In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the integrated aluminum pipe trimming device comprises a base 1, a feeding assembly 2, a first trimming assembly 3, a second trimming assembly 4, a discharging assembly 5, a feeding conveying assembly 6, a discharging conveying assembly 7 and a rotary feeding assembly 8, wherein the feeding assembly 2, the first trimming assembly 3, the second trimming assembly 4, the discharging assembly 5, the feeding conveying assembly 6, the discharging conveying assembly 7 and the rotary feeding assembly 8 are all fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the base 1, the feeding assembly 2, the second trimming assembly 4, the first trimming assembly 3 and the discharging assembly 5 are respectively arranged around the rotary feeding assembly 8, the feeding conveying assembly 6 is arranged on the left side of the feeding assembly 2, and the discharging conveying assembly 7 is arranged on the front side of the discharging assembly 5.

The feeding and conveying assembly 6 comprises a feeding and conveying belt 61 and a roller I62, a plurality of semicircular grooves 622 are uniformly distributed on the surface of the roller I62, supports 621 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the roller I62, rotating shafts 622 are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on two ends of the roller I62, the rotating shafts 622 penetrate through the supports 621 and are in rotating fit with the supports 621, a synchronizing wheel I641 is fixedly arranged at the outer end of the rotating shaft I622, the feeding and conveying belt 61 comprises a conveying belt 611, two rollers 612 and a support frame 63, the two rollers 613 are symmetrically arranged on two ends of the support body 63 and are in rotating fit, a stepping motor 614 is fixedly arranged on one support side surface of the support frame 63, an output shaft of the stepping motor 614 penetrates through the supports and is fixedly connected with a left roller II 613, the two rollers 613 are connected through the conveying belt 611, a plurality of semicircular columns 612 are uniformly distributed on the surface of the conveying belt 611, a rotating shaft II 6131 is fixedly arranged at one end of the right roller II 613, the outer end of the second rotating shaft 6131 is fixedly provided with a second synchronizing wheel 642, and the first synchronizing wheel 641 and the second synchronizing wheel 642 are connected through a synchronous belt.
The feeding component 2 comprises a base IV 21, a support I22, a support II 23, a support III 24 and a feeding rod 29, wherein the support I22 is symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the base IV 21, the support II 23 and the support III 24 are both arranged between the two support I22 and are fixedly matched with the base IV 21, the upper end of the support II 23 is hinged with a connecting rod I25, a through groove 251 is formed in the middle of the connecting rod I25, a connecting rod II 26 is arranged on the inner end surface of the support III 24, a stepping motor 241 is fixedly arranged on the outer end surface, the output shaft of the stepping motor 241 penetrates through the support III 24 and is fixedly matched with one end of the connecting rod II 26, a cylinder 261 is fixedly arranged on the other end of the connecting rod II 26, the cylinder 26 penetrates through the through groove 251 and is in sliding fit with the through groove 251, a through hole 291 is formed in the upper end of the support I22, the feeding rod 29 penetrates through the two through holes 291 and is in sliding fit with the support I22, a sliding fit, a sliding block 28 is fixedly arranged on the feeding rod 29, a third connecting rod 27 is arranged between the sliding block 28 and the first connecting rod 25, and two ends of the third connecting rod 27 are respectively hinged with the side surface of the sliding block 25 and the side surface of the first connecting rod 25.
The first trimming component 3 comprises a second base 31 and a first U-shaped frame 32, the first U-shaped frame 32 is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the second base 31, a first supporting plate 321, a second supporting plate 322 and a stepping motor 33 are fixedly arranged on the inner side surface of the first U-shaped frame 32, screw rods 34 are symmetrically and rotatably arranged between the upper surface of the first U-shaped frame 32 and the first supporting plate 321, one ends of the two screw rods 34 are respectively in rotating fit with two side surfaces of the second supporting plate 322, the top end of the first U-shaped frame 32 is fixedly provided with the stepping motor 36, an output shaft of the stepping motor 36 penetrates through the upper wall of the first U-shaped frame 32 and is fixedly connected with one end of each screw rod 34, an output shaft of the stepping motor 33 penetrates through the first supporting plate 321 and is fixedly connected with one end of the other screw rod 34, sliders 35 are arranged on the two screw rods 34 in a threaded mode, and a tapping rod 351 is fixedly arranged on the side surface of each slider 35.
