本发明涉及复合木板技术领域,尤其是一种金属复合木板、生产工艺及其设备。
背景技术
复合木板由于具有较好的尺寸稳定性而广泛应用,复合板主要指用定向刨花板作板芯,单板作木板层的结构用人造板,木材复合板是将两张薄表板胶合到较厚的芯层上制成的层压结构板。
由于目前的复合木板大多都仅仅是采用薄木板叠压而成,因此会存在刚度较差,容易发生折弯甚至断裂的现象。基于此,本申请开创性地提出一种结合金属组合的复合木板,一种生产该复合木板的生产工艺以及配套设备,以克服现有技术的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点,提供一种金属复合木板,内部设置的金属层、第一加强层以及第二加强层作为内部支撑,从而令复合木板整体的抗压、承重效果更好,不容易发生折弯或断裂,延长使用寿命。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种金属复合木板,包括金属层,所述金属层的上下表面均设置有表皮层;
所述表皮层通过粘结的方式固定在所述金属层上;
所述表皮层从内至外依次设置有第一科技木皮层、第一加强层、第二加强层以及第二科技木皮层;
所述第一加强层包括若干条同向设置的木方条A,所述第二加强层包括若干条同向设置的木方条B;
所述木方条A与木方条B相互垂直;
所述金属层的厚度是15~22mm。
更进一步地,所述金属层是方通层、蜂窝铝板层、波浪板层或冲压层中的任一种。
更进一步地,所述蜂窝铝板层包括若干个填充腔,所述填充腔内放置有干粉灭火剂。
更进一步地,所述冲压层排布有若干个上凸块以及下凸块,从横向排布方向以及纵向排布方向看,所述上凸块以及下凸块是交替设置的;所述上凸块朝上拱起设置,所述下凸块朝下拱起设置;所述上凸块与所述下凸块结构相同,所述上凸块以及下凸块包括顶面,所述顶面的四周连接有第一侧面、第二侧面、第三侧面以及第四侧面,所述第一侧面或第二侧面或第三侧面或第四侧面与所述顶面连接的夹角是钝角。
更进一步地,所述第二科技木皮层的外表面均设置有耐磨层,所述耐磨层的厚度是0.05~0.09mm,所述耐磨层的外表面设置有喷涂层。
一种金属复合木板的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)准备好厚度是0.25~0.32mm的科技木皮层,根据实际边幅大小裁剪出相应的规格尺寸,备用;
(2)将木方放入到木材剥皮机的滚筒内,关闭进料挡板,开动机器,令滚筒以112~135r/min的速度顺时针方向运行15~20min,令木方在滚筒内随着机器的的运转,剥刀便可以将木方上的皮剥去,完成剥皮工序;
(3)高温杀菌,将木方放入木材干燥窑内通入110~120℃的高温蒸煮15~22h,然后在车间自然放凉35~50h;
(4)防腐处理,将剥皮后的木方,放在木材防腐溶液中浸泡88~82h后送往阴凉车间自然风干3~6天,接着将木方送入到数控刨切机中,刨切出0.5~0.9mm厚度木方皮;接着将木方皮送至切断机中,切断机将切断机木方皮裁切后进行叠放;
(5)将叠放的木方皮送入至烘干机中,以350~375℃的高温烘烤20~25min,接着将烘干后的木方皮一片片地输入至水分扫描仪进行检测,不合格的木方皮继续返回烘干直至达到目标值;接着烘干完毕的木方皮输送至压榨机中,从而将片材压榨平整;然后将片材切断成规格大小;
(6)将木方皮叠高至0.8~2.2m然后送入至切断机中垂直切落,从而裁切出宽度是1.3~1.8mm的木方条,等待备用;
(7)在第二科技木皮层上涂上胶水层,然后第二科技木皮层的上方同向排列放置若干条木方条,形成第二加强层;然后在第二加强层的上方涂上胶水层,然后在第二加强层的上方同向排列放置若干条木方条,形成第一加强层, 其中第二加强层的木方条的排布方向与第一加强层的木方条的排布方向相互垂直;接着,在第一加强层的上方涂上胶水层,将第一科技木皮层放置在第一加强层上;
