In addition, it should be noted that the first dust collecting chamber B may be one or more, and the second dust collecting chamber 223 may be one or more, wherein the volume of each first dust collecting chamber B is larger than the volume of any one second dust collecting chamber 223.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the dust box 121 has a first horizontal connecting pipe 124 and a second horizontal connecting pipe 125, the first horizontal connecting pipe 124 is located below the second horizontal connecting pipe 125, the first horizontal connecting pipe 124 has one end communicating with the first chamber 1211 and the other end communicating with the base portion 11, i.e. the insertion hole 1110 of the base portion 11, and the second horizontal connecting pipe 125 has one end communicating with the third chamber 1213 and the other end inserting with the dirty air inlet 2212 of the handheld device 2. Thus, the first horizontal adapter 124 facilitates the installation and positioning of the dust box 121, and the second horizontal adapter 125 provides a simple and effective connection between the dust box portion 12 and the hand-held device 2. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments of the present invention, the dust box 121 may not have the first horizontal connecting pipe 124 and the second horizontal connecting pipe 125, and in this case, a mounting hole may be directly formed on the dust box 121 to connect with the dirty air inlet 2212, and the like.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2-3, the second mounting cavity 114 is open at the top (i.e., above as viewed in fig. 2) and closed at two sides (i.e., left and right as viewed in fig. 2), and the handheld device 2 is mounted to the second mounting cavity 114 from the top down. Thereby, the mounting of the handheld device 2 is facilitated. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, the form of the second mounting cavity 114 is not limited thereto, and the handheld device 2 may be mounted in other ways, for example, the side of the second mounting cavity 114 is open, and the handheld device 2 may be mounted from the open side of the second mounting cavity 114 in a drawer-drawing manner.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2-3, the two sides of the handheld device 2 are respectively provided with air outlet 2211, and the air flow discharged from the air outlet 2211 is upwardly discharged from the open top of the second mounting cavity 114 through the gaps (as indicated at P in fig. 3) between the two sides of the second mounting cavity 114 and the two sides of the handheld device 2. Therefore, the air exhaust direction of the air outlet 2211 is optimized by just utilizing the characteristic that the top of the second installation cavity 114 is open, so that the air blown out from the air outlet 2211 can be prevented from blowing to users or ground garbage, and the use comfort and the effectiveness of cleaning the building effect are improved. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the air outlet 2211 may be disposed at other positions, for example, the air outlet 2211 may be disposed at the top of the handheld device 2 to directly discharge the air upwards.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7-8, the handheld device 2 may include: a first part 21 and a second part 22, the first part 21 including a power supply 211 and a handle 212, and referring to fig. 6, the second part 22 including a second air handler E, a second dust collecting chamber 223 and a first suction motor 224, the second part 22 being detachably mounted to the first part 21, the first suction motor 224 being electrically connected to the power supply 211 when the second part 22 is mounted to the first part 21. Thus, the handheld device 2 may have multiple modes of use, such as those described below with respect to fig. 7, 9-11, for ease of use by the user.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 and 8, the first portion 21 may include an illumination device 213 electrically connected to the power supply device 211, in conjunction with fig. 7, when the second portion 22 is mounted on the first portion 21, the illumination device 213 is shielded by the second portion 22, in conjunction with fig. 11, when the second portion 22 is separated from the first portion 21, the illumination device 213 is exposed. Thus, the first portion 21 may be used as an emergency flashlight, thereby enriching the functionality of the cleaning device 100 such that the cleaning device 100 may be used not only for cleaning, but also for other functions than cleaning.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the handheld device 2 may further comprise at least one power consuming working component, for example, a power tool, such as a drill, an electric welding machine, etc. (not shown), the first portion 21 is adapted to be connected to the second portion 22, and is adapted to be connected to each power consuming working component when the second portion 22 is removed, and each power consuming working component is electrically connected to the power supply 211 when the power supplying component is mounted on the first portion 21. Therefore, by utilizing the characteristic that the first part 21 has the power supply device 211 (such as a common battery or an energy storage battery) to enrich the functions of the cleaning device 100, the cleaning device 100 can be used for cleaning and has other functions besides cleaning, thereby reducing the household expenditure.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the power supply device 211 is a charging device (such as an energy storage battery, etc.), the walking device 1 may further include a charging interface 115, and when the handheld device 2 is installed on the walking device 1, the power supply device 211 is electrically connected to the charging interface 115. Therefore, when the power supply device 211 needs to be charged, the user can install the handheld device 2 on the walking device 1, and the walking device 1 can be used as a charging seat, so that stable and effective charging can be realized. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the handheld device 2 may have the charging interface 115, and in this case, the walking device 1 may have the charging interface 115 or may not have the charging interface 115.
