Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a handheld vacuum cleaner 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a main body 10, a handle 30 and a power supply structure 50, wherein the main body 10 is used for performing a dust suction function, the handle 30 is connected to the main body 10 for a user to hold, and the power supply structure 50 is electrically connected to the main body 10 to supply power to the main body 10.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, the main body 10 includes a dirt cup 12, an air inlet duct 14, a separating assembly 16, and a motor assembly 18.
Specifically, the dust cup 12 is substantially a hollow cylindrical structure, the dust cup 12 includes an end wall of the dust cup and a side wall of the dust cup extending from the edge of the end wall of the dust cup to the same direction, the side wall of the dust cup surrounds the periphery of the end wall of the dust cup to form a dust collecting cavity 121 together with the end wall of the dust cup, and the end wall of the dust cup is provided with an air inlet 123 communicating with the dust collecting cavity 121. Thus, the airflow carrying dust and impurities in the external environment enters the dust collecting cavity 121 through the air inlet 123.
The air inlet pipe 14 is a hollow tubular structure, the air inlet pipe 14 extends from the edge of the air inlet 123 along the central axis direction of the air inlet 123, an air outlet hole communicated with the dust collecting cavity 121 is formed in the side wall of the air inlet pipe 14 far away from one end of the air inlet 123, and the central axis direction of the air outlet hole is perpendicular to the central axis direction of the dust cup 12. In this way, the airflow flowing in from the air inlet 123 flows in the central axis direction of the air inlet 123 under the guidance of the air inlet pipe 14, and then flows out in the radial direction of the dust cup 12 through the air outlet hole to form a spiral airflow.
The separating assembly 16 is coaxially disposed with the inlet duct 14 and the dirt cup 12, and includes a first stage separator 161 and a second stage separator 163 which are communicated with each other. Wherein, the first separating chamber 161 is located in the dust collecting chamber 12, one end of the second stage separator 163 is connected to the first stage separator 163 and located in the dust collecting chamber 12, the other end of the second stage separator 163 protrudes out of the dust collecting chamber 12 to be connected with the motor assembly 18, and the air inlet pipe 14 is inserted in the first stage separator 161.
In this way, the airflow flowing out of the air outlet of the air inlet pipe 14 spirally flows around the first stage separator 161, the dust and impurities in the airflow are separated by the first stage separator 161 and deposited at the end of the dirt cup 12 close to the air inlet 123, and the remaining clean airflow enters the second stage separator 163 for further filtering. Because the central axes of the air inlet 123 and the air inlet pipe 14 are coaxial with the central axes of the dust cup 12 and the separating assembly 16, the airflow directly enters the inside of the first separator 161 and then flows tangentially to form a spiral airflow, so that the separating assembly 16 has high separating efficiency, unlike the prior art in which the airflow directly enters the separating assembly 16 from the outside of the separating assembly 16 along the radial direction of the dust cup 12, which does not cause the dust deposited in the dust cup 12 to be lifted, and a dust blocking sheet is not required to be arranged at the air inlet 123 to prevent the dust cup 12 from leaking dust.
The motor unit 18 includes a motor housing 181 and a motor body 183 accommodated in the motor housing 181.
The intersection of the central axis of the motor body 183 and the central axis of the separating assembly 16 causes the airflow exiting the separating assembly 16 to be diverted into the motor body 183, which increases the resistance to the airflow and thus reduces the airflow velocity between the separating assembly 16 and the motor body 183, thereby reducing the operating noise of the hand-held cleaner 100.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the angle between the central axis of the motor body 183 and the central axis of the disengaging assembly 16 is greater than or equal to 130 ° and less than or equal to 175 °. When the included angle between the motor main body 183 and the separating assembly 16 is smaller than 130 °, the sealing difficulty of the gap between the motor main body 183 and the separating assembly 16 is too large, and when the included angle between the motor main body 183 and the separating assembly 16 is larger than 175 °, the effective noise reduction effect is difficult to achieve.
The central axis of the motor housing 181 intersects the central axis of the dirt cup 12, and the motor housing 181 extends from the end to which the detaching assembly 16 is attached in a direction away from the power supply structure 50. Thus, when the user lifts up the hand-held cleaner 100, the motor housing 181 does not interfere with the hand of the user, thereby effectively improving the use experience of the hand-held cleaner 100.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the angle between the central axis of the motor housing 181 and the central axis of the dirt cup 12 is greater than or equal to 130 ° and less than or equal to 175 °. It can be understood that when the angle is less than 130 °, the height of the hand-held cleaner 100 is too large, which is not advantageous for miniaturization of the hand-held cleaner 100, and when the angle is more than 175 °, the user is prevented from lifting the hand-held cleaner 100 upward.
In some embodiments, the air outlet 161 is opened on a side wall of the motor housing 181, so as to prevent the dust on the floor from being lifted by the airflow from the air outlet 161 when the hand-held cleaner 100 is used for cleaning, and the air outlet 161 is far away from the user, thereby improving the user experience. It is understood that the position, shape and number of the air outlets 161 are not limited, and can be set according to actual needs.
One end of the handle 30 is connected to the dirt cup 12 or the end of the separating assembly 16 adjacent to the motor assembly 18, and the other end of the handle 30 extends away from the main body 10 for connection to the power supply structure 50. Because the main body 10 including the separation assembly 16 and the motor assembly 18 and the power supply structure 50 are respectively located at two ends of the handle 30, and the separation assembly 16 and the motor assembly 18 are respectively located at two sides of the same end of the handle 30, compared with the scheme of connecting the handle 30 to the motor assembly 18, the gravity center distribution of the handheld dust collector 100 is more balanced, the weight of the handheld dust collector 100 is prevented from being concentrated at one side of the handle 30, the use burden of the handheld dust collector 100 is further reduced, and the user is not easy to fatigue in the long-time use process.
The power feeding structure 50 includes a power feeding structure case 51 and a battery unit 53 housed in the power feeding structure case 51. The side of the power supply structure shell 51 connected with the handle 30 forms a connecting surface 512, and the handle 30 is connected to the middle of the connecting surface 512 or the side of the connecting surface 512 far away from the air inlet 121. The side of the power supply structure housing 51 remote from the handle 30 forms a support surface 514, and when the hand-held cleaner 100 is placed on a table or other location, the support surface 514 may contact a surface such as a table to provide support.
In an embodiment, the handheld vacuum cleaner 100 further includes a supporting frame 70, one end of the supporting frame 70 is connected to the first accommodating section 12, and the other end of the supporting frame 70 is connected to the connection surface 512 of the power supply structure 50, and the supporting frame 70 further supports the main body 10, so that the overall structure of the handheld vacuum cleaner 100 is more stable.
The whole layout and the gravity center distribution of the handheld dust collector 100 are more reasonable, the gravity center of the handheld dust collector 100 is prevented from being concentrated on one side of the handle 30, and the handheld dust collector 100 is more labor-saving to operate. Because the air inlet 121 is arranged on one side of the dust cup 12 in the axial direction, air inlet in the tangential direction is realized, so that the problem of poor separation effect of dust leakage of the dust cup 12 and the separation component 16 is effectively solved, and a dust blocking sheet does not need to be arranged at the position of the air inlet 121. Moreover, since the motor body 183 is not coaxial with the dust cup 12, the air is diverted into the motor body 183 after passing through the separating assembly 16, thereby reducing the operating noise of the hand-held cleaner 100 and improving the suction force. In addition, since the motor housing 181 is angled with respect to the dirt cup 12, the motor housing 181 does not interfere with the hand of the user when the user lifts the hand-held cleaner 100 upward, thereby further optimizing the user experience.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