(8)将步骤复合后的板材放入到热压设备中,在0.25~0.55Mpa的压力下以133~136℃的温度热压20~25min,从而形成表皮层;
(9)生产出金属层,备用;在金属层的上、下表面涂抹胶水,然后分别贴上表皮层;
(10)压贴复合,将步骤(8)复合后的板材放入到压力机中,冷压压力0.3~0.5MPa,时间15~20min,热压压力0.8~1.2MPa,时间7~12min;
(11)垛码静养,将板材从压力机中卸下置于平整托盘上码成堆垛,必要时在托盘顶部放置重物,防止板坯回潮变形,静置70~95h;
(12)在板材的表面喷涂耐磨层,以及根据实际外形需求进行不同颜色的喷涂,形成喷涂层。
一种金属复合木板的生产工艺中的数控刨切机,包括底板,所述底板的上方通过驱动组件设置有调节组件,且底板的一侧设置有切割组件;
所述调节组件包括安装柱、第二伺服电机和第二滑块,且安装柱固定连接在驱动组件中第一滑块的相向面上,所述安装柱的顶部通过第二固定板固定连接有第二伺服电机,且第二伺服电机的输出轴贯穿安装柱的顶部并固定连接有第二丝杆,所述第二丝杆的底端活动连接在滑槽的底部中心位置上,且滑槽开设在安装柱的端面上,所述第二丝杆的外壁上套设有第二滑块,且第二滑块的相向面上通过安装块固定连接有刨切刀片;
所述切割组件包括安装板、切割刀片和电动推杆,且安装板固定连接在底板的一侧外壁上,所述安装板的表面中心位置开设有通槽,且通槽的内侧设置有切割刀片,所述切割刀片套设在转轴的外壁上,且转轴活动连接在第二轴承座相邻之间,所述第二轴承座分别固定连接在升降板的上表面两侧,且升降板的上表面固定连接有电动推杆,所述电动推杆分别固定连接在安装板的下表面两侧。
更进一步地,所述驱动组件包括顶板、第一丝杆和第一滑块,且顶板的上表面两侧均固定连接有第一轴承座,所述第一轴承座相邻之间活动连接有第一丝杆,且第一丝杆的外壁上套设有第一滑块,所述第一丝杆的一端贯穿第一轴承座并与第一伺服电机的输出轴固定连接,且第一伺服电机通过第一固定板固定连接在顶板的上表面一侧,所述顶板的下表面两侧均固定连接有安装杆,且安装杆的底端分别固定连接在底板的上表面四周;
所述底板上表面中心位置的前后端均开设有凹槽,且凹槽的内侧活动连接有凸块,所述凸块的顶部贯穿凹槽并固定连接在安装柱的底部;
所述底板的下表面四周均固定连接有支撑杆,且支撑杆相邻之间的上方和下方均固定连接有横杆。
更进一步地,所述安装块的前后端面上分别固定连接在第二滑块的相向面上,且安装块的一侧外壁上开设有安装槽,所述安装槽的内侧固定连接有刨切刀片。
更进一步地,所述转轴的一端贯穿第二轴承座并与第三伺服电机的输出轴固定连接,且第三伺服电机通过第三固定板固定连接在升降板的上表面一侧。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的复合木板通过内部设置的金属层、第一加强层以及第二加强层作为内部支撑,从而令复合木板整体的抗压、承重效果更好,不容易发生折弯或断裂,延长使用寿命;通过公开的生产工艺能制作出本金属复合木板;通过公开的数控刨切机结构,能加工出合适厚度的板材使用,有助于根据实际制作出合适厚度的复合木板。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至图6所示,一种金属复合木板,包括金属层1,金属层1的上下表面均设置有表皮层2,其中表皮层2通过胶水粘结的方式固定在金属层1的上表面以及下表面;在本保护方案中,金属层1是方通层、蜂窝铝板层、波浪板层或冲压层中的任一种;金属层1的厚度是15~22mm,在本实施例中,金属层1的厚度是18mm,。
表皮层2从内至外依次设置有第一科技木皮层201、第一加强层202、第二加强层203以及第二科技木皮层204,在本实施例中,科技木皮属于再生性的贴皮木材,是在天然木材的基础上制作的,经过处理之后的科技木皮,具有表面光滑、色彩丰富的特点。
