Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained in detail by combining the drawings in the specification.
The refreshing sugar-free bubble buccal tablet is produced by taking 300g of raw materials as a batch according to the flow of a preparation method, wherein the specification is 1 g/tablet, and the raw materials of the formula comprise sodium bicarbonate, taurine, caffeine, an acidity regulator, instant oolong tea powder, food essence, vitamin B group, a sweetening agent and magnesium stearate.
Wherein, as an exemplary illustration of the embodiment, the vitamin B group used includes but is not limited to vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, the sweetener used includes but is not limited to sorbitol, aspartame, acesulfame potassium, sucralose, glucosyl stevioside, the food flavor used includes but is not limited to oolong powder flavor, red grape powder flavor, green grape powder flavor, sweet flavor type A, bitter taste masking flavor, sweet taste improving flavor, and the acidity regulator used includes but is not limited to anhydrous citric acid.
Referring to fig. 1, the process of the preparation method specifically comprises:
(1) weighing and proportioning: weighing a certain amount of each formula raw material according to the requirements (error is +/-2-5% value) of the formula information table. Wherein, the sodium bicarbonate, the acidity regulator and the food essence are all 40 meshes. The sodium bicarbonate, the acidity regulator and the food essence are all 40 meshes.
(2) Mixing: premixing the sweetener and the vitamin B group uniformly to obtain a mixed material; adding sodium bicarbonate, taurine, caffeine, acidity regulator, instant oolong tea powder, food essence, mixture and magnesium stearate into a mixer, mixing for 15-20min, and transferring into a charging basket for use.
(3) Tabletting: and transferring the charging bucket filled with the mixed materials into a tabletting room, pressurizing the mixture at the temperature of less than or equal to 22.5 ℃ and under the conditions of 80-100N, humidity of less than or equal to 30% and temperature of less than or equal to 22.5 ℃ by using a rotary tablet press to form an adhesion shape, then filling the mixture into a prepared plastic bag according to the loading of 1 g/tablet, sealing the plastic bag, and transferring the plastic bag into an intermediate station for packaging.
(4) Packaging: further carrying out inner packaging and outer packaging on the buccal tablets;
(5) and (4) detecting and warehousing: and detecting the packaged finished buccal tablets, and warehousing and storing qualified products. Detecting physicochemical, microbial and nutrient enrichment components according to national standard.
Example 1, referring to fig. 2, the raw materials are: taurine (20.000%), caffeine (5.000%), vitamin B1 (0.200%), vitamin B2 (0.104%), vitamin B6 (0.104%), sodium bicarbonate (14.000%), citric acid (12.000%), sorbitol (35.742%), aspartame (0.300%), acesulfame potassium (0.200%), sucralose (0.150%), instant oolong tea powder (0.500%), oolong powder essence (1.200%), powdered red grape essence (1.000%), powdered green grape essence (1.500%), glucosyl stevioside (3.000%), sweet essence type a (1.000%), bitter masking essence (1.000%), sweet taste improving essence (1.000%), magnesium stearate (2.000%).
Example 2, referring to fig. 3, the raw materials are in the following proportions: taurine (20.000%), caffeine (10.000%), vitamin B1 (0.200%), vitamin B2 (0.100%), vitamin B6 (0.100%), sodium bicarbonate (14.000%), citric acid (10.000%), sorbitol (29.750%), aspartame (0.300%), acesulfame potassium (0.200%), sucralose (0.150%), instant oolong tea powder (0.500%), oolong powder essence (1.200%), powdered red grape essence (1.000%), powdered green grape essence (1.500%), glucosyl stevioside (3.000%), sweet essence type a (2.000%), bitter masking essence (2.000%), sweet taste improving essence (2.000%), magnesium stearate (2.000%).
Example 3, referring to fig. 4, the raw materials are in the following proportions: taurine (25.000%), caffeine (5.000%), vitamin B1 (0.200%), vitamin B2 (0.104%), vitamin B6 (0.104%), sodium bicarbonate (14.000%), citric acid (10.000%), sorbitol (32.742%), aspartame (0.300%), acesulfame potassium (0.200%), sucralose (0.150%), instant oolong tea powder (0.500%), oolong powder essence (1.200%), powdered red grape essence (1.000%), powdered green grape essence (1.500%), glucosyl stevioside (3.000%), sweet essence type a (1.000%), bitter masking essence (1.000%), sweet taste improving essence (1.000%), magnesium stearate (2.000%).
The articles were subjected to stability testing and the results are shown in the following table:
it can be seen that: at desiccant 2.5g, under normal leaflet lid: medium acid high pressure 0%, (medium acid low pressure 0) ((low acid low pressure 0)); under desiccant 3.0g normal leaflet cover: high acid low pressure 33%, medium acid low pressure 11%, medium acid high pressure 11%, low acid low pressure 0%, medium acid granulation 0%; under the condition that 3.0g of drying agent is added with adhesive sticker: high acid low pressure 100% > medium acid high pressure 66% ═ medium acid low pressure 33%.
Overall desiccant stability comparison: 3g of drying agent, the normality rate is 20%; 2.5g of desiccant, normality 0%.
Ideal granulation, single leaflet under cover comparison: 3g of drying agent: the normality rate is 0%; 2.5g drying agent: the normality rate is 0%.
Ideal granulation, comparison under pressure sensitive adhesive: 3g of drying agent: the normal rate is 55%; 2.5g drying agent: are omitted.
Adding the adhesive sticker and not adding the adhesive sticker for overall comparison: single leaflet lid normality: 0 percent; adding non-setting adhesive to increase the normal rate: and 55 percent.

In conclusion, when the product is packaged in an inner mode, the drying agent is stable under the condition that 3.0g of drying agent and non-drying adhesive are adopted, and when 2.5g of drying agent is adopted, the product absorbs moisture more easily, and the combination of 3.0g of drying agent and non-drying adhesive is recommended.

the formula comprises sodium bicarbonate, taurine, caffeine, acidity regulator, instant oolong tea powder, food essence, vitamin B group, sweetener and magnesium stearate;
wherein the formula comprises 8-12% of sodium bicarbonate, 20-25% of taurine, 2-8% of caffeine, 8-10% of acidity regulator, 1-2% of instant oolong tea powder, 0.05-0.1% of food essence, 0.28-0.4% of vitamin B group, 38-45% of sweetener and 1-2% of magnesium stearate.
2. The formula of sugar-free effervescent tablets for improving energy according to claim 1, wherein the sugar-free effervescent tablets comprise: in the formula, the vitamin B group comprises vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and vitamin B6.
3. The formula of the sugar-free effervescent tablet for improving energy according to claim 2, wherein the sugar-free effervescent tablet comprises: in the proportion of the formula, the vitamin B1 is 0.15-0.2%, the vitamin B2 is 0.065-0.1% and the vitamin B6 is 0.065-0.1%.
