背景技术
在车辆用座椅所具备的头枕、扶手等中,有如下的头枕、扶手等:利用缝纫机将裁断成预定形状的多个表皮材料缝合成袋状而形成表皮,并在该表皮的内部注入衬垫成形用的原料的发泡液,使衬垫与表皮一体地发泡成形(表皮一体发泡成形)。

发明所要解决的课题
在该表皮一体发泡成形中,注入到表皮的背面侧的发泡液有时会从在将表皮材料缝合时供针通过的针孔与纱线之间的间隙漏出,并在表皮的外侧硬化。
本公开的课题在于提供一种抑制发泡液从针孔的漏出的技术。

此外,在以下的说明中,以搭载有车辆用座椅的车辆被放置在水平面上的情况为基准,将铅垂方向定义为上下方向(UP、DW)。另外,前后方向(FR、RR)被定义为与车辆的前后方向一致,左右方向(宽度方向)被定义为与车辆的宽度方向一致。FR是车辆的前侧方向,RR是车辆的后侧方向。另外,关于车辆用座椅1,从车辆的后方进行观察并称为右侧(RH)、左侧(LH)而进行说明。

如图2所示,头枕4具备由软质聚氨酯泡沫等发泡合成树脂构成的发泡体20和覆盖发泡体20的表皮10。头枕4是通过向配置在发泡成形用的模具(未图示)的腔室内的表皮10的背面10b侧(内部)注入发泡液并一体发泡而使发泡液发泡硬化而成的发泡体20与表皮10一体化的表皮一体发泡成形品。
如图2及图3所示,表皮10是覆盖发泡体20的构件,表皮10的表面10a成为头枕4的外表面。表皮10具备多个表皮材料11、12和将该表皮材料11、12的缘部13、14彼此缝合的第一纱线15及第二纱线16。此外,本实施方式的表皮10形成为大致袋状而覆盖发泡体20的整体,但也可以以覆盖发泡体20的一部分的方式将表皮10形成为袋状以外的形状。
从乘坐舒适性、触感、伸缩性等观点出发,表皮材料11、12构成为在织物、合成皮革、皮革等的里侧将布状的发泡合成树脂一体化而成的两层以上。但是,也可以省略布状的发泡合成树脂。另外,也可以是,以使发泡液不浸渍织物、布状的发泡合成树脂的方式在织物、布状的发泡合成树脂的内侧贴附薄膜或者将布状的发泡合成树脂的内侧加热熔融而形成覆膜,由此构成表皮材料11、12。
表皮10是以使表面10a彼此接触的方式将两张表皮材料11、12的缘部13、14重叠并使用缝纫机遍及整个长度地通过最后缝制将该缘部13、14缝合而形成的。因此,第一纱线15和第二纱线16利用缝制时的针而通过贯通形成于表皮材料11、12的针孔17、18,并相互进行交织纱线束紧(日文:他糸レーシング)而将两张表皮材料11、12缝合。在此,第一纱线15是通过形成于未图示的缝纫机针的孔的上纱线。第二纱线16是设置于梭心的下纱线。另外,交织纱线束紧是指纱线与其他纱线或其他纱线的线圈交叉或穿过。
此外,在本实施方式中,第一纱线15与第二纱线16的交织纱线束紧部分位于比两张表皮材料11、12的边界靠表皮材料12侧(图3的纸面下侧)的位置。因此,第一纱线15穿过表皮材料11的针孔17,并且通过表皮材料12的针孔18的一部分。另一方面,第二纱线16通过表皮材料12的针孔18的一部分,且不通过表皮材料11的针孔17。

