In this embodiment, the cleaning assembly 103 is located above the belt 101 so as to clean the residue on the belt 101, and the connection assembly 102 is located at a side of the belt 101 so as to transmit a driving force of the belt 101 when operating to the cleaning assembly 103 by the connection assembly 102, thereby driving the cleaning assembly 103 to rotate above the belt 101.

When the noise-reduction type unpowered belt rotating sweeper is used, the sliding block 105 is aligned with the sliding groove of the guide rail 106 and the sliding block 105 is placed into the sliding groove of the guide rail 106, then the sliding block 105 is vertically slid, when the sliding block 105 slides to the edge of the guide rail 106, the fixing bolt 107 is inserted into the guide rail 106 and the nut 108 is screwed on the fixing bolt 107, so that the sliding block 105 is fixed in the guide rail 106, the sweeping roller 104 is fixed, the nut 108 is unscrewed on the fixing bolt 107 when the noise-reduction type unpowered belt rotating sweeper is detached, the fixing bolt 107 is taken out of the guide rail 106, the fixing state of the sliding block 105 is released, the fixing state of the sweeping roller 104 is released, and the sweeping roller 104 is fixed and the fixing state is released, so that the sweeping roller 104 is dismounted, and the sweeping roller 104 is convenient to replace the residual materials on the sweeping roller 104.