The second trimming component 4 comprises a base third 41 and a U-shaped frame second 42, the U-shaped frame second 42 is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the base third 41, a supporting plate third 421 and a supporting plate fourth 422 are fixedly arranged on the inner side surface of the U-shaped frame second 42, a lead screw 43 is rotatably arranged between the upper surface of the U-shaped frame second 42 and the supporting plate third 421, the lead screw 43 penetrates through the supporting plate fourth 422 and is in rotating fit, a stepping motor 45 is fixedly arranged at the top end of the U-shaped frame second 42, an output shaft of the motor 45 is fixedly connected with the upper end of the lead screw 43, sliders 44 are symmetrically and spirally arranged on the lead screw 43, a rod 441 with a cutter and a rod 442 with a cylindrical grinding wheel are fixedly arranged on the side surface of the upper slider 44, and a rod 443 with a conical grinding wheel is fixedly arranged on the side surface of the lower slider 44.
The discharging component 5 comprises a U-shaped base 51, a first lead screw component 52 and a second lead screw component 53, the first lead screw component 52 is symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the U-shaped base 51, the first lead screw component 52 comprises a lead screw 522, a rail 523, a bearing seat 524 and a first frame 525, the bearing seat 524 is symmetrically and fixedly arranged on two sides of the first frame 525, two ends of the lead screw 522 are respectively in running fit with the bearing seats 524 on two sides, a stepping motor 521 is fixedly arranged on the outer end surface of the outer bearing seat 524, an output shaft of the stepping motor 521 passes through the bearing seats 524 and is fixedly connected with one end of the lead screw 522, the rail 523 is fixedly arranged on the surface of the first frame 525, the two lead screws 522 pass through two ends of the second lead screw component 53 and are in threaded fit, the second lead screw component 53 comprises a lead screw 531, a motor frame 532, a stepping motor frame 533 and a second frame 534, two ends of the lead screw 532 are rotatably arranged on two end surfaces of the second frame 532, one end surface of the second frame 534 is fixedly provided with the motor frame 532, the inside fixed step motor 533 that is provided with of motor frame 532, the one end of the second 534 of frame is passed through to the output shaft of step motor 533, and make fixed connection with the one end of lead screw 531, two lead screws 522 run through the both ends of the second 534 of frame, and make screw-thread fit, the epitaxial slip setting of the two 534 both ends undersides of frame is in track 523, lead screw 531 surface screw thread is provided with support slider 54, support slider 54 lateral surface is fixed and is provided with motor layer board 541, the medial surface of support slider 54 rotates and is provided with stripper 55, motor layer board 541 upper surface is fixed and is provided with step motor 542, the output shaft of step motor 542 passes the middle part of support slider 54, and makes fixed connection with stripper 55, evenly fixed a plurality of stripper bars 551 that are provided with on the inner surface of stripper plate 55, the one end fixed of stripper bar 551 is provided with pneumatic claw 552.
The discharging conveying assembly 7 comprises a finished product conveying belt assembly 72 and a waste conveying belt assembly 71, the finished product conveying belt assembly 72 and the waste conveying belt assembly 71 are symmetrically arranged with each other, a finished product placing box 722 is arranged on the outer side of the finished product conveying belt assembly 72, and a waste placing box 711 is arranged on the outer side of the waste conveying belt assembly 71.
The upper surface of the machine base 1 is fixedly provided with a control box 11.