第二纱线16是细致地编织的构造的纱线,例如由具有伸缩性的聚酯膨体纱线或尼龙膨体纱线构成。第二纱线16是对在缝制时产生的针所产生的孔进行填埋的具有伸缩性的纱线,是进行经编或制绳(紧密针织或松散针织)而得到的纱线。一根第二纱线16成为细致的被编织而成的构造,在物理上具有柔软性。由此,即使在发泡液未均匀地遍布的情况下,由于通过被编织而成的构造而具有柔软性,因此,膨松性高的纤维适合于针孔,能够物理地防止漏液。即,能够利用纱线来防止漏液。
在专利文献1所示的仅由膨松纺织纱线或长丝加工纱线构成第二纱线16的情况下,通过减弱纱线捻度或消除纱线捻度,从而使由发泡液引起的膨胀变粗。但是,在纱线捻度变弱时,会欠缺柔软性,在发泡液未均匀地遍布的情况下,会产生漏液。
在本实施方式中,通过使用具有伸缩性的纱线,从而能够填埋针所产生的孔,并能够防止漏液。在专利文献1中,利用液体使未搓捻的纱线本身膨胀,与此相对,在本实施方式中,通过编织而使纱线变粗。第二纱线16的材质为一种,且具有一根纱线的详细构造的优点。
在本实施方式中,第二纱线16在即将缝制之前被施加张力而变细,但在缝制之后粗细程度复原。即,第二纱线16在缝制时的瞬间为与通常的8号短纱线(spun yarn)相同的粗细程度,但在缝制后纱线复原并堵塞针孔,由此,能够抑制发泡时的漏液。
此外,作为下纱线的第二纱线16是具有伸缩性的纱线,但作为上纱线的第一纱线15也同样可以认为是具有伸缩性的纱线。但是,由于第一纱线15为不会通过缝纫机针的孔的粗细程度,因此,在本实施方式中,仅设为下纱线。在用于作为上纱线的第一纱线15的情况下,变细至100d以下并进行编制。在本实施方式中,对仅在下纱线使用具有伸缩性的纱线的情况进行说明。
在利用第一纱线15及第二纱线16将表皮材料11、12彼此缝合时,通过将与表皮材料11、12重叠的羊毛编织带(Woolly Spin Tape)等密封材料一起缝合,由此,能够在发泡体20的发泡成形时使发泡液进一步难以从针孔17、18漏出。在本实施方式中,由于未将密封材料一起缝合,因此,能够省去将密封材料缝合在正确的位置的麻烦,能够确保缝制作业性。
实施例1
使用图4,对第一实施例中的第二纱线16的纱线编织方法进行说明。图4是第一实施例中的第二纱线的示意图。
首先,将两根纤度为100d的粗细程度的纱线捻合而设为粗细程度为200d的纱线。然后,将该纤度成为了200d的纱线捻合两根而设为粗细程度为400d的纱线。由此,成为图4所示的纱线16a、16b、16c。即,纱线16a、16b、16c中的每一个均为由纤度为100d的四根纱线形成的纤度为400d(100d×2×2=400d(四根))的纱线。在此,表示纱线的粗细程度的纤度的单位[d]即旦尼尔是以克为单位来表示9000米的纱线的质量的计量单位。

编织物被分类为纬编(横向编织)和经编(纵向编织)。在第二实施例中,通过经编来构成第二纱线16。首先,将两根纤度为100d的粗细程度的纱线捻合而设为粗细程度为200d的纱线。由此,成为图5所示的纱线A、B、C、D。即,纱线A、B、C、D中的每一个均为由纤度为100d的两根纱线形成的纤度为200d(100d×2=200d(两根))的纱线。如图5所示,第二纱线16为四根纱线A、B、C、D一边制作线圈一边复杂地编织并在经方向上延伸而形成的经编四根绳索。例如,在行R1中,纱线A、纱线B、纱线C、纱线D从左侧起依次制作线圈。在行R2中,纱线B、纱线C、纱线D、纱线A从左侧起依次制作线圈。在行R3中,纱线A、纱线B、纱线C、纱线D从左侧起依次制作线圈。第二纱线16的纤度为800d(100d×2×4)。
以上,基于实施方式及实施例,对由本公开的发明人完成的公开进行了具体说明,但本公开并不限定于上述实施方式及实施例,当然能够进行各种变更。
例如,在实施方式中,以车辆用座椅的头枕为例进行了说明,但也能够应用于扶手、控制台盒等表皮一体发泡成形品。

Claims (7)

1.一种表皮,所述表皮供发泡体一体发泡而将所述发泡体覆盖,其中,
所述表皮具备:
表皮材料;
第一纱线,所述第一纱线通过贯通了所述表皮材料的针孔的至少一部分而将所述表皮材料彼此缝合;以及
第二纱线,所述第二纱线与所述第一纱线进行交织纱线束紧而与所述第一纱线一起将所述表皮材料彼此缝合,
所述第一纱线是通过针所具有的孔的纱线,
所述第二纱线是对聚酯或尼龙进行经编或制绳而构成并填埋所述针孔的具有伸缩性的纱线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的表皮,其中,
所述第二纱线是如下的一根纱线:将两根纱线捻合而形成粗细程度为2倍的纱线,将两根所述粗细程度成为了2倍的纱线捻合而形成粗细程度为4倍的纱线,使用三根所述粗细程度成为了4倍的纱线编织为一根,形成为粗细程度为12倍。
3.根据权利要求2所述的表皮,其中,
所述第二纱线是进行了紧密针织的纱线。
4.根据权利要求2所述的表皮,其中,
所述第二纱线是进行了松散针织的纱线。
5.根据权利要求1所述的表皮,其中,
所述第二纱线是如下的纱线:将两根纱线捻合而形成粗细程度为2倍的纱线,使用四根所述粗细程度成为了2倍的纱线,通过经编而形成。
6.一种成形品,其中,所述成形品具备:
权利要求1~5中任一项所述的表皮;以及
发泡体,所述发泡体与所述表皮一体发泡而成,并被所述表皮覆盖。
7.一种车辆用座椅,其中,所述车辆用座椅具备:
权利要求6所述的成形品;
座椅座垫;以及
座椅靠背,
所述成形品为头枕。
