The supply slot 8 is arranged in the middle of the bottom end of the box body 1, the two air extraction type long-strip sucking disc assemblies 9 are respectively arranged on two sides of the supply slot 8, the two air extraction type long-strip sucking disc assemblies 9 oppositely move, when the two suction bag ends are contacted, the dirt pocket in the middle of the two suction bag assemblies is clamped, the two sides of the dirt pocket are respectively adsorbed on the suction bag ends, and then the air extraction type long-strip sucking disc assemblies 9 are manually controlled from the outside to move back to back in the movable pore canal, so that the mouth of the dirt pocket can be pulled open.
As shown in fig. 3, the suction type long suction cup assembly 9 comprises a long suction cup 11, a hollow air passage rod 12 and a suction rod 13, wherein the hollow air passage rod 12 is arranged in the movable pore passage 10 and can move along the movable pore passage 10 under the action of external force;
the inside air flue 14 that forms into both ends open-ended of hollow air flue pole 12, rectangular sucking disc 11 are connected in the inside one end of hollow air flue pole 12 in box 1, and rectangular sucking disc 11's adsorption plane and air flue 14 intercommunication, and the pole 13 of bleeding sets up the other end at hollow air flue pole 12, and the one end of pole 13 of bleeding is fixed with piston 15, and piston 15 is located inside air flue 14 and can follow pole 13 of bleeding and remove in air flue 14.
The external operation parts respectively control the movement of the hollow air passage pipe 12 and the air suction rod 13, thereby realizing the purposes of clamping, adsorbing and opening the dirt pocket.
Firstly, the hollow pipe air passage rods 12 and the air extraction rods 13 on two sides are controlled to move relatively simultaneously, so that the two strip suckers 11 which are oppositely arranged are mutually extruded, air between the two strip suckers is discharged, and the clamping work of the dirt pocket is completed.
The two suction bars 13 are then controlled to move back to back inside the hollow airway bar 12. Because the hollow air passage rod 12 and the long sucker 11 are communicated, when the air suction rod 13 moves back to back, air between the two long suckers 11 which are in contact with each other is also sucked to be dry, so that a dirt pocket between the long suckers 11 is tightly attached to the long sucker 11, and the suction action of the dirt pocket is completed.
Finally, the two hollow air passage rods 12 are controlled to move oppositely, so that the two long-strip suckers 12 are far away from each other, and the bag edges of the dirt clothes bags adsorbed on the surfaces of the long-strip suckers 11 are driven to be far away from each other, so that the bag opening work of the dirt clothes bags is realized.
In addition, a branched air passage 29 communicating with an air port passage at the back of the long suction cup 11 is provided in the long suction cup 11, and the branched air passage 29 communicates with the suction surface of the long suction cup 11 and a plurality of suction ports are uniformly formed on the suction surface 1.
Since the infectious textile is put into the bag, the gravity of the bag is increased, and there is a risk of falling off from the suction cup 11. Therefore, the long sucker 11 can be provided with the plurality of branch air passages 29, so that the long sucker 11 has stronger adsorption force on the dirty clothes bags, can stably adsorb the dirty clothes bags, and reduces the falling possibility of the dirty clothes bags.
The suction type long-strip sucking disc component 9 mainly aims at sucking the side face of the dirt pocket. When the surface of the long sucker 11 is provided with a plurality of branch air passages 29, the long sucker 11 is hollow and is communicated with the outside air through the plurality of branch air passages 29, and the air passage 14 in the hollow air passage rod 12 is also communicated with the inside of the long sucker 11, so that a passage is formed in the whole air suction type long sucker assembly 9. Therefore, when the air suction rod 13 is pulled outwards, the dirt pocket attached to the surface of the long sucker 11 can be stably adsorbed, so that preparation is made for the subsequent bag opening work of the dirt pocket.
As shown in fig. 1, a vertical slideway 16 is arranged at the top end of the movable duct 10 towards the object placing opening 2, and the top end of the vertical slideway 16 is close to the object placing opening 2. The hollow airway rod 12 is able to move upwardly from the moveable aperture 10 to the vertical slide 16.
