Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of dust collecting equipment of a sweeper; the invention discloses a dust collecting base station of a sweeper with double dust suction channels, which comprises a shell, a base, a fan and a dust collecting box, wherein a dust collecting pipe is arranged in the shell, the dust collecting box is connected with the upper part of the dust collecting pipe, the lower part of the dust collecting pipe is respectively connected with two air channels, the two air channels are arranged in the base, and the tail end of each air channel is provided with a dust suction port; the base is fixedly connected with the bottom of the shell; the dust collection box is arranged in the shell, and the bottom of the dust collection box is provided with a fan. At present, the dust collecting modes of most dust collecting base stations of the floor sweeper on the market mainly comprise the following two modes:
1. the dust collection base station of the sweeper in the mode wastes the suction force of the fan, and the suction force of the fan cannot completely cover the dust box, so that more garbage is left;
2. the dust collecting base station of the sweeper in the mode wastes the suction force of a fan and has poor cleaning capability on garbage such as hair and the like. .

Preferably, the fan 3 is fixed in the fan bracket 8, and one end of the fan bracket 8 is fixed on the dust collecting pipe 5; therefore, the fan 3 can be stably fixed at the bottom of the dust collecting box 4 through the fan bracket 8, and the garbage of the sweeper is collected through the dust collecting pipe 5 connected with the dust collecting box 4; the fixing mode is simple, and the structure is stable.

Preferably, the base 2 comprises a bottom plate 20 and a surface cover 21, and the surface cover 21 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate 20 in a buckling manner, so that the fixing manner of the bottom plate 20 and the surface cover 21 is simple and easy, practical screws are not needed for fixing, and the assembly and disassembly are convenient.

The working principle is as follows:
during operation, when the fan 3 is started, garbage respectively enters the first air duct 9 and the second air duct 10 through the two dust suction ports 7, and is combined together at the bottom of the dust collection pipe 5 and finally enters the internal dust bag of the dust collection box 4.
The invention greatly increases the dust collection coverage area by additionally adding the dust collection port and the air duct, thereby further improving the dust collection efficiency.
According to the invention, the two air channels are arranged on the base 2 of the base station, and each air channel corresponds to one dust suction port 7, so that the strong suction force of the fan 3 can be fully utilized, and the suction force covers the whole dust box, thereby reducing the garbage residue to the maximum extent during dust collection, increasing the dust suction area of the sweeper on one hand, and improving the efficiency of dust collection operation due to simple structural design and low cost on the other hand.
