80min,反应完成后脱除减粘剂,即得到多功能助剂。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的多功能助剂,可作为含氯聚合物改性配方中的流动改性剂、外观改性剂或热稳定剂,在制备含氯聚合物材料中的应用。