In addition, there are many ways to electrically connect the charging interface 115 and the power supply device 211, for example, the walking device 1 may have a first terminal electrically connected to the charging interface 115, and the first portion 21 has a second terminal electrically connected to the power supply device 211, and when the handheld device 2 and the walking device 1 are assembled in place, the first terminal and the second terminal are electrically connected.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in FIG. 5, the first air handler D includes at least one first cyclone 122 and the second air handler E includes at least one second cyclone 222. Therefore, the first air processor D and the second air processor E can both clean air by using the principle of cyclone separation, so that the air cleaning effect can be improved.
For example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the first air handler D may include a first cyclone separator 122, and the second air handler E may include a second cyclone separator 222, and when the handheld device 2 is mounted on the walking device 1, the axis of the first cyclone separator 122 is perpendicular to the axis of the second cyclone separator 222. Therefore, the cleaning device 100 has a small overall structure, is convenient to store and has a good cleaning effect.
As shown in fig. 5, when the handheld device 2 is mounted on the walking device 1 placed on a horizontal surface, the axis of the first cyclone separator 122 may be vertically disposed, the axis of the second cyclone separator 222 may be horizontally disposed, and the airflow path S communicating the first cyclone separator 122 and the second cyclone separator 222 is located above the first cyclone separator 122 and the second cyclone separator 222. Therefore, the layout is reasonable, and the whole machine is small and compact.
Referring now to fig. 1-11, a cleaning device 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention is described.
As shown in fig. 1, the cleaning apparatus 100 may include a running gear 1, a hand-held device 2, a hose 3, a push rod 4, and a floor brush 5.
As shown in fig. 2, the walking device 1 includes a base 111, wherein the left and right sides of the rear portion of the base 111 are respectively provided with a wheel 112, and in combination with fig. 6, the center of the front portion of the base 111 is provided with a universal wheel 116, so that the base 111 can move on a driving surface (such as the ground) through the two wheels 112 and the universal wheel 116, and the driving is convenient and flexible.
When the hand-held device 2 is mounted on the traveling device 1, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cleaning apparatus 100 may assume a lying-type machine working mode in which the main suction opening of the traveling device 1 (i.e., the inlet of the first horizontal adapter 124 shown in fig. 2) may be connected to the push rod 4 through the hose 3 to suck in dirty air through the floor brush 5. Referring to fig. 5, the cleaning apparatus 100 first primarily treats the air through the first air handler D such that most of the dust is stored in the first dust collecting chamber B having a large volume, and then secondarily treats the air flow carrying a small amount of dust toward the hand-held device 2 by the second air handler E such that the rest of the dust is stored in the second dust collecting chamber 223 having a small volume. Referring to fig. 3, since the airflow entering the second air handler E has been previously processed, the amount of dust stored in the second dust collecting chamber 223 is small, and thereafter, the clean air processed by the second air handler E can be discharged upward from the gap P between the hand-held device 2 and the running gear 1 through the air outlet 2211 of the hand-held device 2 without blowing against the user or the dirt on the driving surface. Therefore, an effective deep cleaning effect can be achieved, and the user experience is good.
As shown in fig. 7, when the hand-held device 2 is detached from the walking device 1, the cleaning apparatus 100 may assume a handset operation mode in which the dirty air inlet 2212 of the hand-held device 2 may directly suck in dirty air. Or a flat brush, a square brush and other accessory brushes can be arranged at the dirty air inlet 2212 of the handheld device 2 for dust collection, and at the moment, the cleaning equipment 100 presenting the working mode of the handheld device is portable and easy to use and can be used for cleaning positions such as sofas, tea tables, bed surfaces and the like. Therefore, the handheld device 2 and the walking device 1 can be quickly and conveniently detached, and a user only needs to hold the handle 212 of the handheld device 2 to take the handheld device 2 out of the walking device 1.
As shown in fig. 9, when the handheld device 2 is detached from the walking device 1, the cleaning apparatus 100 can be operated in a pusher machine mode by installing the pusher 4 and the floor brush 5 at the dirty air inlet 2212 of the handheld device 2, so that the cleaning apparatus can be used for cleaning a room or other places with relatively little garbage, and is convenient and light to use.