In actual manufacture, the diameter of the movable tunnel 10 is comparable to the diameter of the hollow airway rod 12, and the width of the vertical slide 16 is greater than the diameter of the movable tunnel 10.
Wherein, the movable pore canal 10 is positioned at the lowest end of each pore canal, is used for placing the suction type long-strip sucker assembly 9 at the initial stage of using the device, and sucking the bag mouth of the dirt pocket and then opening the bag mouth through the suction rod 13.
The vertical duct 16 is used for the air extraction type long sucker assembly 9 to move up and down and drives the open point-breaking type dirt pocket to move up and down.
The combination of the movable tunnel 10 and the vertical tunnel 16 is to be able to transport the bottom dirt pocket from bottom to top to the location of the storage opening 2.
The condition that the hollow air passage rod 12 can move to open the opening of the dirt pocket is that the box body 1 is provided with a through movable duct 10 and a vertical duct 16. The hollow air passage rod 12 has no limit from the axial direction of the hollow air passage rod 12 in the movable duct 10 and the vertical duct 16, so that the hollow air passage rod 12 can move along the axial direction of the hollow air passage rod in each duct at any time to open or close the bag mouth of the dirt pocket.
As shown in fig. 6, the hollow air channel rods 12 of the two air extraction type long-strip sucker assemblies 9 are connected with stirring assemblies 17, the stirring assemblies 17 are arranged along two adjacent side walls of the box body 1, and the stirring assemblies 17 are used for providing external force to stir the hollow air channel rods 12 and the stressed ends of the air extraction rods 13;
the stirring assembly 17 comprises an air passage L-shaped rod 18, an air extraction L-shaped rod 19, a first thread ring 20 and a second thread ring 21, wherein one end of the air passage L-shaped rod 18 is connected with a movable end of the hollow air passage 12 outside the box body 1, the other end of the air passage L-shaped rod 18 is connected with the first thread ring 20, and the first thread ring 20 is connected to the bidirectional moving mechanism 22 and drives the hollow air passage rod 12 to axially move through the driving of the bidirectional moving mechanism 22;
one end of the air extraction L-shaped rod 19 is connected with a movable end of the air extraction rod 13, which is positioned outside the hollow air passage rod 12, the other end of the air extraction L-shaped rod 19 is connected with a second thread sleeve 21 in a circle, and the second thread sleeve 21 is connected to a bidirectional moving mechanism 22 and drives the air extraction rod 13 to axially move through the driving of the bidirectional moving mechanism 22.
The movement of the hollow airway rod and the suction rod is achieved by the movement of the airway L-shaped rod 18 and the suction L-shaped rod 19. Because the air passage L-shaped rod 18 and the air extraction L-shaped rod 19 are connected with the hollow air passage rod 12 and the air extraction rod 13, the air passage L-shaped rod 18 and the air extraction L-shaped rod 19 can drive the hollow air passage rod 12 and the air extraction rod 13 to move together in the driven movement process so as to realize the movement of the long sucker 11.
The movement of the airway L-shaped rod 18 and the pumping L-shaped rod 19 is achieved by the movement of the first threaded collar 20 and the second threaded collar 21. The whole linkage process is as follows:
the bidirectional moving mechanism 22 drives the first thread ring 20 and the second thread ring 21 to move, and the first thread ring 20 and the second thread ring 21 drive the air passage L-shaped rod 18 and the air extraction L-shaped rod 19 to move, so that the air passage L-shaped rod 18 and the air extraction L-shaped rod 19 are finally converted into the opening of the bag mouth of the dirty clothes bag and the adsorption of the bag mouth of the dirty clothes bag.
As shown in fig. 6, the air passage L-shaped rod 18 comprises an air passage first part 23 and an air passage second part 24, the air suction L-shaped rod 19 comprises an air suction first part 25 and an air suction second part 26, the air passage first part 23 and the air passage second part 24 are vertically connected, and the air suction first part 25 is vertically connected with the air suction second part 26;
the end part of the air passage first part 23 is connected with the hollow air passage rod 12, the air passage first part 23 is arranged on the side wall plane of the box body 1 where the hollow air passage rod 23 is positioned in parallel, the air passage second part 24 is connected with the first thread sleeve 20 in a circle, and the air passage second part 24 is arranged in parallel along the side wall of the box body 1 between the two air extraction type long strip sucker assemblies 9;
the end of the first air extraction part 25 is connected with the air extraction rod 13, the first air extraction part 25 is arranged on the side wall plane of the box body 1 where the air extraction rod 13 is located in parallel, the second air extraction part 26 is connected with the second threaded ferrule 21, and the second air extraction part 26 is arranged in parallel along the side wall of the box body 1 between the two air extraction type long sucker assemblies 9.