The working principle is as follows:
placing the punched aluminum tubes on a feeding conveyor belt 61, starting the feeding conveyor belt 61, conveying the aluminum tubes to a semicircular groove 622 on the surface of a roller I62 through a conveyor belt 611, then starting a stepping motor 241 to drive a connecting rod II 26 to rotate, driving a connecting rod I25 to rotate through a through groove 261 by the connecting rod II 26, driving a connecting rod III 27 to rotate by the connecting rod I25, driving a sliding block 28 to move by the connecting rod III 27, driving a feeding rod 29 to slide in a through hole 291 by the sliding block 28, conveying the aluminum tubes to an aluminum tube sleeve 865 through the feeding rod 29, driving a gear III 8651 to rotate by a stepping motor 863 at the moment, and driving the aluminum tube sleeve 865 to rotate by a gear 8651;
further, the stepping motor 864 drives the barrel 86 to rotate until each aluminum tube sleeve 865 is sleeved with an aluminum tube, then the driving motor 846 drives the bevel gear two 845 to rotate, the bevel gear one 844 drives the lead screw 847 to rotate, the lead screw 847 rotates to enable the cylindrical nut seat 871 to slide upwards, the cylindrical nut seat 871 drives the cylindrical bracket 87 to move upwards, the cylindrical bracket 87 drives the support rod one 872 to move upwards, the support rod one 872 drives the connecting rod 8722 to rotate, at this time, the connecting rod 8722 rotates on the support rod two 842 and drives the support rod two 842 to move upwards, when the slider one 8421 at the bottom of the support rod two 842 touches the lower surface of the upper disc 84, the support rod two 842 slides inwards along the through groove one 841, when the inner side surfaces of the support rod two 842 touch the inner side surfaces of the through groove one 841, the motor 846 stops driving, and the lead screw 847 stops rotating, the rotary feeding component 8 finishes retracting, and the rotary feeding component 8 can be stretched by reversing the movement;

further, the stepping motor 36 and the stepping motor 33 are started simultaneously to drive the two tapping rods 351 to approach each other, when the two tapping rods 351 contact the head of the aluminum pipe and cut the threads at the head of the aluminum pipe, the stepping motor 36 and the stepping motor 33 stop driving, and after the thread cutting is completed, the stepping motor 36 and the stepping motor 33 are started to drive the two tapping rods 351 to move in opposite directions;
further, conveying the aluminum pipe to the second trimming assembly 4, starting the stepping motor 45 to drive the lead screw 43 to rotate, driving the two slide blocks 44 by the lead screw 43 to slide downwards to trim the aluminum pipe for cutting and deburring, and starting the motor 45 to keep the two slide blocks away from the trimmed aluminum pipe after trimming;
further, the aluminum tube is conveyed to the discharging assembly 5, the stepping motor 521 is started to drive the screw 522 to rotate, the screw 522 drives the second screw assembly 53 to slide inwards, the second screw assembly 53 drives the bracket slider 54 to move the pneumatic claw 552 to the trimmed aluminum tube, the stepping motor 521 is stopped to be driven, the air pump is started to enable the pneumatic claw 552 to remove the finished aluminum tube from the aluminum tube sleeve 865, the stepping motor 521 is started to enable the screw 531 to rotate reversely to drive the bracket slider 54 to slide outwards, when the finished product conveying belt assembly 72 is moved to the upper side, the stepping motor 521 is stopped to be driven, the stepping motor 542 is started to drive the discharging plate 55 to rotate, the aluminum tubes on the pneumatic claw are released in sequence, the aluminum tube is placed on the finished product conveying assembly 72, the finished product conveying assembly 72 conveys the trimmed aluminum tube into the finished product placing box, then the stepping motor 521 is started again to enable the pneumatic claw 552 to take out the cut aluminum tube waste, the stepping motor 533 is activated to move the carriage slide 54 above the scrap transport assembly 71, and the scrap is placed on the scrap transport assembly 71 and transported to the scrap box 711.