As shown in fig. 10, after the hand-held device 2 is detached from the walking device 1, the floor brush 5 can be further installed at the dirty air inlet 2212, and the push rod 4 can be installed between the first portion 21 and the second portion 22 of the hand-held device 2, so that the cleaning device 100 can present another mode of operation of the push rod machine, and can be used for cleaning rooms and other places with relatively less garbage, and is convenient and light to use.
As shown in fig. 11, when the handheld device 2 is detached from the walking device 1 and the first part 21 and the second part 22 are detached, the cleaning apparatus 100 can adopt the first part 21 to present an illumination mode of operation, that is, the cleaning apparatus 100 can be used as a flashlight at this time, for example, when emergency illumination is required, the cleaning apparatus 100 can be used as a flashlight.
Therefore, the cleaning device 100 according to the embodiment of the invention integrates multiple working mode designs (such as a horizontal machine working mode, a handset working mode, a pusher working mode, an illumination working mode, etc.), thereby improving the convenience and versatility of the cleaning device 100. When the cleaning device 100 is in a horizontal machine working mode, the cleaning device 100 is designed as a double-dust cup (i.e., the first dust collecting cavity B on the traveling device 1 and the second dust collecting cavity 223 on the handheld device 2 are used for storing dust together), so that the cleaning device 100 has a larger dust storage space for deep cleaning; when cleaning device 100 presents handheld machine mode or push rod machine mode, cleaning device 100 can adopt the second collection dirt space on the hand-held device 2 to store up dirt to make cleaning device 100 have light and handy easy-to-use characteristics, it is portable to hand, facilitates the use, is convenient for clear up indoor, sofa, tea table etc. only need the position of simply cleaning. Moreover, the cleaning device 100 according to the embodiment of the invention is convenient and quick to assemble and disassemble, convenient to change between different working modes and convenient for users to use.
Further, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, for example, the cleaning apparatus 100 of the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the dual dirt cup design, and at this time, the base portion 11 may further include a plurality of first mounting cavities 113, and the dirt box portions 12 are plural and respectively provided in the plurality of first mounting cavities 113 in one-to-one correspondence (this example is not shown in the drawings). Also for example, the cleaning apparatus 100 of the present embodiment is not limited to a single motor design, and in this case, the traveling unit 1 may further include a second suction motor, and when the second suction motor is operated, the traveling unit 1 may be induced to suck in dirty air and clean the dirty air by passing the dirty air through the first air handler D (this example is not shown).
In addition, other components of the handheld device 2 according to embodiments of the present invention, such as the on/off button 214, the down button 215, the up button 216, the dirt cup F, the cup cover F1, the motor cover 225, etc., and the operation thereof, are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein. Of course, the handheld device 2 may not include the switch button 214, the deceleration button 215, and the acceleration button 216, and may also be controlled by voice control, remote control, and the like. In addition, according to the cleaning device 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, a dc power supply design may be adopted, an ac/dc power supply design may also be adopted, and the like.
Referring now to fig. 1-11, a cleaning device 100 according to another embodiment of the present invention is described.
Specifically, the cleaning apparatus 100 may include: a walking device 1 and a handheld device 2, the walking device 1 comprising a first air handler and a base part 11 adapted to be moved, the handheld device 2 being detachably mounted to the base part 11, the handheld device 2 comprising a second air handler and a first suction motor 224.
When the cleaning device 100 is in the first operation mode, the handheld device 2 is mounted on the base portion 11 to form a horizontal dust suction mode, and when the first suction motor 224 is operated, the walking device 1 is triggered to suck in dirty air, and the dirty air flows through the first air processor and the second air processor in sequence to be cleaned. When the cleaning device 100 is in the second operation mode, the handheld device 2 is detached from the walking device 1 and can be used for independent dust collection, and when the first suction motor 224 is operated, the handheld device 2 can be triggered to suck in dirty air, and the dirty air can flow through the second air processor to be cleaned. Optionally, the base portion 11 is provided with an installation space (e.g., the second installation cavity 114) for accommodating the handheld device 2, and when the handheld device 2 is disposed in the installation space (e.g., the second installation cavity 114), at least a portion of the handheld device 2 is exposed outside the installation space (e.g., the second installation cavity 114), so as to facilitate the detachment and installation of the handheld device 2.