从图6可以看出,第一加强层202包括若干条同向设置的木方条A,第二加强层203包括若干条同向设置的木方条B,木方条A与木方条B大小规格一致,木方条A与木方条B相互垂直,即第一加强层202中木方条A组成的纹路方向是与第二加强层203中木方条B组成的纹路方向是垂直的,从而组合成的复合木板承载力好。
如图2所示,当金属层1采用蜂窝铝板层时,蜂窝铝板层包括若干个填充腔101,填充腔101内放置有干粉灭火剂,干粉灭火剂是由灭火基料(如小苏打、碳酸铵、磷酸的铵盐等)和适量润滑剂(硬脂酸镁、云母粉、滑石粉等)、少量防潮剂(硅胶)混合后共同研磨制成的细小颗粒,当发生火灾时,干粉中碳酸氢钠受高温作用分解,该反应是吸热反应,反应放出大量的二氧化碳和水,水受热变成水蒸气并吸收大量的热量,起到冷却、稀释可燃气体的作用。
如图4以及图5所示,当金属层1采用冲压层时,若干个上凸块102以及下凸块103,从横向排布方向以及纵向排布方向看,上凸块102以及下凸块103是交替设置的,从而令冲压层的上表面以及下表面的支撑承压能力比较均匀;上凸块102朝上拱起设置,下凸块103朝下拱起设置,上凸块102的表面与位于冲压层上方的表皮层2连接,下凸块103的表面与位于冲压层下方的表皮层2连接,从而令冲压层1的上下两侧面的受力均比较好。
上凸块102与下凸块103结构相同,从图5看出,以上凸块102为例,上凸块102(下凸块103)包括顶面1021,顶面1021的四周连接有第一侧面1022、第二侧面1023、第三侧面以及第四侧面,第一侧面1021或第二侧面1022或第三侧面或第四侧面与顶面1021连接的夹角是钝角,从而令所形成的上凸块102(下凸块103)结构平稳,支撑效果好。
上凸块102以及下凸块103均是采用冲压工艺制造而成,在钢板上冲压出上凸块102以及下凸块103则形成冲压层。
第二科技木皮层204的外表面均设置有耐磨层205,有助于增强耐磨度,耐磨层205的厚度是0.05~0.09mm,,在本实施例中,耐磨层205的厚度是0.08mm,耐磨层205是用加了耐磨材料三氧化二铝的表层纸浸渍三聚氰胺树脂制成的,增强第二科技木皮层204的外表面的耐磨、耐腐蚀的特点;在耐磨层205的外表面设置有喷涂层206,后期可以通过喷涂不同的颜色形成不同观感的喷涂层206,以满足不同消费者的需求。
一种金属复合木板的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)准备好厚度是0.25~0.32mm的科技木皮层,根据实际边幅大小裁剪出相应的规格尺寸,备用;

(8)将步骤复合后的板材放入到热压设备中,在0.25~0.55Mpa的压力下以133~136℃的温度热压20~25min,从而形成表皮层;
(9)生产出金属层,备用;在金属层的上、下表面涂抹胶水,然后分别贴上表皮层;
(10)压贴复合,将步骤(8)复合后的板材放入到压力机中,冷压压力0.3~0.5MPa,时间15~20min,热压压力0.8~1.2MPa,时间7~12min;
(11)垛码静养,将板材从压力机中卸下置于平整托盘上码成堆垛,必要时在托盘顶部放置重物,防止板坯回潮变形,静置70~95h;
(12)在板材的表面喷涂耐磨层,以及根据实际外形需求进行不同颜色的喷涂,形成喷涂层。
如图7至图12所示,一种金属复合木板的生产工艺中的数控刨切机,
包括底板3,底板3的上方通过驱动组件4设置有调节组件5,底板3的一侧设置有切割组件6;
调节组件5包括安装柱501、第二伺服电机503和第二滑块506,安装柱501固定连接在驱动组件4中第一滑块406的相向面上,安装柱501的顶部通过第二固定板502固定连接有第二伺服电机503,第二伺服电机503的输出轴贯穿安装柱501的顶部并固定连接有第二丝杆504,第二丝杆504的底端活动连接在滑槽505的底部中心位置上,滑槽505开设在安装柱501的端面上,第二丝杆504的外壁上套设有第二滑块506,第二滑块506的相向面上通过安装块7固定连接有刨切刀片8;
