The method comprises the following steps: preparing materials: processing bamboo chips 1 with proper width and length according to the required bamboo board size, as shown in figure 2, removing inner joints 11 and outer joints 12 of the bamboo chips 1 by a mechanical method, as shown in figure 3, processing green surfaces 13 of the bamboo chips by a mechanical method to form a plurality of strip-shaped gluing surfaces with the depth of 0.9mm, the width of 3mm and the interval of 4mm, processing yellow surfaces 14 of the bamboo chips by a mechanical method to form a plurality of gluing surfaces with the depth of 1.0 mm, the width of 2mm and the interval of 5mm, and forming processed bamboo chips III 103 as shown in figure 13, figure 14 and figure 15; preparing thermosetting glue phenolic resin 5 and non-woven fabric 6;
step two: glue spreading/dipping: and impregnating the non-woven fabric 6 with thermosetting glue phenolic resin 5, wherein the glue amount is 200-600 g/square meter.
Step three: assembling: sandwiching a layer of non-woven fabric 6 impregnated with thermosetting glue phenolic resin 5 between every two processed bamboo chips III 103 to form a plate blank III 43, as shown in FIG. 16;
step four: and (3) pressure gluing: according to the curing requirement of the thermosetting glue phenolic resin 5, under the normal temperature condition, the pressure of 1.5PMA is applied to the three plate blanks 43, and the thickness of each 1 mm of the three plate blanks 43 is heated and pressurized for 1.2 minutes, so that the thermosetting glue phenolic resin 5 is cured.
After the curing in step four is completed, a post-treatment is performed, i.e., the third slab 43 is deburred, etc., and is processed to a suitable size, as shown in fig. 16 and 17.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (5)
1. A bamboo board and a production method thereof are provided, the bamboo board is formed by gluing a plurality of bamboo chips along the thickness direction of the bamboo chips, and the bamboo board is characterized in that inner joints and outer joints of the bamboo chips are removed, green surfaces of the bamboo chips are processed by a mechanical method, linear gluing surfaces are formed on the green surfaces of the bamboo chips, the length direction of the linear gluing surfaces is consistent with the length direction of the bamboo chips, the depth is not more than 2mm, the width is not more than 5mm, the distance is 1-10 mm, the yellow surfaces of the bamboo chips can be processed or not, and the bamboo chips are glued by glue layers.
2. The bamboo board as claimed in claim 1, wherein the glue layer between the bamboo chips is one or more of wood veneer coated or impregnated with glue and fiber material.
3. Bamboo panel and method for its production according to claim 2, characterized in that said glue is a heat-set or cold-set glue.
4. Bamboo panel and method for its production according to claim 1, characterized in that the method for its production comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: preparing materials: processing bamboo chips with proper width and length according to the required size of the bamboo board, removing inner joints and outer joints of the bamboo chips by a mechanical method, and treating the green surfaces of the bamboo chips by the mechanical method to form strip-shaped gluing surfaces; treating or not treating tabasheer surface;
step two: glue spreading/dipping: preparing one or more of proper glue, wood veneers and fiber materials according to the requirements, and coating or impregnating one or more of the wood veneers and the fiber materials with the glue;
step three: assembling: according to the requirement, at least one glue layer is clamped between every two bamboo chips, and the glue layer can be one or more of a wood veneer coated with or impregnated with glue and a fiber material;
step four: and (3) pressure gluing: according to the curing requirement of the glue, the plate blank is given certain pressure and certain time under the condition of high temperature or normal temperature so as to cure the glue.
5. Bamboo board as claimed in claim 4, and its manufacturing method, wherein after the glue is cured in step four, the board is processed into proper size by removing burrs and the like.