Claims (11)

1. A cleaning apparatus, comprising:
the travelling device comprises wheels, a first air processor and a first dust collecting cavity, and dirt separated by the first air processor is stored in the first dust collecting cavity;
the handheld device comprises a handle, a second air processor, a second dust collection chamber and a first suction motor, wherein dirt separated by the second air processor is stored in the second dust collection chamber; the handheld device is detachably arranged on the walking device, the volume of the first dust collection cavity is larger than that of the second dust collection cavity, wherein,
when the first suction motor works, the hand-held device is arranged on the walking device, and the walking device can be induced to suck dirty air, and the dirty air sequentially flows through the first air processor and the second air processor to be cleaned, so that the cleaning equipment can present a horizontal machine working mode,
when the handheld device is separated from the walking device, the first suction motor works to cause the handheld device to suck in dirty air, and the dirty air flows through the second air processor to be cleaned, so that the cleaning device is in a hand-held machine working mode or a push rod machine working mode,
the walking device comprises:
a base portion including the wheel, a first mounting cavity and a second mounting cavity for receiving the hand held device; and
a dust box portion including the first air handler and the first dust collection chamber, the dust box portion being detachably mounted to the first mounting chamber,
the top of second installation cavity is opened, both sides are sealed, hand-held device from the top down install in the second installation cavity, the top of first installation cavity is opened, both sides are sealed, dirt box part from the top down install in first installation cavity, hand-held device's both sides have the air exit respectively, follow the air exit combustion gas flow passes through respectively the both sides of second installation cavity with clearance between hand-held device's the both sides, upwards follow the open top of second installation cavity is discharged.
2. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 1, wherein the first air handler comprises a first cyclone separator and the second air handler comprises a second cyclone separator, the axis of the first cyclone separator being perpendicular to the axis of the second cyclone separator when the hand held unit is mounted on the walker.
3. The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein when the hand-held device is mounted on the walking means placed on a horizontal surface, the axis of the first cyclone is vertically arranged, the axis of the second cyclone is horizontally arranged, and the airflow passage communicating the first cyclone and the second cyclone is located above the first cyclone and the second cyclone.
4. The cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the hand-held device comprises:
a first portion comprising a power supply and the handle;
a second part including the second air handler, the second dust collection chamber, and the first suction motor, the second part being detachably mounted to the first part, the first suction motor being electrically connected to the power supply device when the second part is mounted to the first part.
5. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 4, wherein the hand-held device further comprises at least one power consuming working element, the first portion being adapted to be connected to the second portion in a position that allows it to be removed and connected to each of the power consuming working elements, each of the power consuming working elements being electrically connected to the power supply after being mounted to the first portion.
6. The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the power supply device is a charging device, the walking device further comprises a charging interface, and the power supply device is electrically connected with the charging interface after the hand-held device is installed on the walking device.
7. The cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the second installation cavity and the first installation cavity are arranged in sequence in a length direction of the base portion, the length direction of the base portion being a traveling direction of the traveling device.
8. The cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the dust box portion comprises:
the dust box is provided with a first chamber, a second chamber and a third chamber, the second chamber and the first chamber are sequentially arranged in the horizontal direction, the third chamber is positioned above the first chamber or above the first chamber and the second chamber, the first chamber is cylindrical and serves as a cyclone chamber, and the second chamber is communicated with the first chamber and serves as a first dust collection chamber;
the first air processor comprises a first cyclone separator and filter cotton, the axis of the first cyclone separator is vertically arranged in the first cavity, the third cavity is an exhaust cavity communicated with the outlet of the first cyclone separator, and the filter cotton is arranged in the third cavity.
9. The cleaning apparatus of claim 8, wherein the dirt box has a first horizontal connector and a second horizontal connector, the first horizontal connector being positioned below the second horizontal connector, the first horizontal connector having one end in communication with the first chamber and another end in engagement with the base portion, the second horizontal connector having one end in communication with the third chamber and another end in engagement with a dirty air inlet of the hand held device.
10. The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base portion includes a plurality of first mounting cavities, and the dust box portion is plural and is respectively provided in the plurality of first mounting cavities in one-to-one correspondence.
11. The cleaning apparatus as recited in claim 1 wherein said traveling device further comprises a second suction motor, said second suction motor being operable to cause said traveling device to draw in dirty air and to clean the dirty air flowing through said first air handler.