The arrangement for the airway L-shaped rod 18 and the suction L-shaped rod 19 can be made in the above manner.
The first air passage part 23 and the first air extraction part 25 are used as rod bodies which are in direct contact with the hollow air passage rod 12 and the air extraction rod 13 and directly drive the hollow air passage rod 12 and the air extraction rod 13 to move, and are arranged perpendicular to the hollow air passage rod 12 and the air extraction rod 13. This arrangement is to make the driving force of the first air passage portion 23 and the first air extraction portion 25 more concentrated when moving, and the direction of the driving force is parallel to the hollow air passage rod 12 and the air extraction rod 13, so that the sliding of the hollow air passage rod 12 and the air extraction rod 13 is smoother.
The second air passage portion 24 and the second air extraction portion 26 are used as rods for driving the first air passage portion 23 and the first air extraction portion 25, and are arranged in parallel with the hollow air passage rods 12 and the air extraction rods 13. The movement of the air passage first portion 23 and the air extraction first portion 25 can be more intensively and smoothly driven.
As shown in fig. 1, a cover 27 is arranged on one side of the box 1, a limit slide way 28 is arranged on the side wall of the cover 27, the limit slide way 28 and the vertical slide way 16 extend in the same direction, and the air passage second part 24 and the air exhaust second part 26 are arranged in the limit slide way 28;
a limit slide way 28 is arranged on the side wall of the cover body 27, the lower edge of the limit slide way 28 and the lower edge of the movable duct 10 are positioned on the same horizontal plane, and the upper edge of the limit slide way 28 and the upper edge of the vertical duct 16 are positioned on the same horizontal plane
By providing the cover 27 on one side of the case 1, the entirety of the bidirectional movement mechanism 22 can be protected, erosion of dust and water vapor can be prevented, and the lifetime of the device can be prolonged.
When the dirt pocket clamped by the suction type long-strip sucking disc component 9 is positioned at the bottom end of the box body 1, an operator is inconvenient to take the dirt pocket filled with infectious fabrics, and therefore, the purpose of improving the working efficiency can be achieved by driving the suction type long-strip sucking disc component 9 to vertically move by utilizing the bidirectional moving component 22. Thus, a limit slide 28, identical to the vertical slide 16, is provided on the sides of the shroud 27 to facilitate movement of the airway second portion 24 and the bleed air second portion 26. Thereby driving the suction type long sucker assembly 9 to move.
Because the air suction type long-strip sucking disc component 9 is connected with the pneumatic L-shaped rod and the air suction L-shaped rod at the same time, and the air passage L-shaped rod 18 and the air suction L-shaped rod 19 are connected with the bidirectional moving component 22 through the first thread ferrule 20 and the second thread ferrule 21, when the bidirectional moving component 22 moves vertically, the air suction type long-strip sucking disc component 9 also moves vertically under the driving of the air passage L-shaped rod 18 and the air suction L-shaped rod 19 so as to achieve the purpose of lifting the dirt pocket.
The bidirectional moving mechanism 22 is arranged in the covering body 27, the air passage L-shaped rod 18 and the air extraction L-shaped rod 19 are connected with the bidirectional moving mechanism 22 through the first threaded ferrule 20 and the second threaded ferrule 21, and the air passage L-shaped rod 18 and the air extraction L-shaped rod 19 are driven to move along the length direction of the limiting slide way 28 through the bidirectional moving mechanism 22.
