Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
As shown in fig. 1, a handheld vacuum cleaner 100 of the present invention includes a main body 10, a handle 30 and a power supply structure 50, wherein the main body 10 is used for performing a dust suction function, the handle 30 is connected to the main body 10 for a user to hold, and the power supply structure 50 is electrically connected to the main body 10 to supply power to the main body 10.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, the main body 10 includes a dirt cup 12, an air inlet duct 14, a separating assembly 16, and a motor assembly 18.
The dust cup 12 is substantially a hollow cylindrical structure, the dust cup 12 includes a dust cup end wall and a dust cup side wall extending from the edge of the dust cup end wall to the same direction, the dust cup side wall surrounds the periphery of the dust cup end wall to form a dust collecting cavity 121 together with the dust cup end wall, and the dust cup end wall is provided with an air inlet 123 communicating the dust collecting cavity 121. Thus, the airflow carrying dust and impurities in the external environment enters the dust collecting cavity 121 through the air inlet 123.
The air inlet pipe 14 is a hollow tubular structure, the air inlet pipe 14 extends from the edge of the air inlet 123 along the central axis direction of the air inlet 123, the side wall of the air inlet pipe 14 far away from one end of the air inlet 123 is provided with an air outlet hole 141 communicated with the dust collecting cavity 121, and the central axis direction of the air outlet hole 141 is perpendicular to the central axis direction of the dust cup 12. In this way, the airflow flowing in from the air inlet 123 flows in the central axis direction of the air inlet 123 under the guidance of the air inlet pipe 14, and then flows out in the radial direction of the dust cup 12 through the air outlet hole 141 to form a spiral airflow.
The central axis of the separating assembly 16 is coaxial with the central axis of the air inlet pipe 14 and the dust cup 12, and the separating assembly 16 comprises a first-stage separator 161 and a second-stage separator 163 which are communicated with each other. Wherein, the first stage separator 161 is located in the dust collecting chamber 121, the air inlet pipe 14 is inserted into the first stage separator 161, one end of the second stage separator 163 is connected to the first stage separator 161 and located in the dust collecting chamber 121, and the other end of the second stage separator 163 protrudes out of the dust collecting chamber 121 to be connected with the motor assembly 18.
In this way, the airflow flowing out of the air outlet 141 of the air inlet pipe 14 spirally flows around the first stage separator 161, the dust and impurities in the airflow are separated by the first stage separator 161 and deposited on the end of the dirt cup 12 close to the air inlet 123, and the remaining clean airflow enters the second stage separator 163 for further filtering. Because the central axis of the air inlet 123, the central axis of the air inlet pipe 14, the central axis of the dust cup 12 and the central axis of the separating assembly 16 are all coaxially arranged, the air flow directly enters the inside of the first-stage separator 161 and then tangentially flows to form a spiral air flow, so that the separating assembly 16 has higher separating efficiency, and different from the prior art that the air flow directly enters the separating assembly 16 from the outside of the separating assembly 16 along the radial direction of the dust cup 12, the dust deposited in the dust cup 12 cannot be raised, and a dust blocking sheet does not need to be arranged at the air inlet 123 to prevent the dust cup 12 from leaking dust.
The motor unit 18 includes a motor housing 181 and a motor body 183 accommodated in the motor housing 181. The motor housing 181 is a substantially cylindrical housing structure, and includes a motor housing end wall and a motor housing side wall, the motor housing end wall is spaced apart from the separating assembly 16, the motor housing side wall extends from an edge of the motor housing end wall to the separating assembly 16, and the motor housing side wall surrounds the motor housing end wall to form an accommodating cavity together with the motor housing end wall for accommodating the motor body 183.
In some embodiments, the central axis of the motor body 183 is coaxial with the central axis of the dirt cup 12 and the central axis of the separating assembly 16, so that the airflow exiting the separating assembly 16 can directly enter the motor body 183, thereby reducing the resistance to airflow and thus reducing the suction loss of the handheld vacuum cleaner 100.