具体的,在使用过程中,当需要对刨切刀片8的高度进行调节时,启动第二伺服电机503,第二伺服电机503的输出轴带动第二丝杆504进行转动,且第二丝杆504与第二滑块506之间通过螺纹旋合连接,故在螺纹的作用下,使得第二滑块506在滑槽505的内侧进行运动,并通过第二滑块506带动刨切刀片8进行运动,从而改变了刨切刀片8的高度,实现了切割出不同厚度的木材板;
切割组件6包括安装板601、切割刀片603和电动推杆609,安装板601固定连接在底板3的一侧外壁上,安装板601的表面中心位置开设有通槽602,通槽602的内侧设置有切割刀片603,切割刀片603套设在转轴604的外壁上,转轴604活动连接在第二轴承座605相邻之间,第二轴承座605分别固定连接在升降板606的上表面两侧,升降板606的上表面固定连接有电动推杆609,电动推杆609分别固定连接在安装板601的下表面两侧,转轴604的一端贯穿第二轴承座605并与第三伺服电机607的输出轴固定连接,第三伺服电机607通过第三固定板608固定连接在升降板606的上表面一侧;
具体的,在使用过程中,当需要对木材板进行切割时,首先启动电动推杆609,电动推杆609的输出端带动升降板606进行运动,并通过升降板606带动切割刀片603进行运动,当切割刀片603的顶部贯穿通槽602时关闭电动推杆609,接着启动第三伺服电机607,通过第三伺服电机607带动转轴604进行转动,并通过转轴604带动切割刀片603进行旋转,通过旋转的切割刀片603实现对木材板进行切割。
驱动组件4包括顶板401、第一丝杆403和第一滑块406,顶板401的上表面两侧均固定连接有第一轴承座402,第一轴承座402相邻之间活动连接有第一丝杆403,第一丝杆403的外壁上套设有第一滑块406,第一丝杆403的一端贯穿第一轴承座402并与第一伺服电机404的输出轴固定连接,第一伺服电机404通过第一固定板405固定连接在顶板401的上表面一侧,顶板401的下表面两侧均固定连接有安装杆407,安装杆407的底端分别固定连接在底板3的上表面四周;
具体的,在使用过程中,启动第一伺服电机404,通过第一伺服电机404的输出轴带动第一丝杆403进行转动,第一丝杆403与第一滑块406之间通过螺纹旋合连接,故在螺纹的作用下,使得第一滑块406带动刨切刀片8进行横向上的运动,从而实现了对木材板进行刨切。
底板3上表面中心位置的前后端均开设有凹槽301,凹槽301的内侧活动连接有凸块507,凸块507的顶部贯穿凹槽301并固定连接在安装柱501的底部;
具体的,在使用过程中,在安装柱501进行横向上的运动时,凸块507随着安装柱501的运动而在凹槽301的内侧进行滑动,且凸块507与凹槽301之间由于相对运动而产生摩擦力,在摩擦力的作用下对凸块507的相对运动产生阻碍作用,从而使得安装柱501的运动更加稳定。
底板3的下表面四周均固定连接有支撑杆302,支撑杆302相邻之间的上方和下方均固定连接有横杆303;
具体的,在使用过程中,支撑杆302的顶端通过螺栓安装在底板3的下表面四周,且支撑杆302相邻之间焊接有横杆303,从而通过支撑杆302和横杆303的设置实现了对底板3进行支撑。
安装块7的前后端面上分别固定连接在第二滑块506的相向面上,安装块7的一侧外壁上开设有安装槽701,安装槽701的内侧固定连接有刨切刀片8;
具体的,在使用过程中,安装块7通过螺栓安装在第二滑块506的相向面上,且刨切刀片8通过螺栓安装在安装块7一侧的安装槽701内,从而实现了对刨切刀片8进行安装。

1.一种金属复合木板,其特征在于,包括金属层,所述金属层的上下表面均设置有表皮层;