As shown in fig. 6, the bidirectional moving mechanism 22 includes a first threaded rod 29, a second threaded rod 30 and a double-hole sleeve 31, the first threaded rod 29 and the second threaded rod 30 are connected to form a whole through the double-hole sleeve 31, the first threaded rod 29 and the second threaded rod 30 are parallel to the hollow air channel rod 12, one ends of the first threaded rod 29 and the second threaded rod 30 penetrate through the limit slide 28 to extend outwards and are connected with a knob 32, two sections of threads with opposite directions are arranged on the rod bodies of the first threaded rod 29 and the second threaded rod 30, a first threaded ferrule 20 is connected to the threads of the first threaded rod 29 in a screwed manner, and a second threaded ferrule 21 is connected to the threads of the second threaded rod 30 in a screwed manner.
The main function of the bidirectional moving mechanism 22 is to drive the suction type long sucker assemblies 9 on two sides to move in opposite directions and move in opposite directions so as to realize the opening and closing of the bag mouth of the dirt bag. In this embodiment, two independent linkages are provided to individually drive the movement of the hollow air passage rod 12 or the air exhaust rod 13, so as to achieve the purpose of flexible use according to requirements.
Taking this embodiment as an example, the specific transmission relationship inside the device is as follows:
the external knob 32 is manually screwed to drive the first or second threaded rods 229, 30 to rotate, or the first threaded rod 29 rotates with the second threaded rod 30. Since the principle of movement of the hollow air passage tube 12 and the suction rod 13 is the same, the movement of the hollow air passage tube 12 will be described below as an example.
When the first threaded rod 29 rotates, the first threaded rod 29 drives the two first threaded ferrules 20 to move through the threads on the rod bodies in opposite spiral directions (the first threaded ferrule 20 is in spiral connection with the first threaded rod 29 and is fixedly connected with the air passage L-shaped rod 18, the air passage L-shaped rod 18 is fixedly connected with the hollow air passage rod 12, so that the first threaded ferrule 20 cannot keep a static state on the first threaded rod 29 to rotate together with the first threaded rod 29, but translates on the first threaded rod 29 in a mode of changing the position of the first threaded rod 29), the first threaded ferrule 20 translates to drive the air passage second part 24 to move in the same direction, so that the air passage first part 23 is driven to move, and the air passage first part 23 is connected with the hollow air passage rod 12, so that the hollow air passage rod 12 is driven to move in the side wall of the box body 1, and finally the long sucker 11 is driven to move, so that the dirt bag mouth is opened or closed.
In addition, the first threaded rod 29 and the second threaded rod 30 are connected through a double-hole sleeve 31, the double-hole sleeve 31 comprises two rotating sleeves 33 rotatably connected to the middle parts of the first threaded rod 29 and the second threaded rod 30, and a connecting seat 34 for connecting the two rotating sleeves 33, the rotating sleeves 33 in the double-hole sleeve 31 are rotatably connected with the first threaded rod and the second threaded rod, and the connecting mode can be realized through mounting roller bearings.
The surface of the connecting seat 34 is provided with an extension rod 35, the extension rod 35 extends upwards to penetrate through the top of the cover body 27 and is connected with a lifting handle 36, the extension rod 35 is in sliding connection with the top of the cover body 27, and the top of the cover body 27 is provided with a locking assembly 37 which can fix the extension rod 35 on the top of the cover body 27;
the side of the connection block remote from the extension rod is provided with a truncated cone shoe 38.
The purpose of moving the hollow air passage rod 12 and the air extraction rod 13 can be achieved by screwing different knobs 32, and the purpose of moving the hollow air passage rod 12 and the air extraction rod 13 in opposite directions or in opposite directions can be achieved by screwing the knobs 32 in different directions. The operation mode is simple, the transmission effect is obvious and rapid, and the aim that the opening and the closing of the bag mouth of the dirt pocket can be realized simply and conveniently. In addition, the up and down movement of the suction cup assembly 9 is controlled by the movement of the extension rod 35.
Because the extension rod 35 extends to the outside through the cover 27 and is fixedly connected with the bidirectional moving mechanism 22 through the connecting seat 34, when the air extraction type long-strip sucking disc assembly 9 is required to move up and down, the extension rod 35 is grasped from the outside to move up and down by the lifting handle 36, the extension rod 35 drives the stirring assembly 17 to move through the bidirectional moving mechanism 22, and finally the air extraction type long-strip sucking disc assembly 9 is driven to move through the stirring assembly 17.
