Claims (10)

1. An automatic sorting system for medical waste, comprising:
the sorting box (1) is provided with a cavity, and a feeding hole (11) and a first discharging hole (12) which are communicated with the cavity, the feeding hole (11) is formed in the top of the sorting box (1), and the first discharging hole (12) is formed in the top of one side of the sorting box (1);
the first sorting mechanism (2) is arranged in the cavity, the first sorting mechanism (2) comprises two first conveying chains (21) transversely arranged in the cavity, a plurality of pushing assemblies (22) arranged between the two first conveying chains (21) and a first driving assembly (23) for driving the two first conveying chains (21) to rotate, and the pushing assemblies (22) are used for driving floating garbage in the cavity to be conveyed to the first discharge hole (12);
one end of the communicating pipeline (3) is communicated with the bottom of one side of the sorting box (1), the other end of the communicating pipeline is inclined upwards, a second discharge hole (31) is formed in the bottom of the communicating pipeline (3), and a third discharge hole (32) is formed in one end, far away from the sorting box (1), of the communicating pipeline (3);
the second sorting mechanism (4) is arranged in the communicating pipeline (3) and the sorting box (1), the input end of the second sorting mechanism (4) is positioned in the cavity of the sorting box (1), and the output end of the second sorting mechanism is positioned at the second discharge hole (31); and
the third sorting mechanism (5) is arranged in the communicating pipeline (3) and located above the second sorting mechanism (4), and the output end of the third sorting mechanism (5) is located at the third discharge hole (32).
2. The automatic sorting system for medical waste according to claim 1, wherein the second sorting mechanism (4) comprises a second conveyor belt (41), a plurality of bars (42) disposed on an outer surface of the second conveyor belt (41), and a second driving assembly (43) for driving the second conveyor belt (41) to rotate;
the conveying device is characterized in that a guide plate (13) is arranged in the cavity, the guide plate (13) is obliquely arranged in the cavity, and the lower end of the guide plate (13) is located at the input end of the second conveying belt (41).
3. The automatic sorting system for medical waste according to claim 2, wherein the third sorting mechanism (5) comprises a third conveyor belt (51), a magnetic assembly (52) disposed on an outer surface of the third conveyor belt (51), and a third driving assembly (53) for driving the third conveyor belt (51) to rotate, wherein the third conveyor belt (51) is disposed in parallel with the second conveyor belt (41).

The medical waste automatic sorting system according to claim 3, wherein the third sorting mechanism (5) further comprises a conductive plate (54) disposed on the inner wall of the communication pipe (3), the magnetic assembly (52) comprises an electromagnet (521) and a conductive post (522) electrically connected to the electromagnet (521), the conductive post (522) is electrically connected to the conductive plate (54) when the magnetic assembly (52) is located on the side of the third conveyor belt (51) adjacent to the second conveyor belt (41), and the conductive post (522) is separated from the conductive plate (54) when the magnetic assembly (52) is located on the side of the third conveyor belt (51) away from the second conveyor belt (41).

The automatic sorting system for medical waste according to claim 4, wherein the conductive plate (54) comprises an insulating housing (541), the insulating housing (541) is provided with a strip-shaped groove along a length direction thereof, and the strip-shaped groove is provided with a conductive plate (542) for matching with the conductive post (522).

The medical waste automatic sorting system according to claim 1, wherein the pushing assembly (22) comprises a mounting rod (221) disposed between the two first conveying chains (21) and a screen plate (222) disposed on the mounting rod (221), the screen plate (222) is located outside the first conveying chains (21).
7. The automatic sorting system for medical waste according to claim 1, further comprising a unpacking mechanism (6) provided on the sorting bin (1), wherein the unpacking mechanism (6) comprises:
the two telescopic cylinders (61) are oppositely arranged at the front end and the rear end of the sorting box (1); and
two mounting panels (62), set up respectively in two the output of telescopic cylinder (61), two mounting panels (62) all are located the below of feed inlet (11), just the top of mounting panel (62) is provided with unpacking blade (621).

The automatic sorting system for medical waste, according to claim 1, characterized in that the automatic sorting system for medical waste further comprises an agitating mechanism (7), the agitating mechanism (7) comprises an agitating motor (71) arranged at the bottom of the sorting box (1), an agitating shaft (72) arranged at the top output end of the agitating motor (71), and an agitating bracket (73) arranged on the agitating shaft (72) for dispersing the waste in the cavity.
9. The automatic sorting system for medical waste according to claim 1, wherein the first outlet (12) and the second outlet (31) are at the same level, and the third outlet (32) is at a higher level than the second outlet (31).
10. The automatic sorting system for the medical waste is characterized in that a liquid discharge pipe (14) is arranged at the bottom of the sorting box (1) in a communicating mode, and a liquid replenishing pipe (15) is arranged at the top of the sorting box (1) in a communicating mode.