所述表皮层通过粘结的方式固定在所述金属层上;
所述表皮层从内至外依次设置有第一科技木皮层、第一加强层、第二加强层以及第二科技木皮层;
所述第一加强层包括若干条同向设置的木方条A,所述第二加强层包括若干条同向设置的木方条B;
所述木方条A与木方条B相互垂直;
所述金属层的厚度是15~22mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属复合木板,其特征在于,所述金属层是方通层、蜂窝铝板层、波浪板层或冲压层中的任一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种金属复合木板,其特征在于,所述蜂窝铝板层包括若干个填充腔,所述填充腔内放置有干粉灭火剂。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种金属复合木板,其特征在于,所述冲压层排布有若干个上凸块以及下凸块,从横向排布方向以及纵向排布方向看,所述上凸块以及下凸块是交替设置的;所述上凸块朝上拱起设置,所述下凸块朝下拱起设置;所述上凸块与所述下凸块结构相同,所述上凸块以及下凸块包括顶面,所述顶面的四周连接有第一侧面、第二侧面、第三侧面以及第四侧面,所述第一侧面或第二侧面或第三侧面或第四侧面与所述顶面连接的夹角是钝角。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的一种金属复合木板,其特征在于,所述第二科技木皮层的外表面均设置有耐磨层,所述耐磨层的厚度是0.05~0.09mm,所述耐磨层的外表面设置有喷涂层。

(9)生产出金属层,备用;在金属层的上、下表面涂抹胶水,然后分别贴上表皮层;
(10)压贴复合,将步骤(8)复合后的板材放入到压力机中,冷压压力0.3~0.5MPa,时间15~20min,热压压力0.8~1.2MPa,时间7~12min;
(11)垛码静养,将板材从压力机中卸下置于平整托盘上码成堆垛,必要时在托盘顶部放置重物,防止板坯回潮变形,静置70~95h;

7.一种用于权利要求6所述的一种金属复合木板的生产工艺中的数控刨切机,其特征在于,包括底板,所述底板的上方通过驱动组件设置有调节组件,且底板的一侧设置有切割组件;

8.根据权利要求7所述的一种金属复合木板的生产工艺中的数控刨切机,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括顶板、第一丝杆和第一滑块,且顶板的上表面两侧均固定连接有第一轴承座,所述第一轴承座相邻之间活动连接有第一丝杆,且第一丝杆的外壁上套设有第一滑块,所述第一丝杆的一端贯穿第一轴承座并与第一伺服电机的输出轴固定连接,且第一伺服电机通过第一固定板固定连接在顶板的上表面一侧,所述顶板的下表面两侧均固定连接有安装杆,且安装杆的底端分别固定连接在底板的上表面四周;
所述底板上表面中心位置的前后端均开设有凹槽,且凹槽的内侧活动连接有凸块,所述凸块的顶部贯穿凹槽并固定连接在安装柱的底部;
所述底板的下表面四周均固定连接有支撑杆,且支撑杆相邻之间的上方和下方均固定连接有横杆。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种金属复合木板的生产工艺中的数控刨切机,其特征在于,所述安装块的前后端面上分别固定连接在第二滑块的相向面上,且安装块的一侧外壁上开设有安装槽,所述安装槽的内侧固定连接有刨切刀片。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种金属复合木板的生产工艺中的数控刨切机,其特征在于,所述转轴的一端贯穿第二轴承座并与第三伺服电机的输出轴固定连接,且第三伺服电机通过第三固定板固定连接在升降板的上表面一侧。