The handle 30 is connected at one end to the motor housing end wall and at the other end to the power supply structure 50. In this way, the handle 30 is completely located at one end in the central axis direction of the motor housing 181 without being attached to the side wall of the main body 10, thereby omitting a position occupied on the side wall of the main body 10, making the layout of the hand-held cleaner 100 more compact.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the handle 30 includes a connecting portion 32 and a holding portion 34, one end of the connecting portion 32 is connected to an upper edge of an end wall of the motor housing, the other end of the connecting portion 32 extends along a central axis direction of the motor housing 181 toward a direction away from the end wall of the motor housing, one end of the holding portion 34 is connected to one end of the connecting portion 32 away from the end wall of the motor housing, the other end of the holding portion 34 is bent and extends downward from the end connected to the connecting portion 32, one end of the holding portion 34 connected to the connecting portion 32 and one end of the holding portion away from the connecting portion 32 are respectively located on two opposite sides of the central. In this way, the handle 30 is constructed to take full advantage of the radial dimension of the main body 10, effectively reducing the overall radial dimension of the hand-held cleaner 100.
The power supply structure 50 includes a power supply structure housing 52 and a battery unit 54 housed within the power supply structure housing 52. The side of the power supply structure housing 52 connected to the handle 30 forms a connecting surface 521, and the handle 30 is connected to the side of the connecting surface 521 far away from the air inlet 123. The side of the power supply structure housing 52 remote from the handle 30 forms a support surface 523, and when the hand-held cleaner 100 is placed on a table or other location, the support surface 523 can contact a surface such as a table to provide support.
The hand-held cleaner 100 further includes a suction pipe (not shown) detachably inserted into the air inlet 123, and a central axis of the suction pipe is disposed parallel to a central axis of the air inlet 123, so that an airflow direction entering the air inlet 123 is parallel to the central axis direction of the air inlet 123. Moreover, since the central axis of the suction pipe is directed to the handle 30, the push-pull operation of the hand-held cleaner 100 is more labor-saving. In addition, since the handle 30 is connected to the end wall of the motor housing and is completely located at one side of the main body 10, the length of the dust suction pipe can be shorter than that of the prior art under the condition that the distance between the palm of the user and the ground is constant, so that the overall packaging volume of the handheld dust collector 100 is reduced, and the storage of the dust suction pipe is facilitated. It will be appreciated that the hand-held cleaner 100 also includes other cleaning attachments such as floor brushes, which are correspondingly shortened in length compared to prior art cleaning attachments.
In some embodiments, the handheld vacuum cleaner 100 further includes a supporting frame 70, one end of the supporting frame 70 is connected to the motor housing 181, and the other end of the supporting frame 70 is connected to the connection surface 521 of the power supply structure 50, so that the supporting frame 70 further supports the main body 10, and the overall structure of the handheld vacuum cleaner 100 is more stable.
In the handheld vacuum cleaner 100, the handle 30 is connected to the motor housing 181 and located at the rear of the main body 10, so that the overall layout and the center of gravity of the handheld vacuum cleaner 100 are more reasonable, and the overall structure of the handheld vacuum cleaner 100 is more compact. Because the air inlet 123 is arranged on one side of the dust cup 12 in the axial direction, air is introduced from the tangential direction from inside to outside, and the problems of dust leakage of the dust cup 12 and poor separation effect of the separation assembly 16 are effectively solved. Moreover, because the motor body 183 is coaxially arranged with the dust cup 12, the air filtered by the separating assembly 16 directly enters the motor body 183, thereby reducing the suction loss of the handheld dust collector 100. In addition, since the handle 30 is completely located at the rear of the main body 10, the length of the structure of the suction pipe and the like can be shortened accordingly, thereby reducing the packing volume of the hand-held cleaner 100.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
