The method for preparing the hair nourishing essence according to claim 6, wherein the method for preparing the snakehead leaf extract comprises the following steps: cleaning and airing the snakehead gut leaves with clear water, adding an ethanol solution with the volume of 1.2-1.5 times of that of the snakehead gut leaves, heating to 45-55 ℃, preserving heat and stirring for 15-30 min, filtering to obtain a first extracting solution, adding an ethanol solution with the volume of 1.2-1.5 times of that of the rest solid, heating to 45-55 ℃, preserving heat and stirring for 30-60 min, filtering to obtain a second extracting solution, adding an ethanol solution with the volume of 1.2-1.5 times of that of the rest solid, heating to 35-40 ℃, preserving heat and stirring for 60-80 min, filtering to obtain a third extracting solution, mixing and heating the first extracting solution, the second extracting solution and the third extracting solution until the volumes are concentrated to 0.5-0.6 time of the volumes of all ethanol solutions, and filtering to obtain the snakehead gut leaf extract.

The method of preparing the hair nourishing essence according to claim 6, wherein the ginseng root extract is prepared by: weighing a proper amount of ginseng root, drying, crushing, adding water with the volume being 3-5 times of that of the ginseng root and the temperature of 50-60 ℃, soaking for 30-60 min, heating, decocting and extracting for 2-3 h, filtering, heating and concentrating the filtrate until the volume of the filtrate is equal to that of ginseng root powder, and obtaining the ginseng root extract.