Wherein, because of the existence of the top cover at the upper end of the cover body 27, the extension rod 35 can be limited, so that the extension rod 35 can only translate in the vertical direction and rotate in the axial direction in the hole penetrating through the top cover.
But in this device, there are the connection of stirring subassembly 17 and the rectangular sucking disc subassembly 9 of extraction and spacing slide 28 to the spacing of first threaded rod 29 and second threaded rod 30, can ensure that extension rod 35 can not do self axial rotation this moment to guarantee that bi-directional movement subassembly 22 can not rotate in the shroud body 27, make device stability stronger.
In this device, there are two fixing positions for the suction type long suction cup assembly 9. Firstly, the bag opening is positioned at the bottom of the box body 1 when the bag is opened, and secondly, the bag closing is positioned at the object placing opening 2 when the bag is closed.
When the suction type long sucker assembly 9 needs to be moved to the bottom, the bidirectional moving mechanism 22 only needs to be fallen down, and the round platform collet 38 arranged below the bidirectional moving mechanism 22 is made to touch the bottom, so that the stable placement of the whole device can be realized.
In actual manufacturing, the height of the round table base 38 can be set to be slightly lower than the distance between the bottom of the box body 1 and the point-off type indentation on the dirt pocket. The purpose of this arrangement is that the suction cup 11 can be positioned just in the mouth of the second garment bag, which is not filled with infectious fabric, when the bi-directional movement mechanism 22 is lowered to bottom the truncated cone shoe 38.
When the suction type long sucker assembly 9 needs to be moved to the object placing opening 2, the locking assembly 37 arranged on the cover 27 can be used for fixing the suction type long sucker assembly 9 and the whole machine component.
The locking assembly 37 may use prior art snap beads to secure the extension bar to the shroud 27 by providing snap beads on the bottom surface of the shroud 27 and the extension bar 35, utilizing the co-operation of snap bead female members.
As shown in fig. 4, in actual manufacturing, a storage platform 40 may be further disposed on a side of the case 1, for storing medical devices or medicines required for diagnosis and inspection, and a groove may be disposed on the storage platform, where the shape of the groove conforms to the shape of a package of a conventional device or medicine, and the device or medicine is placed in the groove to prevent displacement of the device or medicine during movement.
In addition, universal wheels (not shown in the figure) can be arranged at the bottom of the box body 1, and handles (not shown in the figure) are arranged on the side face of the box body 1, so that the device can be moved, and the use is more convenient.

the medical clothes box comprises a box body (1) used for installing a clothes bag to contain medical clothes, wherein an object placing opening (2) is formed in the top end of the box body (1);
the bag supplying device (3) is arranged at the bottom of the box body (1) and is used for continuously supplying the dirt clothes bags;
the bag opening and sucking device (4) is arranged on the side wall of the box body (1) and is positioned at the upper end of the bag supplying device (3), and the bag opening and sucking device (4) is used for opening the opening part of the dirt pocket supplied by the bag supplying device (3) and maintaining the opening state; the bag opening and sucking device (4) can reciprocate between the object placing opening (2) and the bag supplying device (3) along the side wall of the box body (1) so as to send the open-state dirt bag to the object placing opening (2) for fixation;
the bag opening and sucking device (4) comprises two air extraction type long-strip sucking disc assemblies (9) and movable pore passages (10) arranged on the opposite side walls of the box body (1), and each movable pore passage (10) is provided with one air extraction type long-strip sucking disc assembly (9);
the suction bag ends of the two suction type long strip sucker assemblies (9) are arranged right opposite, and the suction bag ends are used for adsorbing the bag openings of the dirt clothes bags supplied by the bag supplying device (3);
the movable ends of the two air extraction type long strip sucker assemblies (9) can move along the movable pore canal (10) so that the bag sucking ends of the two air extraction type long strip sucker assemblies (9) can relatively reciprocate to realize the bag opening action of the dirt bag;
a vertical slideway (16) is arranged at the top end of the movable duct (10) towards the direction of the object placing opening (2), and the top end of the vertical slideway (16) is close to the object placing opening (2);
the air extraction type long sucker assembly (9) can move upwards from the movable duct (10) to the vertical slideway (16);
the suction type long-strip sucker assembly (9) comprises a long-strip sucker (11), a hollow air passage rod (12) and a suction rod (13), wherein the hollow air passage rod (12) is arranged in the movable pore passage (10) and can move along the movable pore passage (10) under the action of external force;
the inside airway (14) that forms into both ends opening of hollow air flue pole (12), rectangular sucking disc (11) are in hollow air flue pole (12) are located the inside one end of box (1), just rectangular sucking disc (11) adsorb face with airway (14) intercommunication, air pumping pole (13) set up the other end of hollow air flue pole (12), just the one end of air pumping pole (13) is fixed with piston (15), piston (15) are located airway (14) are inside and can follow air pumping pole (13) are in the airway (14) of complaining;

the stirring assembly (17) comprises an air passage L-shaped rod (18), an air extraction L-shaped rod (19), a first threaded ferrule (20) and a second threaded ferrule (21), wherein one end of the air passage L-shaped rod (18) is connected with a movable end of the hollow air passage rod (12) positioned outside the box body (1), the other end of the air passage L-shaped rod (18) is connected with the first threaded ferrule (20), and the first threaded ferrule (20) is connected to a bidirectional moving mechanism (22) and drives the hollow air passage rod (12) to axially move through the driving of the bidirectional moving mechanism (22);
one end of the air extraction L-shaped rod (19) is connected with a movable end, located outside the hollow air passage rod (12), of the air extraction rod (13), the other end of the air extraction L-shaped rod (19) is connected with the second threaded ferrule (21), and the second threaded ferrule (21) is connected to the bidirectional moving mechanism (22) and drives the air extraction rod (13) to axially move through the driving of the bidirectional moving mechanism (22);
the air passage L-shaped rod (18) comprises an air passage first part (23) and an air passage second part (24), the air suction L-shaped rod (19) comprises an air suction first part (25) and an air suction second part (26), the air passage first part (23) and the air passage second part (24) are vertically connected, and the air suction first part (25) is vertically connected with the air suction second part (26);
the end part of the air passage first part (23) is connected with the hollow air passage rod (12), the air passage first part (23) is arranged on the side wall plane of the box body (1) where the hollow air passage rod (12) is arranged in parallel, the air passage second part (24) is connected with the first threaded ferrule (20), and the air passage second part (24) is arranged in parallel along the side wall of the box body (1) between the two air extraction type long sucker assemblies (9);
the end part of the air extraction first part (25) is connected with the air extraction rod (13), the air extraction first part (25) is arranged in parallel on the side wall plane of the box body (1) where the air extraction rod (13) is located, the air extraction second part (26) is connected with the second threaded ferrule (21), and the air extraction second part (26) is arranged in parallel on the side wall of the box body (1) between the two air extraction long sucker assemblies (9).
2. The mechanized bag type medical garment vehicle of claim 1, wherein,
the bag supplying device (3) comprises a containing seat (5) and a roller (6), a supplying cavity (7) is formed in the containing seat (5), a supplying slot (8) is formed in the top surface of the containing seat (5), and the roller (6) is used for containing a plurality of dirt bags connected in a point-to-point mode;
wherein the roller (6) can rotate freely, and the supply slot (8) is used for the dirt pocket to be pulled out of the supply cavity (7) freely.
3. The mechanized bag type medical garment vehicle of claim 1, wherein,
a cover body (27) is arranged on one side of the box body (1), a limit slide way (28) is arranged on the side wall of the cover body (27), the limit slide way (28) and the vertical slide way (16) extend in the same direction, and the air passage second part (24) and the air extraction second part (26) are arranged in the limit slide way (28);
be provided with two-way moving mechanism (22) in the package cover body (27), air flue L type pole (18) with bleed L type pole (19) pass through first screw lasso (20) with second screw lasso (21) with two-way moving mechanism (22) are connected, and pass through two-way moving mechanism (22) drive air flue L type pole (18) with bleed L type pole (19) are followed the length direction of spacing slide (28) is removed.
4. A motorized bag-type medical garment vehicle as set forth in claim 3, wherein,
